We stayed here for a quick, last minute overnight trip. The reviews seemed good and the photos made it look like a nice property. Checking in was easy and the gentleman was friendly. But when we went to find our room, things got sketchy. The elevator jerked when starting and stopping. When we got off the elevator, we turned the wrong way and ended up going the long way to our room. The exterior was in need of major repair. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, windows on rooms had large cracks. The actual room was clean, but had major issues and smelled like pot. The exterior door had to be shoved to open. The remote for the TV was bent in half but somehow still worked, the hairdryer did not work at all. The mini fridge had a huge chunk of ice covering the top and back of the unit. We had a king sized bed but were only given 3 very small pillows. Once we turned the TV off to sleep, we could hear everything going on outside. The noise from the interstate was loud. We could hear every semi truck, every car, and several times heard people racing down the street. I was awake the entire night because of the noise. It was awful and I was exhausted the next day. We will not stay here again.

The room and environment were so deplorable that I did not stay here. There were stains on the bed, towels, and chairs, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were two dingy small pillows on the bed as well. When I made complaints about the room, the room they were going to switch me to already had people inside. I canceled my stay, and they have yet to give me even a partial refund. The attitude of the manager was degrading and condescending so much so that they continually hang up the phone and have even stopped answering when I call. Trust me Do NOT stay here!

Broken shower rod and no shower curtain.

Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.

1st room we were given upon arrival had strong odor of mold and mildew upon entering. Upon checking the bathroom and both beds I noticed 3 black fingerprints on side of the pillow boldly showing on white sheets. Then noticed black furry mold on the back of the desk chair which clearly has not been cleaned. I took a video of the chair. As a patient with asthma and bronchitis I walked back to the lobby and told the clerk Im disabled and had to walk back down here because there was no phone in the room for me to call the front desk.She said people steal the phones,tvs, microwave and fridges all the time. I told her about the odor and that I put the chair outside the room. I asked her to call housekeeping for some Lysol or room disinfectant she said they don't have any then offered me another room which upon entering smelled better but floors hadn't been cleaned as something was sticking to the bottom of my shoe. Since both the beds were visibly ok I just went to sleep.Upon waking up the next morning I noticed something black on side of the mattress which obviously was exposed from underneath the sheets. It was BLACK MOLD! I have pictures of this also.
I've booked multiple trips via Expedia and I'm DISGUSTEDLY DISAPPOINTED behind this super unpleasant experience and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Arrived at Hotel around 8pm, got to room...bathroom wasn't cleaned, still had someone elses dirty towel that was used and no clean towels, no soap, no shampoo...went to front desk asked for the items and was refused a clean towel...the receptionist was another story, the rudest person i have ever came across, she absolutely refused to give me a clean towel and walked away from me and cussed at me and then rolled her eyes and said it wasnt her hotel and i needed to call a manager in the morning to get a towel??? Was the worst experiences i have ever had at a hotel and will NEVER spend money at the establishment again! I hope she gets fired, she has no right to work in customer service!!!

Breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything there. Juice machine only had water, milk qas sitting on an ice pack keeping it tepid at best. A total of 4 containers on yoghurt in fridge. Toaster didnt toast well. Bakery consisted of plain white vread and 2 muffins, cereal choice was 2 types of flakes.
We t to lobby for coffee in the evenung, they couldn't find any cups to put it in .

Very convenient location, but otherwise i wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. Lobyy and outdoor areas below average, so close to the highway that its a bit noisy, and the breakfast was atrociously bad. Bathroom in lobby was filthy and toilet was plugged. You can do better than this place.

