Housekeeping failed to return my stuff ( 2 designer hats )that I forgot after checkout on lamps shades. I knew exactly where I left it and contacted the hotel on the same day. It took ages to make contact to the right person and eventually being told there was nothing left behind after departure.

Very disappointed as it has ruined me and my sun stay at the end of our holidays.

Rest of team, night, restaurant, maintenance staff are pleasant especially bar, but the entertainer/performers are all brilliant, they really make a great job from early in the day till late night

My mistake i forgot my belongings it but it should be returned to his owner if reclaimed.

In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection.

But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs and so on. The money-quality situation is good :)

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

The food was the bset different variety lunch and dinners fresh fruits and lots of paella
Entertainment was great all the time everywhere in hotel few different pools child friendly splash pool the best, just the water there big cold

When we arrived, the gentlemen in reception was not friendly at all. I had said on my booking notes that I have 2 children and on their notes said 2 infants. After we paid the extra £200 pounds we got direct to a room with 2 travel cots, after the whole process taking over 2 hours to check in resulting us going to bed at 3 am. Everyone was friendly in the hotel.

You get what you pay for. It is cheap, noisy, incredibly noisy restaurant, very low ceilings and uncomfortable to be in to eat, way too small for the amount of people.
Same with the shuttle that is provided to go to the beach, way too small for the amount of people that are on the hotel. Thin walls, you hear everything from the other rooms, including fights btw the couples, very awful.
However, again, you get what you pay for. Cheap in every way.

I do Not recommend it at all. Very noisy room all the time mainly during the night - impossible to get sleep before 1am. Very, very poor quality of food and drinks. Nice staff but some of them need a training to work with guests. Pools are great mainly for kids as it were the only good point in this hotel.

There are positives, such as both pool areas were kept pretty clean, the housekeeping staff were very helpful, SOME of the reception and bar staff also and parts of the menu were cooked well. Would I visit again? No, it wasn’t awful, but it just wasn’t for us.
There were areas of the hotel that really needed updating and refreshing, the menu was very ‘samey’, with nothing that exotic or ‘local’ to the island. The dining room experience was just chaos! Granted, we visited at the busiest time of the year, but there were families who couldn’t find a table to sit at and eat and it was very much herding everyone in, around the dining areas and then out and it was beyond noisy. The glasses in the dining room were often not clean and the wine available with the all inclusive package was like vinegar.
The beds weren’t particularly comfortable either, very basic mattress with minimal bedding.
I think one of the biggest things was that there needed to be more ‘no -smoking’ areas. We had to move where we were seated several times, either on the sunbeds, or to watch the evening show, due to the fact that you would be pretty much sitting on top of each other and there was no restriction as to where smokers could ‘light up’.
Life guards? Not really!
I think a very basic meet and greet would also have gone down well.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the nearest town was just like buttons and the passport control at Palma airport was sooooo disorganised, we almost missed our flight.

Expedia sponsors this property as smoke free. It is not so. If you don't smoke, or otherwise don't want your children to breathe in other people's smoke, choose another facility. Average food. At the reception the people are kind but the entertainment isn't that great. The rides for children do not work well. The property provides a minibus that takes you to Cala Domingos for free at certain times. For the rest, for the price paid it is what you can expect.

The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it.
Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic.
All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*)
Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table).
Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy
Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night
Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm
I would not return to this area of Mallorca.

Great All-Inclusive break if on a budget.

We stayed at the HSM Canarios Park, as a short-notice budget break for 4 nights in total, We booked this as it provided an All-Inclusive option. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful when needed. The hotel itself, is basic - but is incredibly clean, and the pool areas in particular are exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious, provide UK TV, and are very clean and comfortable. The food is of a really good quality, my partner is vegetarian so options were a little limited, but the quality was very good, so didn't mind the repeated meals. The range of drinks was very good. Overall, for a cost-effective break, I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle-bus to the beach, its not necessarily because it's far, but it is quite a treacherous/steep walk down. The town is about 20 mins walk away, but is all flat roads and easy to get to.

A great holiday because of the entertainment team… itzo, george, ferran, Ivo, Maria, Alejandro, Irene, bar staff David, and another fella with a tash, didn’t get his name. Robert, Ivan, Luis at reception really nice. Food is good very tasty always something different to eat. Restaurant staff nice, cleaning lady was really good. Overall a good holiday 20 min walk to town 10 min to a small beach or 20min to bigger beach. Hotel shop really expensive so go to town to buy essentials.

Decent, when we arrived the place was like a ghost town but the next day it started to fill up.

