Staff was friendly but inexperienced. Took me an hour to get checked in. My room was filthy. Came with a kitchenette. Fridge was covered in looks like dead bugs, mold & smelled. Did not dare open it. Walls were covered in stains, bed had new sheets but could see stains through the mattress covers. Entire property smelled like mold. Bathtub was covered in rust & mold. Easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Even at the cheap price I would not recommend. Would rather sleep in my car.

The woman with the sassy headband was very cool and friendly! As for the property, it needed a little TLC and cleanliness. Grab and go breakfast is the offering - so do be aware. Was also told I couldn’t have any additional pillows from front desk. On a positive note, they allowed me to extend my checkout over the phone which was appreciated. It was what we expected for just under $100.

Check-in was fine. However, they didn’t elaborate on what was available or that both doors except for the main door We’re not accessible from the outside. My room smelled like smoke. The mattress smelled like urine. There is no comforter so you’ll have to bring your own. The fan was extremely loud in the bathroom. There was a bug on the floor.I did have hot water so that was a plus. My TV did not work. I called twice to get someone to come and fix it but they took their own sweet time. And still I only had one channel. She said she would call the manager, but never did. My state was not enjoyable.

I first need to say the attendant at night was wonderful. She came up to see if the room was clean and check on me.
As I know people live there, the fan on the 3rd floor squeaked all night loudly, a guest in the room across from me was talking so loud I could hear them in my room. The doors slammed all night.
As I know marijuana is legal, so go outside, the whole 3rd floor smelled like a pot fest.
The stairs had people all in them and was not lit very well.
The elevator was dark and made horrible sounds.
You couldn’t go back in with your room key in the side because the lock was broken.
People were living in their car outside and people were in the parking lot the whole time.
But the room was clean and was good for one night.
I asked to pay to stay longer, no big deal and was told 3 prices ranging from 55-85 for the same room I stayed in.
The morning attendant was rude, and not helpful.
My flight did not take off until 6 so I went ahead and sat in the airport for 6 hours.
I called. Corporate to complain and they did not care about my complaints.
Again I did not care to pay extra but when you get several answers it is a little sketchy.
And I called hotels.com and they blew me off to. It was a horrible experience

The room was clean, the hot water worked great. The shower was great. The property itself could use a little cleaning up the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast is just that coffee oatmeal, granola bars.
Just grab and go. I would stay there again for an overnight or a few days

The room was filthy, cockroaches in the bathroom, no amenities except for 2teaspoons for the kitchenette. The bathroom door was broken and the handle was on top of the refrigerator. The clerk who checked us in was yelling at some people when we went to check in and then started yelling at us for using Expedia to reserve a room that was Not available. We checked out the next day instead of staying for 3 days. Will not stay there again.

How is this place on this app? It's basically a Sec8, assisted living, and homeless shelter, masked as a hotel. The place is run down, has shady people everywhere, doors are broken, and have gaps, bathroom lights will give you an epileptic seizure, and needs a warning about it. Bathroom is gross, and loose toilet.The lobby looks like a retirement home full of sick elderly people. All the Babymommas live there too. This is NOT okay!!

The kind woman that checked me in was personable and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and I was made to feel welcome. The property, however, is in need of some updating. The locks outside the doors are not functional, so anyone can come into the building. The hallway smelt like marijuana. There were people lingering in the parking lot, looked like they were having a party?! I was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot. The room was fine; however, the refrigerator was so loud I had to turn it off in order to sleep. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't seek out this hotel chain in the future.

I am unable to give an honest feedback about the room itself due to the fact that after having put in my reservation and paid for my room when I went to get my key I was informed that they didn't have my room yet it was still listed online for sale. The staff on duty seemed very disconnected she had seem like she there was no concern whatsoever for my situation she told me that my room wasn't there and she didn't have a room for me and walked away from the desk without offering any type of solution or any other help at all

The room we booked was not cleaned. We had to be assigned to another room which did not have the correct size bed, but was what was available. The room was non-smoking, but the prior resident was a supposed a long term resident that clearly smoked. The room was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel, outside and in places inside, smelled strongly of marijuana. Several homeless looking/ rough individuals hang around this hotel. This was a poor stay and i would not recommend this hotel. We would have asked for a refund on our room and stayed elsewhere, however, our check in was too late due to traveling. My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied.

We walked into the lobby and walked right back out. The place is a dump. The person behind the counter could hardly speak English. I can only imagine what the rest of the place looked like. If I were Hotels.com, I certainly wouldn't have this place on my roster of places to stay.

I had to change my room from a king size to a small seems like a full size bed, the receptionist was very friendly and sweet but I hated my room. The tub had rust in it so I didn't shower, the light vent was very noisy, the guest were outside loud all night playing music, the hallway floors were nasty filled with dog hair and the whole hotel smelt bad. My room smelled like a sewer on top of that my air conditioner was loud.

When we checked in we went to the room. There are no ice makers in the hotel and we had one tray in the freezer that was half empty. We went to the desk and requested another ice cube tray, and some glasses. I guess I expected too much - I thought there would at least be glasses, if only paper cups in the room! There was a car parked in the disabled spot out front that had the driver's side door taped shut with wide tape all over it. A person sat on the passenger side talking to some folks when they came out. He looked like he was selling drugs! I would never stay there again!

