This hotel is awful, the ice machine rooms have mold on the walls and ceilings (I saw this on the 2nd and 3rd floor) as well as the wallpaper is peeling. The bathrooms in the rooms are gross, didn’t look clean, the shower curtain had holes in it, and also has mildew on the ceilings. Our first night we had to switch to a new room because of a horrible sewage smell, in our second room the TV had no sound even when the volume was turned all the way up. One staff member told us they would have maintenance fix it, then when we followed up another staff member told us they don’t have maintenance staff and “apologized” the the other staff member wasn’t knowledgeable to that fact. I filed a complaint with hotels.com who attempted to reach the hotel staff but they didn’t answer the call or call back when I asked them to and provided my claim number. The staff was very kind and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, the food was borderline inedible and the server spilled coffee all over the table and on me when she was refilling my cup and didn’t even acknowledge it. Horrible experience.

I had two rooms for three nights. My room had three individuals in it and nobody came to spruce up the room, empty the trash or give us new toilet paper. We ran out and had to go ask for more. The housekeeping came and made my bed put three new towels in there, but never put more toilet paper in. Luckily we stole a roll out of the bathroom in the lobby. The condition of the tub is pretty rough as well as the showerhead and probably should be cleaned thoroughly. The second room again, no services and when asked to come in and change the trash, the individual just walked in the room, and my dad was in there. Thankfully, he was dressed! If housekeeping is not going to service the rooms because we're staying multiple days that's something that should be told to us at check-in. The condition of the lobby was extremely cold. And I mean extreme to the point you can't even sit in there and enjoy the food or socialization. The sidewalks and the parking lot were not shoveled adequately considering this is a hotel. My family is handicap and there were a lot of risky areas that they had to maneuver. I was part of a three day activity in the conference room and knowing that all these people were coming as well as others for other conference rooms, the parking lot and the entranceways should've been better salted, better shoveled, and cleared out. Pool was not working, shows hot tub on websites but does not actually have a hot tub, elevators were slow to open when pressing the button to go up to our floor, ice machine on floor was not working had to get ice from another floor, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet but menu where you need to order. We ended up not having breakfast. Lighting in the room is minimal. TV remote would barely work on the tv without multiple click.

We were moved to another room. First room had no sofa bed, bathroom ceiling peeling. Below tub faucet was a cutoff pipe without any cap! Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Second room had no linens. I had to go to the front desk where only 1 staff member was working and she piled all the linens on ME to take to the room and make up the sofa bed. I could go on. This is enough.

However, a $10 breakfast for bagels and cereal is a little high.
Also, we had accidentally left some clothes hanging in the closet, no one found them and they said they weren’t there. Very concerning that someone would steal some clothes. Will not be staying here again.

Some aspects of the property are simply lovely. However, a few ‘conveniences’ were lacking. Coffee & maker in the room, but no sugar/creamer. No ice in the ice machine. I upgraded for what I thought was a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it turned out to be simply a large soaking tub - with no liquid bath soap for a bubble bath! I can soak in a big bathtub with a bar of soap at home - very disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a fine property & they accommodated my request for extra towels.

After reading some of the reviews I was definitely concerned pulling in with my family on Friday. I will say once we were greeted by the staff I felt more at ease. Then the room was clean and nice. The nights were quiet. It was a perfect spot for the different museums. Not far from downtown. Overall was truly impressed.

Housekeeping - horrible. Our room was never touched. Never had enough towels even when front desk instructed them on the walking!
Check in - was at 3? I didn't get a room until after 5 pm. Not acceptable.
Trash never emptied in our conference room, started with only 1 trash can for the whole weekend. Had to ask for more and then nobody came to empty them. Front desk staff very attentive!

The evening clerk was wonderful. She brought us the pack n play/extra blankets & more towels since the room only had 2 towels 2 wash clothes but I made the reservation back in October for 3 adults and an infant. Which brings me to the next complaint. My sister goes down when the night clerk is still there to get some coffee since our baby had a rough night & clerk said “Oh yea we heard about that “. Which if someone was paying attention you would not book the rooms on the other side of a reservation with a baby. I would understand if hotel was full but was not. We asked. One last thing. We had to get ice from front desk put it in ice bucket then when we went to dump ice the bucket had a hair & dirt in it.

Roku Got Us an Upgrade

My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we visit family in Beavercreek and it never disappoints. This time was exceptional because when I couldn't get my Roku to connect to our TV, the manager upgraded us to a suite where the TVs were more compatible. On top of that, she's always pleasant and welcoming every trip along with the rest of the staff. This will continue to be our go-to hotel when we're in the area

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable,in a good area, and staff is helpful. Only things I would want to change is to have body wash instead of bar soap (just a preference) and the convenience items (drinks/snacks) are alittle higher than I typically see when traveling. All and all a great place to stay. I have stayed at the Beavercreek OH location 3x. Never had a bad experience.

We were very pleased w the cleanliness and appearance. Staff was nice, friendly. Wifi & cable was terrible. Gym & pool was closed. One of the reasons we chose the hotel
was a pool for our teens. Apparently its had a busted pipe for quite some time.
No room service. Restruant/lounge closwd. Virtually a ghost town. Was offered a holiday box lunch for $15 each. My husband got one. Was not worth the $15. Had a party of 4. Towels left etc were clearly for a party of 2.
I understand itvwas a holiday weekend but was very disappointed. Exspecially when we had called several times to confirm the hotel would have these things due to the holiday and was told yes. The only thing mentioned was there may not be enough guest or staff for the lounge. I understand that. We didnt expect it to be open w down attendance.
Felt we were warranted a phone call to alert us of the rest prior to our visit or given offered a discount or room upgrade. Clearly you had the space. Nothing was mentioned at check in either.
We found these things out on our own as time passed.
We checked in approx 2.45 and being 30 min from home and very disappointed checked out at 5.30. Still charged 101.00 of the initial 150.00 cost.
Not pleased.
Will not rent here again.

Bad, Not so good stay, will choose different hotel next visit: Had ants in the room, no ice on any of the floors, front
desk employee had to get the ice from the kitchen, both bathroom sink and tub stopper didn't work, no clock or pen & paper, hotel lobby bathrooms were dirty, breakfast was bad--greasy bacon, nasty eggs-had an after taste. After review of my statement from Hilton they annotated an incorrect address under my name and charged for breakfast when I had free breakfast passes. 1st and last visit to a Hilton.

We usually have a hotel weekend once a month. This was the best hotel experience we've had in the last year. Room was fabulous! It was big, clean, and smelled clean. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Bed was super comfortable. I paid the extra $7 for breakfast and it was good. Service was a little slow with only 1 staff member to manage breakfast service. Some standard items were depleted like sugar, cream. butter and cups for coffee and it took some time to replace with only one person working. The only other minor complaint would be the lack of streaming servives, or movie channels. Defintely would recommend and will be staying again next month

I was very disappointed with this facility. The shower did not drain and therefore your standing in an inch of your filth as your trying to get clean. There was an overwhelming sewerage smell from the plumbing and in the hallway. This made showering and brushing your teeth a extremely unpleasant task. I did like that the business center allowed for free printing. I do not recommend staying here.

Their professionalism and empathy for all of us was amazing. They really made us feel loved.

We were in town to attend a class reunion. After a long drive, we were especially happy to arrive at a facility that exuded a welcoming atmosphere especially from the front desk staff and supervisor. Our stay was outstanding in every area, from the clean room, the quality dining selections and attending staff, and housekeeping attendants who were eager to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Whenever we are in the area, we will reserve a room at this location. It receives a 5 star review for our visit.