We did not even go into the office to check in. There were people hanging out outside of the building that were very suspect. There were 2 broken down cars that had to have been there for several days. The place looked like a homeless shelter, not a hotel we did not feel safe enough to heck in. Did not like the room or the staff. The staff was not friendly and they took my personal towel and told me that could not find it. During check in staff stayed on a personal phone call the entire time while checking me in and when I checked out the elevator did not work and no signs were put up to indicate that and staff did not apologize for the non working elevator. Staff was NOT friendly. Sheet had stains on them. Sorry I stayed. Will not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. 1st warning sign was when i was pulling into the property there were 2 cop cars blocking the lot and the had 2 female crack heads in cuffs. The property is full of transients living there full time. There were all out on the balcony watching there friends getting arrested.
I got checked into my room. I was planning on being there 3 nights for the Hamvention 2025. When i got to my room i noticed my shoes were sticking to the floor. I got to looking close and the floors probably hadnt been mopped in a month. You could scrape the dirt from all the corners with a putty knife. The bathroom and shower were not much better. So bad as a man i would not sit on the toilet to do my business. I finally decided after 2 nights i could not take it anymore and i left a day early. I would not stay here under any circumstances.

The room I was in appeared to be recently renovated; however, the renovation was cut short. You can see the popcorn ceiling had a previous (water) leak, there was a towel on the sprinkler (wall) I couldn’t remove, the dish soap had mildew underneath, and the shower faucet cap did cover the wall, which will cause water damage to the floors below. There were stains on the sheets and covers and there was a dead roach in the sheets when we checked them, the floor was extremely dirty, there was dead beetles in the window seals and corners of the room, there seemed to be cigarette burn holes on the covers, hand prints all over the head board and when i asked for an exchange of towels they really weren’t trying to give me any even though the ones that were in the room had all sorts of stains on them. i would never stay here again or any sort of branch of this company because of my experience. Worst hotel stay ever

Hello, my name is Belinda Martin. I took my Pastor and for other people to the hotel.Nesty bed covers. Nesty floors and dingy towels. I went to the Walmarts for towels . No manager on duty and he never showed up to hear my complaints. Room smell like pure cigarettes . I reserve three rooms. The last family came in from out of town late, but I had their key to their room. When the last family arrived to Beaumont hotel, they could not get in their room and the key didn’t work the front desk person said they didn’t know how to help her. So this young lady had to go up and down the street in Dayton Ohio an unfamiliar town to find another hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning. I called customer service to let them know that I need to be refunded for all three rooms. They hung up on me. Loud fire alarm system went off in our room. PTSD kicked in. It was an awful stay.

This is probably the worse Baymont we have ever stayed in. The bed was hard, wrong size comforter and sheets too small for the size of the mattress. We had to put sheets back on bed everyday as the corners would not get to the bottom of the mattress. Towels were small and thin enough to see thru them. Bathroom outdated! Weather strip around door left a crack more than half-way around door allowing neighbors smoke inside room. Mangement NEEDS TO ENFORCE NO SMOKING as the fire alarm went off at 1145PM waking everyone.

Sheets looked like they hadnt been washed after last visitor, garbage piled outside next door for more than 12 hours, tub had mold spots along wall and needs refinishing, limited toiletries provided (brought own but no hairnet), plastic varied hangers supplied (3), hard to figure out heat first night and second night someone pulled fire alarm at 10pm so i left facility and did not stay for my second night. I went to IHOP next door that morning and saw people sleeping in their car and another man got out of his running car and asked me for a lighter. The hotel had beer cans littered outside and i heard a man behind me say, \"you got in\"? and i quickly got inside (first night). The safety bar lock on door was missing or ripped off and door shuts slowly. I didnt really feel relaxed here and opted to drive home late at night and risk hitting deer instead of staying and getting woken up again at 2am. I stayed at a Baymont hotel in Dallas TX in January 2025 and was very impressed with that stay and their breakfast. I remembered comfortable beds too. Bathrooms there much bigger. Stayed with family. Was on phone with family when fire alarm here in Dayton went off.

They couldn't check me in. They found my reservation but were unable to check me in. They found another room for me anyways. The room they gave me had the pillows thrown about, no TV on the TV wall mount, the heater was in pieces on the floor and did not work, the room was freezing cold over night, the toilet didn't flush and the shower wouldn't turn on. We got there late at night, so I didn't have time to switch rooms because my kids need to get to sleep. We were supposed to stay for a couple nights but we left after one night.

