The shower water was lukewarm. Bed was okay but the bedding was very thin and cheap. I requested 1st or 2nd floor. I was told I would be put on 2nd floor when I called but when I checked in I was put on the 3rd floor. Very strict smoking policy although they advised smoking rooms they actually don’t have smoking rooms but charged extra for the smoking room we paid for in advance. 3rd floor smoked of cigarettes and the hall carpet is very outdated & is actually starting to separate from the floor. Although room was clean and the ac was great and the woman receptionist was very friendly with great customer service when I called & checked out. The customer service during check in was awful. Two men workers were talking very loudly one of the men must have been the boss because he was getting on to the other guy for the bedding. When I rang the bell for check in one of men got on the radio and started you have a customer & continue to get on to the other man for the bedding. I couldn’t see either men but only could hear their conversation. Which is not professional at all. The guy that check us in was not friendly at all & seemed to act like I was more of an inconvenience versus happy that I chose to spend my money at the business he works for. His nails were all short but one pinky nail & kept rubbing his nose ( take that how you will ) the lobby room had a motorcycle in it which honestly made the lobby look junky. Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Do not stay at this place. The first room had a strong bad odor and the bed cover had a large black stain. I asked for a different room. The second room had an odor of amonia or cat urine. The pillowcases had what appeared to be mascara and lipstick stains. I was too tired to find a different hotel and decided to live with it. When I went to the lobby in the morning, I was informed that a pipe had burst back when the weather was cold and was too deep in the wall to be prepared, so nothing was available for breakfast. I will not return to this hotel.

I booked a smoking room,only to discover apon arrival that the staff stated they didnt have or allow smoking in any rooms. I was very disappointed to discover there were no options for my accommodation for the night. I didnt even go to the room,nor did i stay the night. You falsely advertise rooms for smoking..i was also charged more for my stay than listed at booking.

the hotel is TERRIBLE! To begin with, I booked a room with a king-size bed. Upon arriving late at night—exhausted because we have a baby—the receptionist told us that he didn't have any rooms with a king bed. Yet, the hotel was literally empty; there was no one around, or at least no cars parked outside. He told me he would give me a room with two queen beds for the same price—except they weren't queen beds, but rather full-size ones. When we entered, the room was absolutely filthy; the sheets were disgusting and torn—as if from cigarette burns. I asked to switch rooms, so he unlocked the door to another room for me using his master key, but he never actually gave me my own key for that room. Once again, the sheets were dirty, and there was human hair in the bathroom. The room was supposedly non-smoking, yet the smell of marijuana was terrible. The listing claimed the room had a microwave and a fridge; however, I couldn't warm up my baby's bottle because there was NO microwave in the room. The fridge didn't work either, and to top it all off, the air conditioning wasn't working. I swear I am not exaggerating—you couldn't even call the lobby because the phone was disconnected. On top of all that, they had placed some sort of barriers in the elevator to prevent it from going up, so we had to take the stairs. The staff didn't help me with ANYTHING.

We were placed on the third floor because they were “renovated” and the whole floor smelled like marijuana. The room smelled like marijuana but there was a no smoking sign all over the place and even in the room! The sign stated that there would be a $150 cleaning fee for smoking, but again, it smelled like marijuana.

The shower was dirty and the bed was very hard. I do not recommend staying there at all. The staff is very rude as well. If I could give it no stars I would.

Used bed spreads with cigarette burn holes and staines on the sheets and pillow cases, there was a homeless woman living under the first floor steps by the office, she had bags of clothes there, cigarette buts all over the ground. I guess tgus is what you get anymore with 70.00 rooms. It was late and i didnt want to go tfind something else

This is the worst experience my family had in a hotel room ( if you can called this a hotel). The rooms were very dirty, dirty blankets with old stains from food. Towels with blood stains and they claimed it was clean ones. After check in is only 15 minutes to cancel so we couldn’t do it. It is sad and unacceptable that management allowed this to happens, when we went to complain they said they don’t have anything clean to give us. Expedia should take this people out from there site.

First room was not as promised, smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room. Transferred to the 2nd room which was only for single person and we are a couple. Television first would not turn on then it was fixed but volume could not be lowered down and then could not be turned off unless unplugged. No elevator for a couple of seniors with all our stuff to go up 3rd floor. Staff was okay.

Listen, I’m not giving a one star and I respect the hustle, we booked because we had dogs and didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel and I think it can definitely feel certain needs, but I did choose to find somewhere else to stay and didn’t ask for a refund, etc. people should make their own choices, folks seemed very nice and I didn’t entirely feel unsafe, but I was willing to pay a little bit more somewhere else. I’m sorry to say.

The sign stated renovated rooms. They apparently missed the room I was in. The sheets and pillow cases had mildew all over them and the ceiling appeared failing in from what looked like water damage. Was the worst room in a Days Inn/Wyndham property I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby had a horrible smell when I checked in. I then noticed that the evening manager had an incense burning.
On the plus side there were no bugs and the night manager was very nice.

