The first room they showed me the door keypad did not work once he unlocked the room the lights in the room did not work.
He then gave me another room 5 minutes into that room roaches start crawling on the walls. I would not recommend this place for anybody.
Not to mention everybody that walked in this hotel looked like that they were on drugs, and I’m not a judgmental person.

At the point entry you are immediately overwhelmed with the smell of smoke and animals. The carpet throughout the halls was completely filthy. The noise is constant day and night. The bedding had holes from cigarette burns. Worst of all there were roaches on the wall and bedbugs.

Housekeeping never showed up once even though I was gone most of the day each day, never got clean towels and had to wash them myself, they kicked me out a day early and when I showed them my Expedia email they said that's not their problem and I had to pay another night or they were calling the police. No one there except one person spoke English and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to anything I asked her just repeating that it isn't her problem and to call the third party.

The ice machine doesnt work you pay high experience however everything is behind a desk and they want you to pay cash for everything okay fine however they have everything for breakfast but dont even offer coffee withoit out paying dor a cup that is small. It was ok for a run down hotel wanted to take a bath came to find out the 1960’s tub I was about to use had mold in the jets that also didn’t work so I ended up taking a shower instead of being able to relax in a nice hot bath but everything else was ok not very comfortable bed either

I wasn’t notified regarding the additional $20 deposit per room by Expedia. Not until I arrived and it took WAY too long to check in (really, streamline your key assignment and check in procedures!) was I informed there would be room deposits. I looked on the Expedia app at my reservations. I had to click ‘see more’ three times before—at the very bottom—it said ‘there may be a deposit required’. GIVE ME A BREAK! Information like this should be stated along with the pricing so your customers aren’t surprised. The man who check us in was apologetic and attempted to be helpful. However, once the very long check-in process was complete, I asked him where I should park to most easily access my room—being disabled, this is important information. His instructions didn’t match the location of the room.

The gift that only gave my money away

This experience was horrific!! Let me start by saying that we used a gift card online to book. When we got to the hotel, we were then told there was a deposit, which we didn't have, hence the reason we were paying with a gift card. My room was switched from smoking to non smoking and was now requiring a $20 dep. When told that we had NO MONEY, they said that they'd switch my reservation back to smoking room which was no deposit, but was $10 more. That were told again that I had no money and paid with a gift card. They refused to refund so that I could rebook the now more expensive room... Instead they kept my money and we slept in my car not that was a great gift

Great stay, it was ruined for the both of us by this employee at that place that spoke English horribly, and that would be a compliment, I had to have the person I was with to try and translate his English to me. All in all I trying to check in to stay two nights on the day I booked the room, it wouldn’t go through the same day, it went through the next morning, but I got charged with an early check in few of $20. I don’t think that is fair due to a malfunction on the motels websites end. And now I get charged another fee.

Absolutely horrible. My room was nothing like what was pictured & I cant imagine any room in this place looking like the pictures. Dirty bathroom, I wouldnt even shower in. Toilet had to be gor a toddler, it was so low to the oor. The sink faucet didn't work properly. There was no clock, no USB ports & i could go on & on. I didn't feel safe; my room was just around the corner from a side entrance that didnt lock. Anyone could come in from the street. Checking in was a man behind a window with a money tray between us! Didnt give a warm fuzzy, but the \"no refund under any circumstace\" kept me from turning around & going elsewhere (I paid ahead of time).

2 lamps did not work. Made online reservations for 1 queen non smoking got 2 full beds. No microwave. No alarm clocks. Exhaust fan sounds like fan about fall out in bathroom. Trash in drawers. So i only went to this hotel because its low in price, I had a single king bed in a no smoking room… when i got to the room I immediately realized that the sheets where dirty and there was no toilet paper which is absurd, as far the the cleanness of the overall room I can’t complain about that but the staff where not nice and didn’t seem to care about thier guests. Also there is no food on property besides some vending machines which intent even filled fully… If I had more cash I wouldn’t come here at all and I don’t recommend anyone does unless you have a tight budget even then there are better places!!

The rooms were not cleaned at all!! They never offered to put us in a new room they just brought clean blankets. Then they asked if we paid a deposit I stated yes and then the guy told me no I didn’t and then I said I can show you my bank statement and then once I said that he said ok. When my sister was trying to let him know about the room again at check out he said well you booked online so there is nothing we can do. But as my sister stated you still could have took the productive feedback and then apologized he was definitely very rude!!

