Overall the hotel was disappointing. It’s in need of repairs and maintenance and cleaning. The floors in the room were ok, but filthy in the hallway and stairs. The bedding smelled like cheese burgers and the towels smelled like a wet dog. All this I would expect from a sketch roadside motel, not a Marriott property.

VERY friendly staff, comfortable beds, overall quiet. The TV didn't work in my room, so I moved to another. Carpet and furniture were dingy, probably more from age/use than being dirty. Hallways seemed a bit beat up. I was comfortable and will stay again, though I could see my more bougie friends not returning.

We stayed 4 nights but our rooms were not cleaned the whole time. I emptied my own garbage and gave it to the housekeeper and I got my towels the 3rd day from the housekeeper on the floor. Other than that it was very nice.

Room was filthy. Crap smeared on the head board of the bed. Furniture worn and very dirty. Walls, door frames were also filthy. There was a pillow on the old run down couch that was covered with dirt. Had dark spots on it. I called down to the desk and told them I needed to leave because it was so disgusting. No way I could of stayed in that place. Things were sticky, the T.V. remotes Didn’t work well and the back was broken on one of them. It was really gross.

When I first got to my room the door was open. So I had to call down to front desk so they could search it first. I was just getting in at 2am and had to be up early in the morning. So that made me nervous. Then I’m ready to take shower drop my ear ring and the bed is loaded with things under it. And it’s one of those bed that are lifted off the floor no skirt so eventually I would’ve seen it. There was candy, dirty rolled up sock, deodorant, bottle cap and other random things. I took a video of it all. I just slept in the couch in the living room.

Two bedroom hotel was helpful and roomy. Plenty of space for all of us, tv in every room, kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast was handy and enjoyed by most in our group.

I would recommend a good cleaning - shower curtain, back of chairs, etc.... Needs clips to keep curtains closed. And air unit could use an update.

The staff were all very helpful. Erin and Tien are the two that come to mind. Very helpful and nice. Erin unknowingly put my mind at ease before a big meeting with a few short words of encouragement and Tien was extremely helpful helping us find food within walking distance since our flight got in late. I would certainly recommend staying there. Rooms were nice, clean, and well ventilated the fact that there’s food within walking distance and entertainment close sets this place apart.

Excellent customer service and communication from the staff. Whenever we had a question, they would always be able to answer or assist us. If they didn’t have the answer, they would do their research first then get back to us.
They had breakfast everyday, which was nice. It would have been better if they had more options to choose from but we still enjoyed it.
Rooms were nice and spacious. We had the two bedroom suite and it was spacious enough for our family of five. There was only two issues we had but I didn’t bring it up to the staff because it didn’t really bother us. The first one being that the bathroom lock didn’t work and the second was that I found someone’s clothes in the night stand drawer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I had to get off of 75 at this exit due to the weather. I had to work early the next morning. I had laundry I needed to do. I waited in the lobby 20+ minutes. This is just not what I was expecting. It brought me to this hotel instead of the Marriott I wanted to stay in. This is 3 times we have had bad experience. My boyfriend is a truck driver and I am a traveling nurse. We like your hotels, but the experience lately is turning us against them. We don’t want to be. With our jobs we want to continue to hopefully stay in them because we can always find them. We were looking into your Hotels in Hawaii. We also stay in Northern Ohio a lot and Florida. Thank you for your time.

The staff were very nice. Aside from that the stay was terrible. We complained about the constant marijuana smell in the building and even sent an email to Marriott when it got so bad that I couldn’t sleep because the smell was so strong not just in the halls but in our room. The building was not clean and the room we were in had damaged carpet and lots of cosmetic issues etc. The building wifi was out for 2/3 of the time we were there, which normally isn’t bad but we were there for a long stay and needed to be able to work. Marriott said a manger would get in touch with us, but that never happened. We contacted corporate again and never had a reply back.

We should not have been charged for the full stay if the hotel didn’t provide what they agreed to.