No issues with bugs and food issues that were in other reviews so they must have took remedial actions as plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the hotel

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The first night arrived late and I was very well received and informed by the receptionist Miss Heidi. The restaurant was closed and madam Mebarka took care of my wife pregnant and cook special food for her and I. The two beaches close to the hotel are so beautiful, especially buddha beach. Kind staff, I disliked the noise especially in the earlier morning. Nice hotel to enjoy the cala antena area which is so quiet

Everything was going well during my week stay here until I ended up with food poisoning was vomiting non stop in the hotel toilets as well as in my room. I will be taking this further. It’s such a shame this had to happen to me on the day I was flying out. Didn’t like the fact there was wasps everywhere either they were a big bother to me. I did enjoy my stay until the food poisoning fiasco happened.

Theft ruined holiday

Expedia characters restricted! Daughter had her phone stolen and I have since found the following reviews:

C1- Having had a great holiday on our last day this was spoilt by a theft from our hotel room, there was no forced entry and the hotel reception were rude and unhelpful, when asking for a report for our insurance company they refused and we had to take a taxi cost in excess of 50 euros to report this
C2 - Theft was a big issue here with guests being robbed from their room
C3 - May i also add, there were 4 thefts in this hotel in a 4 day period, again with no forced entry, so i would consider carefully going here.
C5 - The thief/ thieves had taken our camcorder, camera, jewellery, watch, two mobile phones, two MP3 players and debit card. We were devastated and completely shocked. The staff on reception were expressionless and apathetic when we told them. We later found out that at least 4 other rooms had had personal possessions stolen
C6 - just got back from a week there and have to say even if you go at the end of the season like we did hire a safe we didn’t and on the second night there we got robbed with them breaking the locks on the suitcases to get to the money when we reported it to the hotel manager first thing he said was its not my cleaners and if you want to report it you have to find your own way to manacor to report it to the police he was not helpful at all we were not the only ones there were 4 rooms that we know off on the fourth floor that got done ove

A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar mas no resto do hotel é razoável.
Espaços exteriores muito bem cuidados e muitas actividades para se ocupar.
Várias piscinas para miúdos e graúdos mas em especial o parque infantil dentro de água.
Restaurante com muito cuidado na higiene e na limpeza do espaço com muita quantidade mas pouca variedade.mas para uma semana de férias serve perfeitamente.
E uma boa equipa de animação com vários shows e com muitas atividades para os hóspedes.
Com boa rede de transportes públicos ao lado do hotel. E o hotel oferece um transfere para a cala S.domingos.

Leider hatte wir etwas Pech, wir haben etwas anderes erwartet. Der Erwachsen Pool musste mehrmals geschlossen werden da es Fäkalien im Pool hatte.
Der Speisesaal war sehr laut und der Boden immer schnell schmutzig, das Personal bemühte sich es sauber zu halten. Ich weiss nicht ob es an den Menschen lag wo da Urlaub machten. Ich habe noch eine weitere Familie getroffen und die fandes genau so unpassend wie ich.
Die Liefte gingen plötzlich auch nicht mehr, wurde schnellstmöglich behoben.
Der Boden des Treppenhaus war fleckig und das gab das Gefühl von nicht sauber,wurde in den 6Tagen nie gereinigt.
Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut oder die Wände zu dünn....
Es wäre sicher ein nettes Hotel , wenn die Ferien Gäste mehr zu meiner Konstellation gepasst hätten.

Agréablement surprise pour un établissement 3 étoiles All Inclusif, mérite un 4 étoile.
L'hôtel est propre et entretenu.
Les chambres son nettoyées et serviette changées tout les jours.
La restauration est tout à fait correcte, le personnel est très réactif pour débarrasser rapidement les tables et balayer les systématiquement. Horaires tardif pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment appréciable.
Le personnel de l'accueil est à l'écoute et serviable (changement de chambre et de matelas...)
Je recommande grandement.

Alt i alt et godt hotel. Lækre poolområder, maden var god og nogenlunde varieret, is og mange forskellige drikkemuligheder fulgte med i all inclusive, massere af liggestole og rengøring på værelserne hver dag. Forskellig aftenunderholdning og aktiviteter hver dag til børn og voksne.
Minusserne er klart larmen i spisesalen - det var uudholdeligt og de meget små altaner + Aftenshow der først slutter kl. 23 og larmer meget, når man har udgang mod scenen.
Man kan gå til nærmeste by på 15-20 minutter.

Avis mitigé, un petit lit double au lieu de deux lits simples, pas de wifi dans la chambre, nourriture sous forme de buffet peu variée (en 5 soir même pas une paella), absence de choix local.
Les fumeurs sur les balcons des chambres sont insupportables.

Stationnement facile, bon choix dans les boissons, belle plage de sable accessible directement en 5 minutes à pied.
Rien à dire sur la propriété.

