Great location right next to a stunning beach, food was fairly good. Coffee at breakfast was awful though. Also we paid for a seaview room but had a view of astroturf instead.

We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite.

Everything about the property was very nice, except their restaurants have no vegetarian options. If you are a vegetarian, and prefer to choose to have food in their restaurants, then you'll end up having just salads.
Luckily we didn't opt for All inclusive / Half board.

Great place to stay

We went for a short stay, but was very pleased with the resort, room was clean and tidy and nice powerful shower.

Food was nice and plentiful, and bar was fully stocked (recommend the San Francisco with or without alcohol).

There's a children's club and also adult activities to keep everyone busy, and 3 lovely beaches within walking distance.

Only negative was the beds were very very firm

Very nice hotel bit of a walk to the beach

The staff was not that pleasing as if I was not there some not all until I engaged with them they was ok but for them to meet me you would think I was nothing from when I got there with my mum the girl on reception was very fake and my mum of 83 did notice it . I paid for a massarge for my mum he made her day I would like to thank him for that they left a gift for my birthday wich was nice . I was sure I paid for all inclusive or some sort of meal but when we got there there was nothing they said if you book for 4 days you get nothing I was shocked but I was with my mum of 83 who has had a hard lif and I said I will treat her no cooking just for her to be spoiled on holiday. So me being positive I just said no problem I will look into it when I get back the place was nice just some of the staff let them down

Beautiful resort looking tired in places.

The resort is wonderful, the resort policies are not, food and drink can only be consumed in the bar / restaurant. If you want a cup of tea in your room, or water for pills.. you have to buy them.

The rooms are dated and feel unloved.
Bedding was not changed once during a week long stay.
Housekeeping is a sweep, mop and tidy up every day.

The positives.
The kids clubs are fantastic.
The entertainment team are fantastic.
The quality of the food is fantastic.
The staff are fantastic,
The resort needs to stop penny pinching in the wrong places,

Think big!

Enormous resort (timeshare?) with families and couples enjoying the pools, ping pong and other activities. The staff was multilingual and courteous. Room was large with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.

Nice views of the beach with ok food choice

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is about 45 minutes from Palma airport so recommend booking taxi before as it should cost 65 euros instead of 80 on the day. When we arrived it was busy the staff were not overly friendly like other hotels we stayed in. The food was nice especially the derserts but mains could have been better. If booking defiantly book half board or all inclusive because there is nothing much around. We did half board and actually was better as we would offen have a light lunch at the beach or when we ventured out to the caves one day. The walk to the beach is very nice with some great views. Not so crowded. The majority of guests were German with few Brits and others. Evening entertainment was good for the kids but not great if you don't smoke as adults would comfortably smoke throughout the night. Would of been better to have smokers on oneside. The outdoor swimming pools for kids were cold so you had to go at the right time to enjoy it.

Nice Hotel close to the beach

I went with my husband in our honeymoon and I cant complaint with anything. Everything was as expected and even better. Very good hotel to go with children as has got 3 swimming pools and animation during the day and evening. I would recomend to rent a car, I didnt do it and I did regret, as taxi cost us £90 from hotel to the airport.

Great position of hotel, close to beach. Great for families with children and for couple as well. Everyone can find nice place to relax, be fit or have a yummy summer refreshing drink. Bed should be better quality. Hot food should be have more healthy option. Otherwise happy. All chefs very nice and friendly. Excellent evening program for kids. And during the day they can have fun in perfect toddler - kids pool, sand playground or even go to kids club. Reception was helpful and did room move after two days. We were not happy with the open terrace ( because of our little one, we could not leave the door open at all ) finally after two days we start to enjoy our stay.

Some minus apartment should be had a fresh air before guest arrival. Really musty air. Very disappointed about rent a buggy for our son. Price was almost that you can buy new one, condition terrible. We was shamed to use it.
When we asked day before to arrange some help with our suitcases for 8 o'clock in the morning time. They said its not possible. No one is working from porters in this time.

Generally for price which we paid for our holiday we expected better one.

hotel was good until we had problems with our room

Hotel and holiday was fine until we had issues with the room.