Staff was great but I gave it poor rating because we had muffins from the grab and go breakfast and they had mild! My son ate some of it before I was able to catch it, I expressed this to the lady at the front desk later that day and she just brushed me off (black hair glasses) the room had ants even on the beds
The overall room was worn down, water from shower and sink took forever to drain, we had to wait a day to get extra towels that we never received, the curtains were not in place and didn’t close all the way, the air conditioning system was very loud. Whoever took over this property is doing a terrible job. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Friendly and helpful. I believe her name is Lilly? Not sure, but older blonde lady was great.

We checked in. First room was never cleaned. Trash everywhere bed not made or cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like weed and tabacco. Went downstairs to show pictures. They gave us another room. This one was clean but someone removed the smoke detector and left it on the bed. All the windows un the hotel were open for reasons unknown. Then to top it off tge stair well smell of heavy weed use even though there are signs everywhere no smoking. I felt safer in my car. We told them we do not want to stay here. They stated oh it will be 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Nothing else was offered. Stay clear of this place. Absolute nightmare.

We arrived at 6pm and were met by a woman working the front desk who was less than happy to be there. The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke and marijuana. The room was also dirty. The floor was sticky and we could not remove our shoes. The outlets were broken as was the remote. Then in the morning a cockroach was crawling on the side table. Also the free breakfast consists of coffee and few granola bars placed by the front desk. It should be illegal for them to advertise a free breakfast with your stay as there is not one. We deserve a full refund for the 12 hours we spent in this hotel.

This is an older hotel that needs some serious updating. The lobby and halls are very dark. The bathroom light didn't work, so they put a lamp in there and the shower was dark. We had to tighten down the toilet seat by hand it was so loose we couldn't use it. The only good thing is that it seems to be quiet and there is plenty of places to eat.

We wore shoes because the floor made our feet dirty. Two lamps but one light bulb and an act of congress to get another. Two people but only 3 pillows on the bed so we asked the front desk for another pillow and was told there are no pillow to give so we went and bought an extra pillow. Told the night shift girl that story and she said all the girl had to do was go to the linen/utility closet and get one. Upstairs tenant stomped the floor all night and the air conditioner sounded like a jet. The bathroom sink and shower both backed up. Hallway smelled like trash and elevator was scary. The one bright spot was the night desk attendant named Lily I believe. The only person in the hotel that cared about the customers needs. She commended for the service she provided.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this one serves as a heads up. This place had a sparsely attended front desk over the weekend with a grumpy intentionally illusive attendant (NOTE: Monday produced a fresh person with a smile her face). The hallway we were on had multiple dogs, one of which had to be muzzled because it was legitimately dangerous (it was in the hall when I came out in the morning and the woman owner had to jerk it away from me growling). I have a dog myself so this is not an aversion to dogs. Not exaggerating, the place smelled like manure and vomit. Our bathroom had no light, no sink drain plug, and a dangerous soft place in the floor by the air conditioner. The price was very good, but honestly the savings were not worth it.

After driving 9 hours, we arrived to the property at 11 pm and were told there wasn’t a room for us. We were told to go to their other location, which was 25 minutes back in the direction from which we had just been driving. This added another 30 minutes on to the 7 1/2 hour drive we needed to finish to get to our final destination the next morning. When checking in at the other property, I was told I had to pay for the room, even though I had already paid for the night months ago. I was told that it was because my booking was for the other location, not this one, and that Expedia would have to refund that money later.

Had a reservation booked online and it still took 20 minutes to book me in. She said they were short handed. The remote in the room was broken. The lamp beside the bed didn't work. The room smelled musty and moldy. I saw bugs as soon as I opened the door. The room look like it had been cleaned long ago, but now there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not a real mattress....it was yellow foam covered with a mattress cover. The sheets and pillowcases had a lot of stains on them. The shower/bath was chipped in several places. Decide to go back and visit family and this place was horrible
They gave usthe key cards and we went up stairs and there was someone in the there taking a shower now if it was that easy for us to walk in on someone the same could happen to us, the lady at the desk didn't even know anyone was in there then she had to find another room so we asked her could we still get a single bed she lied and stated they didn't have anymore we said fine, come to find out they did have one after 30 minutes of waiting because they dont do refunds, while we was waiting a guest came down and complained about ants in his room, SMH

We pre booked here months prior but When I arrived we were given a room key of someone else’s room when we opened the door someone was in the shower cause I could hear it running and all of their things all over the room so I left our immediately. And returned to the lobby where I told the clerk that she had given me keys to someone room and how that the room was occupied and how could a mistake like that even be made anything could have happened in that moment if the people inside had seen us come in so I was shook and upset by that because that was crazy in it self and could have gotten me or my family hurt so I asked her for another room to which at first she said she didn’t have one until I gave you guys a call to tell you all what was going on but then she said she had a room but when we got into the room the room had a smell like someone had just freshly left from inside out towels were all on the floor but 2 and they were stained we went back to talk to the clerk again and she told us that we would be getting a discount upon check out we would be receive our receipt and be refunded and that we would only be paying 89 dollars for our complete stay so we thought that we were taken care of to only be given back 90dollars I didn’t take any photo because I felt like everything would have been taken care of at checkout but it wasn’t and now I feel crazy because I didn’t it was so bad I don’t ever wanna stay again

The place was very worn and dirty. Paint peeling off the wall. It smelled of weed. There was even an almost empty bottle of beer left in the window sill. So obviously the housekeeper didn’t do that area as claimed in notes. There was only a small soap and one tiny shampoo. No hair drier. I had to keep signing into the Internet. It kept disconnecting.
