Staff was very friendly. The room was filthy. There were small curly hairs throughout the room, water stains with mold on the ceiling and we were joined by a cockroach before breakfast. We would recommend you find another hotel.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the condition of this hotel demands it. From the moment I walked into my room, it was clear that basic maintenance and cleanliness standards are simply not being met here.
The mattress had exposed springs poking through, making it not only uncomfortable but potentially dangerous to sleep on. The sink was barely attached to the wall and looked like it could come off entirely with the slightest use. Most disturbing of all, the carpet had visible blood stains - which raises serious questions about the hotel’s cleaning and sanitation practices. On top of all of that, the entire room had a foul, persistent odor that made it impossible to relax.
I paid $400 for this room expecting a basic standard of comfort and cleanliness. What I received was far below anything that should be offered to a paying guest, or frankly, anyone at all. This is not a matter of minor inconveniences - these are health and safety concerns that need to be addressed immediately.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere until significant improvements are made. Management needs to take a serious look at the condition of their rooms before continuing to charge guests premium rates.

The toilet had not been flushed when we got into the room. The people on our floor and the room next to us were screaming and running around until about midnight. The sliding glass door had no handle. For the money, was not a good experience

This hotel needs a room remodel. There was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was smelly. The corners of the rooms dusty and black. I had to complain about my 1st room and was moved to a slightly cleaner room.

The breakfast is excellent and anywhere else would be paid for not included. The lobby is lovely and was recently remodeled. There is a sign that says the rooms will be redone summer 2026.

We had booked for a work trip, we had a meeting within the building. Upon arrival everything was okay, on day two the room still had not been attended to, garbage, towels, or beds. We asked and the only thing done was new towels and removed old trash no cleaning or organizing of the rooms. There was an old moldy smell throughout the room.

My check in was at 4pm. I reserved a two bed room. I called the location to let them know I will be checking in late. When I get there at 8pm, I was given a one bed room. When I went back down stairs to the concierge, I told him of the error. He told me that all has left for two bed room was accessible. I told him fine but I was not happy that my room was apparently given away even when I followed the rooms and told them I would be late.

1st room we were given was occupied by another guest. Next room was very dirty. Hair stuck on bathroom walls. Floor and furniture stained and dirty. Shower moldy. Asked for another room and it was just as bad. Hot tub drained and out of order. Was never told at check in. Staff really didn't care.

When I first pulled up the hotel look so nice but later found out the hotel is going under renovations.The room I was in had a smell and the bathroom was old and rust and scratched furnitures. I dropped our bags and keft but when we returned the room still had an odor. I called the front desk ans spoke to the sweetest lady name Gwen. She was the most uplifting part of my stay was when Ms. Gwen changed our room. The 2nd room after leaving to gather me things from the 1st room I was locked our so Ms. Gwen gave us another room whuch was better. I'm not sure if I will book another reservation there until they complete their renovations to the entire hotel.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suites location in past years and chose it again based on that experience. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was deeply disappointing and concerning.

Upon turning on the bathroom light in Room 212, I immediately saw roaches. I killed two of them. I did notify the front desk, and the clerk documented the issue and said it would be shared with management. While I appreciate the prompt acknowledgment, roaches are a dealbreaker. Cleanliness and pest control are non-negotiable, regardless of circumstances.

The hotel is clearly overdue for renovation, and several other issues compounded the experience:

• Loud shower noise that began as soon as the lever was turned on and continued until it was turned off
• Worn, tired furniture that needs replacement
• An old refrigerator that hummed loudly throughout the stay
• Heavily stained carpeting in both rooms, including a large bright red stain in the bedroom
• Second-floor common hallway that was visibly dirty, with litter along the path to the ice machine and in need of vacuuming

I understand the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, but renovation does not excuse issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Seeing roaches in the room made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable during the stay.

I wanted to share this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions and so management understands the urgency of addressing these issues.

The whole hotel felt neglected. The food area was not stocked and the breakfast was lacking basic essentials. The hot tub was broken. The pool looked dirty. The rooms were old. The carpet was stained. There were so many ants my daughter ended up with them in her mouth. My mother in laws room smelled like vomit. The front desk did not care about our concerns. It was a horrible experience.

Rooms in very poor condition! We had torn carpet, walls were badly patched, room smelled like mildew, and ants! The furniture and phones had buildup of dust! Staff was not friendly from the front desk to the maid service, to the breakfast attendant! The older gentleman at the omelette station is beyond rude and clearly hates his job! The jacuzzi literally had caution tape surrounding it. We paid nearly $200 per night to stay in a trash hotel with rude service! Never, EVER again! HUGE let down!!

Front desk not welcoming. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Is it difficult to give an smile and show interest?
Breakfast the SAME every day for 5 days. I mean, is it difficult to change SOMETHING on a daily basis to make experience better?
The AC too cold, freezing in the common breakfast/lobby area… not comfortable. I told the front desk and they say no control on that. Not pleasant.
OK stay but can be much better but they seem not to care.

This is the best hotel in the area hands down. I’ve been to tons of high end hotels but the service and quality of the stay here is unmatched. We stayed for a few days after our wedding. It looks so cool from the interior and free parking too. Will absolutely recommend this and come again some time

Line for breakfast to get anything good was always at least 20 people long and very slow. Other options were not very good and extremely limited. Hotel room was never cleaned and I asked for another blanket 4 times and it never came. Won’t be going back to the embassy suites

No blanket on the bed. Called the front desk, housekeeping, and room service, but no answer. Had to go down to the front desk to request a blanket. When it was delivered it looked old and not very clean. Happy hour at the hotel is a nice perk, but you had to stand in line for an hour to get a drink. The bartender left the area three times to get supplies.

I’m a true Embassy Suites fan but this one was a disappointment. The gym looks great on the surface, but most of equipment is broken. The main reason I selected this particular hotel was that the website indicated a shuttle to the beach only to find out that the shuttle hasn’t been operable since Covid. Also, you couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was missing. It was also missing in the sink. The rooms are dated but it appears that room updates are planned for 2026. On a positive note, the staff is awesome and the food was pretty good

My wife have allergy from pets. I told them I do not want pets room , but still they gave me pets room. I believer the room was not clean after previous check out. It was smelling bad. The smell of pets and the pets urination. Thank god, I had only booking for one night. Also rooms are outdate. I will not return.

Was only there a few days on business but will definitely stay again. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Our smoke detector batteries went low and it starting beeping.. they were there within minutes to fix it.
Breakfast.. fantastic made to order omelets plus a large variety of other foods and fruit.

I'm only here for one night, I will say it's clean and easy to get to. So now the negative the room I am in is incredibly tired and it looks like it was updated in the late 90s. The beds were supposed to be queen sized it's more like a twin. I think the technical term would be a double so it's not even a full. The parking here is atrocious. There were also cars in the parking lot that was smashed windows. I would not stay here again.