The hotel have 2 types of rooms. We were given an older style room with sea view which was nice but it meant access via the patio door.

Our problems started when trying to explain to the hotel that the patio door would not lock on one side leaving the room unsecure whilst we were alsleep and away from the room.

The childrens bed is also next to the patio door.

When we pointed the issue out to the staff, they became rude and unhelpful and were reluctant to allow us to move room until the issue fixed.

They actually lied and advised all rooms were like this and at 1am in the morning I had to have the staff show me this in an available room - needless to say this room was secure.

After a very heated argument, and several more phone calls the next day the hotel reluctantly changed the broken lock.

The aircon and bathroom mirror also broke during the holiday.

Hotel is spoilt by unhelpful staff and poorly maintained rooms.

Other than that a nice stay but closer to a 3 star.

Great break at Blau Punta

We enjoyed a lovely four day break at Blau Punta Reina. Lots of activities and a very nice sea view room. Only gripe is we stayed self catering and complex very much geared towards all inclusive so not much choice in way of eateries either on site or locally. Nevertheless a great resort complex.

The location is a bit out of the way so make sure transport is organised well in advance. The sea front apartment we stayed in was clean and everything worked fine. The only problem in the room was the bed! We had two single beds put together but they were constantly sliding apart which was quite annoying.There wasn't an unbearable amount of noise from our neighbours, it was pretty quiet. I could class this hotel as a family resort, tons of (screaming) children. Friendly staff and an amazing view, the beach was also lovely.

Very good value for money hotel

Very satisfied with hotel, Very good value for money. is certainly not top end of luxury, but fantastic for the price you pay. the strong points = infrastructure in general, facilities, sauna/jacuzzi, location close to nice beaches, entertainment opportunities at night, nice rooms and bathroom. The weak points: food is quite average, wifi just doesnt work, beds should be better

great hotel...no awful surprises. Clean rooms, great facilities and close to beautiful beaches. It was everything that we expected after looking at their website. Would return again. Only thing I would miss next time is dining in the buffet restaurant...very loud, very busy and food not that great. However, the Spanish restaurant was fantastic along with the Italian.

Clean with great facilities lacking some rules

The hotel is very good. It is very clean and well maintained. Clean rooms, though can be noisy if you have an active family below or above. Wooden furniture on makes quite loud noises when moved around. This could easily be sorted with pads on furniture feet. The restaurants have very good food and a good variety for all tastes. Italian restaurant , Spanish restaurant, snack bar and a large buffet with many different offerings.One of the lacking rules I refer to is dress. People in vest tops etc at evening meals isn't right. Ok in the day at the bar by the pool but not evening. 85% dress correctly 15% let you downThe pools are very good. Cleaned daily and a really good size with good 8 feet deep areas in the middle and shallow around these for kids. Also a shallow good sized pool incorporated for smaller children.
Second rule lacking is around sun beds. It is busy and there are not enough beds to go round. People leave towels at 5 am then don't use sometimes at all. Or come back at three in the afternoon. This should be banned. It really is annoying. Again really easily resolved if a member of staff just policed and removed towels not used.
Evening entertainment is good. Not cheap cringe worthy actually good external entertainment that changed daily.
Overall a good hotel that could be better if a few simple things were sorted by management.
i spoke with a customer who had been before and the issues had appeared since his last visit.

Great value resort

Thoroughly enjoyed a second holiday at this resort. It has something for everyone, quiet areas for those who wish to relax and appreciate the lovely views from the smaller pool area as well as more lively entertainment for those who wish to join in the fun. Food is superb and the all-inclusive package is well worth it. Staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient. Book a sea view for the best position in the resort.

There was a good mix of family groups from all over Europe.

The only thing that could be improved is the availability of the Wifi connectivity across a wider area of the resort.

Good.... But not great

This isn't a bad hotel. It's just not great. It was my first experience in a resort in Europe and, if you have kids, it's about as good as it gets - there are unlimited activities to keep a family (or just the kids) occupied and entertained. For the couple looking to pamper themselves and have a relaxing holiday, it is certainly not that.