It was a place to sleep

Room clean. Toilet ran after flushing for at least 2 minutes. Breakfast was disappointing with one hot option but the waffle maker made up for it. Beverage dispenser was out of order. As we took our luggage out before breakfast, We noticed people from the parking lot climbing out of their cars with multiple children eating what little food there was in breakfast area. The desk clerk was nice when I told him about the running toilet.

In town to assist a hospitalized family memeber. Booked for 2 days as we needed space to set up laptops and work. The bed had mold under the plastic cover. Shower had mold. Curtain was filthy. Toilet didnt flush thoroughly. Sheets were clean but pullows stunk of smoke. Only srayed 1 night (actally 5 hours) and had to leave to help family. Explained to the front desk about the family issue and needing to check out early and to please refund the unuaed 2nd day. 2 counter people were nice but said they had to speak to the manager. Well no refund was issued. I know it wasnt because they would lose a new booking as the place was empty so they just Wanted our money. This is the 2nd wyndam property we stayed at in out travels. I always thought wyndam meant quality, boy was i wrong. Wont use wyndam again.

Highway Robbery

Driving cross-country, there were few options available in western Ohio along I-70. This was priced like a hotel and was a motel. In the midst of a heat wave and with a prepaid room, the AC was off. The room was dirty with mysterious fluid stains on the walls. Furniture had torn covers, and half of the bulbs were not working in the lamps. The painter’s tape was also a treat, with hair stuck to it.

For $250+ for the night, it was appalling. It was the “best” we could find for a same day booking. Just finding the office to check in was a challenge. If this is all there is, consider sleeping in your car at a rest area.

Our room and other areas were clean and comfortable. This is an older property and has some wear and tear. Repairs had been attempted to be made but were poorly done.

The manger checked me in and he was very polite and friendly. As with everywhere these days staffing must have been an issue. One person was trying to check out guests and also keep breakfast service running. More than one person could handle!

There are many hotels in this area, next time I will probably try a different one.

The room was surface clean but needed a deep clean and many areas of ceiling repair, molding and trim repair and fresh paint. Many ants in sink area and bathtub area. concerns for the bugs were addressed immediately.
Tub and sink drain both backed up.
The staff of this hotel were very professional and polite.

Don’t stay here.

Stay away! Room smelled strongly of marijuana. Bathrooms were not clean at all. We had to request that housekeeping clean them again. Bathroom sink with large cracks and tub chipped with dirt and hair in it. Very noisy from highway noise made sleep difficult. Breakfast had very little to offer. Desk staff minimally responsive to these concerns. One good thing— beds were comfortable.

Very Disappointed Customer

This was advertised as a Hotel but is actually a \"restored/remodeled Motel with outside entrances.

There were almost no cars in the parking lot and several \"street type\" people hanging around the Motel. It did NOT look safe for a single female traveler.

I was afraid to stay at this location so I went to. Holiday Inn Express a short distance away. I paid for my room in advance so I am unable to get a refund which is unfortunate.

I am not sure I will book through Hotel.com in the future as the picture and description of the Hotel are not at all as advertised. Very disappointing.

Our room was filthy! The beds were dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the room smelled like someone smoked a solid pack of cigarettes in there. It was terrible. I refused to lay my head down there. We left before even thinking about staying the night.

This hotel is filthy. The hallways aren’t vacuumed and weren’t vacuumed for the two days we were there. The garbage next to the elevator was overflowing when we checking in and still overflowing- but worse- when we left. The carpet in the room was in poor condition as was the bathroom tub.

Do not stay here! Room 145 smoke alarms ripped out of walls! Dirty, stains on sheets and door busted. Switched to room 133 and not any better. Ceilings caving in and people smoking crack running through the outside halls all night! I want a refund!

Lucy was great. The room was not. You had to kick the door in to open it and kick it in to close it. There was hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. An ashtray full of cigarette butts and ashes in one of the drawers

Place was very shabby overall, room didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been. Furnishings looked newer, nice TV, bed decently comfortable, it just needs a little bit more attention to detail. More cleaning.

Dayton disaster

Terrible service, 6 day stay and they never cleaned the room. Needed to go to the desk to get clean towels and on the 5th day the desk clerk said they were out of towels. The breakfast was out of syrup and later out of waffle mix for multiple days.
