The drain line to my bathroom sink was unhooked so when I got in I flooded my floor.
The pool was closed by the health department so the outside patio was also closed. My key card to my room malfunctioned 19 times and each time I went to the service desk I was treated that I did something wrong.

The breakfast food was decent as a positive.

The pool was not open, and the ice machine was not there; it needs a complete redo. It smelled in the rooms, which were very moist. It's just an old, understaffed hotel, and I had to wait for my room. The front desk apologized, but they said they didn't have enough staff to get the rooms cleaned on time.
I asked to speak with the main manager who was utterly rude to me

Pool was shut down until further notice. My jet stopped working multiple times to my room. First time they realized the battery in key fob was dead. We were locked out for an hour and 20 minutes. They knew we were locked out and never alerted us when they fixed it while sitting right in front of them. Business center was a joke. Computer is locked with guest password but no staff member knew the password. Finally got the computer open and the printer didn’t work. Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping at all. It stated if we stayed more than two nights they come and clean. Never did had to make multiple trips to front desk for toilet paper and towels. Hotel itself wasn’t bad but the experience wasn’t great.

There was no management available for assistance. We did not have housekeeping a single time in the week we were there. We ran out of soap and the front desk could not replace it. We also ran out of toilet paper. The keys repetitively stopped working and no one was available at the front desk to assist us to get back in the room.

Overall, I was happy with my experience. The only thing I was unhappy about was check in. Upon arrival, the staff member asked for my name. I gave it to them and there was no further dialogue other being told to wait for 10-15 minutes. After waiting about 25-30 minutes and seeing several other people check in without issue, I approached the front desk to ask if my room was ready. The staff member replied with a no its not ready. I asked why it wouldn't be for it was 4:30, an hour and a half passed check in. I was in a time crunch to get into my room, change and get ready for an event I was attending that evening. The staff member explained that I would need to be patient for they were low staffed and doing all they can. He further explained that some patience would be appreciated since I reserved 3 rooms. That's where the information was incorrect. I had only reserved 1 room for 2 adult guest. After gathering that info, my room was given to me immediately. If he would have confirmed this info with me initially, instead of brushing me and my other guest aside, I would not have had to wait for a room and lost half an hour waiting for nothing. It was explained to me that it was another employee's error when taking the reservation (even those I had reserved through Expedia). No apologies were given. Rather, the staff member tried to change the subject by discussing his personal life, delaying me another 10-15 minutes.

The pool was not open, and no notification was sent out. That was one of the main reasons I booked this location, second the staff was not very helpful nor accessible at all times. Toilet paper was poor quality, breakfast was mediocre and also ran out very quickly. The towels were full of lint. The overall quality of the stay just was not pleasant. Will not be staying here again especially not for that price !

So I could hear the music from my room until 1AM.

That's not the hotel's fault, but it certainly didn't help them.

This hotel we thought was a nice place to stay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and close to where we wanted to go. Great place to eat next door with a very staff. . Breakfast at hotel was good; something for everyone. The one thing we were very disappointed in was as the staff! Between the two of us we must of spoke to at least 8 staff members our entire stay. Out of ( I’m going to say 8 ) only 3 were polite and seemed to care. We plan to come back to Atlanta area and stay here again because maybe with our kindness and their co- workers kindness we can rub off on them. It only takes a few kind words to make the world a better place.

Could not reach the front desk from the room phone. Only cold Cereal and small muffins for breakfast. I ask about the continental breakfast, he told me it was Wednesday nothing hot. I ask why people don't travel during the week what does Wednesday have to do with it. Wo t stay there again.

Old hotel with new "makeup." Room was oppressively hot and it was so packed with furniture, the furniture blocked thw AC unit air flow. 1 washcloth for 4 bath towels. Outdoor pool looks nice. Fitness center has very old equipment (ipod connectors), but it all worked. Breakfast was ok. Waffle maker was broken. No fruit or yogurt options. All bread slices and muffins were individually wrapped in plastic wrap. No soap in lobby restroom.

The front desk clerk said I couldn’t check in until three. My reservation said check at 11am and I had a game at 4 so I had to change in the A Walmart down the Street. When I asked her to double check she said no because I booked with Expedia. I am also pretty sure she said something derogatory about me to a co worker at check out

The buildings are old. They have replaced all the furniture, vanities, and shower but the bones show the age. Our TV didn’t work which was a disappointment. Plus, electronics were hooked together with an extension cord -possible fire hazard. Also, right next to the interstate where you can hear traffic and emergency vehicles going by at all times of the day. At best, it’s an economical stay. Beds were decent.

The room was clean and comfy. Check in was a bit iffy. They didn't check my ID for my reservation. I had reserved a handicap room. It was almost 4pm so I expected it to be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and was told it just needed final inspection from the supervisor. Turns out the sink was clogged and it might be hours before it was ready. There was not another handicap room available.

Room floors and lamp were very dirty, overall felt like random fixtures were just thrown into the room along with various dents in the wall and lights that were out or didn't work. We had to change rooms because the first rooms door lock didn't lock at all. Staff was helpful with changing rooms.