Most people are on an all inclusive which results in much of the food and drinks being simple and copious, but not mouth watering. In fact such a high proportion of guests have all-in wrist bands that the staff seem to be confused how to process cash purchases (we had only breakfast and dinner included).

Word of warning, if you get the shared bus from the airport you will make about 20 stops on the way to punta reina (it's the last stop) so I would strongly suggest a taxi for mini cab, even at the higher price, or expect to spend 2.5 hours in the bus.

The rooms are basic but clean, basically a place to sleep but not much more (although the apartments are self catering). There is wifi in the lobby but it is excruciatingly slow

In summary, if you have young kids and are looking for a nice family holiday, I think this hotel is perfect.

Stay away from the apartments!

Should have been four stars, merits only one.
The apartment was old, not very nice and definitely worn. The \"kitchen\" lacked dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave and waterkettle, the walls were paperthin and the mattresses like marble. We checked out after only one of the prepaid seven nights. The staff was not surprised, asked no questions of our reason and even had a special form to fill out for guest leaving the hotel before scheduled departure!

Easter break

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in a one-bed apartment with a sea view (would definitely recommend an upgrade to a sea view if able). We didn't eat in the hotel but tried local restaurants; the only negative aspect was that there was a limited choice of places to eat at this early time of the year (early April). However, taking the bus or walking (45 mins) to Porto Christo gave more options.

The hotel and gardens are well kept and maintained with very welcoming staff to help us through out our stay. The location next to three beaches in particular cala romantica is spectacular and the views and water breathtaking. We did not stay in the height of summer so the beaches were not crowed like they might be later in the season. Overall the hotel was very family orientated and had great activities for children to do though out the day. If your a couple looking for peace and quiet this one might not be for you, having said that we still had a great time. If you are a family with children of any age this is the resort for you.!

Great hotel for families

A great resort on the whole - the food was great. Lots of choice and good variety. We had a great room as it looked onto/very close the pool and was therefore convenient for our young children (when weather got too hot for them they were able to relax in the apartment). All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful- they always said hello and we were made to feel very welcome. The entertainment was varied mix between ok/good/excellent performances. The children's entertainment was good throughout the day, but the evening disco/shows started very late for our young children (2,4 years). The location had everything we needed - a few local shops, 3 beaches nearby. A good location for families as it was not too lively. Had a relaxing time. Would recommend.

Zunächst das Positive:
Die Hotelanlage, zwischen den zwei Buchten ist sehr schön und das Angebot für Kinder ist sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Rutschen und andere Spielgelegenheiten.

Das Hotel ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren in den Familienappartments im W1 Komplex. Der Meerblick war großartig, aber die Zimmer waren renovierungsbedürftig und schlecht gereinigt. Aus allen Ritzen kamen Ameisen und Asseln. Die Mikrowelle und die Kühlschrankniesche versifft. Bei den Betten handelt es sich um einfachste Bettgestelle.

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass andere Familien direkt das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Offenbar versucht das Hotel einem immer zunächst die unrenovierten Zimmer \"anzudrehen\".
Das Personal ist bemüht, aber ein einfacher Wunsch wie weitere Kopfkisten erforderte 5 Kontakte mit der Rezeption bis dieser umgesetzt wurde.
Handtücher und Becher werden gegen Pfand ausgehändigt, aber teilweise nur mit Vorlage der Quittung zurückgenommen. Ich habe eigentlich keine Lust auf Zettelwirtschaft im Urlaub.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber es muss einem bewusst sein, dass es sich um ein Riesenhotel mit entsprechender Menschenmenge im Speisesaal handelt.
Die Qualität der Weine, die enthalten sind, ist mittelmäßig.

Die Bewertung gut ist eigentlich nur wegen der Lage und des Kinderangebots zustande gekommen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber werden nicht zurückkehren.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar wunderschön anzusehen, aber leider schwanger und mit einem Kleinkind ziemlich gebirgig und leider leider war das Meer so schwer zu erreichen. Shuttlebus gab es leider nicht mehr.