Literally the worse Marriott I have ever seen. We felt dirty walking into our room. And they wouldn’t refund us because we checked in (but I’m not sure how you see your room without checking in)

At first glance the rooms looked really nice but when the sun hit many of the appliances and other furniture, including the table and chairs, they were really dirty. It looked like they only cleaned the table top not the chair backs or seats. Even the side of the table was dirty. It looked like dried on food and spills. The appliances were not wiped off or if they were, they were not dried to get the smears of the stainless finish. The carpets looked clean but they were sticky along with the bathroom floor. It seemed like they used a spray cleaner but never rinsed off with clean water. Our daughters pillowcase had stains on it and she ended up using a towel to cover it. The staff was really friendly and courteous to our requests. They were excellent in getting us checked in early. Unfortunately I did not notice all of the problems until the morning right before we had to leave or I would have complained while we were there. I just really expected more from a Marriott.

It was nice having a walkable area to walk our dog, but the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, and the robe hook was broken off. The elastic on the bottom sheet was loose, and it popped off during the night, and the remote on/off button was broken. The front desk people, however, were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The stay and facility was very nice. Reserved the 1st night via hotels.com, no problem with that. Decided to stay another night and also paie via hotels.com. however the 2nd night was also billed to my debit card as well. Have been back for 4 days and have talked to the hotel 4 times, pretty sure they are going to reverse this additional charge but have had no success yet. Frustrating.

First, there is no room service. So no one to give you clean towels daily/empty garbage. No one made that aware to us so we had to go to the front for clean towels and more garbage bags. Second, I dont think they actually CLEANclean between stays. There was pink slime mold around the tub, there were spots on the cushions of the couch, the sofa bed had 2 huge stains, there were things under the one bed (a duplo lego and a rock) from a previous guest, the beds were hard as a ROCK, We had 3 burnt our bulbs in the room when we arrived. We had them fix them the following morning because no one was there after check in to replace them. The kitchen ware provided was not clean. The pan for the oven had crumbs all over it plus there were lots of crumbs between the stove and the countertop. The electric burners didnt really fit into the stove so they kind of stuck up, I didnt try to use them but they didnt look safe to use. We did use the oven once and it was functional. Also, there was only the top blanket left in the bag of linens for the sofa bed. It was like the sheets were used and never replaced. All the beds need mattress covers. Positives: The room layout is great. When the doors were shut you couldnt hear the other Tvs so it was nice and quiet. Having a full fridge/table and 4 chairs was great to have. I did check the beds for bugs and they were clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. I dont think I would stay again JUST to have a cool room.

The furniture in the living room wasn't clean, the carpet in the living room was snagged and torn. Other guests totally ruined our stay. They were inconsiderate and loud all night. I contacted the front desk and asked that they address the noise level at 2am. It’s now after 4am and the noise level is still unacceptable. There’s yelling, pounding on doors, slamming doors and fighting. We’ve yet to get any sleep. Contacted the front desk again and they were at a loss as to what to do. Others had called to complain and they said they addressed it with no resolve. I feel they need to move on to outside involvement at this point.

Upon arrival the clerk seemed overwhelmed with her’ slow computer’ Room was outdated and bathroom was gross. Found hairs in the shower. Additionally, there was no plug in the bottom of the shower... not that of take a bath but I certainly am grossed out by seeing into a drain where I can see hair... seriously gross. The mirror backing was coming off around the edges meaning it was no longer reflective so that seemed weird not to fix. The room I had in thesuite didn’t have a mirror making it hard to get ready and my unit was pumping out cold air despite changing the temperature. I would’ve paid more for better conditions.

We had three people, myself, my husband and teenage daughter. Our room was tiny and only had a sleeper sofa...no bed! We were told that's the only size room they have. We asked for another pillow for her, but it never came. They made the bed the next day, bit didn't even bother to straighten the blankets on the sofa.

After my gps sent me to the wrong location, I was happy to find that the hotel was actually easy to get to. The room was large with excellent AC and easy-to-use controls. The kitchenette was well laid out and well stocked. I only spent one night, but I could see that the room would be comfortable for an extended stay. I was disappointed that there was no shampoo in the bathroom - two bottles of body lotion, but I couldn't use that on my hair. The tv was well-placed in the room and easy to use and find the channels I wanted.

Went it use a cup to get a drink. It was literally stuck to the cabinet. After prying one off, I noticed ALL cups were like this. Not clean at all. It wasn’t even close. A brown ring was around where the cups were. Nasty!!!!!! The door looked like someone smashed through it and they put some drywall mud on it to cover it up. Wonder what on earth happened to make it look like a ghetto door!
