Was told that the hotel was pet friendly with a fee, so i attempted to book the king suite with jacuzzi which was the same room i stayed in 2023 with my pets no problem. Day of check in, i was denied my room and told pets are not allowed in the room, my only option being to downgrade the room status with no refund due to using expedia. Disputed this with expedia, who claimed to review the case for refund reasons and hotel denied expedia the refund saying that pets were indeed allowed and i was a no show? Then changed story to say since they offered another room they dont want to refund, and expedia passed this info to me with no solution despite them lying to expedia directly! No refund was offered by either party, only a small onekey cash amount that was only a small percentage of my bill. So now i am out money and they wish to solve this by giving me credit to use at another fscility that also can apparently just refuse me entry and get away with it.

There was a sticky residue and a dead bug in my ice bucket. After receiving a new ice bucket I discovered there was no ice to be found on any floor. My curtains were torn and the carpet was sticky. I do not recommend this place.

The pictures on the website is cap, everything was dirty in the hotel. Walls in the hallway, the carpet, the doors the door knobs just everything. In the room the bathroom was dirty the covers had stains, the towels the curtains. Every time you flush the toilet it made a loud ringing noise for like 3 minutes. I was scared to shower here I swear. I never been to a hotel like this before.

Check in went great. Down hill from there. Over slept since we had absolutely no electricity in the room. Alarm clock did not work. Complained to front desk. Had to call a cell phone number to get someone to front desk. Then she offered a different room. Have you ever had to dress with curtains open and hall way door open to get enough light in the room to get clothes. Absolutely the worst experience ever. No satisfaction from girl at front desk. So poor. Breakfast was poor also.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Beds were great for my dad. I didn’t care for them but I like a bed that you disappear down into when you lay on it. Absolutely no hotel beds ever are up to parr for me except ones I’ve stayed at in Manhattan. If you love hard beds then this establishment is a 1000% recommendation

The site says the hotel is pet friendly. I was bringing my four month old puppy for eye surgery @ the animal eye institute. We came from Toledo, Ohio. I booked through the choice hotel site and I picked a king bed suit with a jetted tub. I specifically picked this hotel because of the jetted tub and it being pet friendly. When we arrived I was VERY DISSAPOINTED We were told due to us having our puppy with us we could not have the suite with the jetted tub. Pets were not allowed in them rooms. It did not say this on the site. I picked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly and the jetted tub. Highly disappointed that i did not get the room I chose when I booked. I payed just as much for the regular king size as I would have the one with the jetted tub. Due to us not getting here until 10 pm and having to be up at 6 am we didn’t have much choice but to take the room. Not a happy choice hotels customer!

The property was clean appeared to be newly renovated. But that being said I got bit by bed bugs. The staff was Very professional and apologetic about the size, I was issued a full refund. I really don't think it's a Property issue. I pulled the covers back afterwards it was a brand new mattress and no sign of infestation. Which is why I didn't lose my Sh-t. I think a previous guest may have brought them in. You never know, but staff was great

This was a last minutes type of end of the day after a long road trip super tired kind of situation. Booked a King, website made the hotel look clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay. Was given a double queen room and asked to \"just take it\". It was obvious housekeeping was doing their job, but only their job. Bathroom walls had lots of odd staining and drips all over all the walls, cobwebs and stains on walls in the room, ironing board was bent in the middle a significant amount, huge crack and lots of drywall open in the room and the coffee maker had some weird sludge and hair in it where you pour the water in. I alerted the front desk and they didn't seem to care at all about the room conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rented two rooms, one standard and second, handicap accessible. We could not connect to their WiFi and couldn’t call desk because phone had no cord connected to wall outlet. Second room, hairdryer didn’t work and tub/shower was slippery. Had to hold Shower wand because no place to hang it up. Soap & shampoo dispensers mounted to wall in awkward location to reach while seated on handicap seat. Beds were very good. Accidentally left iPad in room but was not turned in to management!

When walking in the hotel the smell is not inviting and while i was waiting to check in a customer was complaining about a broken toilet and wanted a new room. This hotel need professional cleaning at this point. It's beyond what house keeping can do. Foot prints leading out of shower, stains on everything, pillows the size for a childs head, and curtains needs to be replaced. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself or leave. Definitely motel vibes and the pictures on website are an illusion. Thank God I had no kids with me the pool was closed for maintenance. I did notice people coming and going so theres money coming in and no reason these issues cant or shouldn't be adress.