I atayed in room 239 i got there the remote didn't work called fromt desk they said theyll be i called three more time on top of me waiting 45 minutes for.mw to call back and he said come down and get i get down tjere he give two remotes and if one dont work the other will and if not call me and ill program it so i did it didnt work he got there and said played around witj tv and cable cord then said tje dish messed up that why I cant get a signal i said you cant move my room he said let him other room on the floor and first floor and if aroom is availabe ill call you and all you have to do is go to room i said ok 40minutes later i called lime you didnt have a room he said no im sorry i sat there all night no tv to be told they cant reimburse me for them not ahving a tv is bad for bussiness and then qnother person there came in my room and then they said you got the cleanest room i said well i reserved a king size bed but got a bouble bed no. Smoking when i smoke give people what they pay for not what yall want then to have and you cant tjen give something back you not entitled to whole and amount caise i didnt get the whole ecpe3

First off they got mad because I used a hotel app to rent my hotel to reservate my hotel room so the whole time I stayed there they still took it out on me they walk in my room beat on the door every 5 minutes wouldn't let me use a broom to sweep the floor just was very upset with me that I used a hotel app the beds are nasty blood on the sheets wouldn't give me no new sheets all downright disgusting and keeps penny pinching you

Absolutely disgusting,The smell was horrible the bathroom was not clean and out of toilet paper the bedding was covered in cigarette burns the mattresses covered in plastic fitted sheets that didn't fit dresser was missing handles so the nailed two out of three drawers shut,carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since Clinton was in office and it gets better mice infested and if all that isnt enough someone's brains got blowed out all over the head board and we have pictures of everything!!! This establishment shouldn't even be operating the health code violations alone should shut this place down!!

I was asked to clean the tub so I wanted a refund they guy refused to honor my note on my reservation that if the tub and bed was dirty I would not stay. He called the manager and I showed him how nasty they bed and tub was he gave me another room same issue and that room had less amenities no fridge or microwave I checked the bed there were stains hair blood and roaches around the base of the frame. Other hotels on this strip are of better quality they were booked definitely never choosing this company again no matter the STATE it’s in I am good. Zero hospitality or cleanliness. I do not need to remain anonymous the pic upload didn’t work to add proof smh.

First an intoxicated woman came out of a room and was yelling at me right after I checked in. 2 other ppl made her go outside and I went in my room. TV in the room didn’t work. When I went to take a shower the lever for the shower was stuck and resulted in the shower only partially working (slow dripping). The walls of the shower had long black hairs on it.” (Not mine) and the culking around the shower was had mold all over it .

Check for bed bugs if this is your only choice.

Bed bugs and lack of empathy. I didn't demand anything crazy, just some extra time since my small child and i were relentlessly attacked by bed bugs. They were crawling on both beds, i called at 4am, my kid obviously upset and unable to sleep. They switched us rooms and i was up hours until my child was finally able to sleep, i woke up late. I just wanted extra time to maybe help ease the itchiness with a bath, guy knocks on the door and opens it not even 3 seconds later to say: get out. I try explaining, they don't care. Just because they switched us at 4am, it makes it okay that we are going through this? Of course, they refuse a refund cause, sure, it's a business, whatever, but tell me i just paid for this? Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days to notice the full effects of these bites. It's only day two and i have slept maybe 3 hours in the last 2 days, my child is inconsolable. I wouldn't be angry, had they shown at least a little compassion, i don't think it was a lot to ask, they even alerted police. They have a rodent issue, the only microwave is in the lobby, sometimes no fridge in room, building smells like mildew and tobacco... but I'm out of line for asking at least a refund? I've stayed here several times, i dealt with the smells and the ridiculous added fees, but this is too much. I just needed a place to rest for the night. If you're in a pinch like I was that night, find another place or just find a rest stop, and sleep in your car. This is completely infuriating.

Required cash deposits which was unusual and never got the money back when I checked outeven though everything was as is. And the as is condition when I walked in was decrepit at best. I had no prior knowledge of this place at the time, but an emergency forcing to find a place at a late hour, I had no choice. I didnt even take any belongings in.
It wasn't worth even trying to get deposits back. I just wanted out of there.