Police blocking the entrance when we arrived. Front desk person was unfriendly felt like I was an annoyance for checking in. Never greeted or made eye contact. Asked for my drivers license only. Pool and hot tub not open or even filled with water. Common area is dark. Hotel needs maintenance. Room was not cleaned stick drink rings on the bedside table. Maybe sheets were changed but not confident. Breakfast was decent and restocked. Too many options for places to stay for mediocre service.

The perimeter rooms are exposed to high traffic. The cars on the highway were extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was good. However, this did not makeup for the loss of sleep.

No help from the front desk other than wishing us good luck finding a room because everything was sold out. You did refund our advance payment. No we were not happy with Wyndham or Expedia.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and was told our reservation was cancelled because the scheduling process overbooked customers. We made our reservation some time ago, so it was a good rate. I asked when we were cancelled and they said around noon. I checked my emails and text messages and did not receive any notice that our room was cancelled. We needed to go to 2 other hotels before we found a room and it was a last one available. Rooms were probably scarce because the Atlanta Braves were playing nearby that night and the 2 following days. ..

I had a good experience. The bed was excellent! I had hoped to sit outside by the pool but it had been drained completely and was rather ugly. Some furniture in the room had burn marks but in general the hotel felt safe and clean. I would return!

First I would like to say that establishments should hire people that have skills to work in the public. The front desk staff the day of check in was horrible. They did not speak when I walked in to check in. The lady snatched my license out my hand . Did not give me any Information on incidental charge , just handed me the key card to the room and walked off . The pool didn’t have any water in it. We had to end up switching rooms bc the A/C and shower was not working. We didn’t have hot water most of Saturday. My son had football camp and couldn’t take a shower bc the water was cold . The water was shut off. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time when booking through Expedia. No towels were available this morning upon check out so we had to use what we had to dry off. Please do better with staff and overall establishment . There was only one person I ran into that was so helpful and understanding and I met and spoke with her on Saturday morning, she was heaven sent and moved us to another room so we could shower and get ready for the day . The others did not care at all. My kids was looking forward to swimming but the pool was bone dry . And the hot tub looked disgusting.

The room itself was clean, and the continental breakfast was decent.

However, our experience was impacted by ongoing water issues during our stay. While this wasn’t a major inconvenience during the day since we were out, it became frustrating in the evening. When we returned late, we requested towels and were told they were out but would have more available in the morning.

The next morning around 9:30 a.m., I went to request two towels and was again told none were available, and that it would be another 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, the lack of basic accommodations like towels, especially after being told they would be available, made the stay disappointing overall.

The floor was noticeably dirty, one of the reading lamps next to the bed was broken, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom to remove steam after getting a shower. Additionally, the hallway doors on the first floor were locked (I'm sure for security purposes) which meant I had exclusively use the elevator to get to my room and couldn't take the stairs to move around faster, like in most hotels I've stayed in, but the elevator was exceptionally slow and only 1 elevator car was in operation during my stay until literally my last trip down to check out before leaving. While not a problem, it was very annoying.
Prior to checking out, my keycards both lost their programming on my final day's stay, which has never happened to me before, and for a brief period of time I was locked out of my room. I was fortunate that the staff were able to reprogram the cards without any issue

I didn't bother trying their breakfast nor did I explore what Wyndham had to offer their guests

I stayed in this hotel because i had a conference in the morning and it was very near from my conference center. I read pretty good reviews about the cleanliness so i thought it should be fine for one night but, the reality was different atleast to me. The floors were very sticky. Secondly, there was a loud noise coming from other room the whole night to the point i got scared and couldn’t sleep. I could hear everything they were talking, fighting etc. I have no idea how many people were staying in that room but some were banging the door, running in the hallway, playing loud music the whole night, fighting. I couldn’t do anything because i was so scared to even call and complain since I believed they could hear everything i talk as i did theirs. I just prayed and waited till morning so i can get out from that horrible place.
Later, in the morning I explained everything to my fiancée and he called that hotel and explained how my night went but they hung up saying “i dont care, “you can do whatever you want”.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as per my experience. If you’re looking something peaceful, clean and good environment i suggest you all to not walk away but Runnnnn from this place.

I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay

Pool was closed and it was a beautiful weekend :( I wish there would have been a note stating the pool was not going to be open until a certain date, it was disappointing to find that out. Also the restaurant right next to the hotel was blasting music until 1am, past the closing time of 11pm. I know that’s not the fault of the hotel, but just something to be considered.

The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. Ok for a short stay. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was decent with eggs and bacon. Not a too many choices but not bad.
The one thing that would have made our stay better is if the staff honored my request for adjacent rooms. I put the request in the reservation and called ahead to get a confirmation. Even though I was assured that we would be accommodated in adjacent rooms, we were in rooms across and down the hallway from each other. It was too late and we were too tired to go back downstairs and request a change.

The first room was dark and I had to find my phone to find very the tiny light switch between the beds with my hands full. THE SHOWERHEAD WAS BROKEN. They even had it turned around backwards so it wouldn't fall down. Took a video. There was hair in the tub. There was NO HOT WATER.
Second room: NO FREAKING LIGHTS. NO HOT WATER. It was super late, I took a cold ****** shower. TV remote didn't work.
5 am the next morning, tried the water again. NO HOT WATER. Couldn't get the internet to connect.
3RD room had hot water. I showered and got the heck out. Definitely wont be back.