Das Hotelzimmer war wirklich keine 4*! Das Bad sah wirklich mangelhaft aus!!! Bettwäsche und Handtücher teils kaputt oder verfleckt. So einen kleinen Fernseher hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotelzimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war an manchen Tagen gut, an anderen miserabel!

Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Generell war die Anlage schön und bietet viel für Kinder. Das Essen war lecker und wechselhaft.

Le séjour était bon en général, hôtel confortable, sait gérer le grand flux de touristes, nourriture bonne mais peu d'innovations.
L'accueil est froid et non personnalisé, on se croit dans un parc d'attractions ou un centre commercial et on est livré à nous-même.
L'animation pour enfants n'est pas pro-active.
L'animation le soir est par contre excellente et agréable.

Bella struttura ma con qualche pecca

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati bene. Il resosrt ha personale disponibile e una bella struttura con piscine, campi da tennis e altro, ma si nota che ha qualche annetto, soprattutto nelle camere, nei bagni e nella mancanza di ascensori negli edifici. Nei ristoranti si mangia bene anche se peccano di monotonia (in 4 sere quasi sempre le stesse scelte). Le pulizie delle camere sono in orari scomodi (siesta pomeridiana dei bambini) per cui per 2 giorni non hanno pulito la camera e questo andrebbe sicuramente migliorato, considerando le 4stelle. Infine l´accesso alla spiaggia non molto comodo soprattutto per chi ha un passeggino.

Super pour la famille !

Super établissement pour la famille avec des petits enfants (12 ans max ?). Les équipements sont adaptés aux enfants, les équipes d'animations sont superbes, les animations disponibles tous les soirs et adaptées à la famille. Séjour entre amis / adultes sans enfants, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit (aucune sortie possible à proximité sans voiture).

Les habitations sont convenables. Un manque de fenêtre dans la salle de bain laisse la pièce toujours humide et \"lourde\" mais sinon les mini-studios sont convenables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours sans reproche. Avec vue bord de mer et RdC nous avions une place de choix !

La qualité des repas (formule all inclusive choisie) est bonne sans être exceptionnelle. 3 restaurants disponibles : un \"buffet\", une pizzeria, un restaurant spécialités espagnoles (sur réservation). Il y a du choix, chaque jour les plats changent un peu. De bons plats au final ! Là encore, les équipes services au top : souriants, accueillant, serviables.

Un bar ouvert toute la journée est également disponible. On notera un léger choix de cocktails, mais les classiques sont là. A noter également que, l'hôtel disposant de plusieurs piscines, celle plus à l'écart dispose de son propre bar.

A noter également, une excellente connectivité WiFi dans tout l'hôtel.

Si nous en avons la possibilité, nous retournerons certainement dans cet établissement !

Wspaniałe miejsce na rodzinne wakacje. Piękne widoki, urocze plaże, dużo atrakcji, fajne baseny... smaczne jedzenie i sympatyczny personel... dobra jakość do ceny... bardzo sprawne wifi w cenie pokoju... na minus łóżka na kółkach.... rozjedzaja się po całej sypialni... męczące... etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr unsauber

Das Hotel ist eine große Anlage mit mehreren Häusern und Apartmentblöcken. Rezeption und Haupteingangshalle versprechen einen höheren Komfort als die Appartements tatsächlich haben. Die Reinlichkeit war unterirdisch, unser erstes Zimmer beherbergte hunderte von Ameisen und in unserem Wechselappartement wurde nur oberflächlich bis gar nicht sauber gemacht. (sämtliche Haare im Bad lagen tagelang dort, ob in der Dusche oder vorm Waschbecken, die Rückstände in der Toilette bei Neubezug erspare ich an dieser Stelle auszuführen).
Die Lage ist gut und schön, jedoch ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich, da in der Nähe nicht allzuviel zu finden ist. Die Busse fahren nicht immer regelmäßig

Le petit-déjeuner, en mode buffet, était copieux. Les buffets midi/soir étaient copieux, diversifié mais peu varié au cours de la semaine. Si on s'en tient à un type de plat par jour (viande, poisson, pâtes, etc.), il y a moyen d'avoir l'impression de variété. Généralement assez de fruits et de légumes. Le \"all-inclusive\" vaut la peine.