Para ser un hotel familiar le hace falta por lo menos una nevera en la habitación ya que con niños siempre tienes que tener algo fresco. Cada día la comida variaba sutilmente personal amable y las actividades para los niños muy bien el ruido no me molestó y lo mejor no iba nadie borracho pero los mayores no respetan y fuman por todos lados aunque hayan niños... En fin hotel normal🙂

Rapport qualité-prix pour des vacances en famille.

Idéalement situé, petit commerce à 15 minutes à pied, jolie plage pas très loin, calaDomingo super !

L'hôtel est semblable à tous les hôtels 3 étoiles de la région, petit point négatif sur la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant qui était médiocre :(

Maden var virkelig ringe og restauranten var forfærdelig at sidde i grundet akustikken. Man kunne slet ikke sidde og have en samtale grundet larm. Flere ting gav ikke mening, såsom at man ikke måtte få kaffe i restauranten, selvom der var kaffemaskiner. Børneaktiviteter var OK, men dyre. Fx kostede en aktivitet hurtigt 10 euro pr barn. Havde været rart med besked om priser og at man skulle have kontanter med for at børnene deltog i dem. Fine pool faciliteter.
Forventer man en ferie med afslapning og god mad bliver man skuffet.

Zimmer waren immer sauber!!
Alles ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber es war ok, weil man nicht wirklich viel im Zimmer ist.
Draußen ist alles sehr alt, und wirklich nicht schön. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Frühstücken und zum Schlafen genutzt und waren 2-3 mal am Pool, wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und haben unsere Tage komplett außerhalb des Hotels verbracht weil die Atmosphäre einfach nicht schön ist und entspannen nicht möglich ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt.
Die Pools sind ok, aber überfüllt und dann macht es keinen Spaß.
Essen war für uns wirklich eine Katastrophe, es ist soo laut und es sind einfach zuviel Menschen auf einem Haufen.
Wir haben dadurch leider nur das Frühstück in Anspruch genommen und 1-2 mal Mittagessen.
Abends mussten wir leider jeden Abend essen gehen.
Kinder oder Familie ist alles kein Problem, aber leider war dieses Hotel für uns nicht geeignet.
Wir haben viel Geld bezahlt und durch die Umstände nochmal viel Geld bezahlt um Abends in Ruhe essen zu können.
Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen.

Keine gute Unterkunft

Das Hotel war maßlos überlaufen, die Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, zumindest in Zimmer Nummer 121.
Die Pools viel zu voll und schließen um 18:00/ 19:00 Uhr, viel zu früh.Das Essen geht so, immer das selbe und auch nichts besonderes eine 4 von 10 Sternen. Jede Aktion für die Kinder kostet extra Geld für ein AllIn Hotel nicht gerade passend. Das Hotel liegt abseits von allem ohne eigenen PKW ist es schlecht irgendwo hinzukommen, die nächste kleine Stadt 22 min Fußweg mit kleinen Kindern in der Hitze unmöglich .Der Shuttle vom Hotel gnadenlos ausgelastet man bekommt keinen Platz die Leuten stürzten sich darauf .Im Großen und Ganzen viel zu teuer das Hotel, für den Service der da angeboten wird .
Werde es nicht mehr buchen bin echt enttäuscht.

Over all we had a great stay. Fantastic pool area close to the bar. There was a LOT of sun beds but not enough umbrellas. The hotel policy of no reserving of sun beds was mostly followed. It says that smoking is not allowed. But everywere you went you could smell cigarette smoke. Motstöt by the pool and in front of the stage area during the shows. Which for me With kids is not so nice!
We staten for ten days and the food was pretty much the same every day. So after three days we would have loved having something else. The rooftop in our bathroom was moldy. And in the shower there was a hole in the roof which leaked water down in to the tub. There was only three electrical outlets in the room. One beside the bed, one in the bathroom and one up by the ceeling for the tv. Not even one per person.

Ok all inklusive hotell.

Sängarna är alldeles för hårda. Var väldigt obekväma. Rummen är lite slitna men ok. Ganska lyhört. Maten hade ganska bra variation men ljudnivån inne i matsalen var stundtals väldig hög. Dålig service med minigolf , tiderna stämde inte och banan är i dåligt skick. Stranden som ligger precis nedanför är minimal och inte så värt ett besök. Helt ok all inklusive hotell.

Solo me gustaría que cambiara el tema comida fuera más variada y más española , la animación por la noche que fuera mas innovadora y dinamica

Hemos estado una semana muy agusto, todo incluido, cocktails, helados y las comidas variadas y correctas. La habitación reformada,.no con las mejores vistas pero a partir de las 11pm muy tranquila. Piscina e instalaciones muy agradables. Los alrededores una pasada, unas calas impresionantes. No nos arrepentimos de haber escogido este hotel.
