The property looks great! I specifically loved the very large bathroom. The shower was huge with a bench and the water pressure was spot on. It was also wonderful to have a patio door in the bedroom. Loved the remote controlled blinds. The front desk staff were very kind and responded quickly to our requests. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Exceeded my expectations to the fullest!! From the warm welcoming from the doorman, front desk, every bar agent, and housekeeper! This is a ALL in ONE Hotel! The Afro Beat party was insane! Everything was grown and sexy as hell!!! Service was above anything word I can think of! I’m not sure another hotel can please me like you’ve done!

The property is essentially a nightclub. Don’t expect to get any sleep here as they will blast music into your paper thin wall room and expect you to be cool with it. They never mention anything about the music and how loud it would be. I literally booked another hotel and left after suffering for 5hrs. DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE TRUST ME BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE

Great hotel, nice rooms and amenities but the sercive in the bar and restaurant was lacking. The pool area should be open longer, does not need to be staffed to be used for the pool. The font desk check-in was quite curt, but would stay again because of the great location and roof top pool. Service was very slow.

Our checkout receipt was emailed, good job we checked before leaving the hotel as we were overcharged $256. This was corrected but it shouldn’t have happened.

I feel like I was misled by all the fake online reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the area didn’t feel safe at all, and the parking was very inconvenient. They charged $61 per night for parking, not the amount listed online, and added several extra fees even though I had already paid in full. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would never recommend this hotel!!!

Stayed at Arlo Wynwood recently and overall the hotel itself was just okay. The design and location are great if you want to be in the middle of Wynwood, but there were some major downsides.

The noise levels outside the hotel are extremely loud and go well into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. On top of that, the walls felt paper thin — we could clearly hear noise from other rooms and the hallway.

Unfortunately, we also saw bugs in our room, which was disappointing and not what you expect when staying at a hotel in this price range.

It’s a good spot if you’re looking for a lively party atmosphere, but if you’re hoping for a quiet, relaxing stay, this may not be the right choice.

I was very happy with my choice to stay at Arlo Wynwood. The customer service was absolutely exceptional, the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight, and having 15% off food and drinks at the restaurant and bar was super convenient and much appreciated.
The location is perfect if you want to keep costs down while staying in a cool area. It’s an easy, reasonable Lyft ride to Brickell, South Beach, and Little Havana (usually around $15–$20 each way)
My only heads-up is that the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, and the beds weren't the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, though they certainly weren't the worst. Because the hotel is so new, everything felt incredibly clean and well-kept. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back!

The staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, servers) was amazing, and we loved our room. super close to Wynwood Walls and Wynwood Marketplace, and several clubs. The rooftop is so cute, and the food and drinks served at the hotel are pretty good. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and wanted to drop off our bags and come back for check-in at 3 pm, but they let us check in within 15 minutes of arriving, which was a great start to our stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Wynwood.

The hotel was beautiful and had plenty of activities going on to accommodate a party looking to hang out at the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to many local places to eat, a really cool market and even the beach. We only stayed at the hotel for one night because our party was getting on a cruise the following day. Our room was very clean and I really loved the soaps, shampoos & conditioners. When I got home, I bought the exact same ones they hotel had! Overall, I thought the rates were very reasonable for the experience.

The hotel’s interior design is beautiful but the hotel is surrounded by clubs and at night it’s incredibly loud and hard to sleep. We asked if we could move rooms or get a replacement of the sound machine (hotel places one in each room) and was told by the evening staff member that he couldn’t move our room, didn’t have a replacement machine and to put our ear plugs in and deal with the noise until the clubs close at 3am. There was empathy or solution offered. We ended our reservation early and filed a complaint with management. Andre, the lead manager did contact me after we left and was very kind. He offered his apologies and said they would talk with the staff member. While I appreciate the apology, the quality of service and the treatment is enough for me not to return in the future.