Nous avions un \"appartment with sea view\" dans la partie Est. Très tranquille, vue et levers de soleil magnifiques. En revanche, il semblerait qu'ils aient oublié de traiter le bois contre l'humidité: les portes sont complètement gondolées et font un bruit très désagréable lorsqu'elles sont opérées. Difficile de dire si c'est général pour ces appartements ou juste un manque de chance avec le notre. Assez mauvaise insonorisation. Matelas très dur et peu confortable.

Côté animation, c'est le top. Les clubs pour les enfants font des activités variées et adaptées, et les enfants peuvent participer au spectacle pour enfants du soir. Les spectacles à thème du soir sont variés et souvent intéressants, et souvent OK pour les enfants. Pas vraiment de disco. Il faut reconnaître l’énergie prodigieuse de l'équipe d'animation, qui est bien multilingue et motivante.

L'hôtel est sur un promontoire rocheux (d'où la vue) avec 3 plages sympathiques à moins de 5' de marche, dont une via un chemin aménagé à travers les rochers. Les plages n'étaient pas surchargées lors de notre séjour...

Schöne Anlage in toller Lage

Die Anlage ist weitäufig, nett angelegt und in toller Lage. Man muss aber schon ein bisschen gucken welches Zimmer man bucht. Manche Zimmer sind zur Straße/Parkplatz mit Gestank aus der lauten Lüftungsanlage.
Man erreicht 2 wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden. Die eine über einen spektakulären Natursteinweg (nix für gebrechliche Menschen oder Kinderwagen) die andere über einen breiten Plattenweg. Beide bieten sowohl mietbare Liegen /Sonnenschirme aber ebenso genug Platz für Handtuchlieger.
Abstriche muss man beim Essen machen. Der Speisesaal ist riesig und sehr eng bestuhlt. Draussen kann man leider gar nicht sitzen und es herrscht eine unglaubliche Lautstärke und Hektik. Es gibt viel zu wenig Speisestationen für die Anzahl an Menschen und vieles war ständig aus und manches wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Qualität des Essens war lieblos. Beim Frühstück war es Glückssache ob man Brot und Saft abbekam. Mein Tipp wäre auf Halbpension zu verzichten und lieber eins der wunderschön gelegenen Appartements zu buchen. Die Anlage insgesamt macht einen guten Eindruck und die Liegen an den Pools waren in gutem Zustand. Insgesamt findet man überall die üblichen Grbrauchsspuren für südliche Länder aber alles für eine 4* Sterne Ortskategorie völlig in Ordnung. Die Abendveranstaltungen fand ich nicht so doll, sind mir im Urlaub aber auch nicht wichtig.
Jeder hat andere Ansprüche und Wünsche an sein Feriendomizil aber ich würde die Anlage jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Lage mit Meerblick.

Leider hatten wir am ersten Tag Ameisen im Zimmer. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption wurden sie mit Gift bekämpft. Zum Essen im Buffetraum ist es sehr laut.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Buchten zum Schwimmen, Pools sind sauber.

Huge hotel with good staff

this hotel is huge and had a lot of facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful, there is a lot of animation -both for kids as adults) going on, too much for my taste but it is up to you if you join.

I traveled with my 5 yr old twins and it was great place, very safe, lifeguards at all pools, animation everyday (which we didn't use, but the people seemed very nice). Also didn't have all inclusive but cooking in the room worked out well with a big supermarket in Porto Criisto (5 minutes by bus)

I probably wouldn't go back to this particular hotel because we just didn't use most facilities (restaurants, spa, animation) but if you travel with young kids it's pretty amazing & care free way to do so.

For me the main gem of this holiday was the little bay beach. On a beautiful 5 minute walk, it has a small restaurant too with toilets and a bar. Would definitely go back for that !

Weiträumige Hotelanlage wer gut zu Fuss ist

Wer hier entspannen möchte, auch mit Familie, wird sich bis zum Strand zurückziehen müssen. Und der ist leider nur über eine sehr steile Treppe und ca. 5 min Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Dazu später mehr.

