The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and did give us what he called an upgrade to a king-size room. That’s the only positive.
Now from the negative, and I’m sure I have forgotten some of it. One the condition of the office was horrendous. Supposed wet plaster on the wall, which looked like i something that needed to be demolished, had a sign that said wet plaster. It looked like it had been there for a very long time. Hand-painted over the sign of whatever the last hotel‘s name was to say, western In. How are the amenities? How can I count the ways. No ice machines, no coffee makers in rooms, the bed was so uncomfortable that neither my husband or I slept . our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was still a bar of soap in the shower was used along with several pubic hairs. There was stuff on the walls that I don’t wanna try to identify. I never took my shoes off except for in bed. I wanted to shower as soon as I left there because I wasn’t about to step foot in that shower. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and I don’t think that the filter had been changed in the air conditioner since the building was built. They had homemade cat houses made out of totes with holes, cut in them and straw that were shoved in the bushes around the property. There were at least six cats just laying around.
I didn’t address any of this with the staff because honestly what in the world they’re gonna do about it. They obviously did not care. All we had to do is look around to see that.

Just an outstanding stay for the price point. It is an older property however it is tidy and the room was perfectly clean. I can’t emphasize what a great overnight baseball stay this is. Props to the staff. They were amazing as well.

This was the craziest hotel experience I have ever had. 1) we arrived to the hotel around 10:20 PM. There was no one in the lobby and there was a sign saying they would be back in 20 minutes. So we had to wait around to check in. 2) the first room we went in had no working AC (it was stifling hot as soon as we opened the door) and then we realized someone was in the bathroom with the door closed taking a shower so we quickly exited the room. 3) the second room we got moved into after the shower incident was dirty. The beds had hair and crumbs in them, fridge was leaking, and there was a dirty towel in the room. It was late, we were tired and had a race the next morning that we needed to get up at 6:00 AM for so we were going to just accept our fate until we go to plug in our chargers and there was a vibrator in the lamp. Needless to say we immediately left and then they offered us another room. The third and final room we were placed in was under active construction (like they were installing an AC at 11:30PM). So we had to wait for 30 more minutes while the room was prepared for us. We finally got in the room around midnight. We weren’t offered a discount or anything for this unbelievable experience. The area that the hotel was in was convenient to the Braves stadium but it was also pretty sketchy.

The cleaning staff were smoking weed in the room next to ours so it stunk everywhere. The man at the front desk was very nice. The room was ok but smelled old. Outside was old with chipped paint everywhere and dirty. It was quiet outside until someone decided to set off fireworks at 10. It was definitely not a 7.2 rating. I’d put it closer to a 5 out of 10.

The place is behind a gas station and feels a little shady with armed security.

I arrived at 7 p.m. and still had to wait 10 minutes to check in.

The invoice from the hotel was only $108 for three days, while I paid Expedia $200, which was confusing to start with.

I wouldn't write a review if not for this: 2 out of the 3 nights, the neighboring tenants blasted music so loud that I thought I was in the front row of a concert. I believe these tenants live in room 139 and are well-known to the establishment.

The first time (the night of 5/23/2026), I called the reception desk. The receptionist said she couldn't hear me well and kept me on hold for 8 minutes. I had to walk to the reception myself past midnight to ask for a different room or a refund, at which point she finally resolved the issue effectively.

The second time (the night of 5/25/2026), I called reception again. The guy said he would come remind my neighbor quickly, but it took more than 20 minutes, so I had to call back. He came but didn't resolve the issue; the music kept going and the volume was only slightly reduced. I kept calling the front desk multiple times after that, but nobody answered anymore. I didn't want to deal with the next-door \"DJ\" myself because the environment felt dangerous, especially at night. I only fell asleep later out of exhaustion.

I am aware that the motel only receive $35/day, but a DJ next door two out of three nights are too much to bear.

BED BUGS! Got a room here to go watch the braves play on Memorial Day weekend. I started itching soon as I sat on the bed so I went to dollar general and bought pillows and a blanket cause 2 of the 4 pillows on the bed were stained up. Will never stay here again. Never have I had to deal with bed bugs but now I have.

no nonsense stay. The site is dated with some paint chipping off doors and there was a car with a flat tire that who knows how long it was there but my room was clean and the water pressure was good in the shower. Bed was a little disappointing. Pillows were massively disappointing but overall, for what I used it for to sleep when I wasn't at a convention in ATL, it got the job done.

The A/C was near-fantastic, the TV remote control worked intermittently, the fridge & bed were nice & fully accomodating, & the property was somewhat cosy though in a busy & fast-paced neighborhood (armed guard on the property was one indication of the neighborhood, but a comforting one). For the price, the caliber of some of the clientele was less than desirable, but all-in-all the 3-day stay was pleasurable & relaxing. Parking is free & seemed just about enough for the number of rooms.

It is definitely an older hotel. It is definitely outdated when it comes to the outside of the property. However, the room we stayed in which was two double beds had recently been redone. I think it could have used a little more cleaning, but the bedding was clean, and the towels and stuff were clean! It honestly was just in corners and things you could tell they don’t move things out to clean and the air conditioner had not been dusted in forever! The beds in my opinion were not the most comfortable either they were very firm! The parking lot is well lit so coming back from the game late night was not an issue! We were able to walk to the games from the hotel. There are some hills though if your thinking about walking to keep that in mind!

Overall, for the price, it was a decent stay!