I booked this hotel because of the breakfast included turns out “breakfast” is just coffee. The bathroom door had a large hole in it, which shocked me. The bedding was all stained and dirty. I always bring my own blanket, and I will never stay at a Day Inn again.

When I asked about the breakfast, he pointed to the coffee machine and said that was it. The room had nowhere to hang up jackets or clothes. Only half of the picture on the TV was clear. The rest was obscured by the breakdown of the display. The only functioning ice machine was on the third floor, and it was only accessible if you had a third-floor room key or the door was inactive. The elevator was out of order.

There were piles of, what I'm assuming, evicted customer's clothes, shoes and other belongings stuffed in corners and by the stairs. When I checked in, he told me the room was non smoking, which seems to be more a formality than an actually rule because when I walked into the room the smell of cigarettes was so thick and heavy that I thought somebody had just got done smoking in there right before I entered. The covers on the bed was stained and mixed match.The curtain had some kind of red substance all over it that had hardened,so you know its been on there awhile. I wasn't even comfortable with sitting my things down. The floors was even dirty and sticky.Overall I would not recommend anybody to book this place. Honestly, I think Expedia should care more about the properties they partner with and should definitely remove this property as an option because as a customer this was very disappointing to walk into.

I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the room but the bed and bathroom had all kinds of hairs strands and fur everywhere. While checking in the cameras that were displayed on the tv had a piece of paper covering maybe two of the cameras which was already sketchy. When we got in the room The mini fridge tv and the cable box were all unplugged. I’m not sure if it’s a sex trafficking hotel or what but I’m just glad I didn’t go alone. The room I was in didn’t even have a top lock on the door so anyone could’ve just walked in with a key. The tv wasn’t working and it took over an hour for them to get it plugged up why it was unplugged in the first place I don’t know. I understand getting what you pay for but these people wouldn’t give us a refund or another room so we just cut our losses and went somewhere else where we could be comfortable. My advice would be that no one comes here unless all you plan on doing is the dirty deed. You might even get snatched up I was uncomfortable the entire time and we maybe stayed for 2 and a half hours maybe 3

I stayed at this property roughly about 10 years ago, didn't realize that it had changed so drastically for the worst. Since my last stay was very pleasant I decided to give it another try because I was in the area to go to the Braves game. The place has not been maintained to his best of potential, it appears that the property owners have allow any and everyone to stay there. There were residents walking around with pit bulls and there was a lot of marijuana smoke in the air which also seeped into my room as I slept one night. I was scheduled to stay two nights but just could not manage to get comfortable enough to complete the remaining portion of my stay. I was so uncomfortable because I was afraid that someone was going to break into my car so I did not sleep that well. The next morning when I awoke everything was fine until I saw a bug crawling on the stand by the TV. At this point I think I have seen enough I packed my belongings and I left with one night remaining. I'm not expecting the owners to change anything anytime soon but I will be making better choices in the future.

The hotel is super overrated base pn the photos. I reserved a king room and once inside the room looked like it was run over. The AC filters on top of the AC. The bed is no a king size bed. The 2 pillow was not real pillows, no paper toilet, no hangers, no hand towels, only 2 mini soap, TV never worked. No blanket. The experience in the room was not good. Will never again look at a Days inn. Expedia should removed this hotel from their list.

The signage out front states newly renovated rooms. If this is true, they were renovated by an 8 year old. This hotel is extremely outdated. I believe there were people living at the hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here. I had to find a place last minute for a sports tournament and there was slim pickings in my budget.

Arrived at 10:15 pm and you would think it was middle of the afternoon with the amount of people walking around in the parking lot, swimming, hanging out on the stair wells. Didn’t feel comfortable so we left.

Unacceptable Cleanliness and Maintenance Standards

Our stay was very disappointing due to multiple issues. The room’s light switch didn’t work unless held a certain way, which we only learned after a maintenance person came in. The AC was extremely loud and outdated—it kept waking me up throughout the night.

There were visible stains on the bed sheets and towels. We requested extra linens just to cover them and avoided using the towels entirely. The tables and nightstands hadn’t been wiped down; one even had a sticky residue. A staff member handed us just two hand wipes and told us to clean them ourselves. The TV remote looked dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so we didn’t use it.

Even more concerning, we found several baby cockroaches in the room. I killed three—one in the bathroom and two in the room itself. This made us extremely uncomfortable.

To add to that, our friend in another room asked for a roll of toilet paper and was told the hotel was completely out. In our room, four people were left with just half a roll.

Thank goodness we only stayed overnight!

The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were far below standard. We expected much better and hope management seriously addresses these issues.

Property markets renovated rooms false advertising. The room smells of old and uncleaned for awhile, there were roaches all over, the AC has not been cleaned for awhile blew out nothing but fuzz, only there for two night and i spend most of my time away from the property. Maintenance was knocking and banging til about 9:30pm Sunday night, people were outside arguing and cursing all hours of the night. Definitely not a place I’ll returned to.

Whole hotel smelled like an ashtray . Was there for a few days for a work training and not once did they vacuum or clean the hallways. Elevator needs to be fixed pretty scary ( shakes and loud) hasn’t been looked at since 2022 per sign in the elevator.
