I vacation at the seagate every year, love this place. Great location, spacious and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They could still improve a few things like making their rooms less austere feeling, but overall it’s one of my favorite spots.

I will say the food at the beach club feels like it’s gone down in quality a bit. Sushi was awful and the main dishes were nothing special. Which is a bummer because they used to be more of a foodie spot, now it’s just typical beach food.

Although we did not get the room with the “Pool View” as we had paid more for it, and housekeeping was not always doing a very good job in cleanliness , the room was very comfortable, the a/c unit was quiet and the room temperature was excellent. The shuttle service was an amazing plus. The location was great!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Seagate and we plan to return! The location is excellent - lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance on Atlantic Avenue. There is also a hotel shuttle for short distances. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. Most rooms have a street view or no view with a few having a pool view. The gym is small but good enough for a quick workout. The hotel pool is nice, as is the beach club pool. The beach club is a 15 min walk or a quick shuttle ride from the hotel. The beach is great and they set you up with beach chairs and umbrellas. Juan at the beach club is amazing - so friendly and attentive. All the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel, in a great location. It's newly remodeled. Excellent restaurants. Unique beach club. I had only one complaint...the pillows are terrible. Way overstuffed and they offer no other options. This is poor for a hotel of this level.

My family came for a long weekend to celebrate several birthdays. We had 3 rooms, which were all ready early so we were able to check in, get to our rooms to change, and walk to the beach club before 1pm. The staff was amazing and accommodating, the shuttle was super convenient after a long day on the beach and late dinners on the strip. The rooms were very spacious and the balconies a great place to relax with a cup of coffee from the bistro downstairs, which also had tasty breakfast sandwiches and an assortment of baked goods.
Having stayed at a number of resorts in Delray in the past, we have now decided it will only be the Seagate from now on.

We stayed at The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. She absolutely loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had such a relaxing vibe.

The staff really made the trip special everyone we interacted with was super helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The beach club, pool, and other amenities were a huge plus and made the whole weekend feel like a mini getaway. Overall, it was a perfect birthday trip, and we’d definitely come back again.

Complete Absence of Customer Service

I didn't get to stay here because I had a family emergency. My issue is that it was impossible to get anyone from the hotel on the phone over the several days I tried calling them to discuss my situation. I messaged the hotel multiple times as well and got no reply.

The hotel looks lovely, but don't stay here if you think you might need to reach

I stayed for a 1 night staycation getaway and so glad with my choice of The Seagate. This was my first time staying here and will not be the last. My girlfriend and I wanted to relax by the pool and beach this weekend and and couldn't be happier with our stay. They have a nice beach club, with plenty of loungers, locker room, DJ music, and good pool service for drinks and food. Also, they hooked me up with a free upgrade on my room which I really appreciate! Very luxurious spot, you will like it!

Pool furniture requires updating due to mold on covers on lounge chairs. But with so much rain it is difficult to ensure fabric is resistant to moisture.

Pool itself was very nice. Room was great but the hotel was not full at all and yet we got a room that was near a noisy maintenance elevator. It didn’t keep us awake, however.

The hotel has great amenities and is very beautiful!

This was our little getaway—our 3rd time here—and once again it was wonderful! Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more special. We live in Fort Lauderdale, just 45 minutes away, but a weekend here truly feels like a vacation. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where we love watching the sunrise in the morning. Wonderful restaurants are also within walking distance. The Beach Club is our favorite spot, and the shuttle service every 10 minutes is so convenient. We’ll definitely be back!