Parking was easy. Some reviews mentioned vehicles that seemed to be abandoned and that was true. Some other reviews mentioned nefarious activities, but we didn't notice any. The room appears to be recently remodeled and was relatively clean. Water pressure and temp was great, but definitely hard water. AC worked well, bed was comfy, but the building itself hasn't aged well. Despitr previous claims of bugs and smells, our room smelled nice and we didn't notice a single bug. I gave it a 4, but its more like a 3.7...the location and vibe was sketchy, but for the price, its hard to beat.

Definitely a convenient location to Truist Park, which we were aiming for so that we could walk to the game & avoid parking fees. When I got there, which was around 5:30pm, well after check-in time, they had no open/available rooms in non-smoking, which is what I had reserved well in advance. They could only offer me a room in smoking. I had to take it because I needed a room in that area & it was already time to get ready & head out to the game. Room did not smell pleasant at all & I could smell smoke from the smokers in the room next door. However, luckily, we were only there to sleep for the night after the game & headed out early the next morning. The staff were very pleasant & overall, not too bad.

Booked a double queen room and upon check in there were only single rooms available. They accommodated us by giving 2 single rooms at no additional charge. Be prepared since there appears to be people who live there on extended stays and there are lots of feral cats being fed right by the rooms. Parking is easy but we were warned to make sure our car was locked. I would not stay there again. We used the rooms as an overnight stay after a Braves game since we could walk to the stadium and that worked out well

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, polite from the get go and pet friendly. They were quick in taking care of any concerns we had and even had food recommendations. The room was very clean and the only problem we encountered was having no water when we first got there. But, like I mentioned before, they’re quick in taking care of any concerns. The parking options weren’t numerous but not bad. This place has phenomenal customer service and we will definitely choose this place again next time we happen to stop by ATL.

This hotel was scary & dirty. First of all, let’s talk about the cleanliness. When I went to sit on the bed, there was a dead bug on the floor, so I am assuming that the floor wasn’t vacuumed or swept. When I got into the bathroom, it was still leftover soap & wrapper, so I’m assuming the bathtub was not cleaned. When I sat on the toilet & closed the door, there was dirt & debris in the corner including a very large toenail. I was scared to even walk on the floor with my bare feet, so I wore socks. There was this weird small stain on the sheet. I don’t know if it was blood or mud. Let’s talk about the outside. A few doors down from our room, the guests were playing music really loud. When we walked past the room, the door opened & it smell like a skunk. My husband said that was marijuana. There was a lady that kept walking around in the parking lot back & forth.

This hotel was a dump. I’m thankful I only had to stay 1 night and I left as soon as I woke up in the morning. The area was not safe with emergency sirens constantly heard throughout the night. The bed linens seemed to be very old and worn thin and not very clean. Thankful the shower worked well and had hot water.

Drug deals and homeless people, on the back side of the building, abandoned cars full of trash in the parking lot, and cars with flat tires. Trash and liquor bottles in the flower beds, holes in the walls, supposed to be non smoking, yet there were cigarette burn on the curtains, bedspred,shower curtain, water stains on the ceiling, celling fan was hanging down loose, no cold water, the sink and shower had almost HOT water coming out of the cold side, and i got scalded trying to take a shower, i slept in my car for fear of someone stealing it. Im 6'4, 300#, and armed, and still nervous staying here. I would NEVER let someone I love stay in this dump, I will expect a refund, they try to make the sign look like a best western. Dont be fooled, too much traffic noise to sleep, pee staines and dirt on the sheets. p.s. I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. This place should be closed down !!!!!

Staff member was drinking a tall boy when we arrived. First room we checked into was on the 2nd floor and had a smoke detector beeping because the battery needs to be replaced and the second room they gave us didn’t even have a battery in the smoke detector. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. They didn’t mention at check in that we need to ask them to clean the room and give us fresh towels so we had to go ask for fresh towels after returning to our room. They gave us a bag with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. No remote control for the tv.

There were cockroaches in my room. This practice of not changing the sheets at all during a three day stay was not satisfactory to me. At 3am on a Sunday night someone was blasting music right outside my door. The heater/ air conditioner didn't work at all, and there was not sufficient hot water in the shower. It was literally the worst run motel I've ever seen.

It wasn't reassuring at check-in to see the guy wearing a side arm. Gun aside, he was very friendly. The room had a stale smell but was clean enough. The bed only had the fitted sheet- no top sheet. In the morning I went to my car to load my suitcase. When I returned to my room to get the rest of my stuff, the card wouldn't open the door so I had to go to the front desk and have it reset.
Overall not the best experience.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is disgusting. The nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. There are burn holes in the comforters. The toilet was broken. The ceiling looked like it had vomit on it. There was hair still in the tub. My eyes are burning from the smoke. I would never set foot in this hotel ever again.

The room was okay for a motel as they do not all look or smell the same. I definitely wouldn't recommend as relates to the block I was on because there's another hotel next to it that looks abandoned, very dirty, and uninhabitable. Although there were lots of nightwalkers and seemingly busy outside activity around the property, it was very quiet and everyone kept to themselves.

Unsolicited people knocking on your door when you don’t want. There are also large cockroaches outside rooms and more than a few regular sized roaches inside the rooms. There are also security and safety concerns, because there was an infant newborn baby that was shot in the next building over recently.

Booked 2 rooms and BOTH were filthy, beds slept in, drains in the tubs were clogged with paper, toilet had toilet paper and urine in the bowl, microwave didnt have buttons or a plate, cigarette lighter was left on counter, room smelled like cigarettes, lamp shades had mildew all over them, trash was visibly all throughout the room, but worst of all, ROACHES!!