The entire property is the literal meaning of \"Vintage \"!!!! Not the well kept maintained vintage we all love, the vintage that's dusty, ill smelling, and poorly tended to.... The carpets are coming up and undone, there's no bonus bedding for the additional beds in the suites, and when I asked I was handed two sheets and informed: That's all we got. The 70's entry door jammed, the cook was turning over the seat cushions because they were badly soiled, and the wall next to the bed had a hole in it, taped over........
This is a beautiful location with tons of potential yet lacking resources, leadership, and up to date living quarters that is accompanied with all new staff and management. I lefted to say the least. Never to return to a \"Quality Inn\" seeking a quality experience 👎🗑🗣

This was the worse experience I’ve had at a quality hotel. Starting with being overcharged, to not having a working shower you turn the shower in the water was shooting out the wall to the ceiling all the to bathroom door. Maintenance comes to fix it because they have no other rooms and put this baby shower head that you get no water pressure from. To returning to the hotel the next day after being gone all day the one of the rooms we were in reeked of weed and you accuse our group of smoking it when we had been gone for over 8 hours. Then you refuse to move the kids in that room had to threaten with the police to then suddenly having a room on the fourth floor were the kids would have been away from the group and the chaperones so I let them have my room and I move to the 4 th floor to now having bumps pop up on me in random areas. Ask for corporate number and was told by the desk clerk she didn’t have one or maybe I should just call choice corporate number. To the rooms not being cleaned the entire 4 day stay. Having to ask for towels and get attitude. Choice hotel, Quality hotels please do better

I want to say that you get what you pay for but I don't know if that's completely true. The photos of the property are extremely outdated. most of the lights at the pool don't work as well as the ventilation system. The first day that I went to the pool, the back door was open and there was a board in front of it. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom of my room so any smells from the bathroom were just trapped in the room. The sheets had small stains as well as the walls of my room. I asked for housekeeping every day of my stay(because you have to request it) and housekeeping only left towels on my second day so they didn't vacuum, make our beds, or clean our bathroom. Imformation on line was incorrect. There is no restaurant or roomservice. The front entry was unavailable for use, no help was offered with luggage or the bell cart. The room was dirty, the bathtul had mold around the edges, the ceiling paint was peeling, the toilet was constantly running and all the corners were filthy. We found an empty condom wrapper on the floor. I wont ever be staying there again and would not reccomend to anyone.

I really thought this was going to be a nice hotel at first, that is until we got to our room. When entering the room it was completely outdated. Stains on curtains and bed sheets. 32” 15 year old television. The room and the bathroom was a stale yellow as if it had been a smoking room for years from the 1980s. Parking and staff was good. Well, this place was probably a really nice hotel, back in its day. But that day is long past now. An aging property that is not holding up all that well. I see it used to be a Clarion branded property within the Choice Hotels umbrella, but has been demoted to a \"Quality Inn\" now. Realistically, it should be demoted again to an Econo Lodge or Rodeway Inn. If you just need a place to crash, then it's fine. But many aspects are in disrepair. One of the elevators was out of order, and the other was quite sketchy, not delivering you to the floor of the button pushed and it seemed to get temporarily stuck at times, I quit using it and just used the stairs. One of the side entrances had a security lock that was broken, the kind that only allowed guests with a key card to enter. Instead of fixing the card lock, they just put a sign on it that said \"Do Not Enter\", but anyone could. Vending/Ice machines out of order. The attached restaurant/bar, is no longer a restaurant, and it's barely a bar. All tap beers are down. Just bottles now. It's shame, because it could be a nice property with some investment, but it's a long way from its heyday.

There was a high pitch vibration noise coming from the plumbing. By 1130 pm we had enough and i went down to the front desk and told them about it with a few videos that clearly included the terrible noise. The carpet outside the bathroom wall near the bed was all wet as well. The maintenance guy came up and checked everything he could. Then told us he would tell management in the morning. Neither my qide or myself got much sleep. The noise wasn't constant unless someone nearby was using water. The high pitch squealing noise only happened about 60 or 70% percent of the time we were in the room.

Elevator near Handicap Accessible room was Out Of Service. Luckily they had a wheelchair for my disabled wife. As a senior citizen, it's hard to push someone in a wheelchair down the longest hall in the place. Breakfast was disappointing. I stayed 3 nights, the hotel advertises an \"INDOOR\" pool, that is true, but not heated. It's mid August and the pool temp is freezing. The Continental breakfast on the juice dispenser only has apple and cranberry juice. There is a spot for orange juice. The labeling was switched to the other side of the machine on day 3 but orange juice was never added. Orange juice should be a staple for a Continental breakfast. The sausage patties were absolutely horrible. Need to change suppliers. The scrambled eggs were okay. The hotel states that they only change linens every 3 days unless upon request. On the morning of night 3 I requested my room to be serviced. The amenities were all replaced, however the bed was never made. A customer is paying for that service. I am not better than anyone else, but when your on vacation, and you put in a request on night 3 to have your bed linen changed and it does not happen. I'm not happy. The elevator at the one end is out of service as well. It was an inconvenience from where my room was located and had to walk to the other side of the building to go up a floor. I like the location of the hotel, I would like to stay here again this October. My minor complaints I feel should be addressed and to make a better overall experience for everyone.

This is the third buget motel that we have stayed in over the past week. Was there a special on beige paint?, everywhere seems to be painted in the same beige outdated drabby paint.

Anyway apart from that the overall experience was average, pillows yet again could be up dated to this decade. Shower was good, room was clean, bed not too bad.

Included breakfast... well that needs some work, by the time we got to breakfast at 8.15, one cooked baymarrie was empty, we finished off the last milk.

Best place so far... now to the next place.