The room for 2 people had very limited space, smaller than I expected. Because of the size Definitely not worth the price.
I was surprised we had to pay the extra fees for pool/towels etc I did discuss w the front desk about this beacuse we arrived at 10pm and were leaving early morning he was not going to change his mind, what a waste of money. He gave us a couple bottles of nice Warm water though. Also check in was ridiculous! They had our reservation confirmation but before they even looked at it we had to Try and add all our information Again into this ipad. Ridiculous because we are from Canada and the system didnt except a postal code, only a u.s zip code. In the end they had to confirm anyway. Terrible when we have been traveling all day and just wanted to go to bed.Yup...this hotel is going backwards as far as technology goes. I bet the Best Western down the street has their systems ready to welcome Canadians !!

The hotel itself is great for the most part. Very clean, staff is wonderful, pool is great. However, if you are staying longer than a few days just prepare yourself. There is absolutely no storage or space to put any of your stuff. If you are a light sleeper. Don’t expect to sleep through the night. The walls are so thin to the outside you can literally hear everything. Cars are insanely loud on the surrounding roads that the mufflers sound like they are in the room. Between 1-4AM it’s like they are racing.

This was the best stay I’ve had in a long time! Not only was I greeted with the doors opening for me by valet, but the front desk staff (Chris and Roneca) were spectacular! I was having problems with my reservation and they got right on it. Recommendations for dinner by Roneca was a hit! My fiancé isn’t easily impressed and he still is raving about our stay here! We hung out in our room on the balcony and at the bar. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. We then spent an evening playing pool and enjoying the Wyn Wyn restaurant on property. 10/10 would recommend!

Seems like a brand new hotel in a up and coming area. Still a walk to a lot of things but there's also a decent amount of good options nearby. I would stay there again. Only real complaint is the music in the lobby and restaurant is wayyyy too loud and multiple people complained about it as I was standing in the lobby.

The hotel was decent overall but the \"VIP Benefits\" were useless - room upgrades were not available - OK, no big deal, they're pending availability. What got me was the \"late check-out\" - this was listed as a free upgrade (as available), but while this was in fact available, they would only offer it for a $75 fee. Pretty misleading and soured the experience overall. They did offer 30 minutes complimentary, but we needed an hour minimum, which they would only do if we agreed to pay $75. Scam.

The noise level was unbearable. Would have known what was to come when we saw ear plugs and a sound machine next to the bed. The party started right under our window at 5 pm and well into the evening. Thankfully, the new Apple AirPods managed to isolate us from the party noise. Same theme with the flimsy construction as noise and loud talks in the corridors kept us up at night.

Perhaps that is expected in Miami and we should have known better. Only stay there if expect the party atmosphere.

The breakfast menu offered a full variety, from light to full, all options satiating! Smoothies were smaller than expected, about 8oz. We used valet: it was efficient with use of text messages to request our vehicle. If you want a balcony, know that there is loud music some nights from the 3rd floor events.

Contacted hotel 3 weeks in advance to ask for several rooms to be on the same floor. They noted they would assist and added notes to the booking.
Once we arrived, we couldn’t be accommodated even though we called 3 wks prior and a few days prior to confirm. No notes were left on either accounts.

Breakfast was terrible each day after trying different items. Price for food $$$$, Taste: does not equal cost..
Couldn’t control the room temperature. Too damn cold.
Had to request numerous times for room cleaning and blankets.

Charged $500 deposit for several rooms.
Charged another friend $200 est for a room. Not sure why.

Doormen were polite.
Bartender was good.
The rooftop/pool/ bar area as great.

The front desk charged urban/resort fee & additional taxes even though the taxes and resort fee was already prepaid via Expedia.

Pending response and refund from Arlo for resort fee and additional taxes.

Decor and architectural design was great.

Wynwood area itself is artistic, good energy, nearby shops restaurants and museums nearby.

Wouldn’t stay at Arlo ever again.