Das Hotel ist leider überbucht. Die drei Pools restlos überfüllt. Mittags peischt dann auch noch die Animation die eigentlich etwas erwartete Ruhe nochmal so richtig auf :-) Oder mann begibt sich etwas Abseits zu dem Kleinen Aussenpool wo es eine sog. Ruhezone gibt. Gegenüber den andreren Pools ist es wirklich ruhig.

Beim Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen kommt es schon mal zu einer kleinen Warteschlange vor dem Hauptrestaurant (10-15 min, je nach Zeit) obwohl es in der Anlage noch zwei kleinere Restaurants gibt! Der Lautstärke nach gleicht es wie in einer Kantine!! Mann muss schon die Köche bewundern und den Logistischen Aufwand der hier betrieben wird, das dreimal am Tag hier alles frisch zubereitet wird! Das Essen war sehr gut.
Leider mussten wir mehrmals feststellen, das dabei die Sauberkeit vom Geschirr darunter vernachlässigt wird.

Die Kinderbetreuung ist gut organisiert und altersgerecht aufgeteilt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auch auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche ein.

The hotel is good for families with kids, unfortunately the hotel was so crowded, that it was overbooked, we had to sleep in another hotel the first night - Punta Reina paid for it, paid the taxi that took us to the hotel and we got the \"all-inclusive-package\", although we didn't really need it. But of course we sometimes took use of it, but especially the facilities for dining were very very crowded and with all the kids it was very noisy.

De vraies vacances pour les parents !

L'hôtel est un apparthôtel. Il y a 2 plaques de cuisine, frigo à disposition.

Nous avons testé 1 seule piscine (la principale), bien agréable.

En été, il faut se lever pour prendre des transats (ils sont enchaînés et libre dès 9h). Par contre, en octobre, aucun problème.

Les buffets sont variés et copieux.

Le personnel est très gentil.

Les animateurs sont au TOP. Il y a des clubs de différents âge (mini, maxi, ado, adultes).
Beaucoup parmi eux parlent le français, c'est génial.

Le soir, les spectacles sont également donné par les animateurs ou parfois par des artistes extérieurs.

Un vrai régal ces vacances (la preuve, on a fait 1 semaine en juillet.... et on est revenu en octobre).

La semaine de juillet, je suis partie avec mes enfants de 12 et 16 ans que je n'ai quasiment pas vu de la semaine. Un régal !

Деньги за напитки на ужин ТРЕБУЮТ!!!! сразу, только наличными, нельзя записать на номер и не разрешают закончить ужин и оплатить! Нужно пачкать руки и всегда носить с собой деньги! Накричали и отобрали на выходе из основного ресторана 2 банана и 2 груши на двоих,путешествуем много и в разные страны, такое встречаем впервые! Ооочень шумный ресторан, помимо шума детей и взрослых, постоянный звон тарелок и столовых приборов , которые убирают и носят (неаккуратно) официанты!

Единственный плюс отеля -это его расположение относительно пляжей- calles

Zu empfehlen!

Urlaub im Juli 2016 dort verbracht, sehr schöne Anlage, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, direkt am türkisfarbenem Meer und einer schönen Bucht mit Sandstrand.. Porto Christo nur 2,5 km entfernt, ist schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen für 1,80, aber auch zu Fuß möglich (dort kann man Boote ausleihen, auch ohne Führerschein, und an der Küste auf eigene Faust entlang fahren, sehr schönes Erlebnis)

En general buena pero el Buffet de cena se retiró antes de hora, mucho personal pero desapareció dejando el servicio con falta de productos. El menú y la atención del desayuno, pizzería y restaurante La Finca estupendo por el personal y el menú.
El día de llegada servían un refresco de bienvenida a los clientes que llegaban, se olvidaron de algunos, eso es feo.

Das Hotel eignet sich insbesondere für Leute mit Kindern. Kinderlos würde ich es nicht buchen. Doch der Speisesaal empfand ich als zu gross/ dementsprechend sehr laut und ungemütlich. Man hat noch zwei weitere Restaurants (im Hotel) zur Auswahl, doch sind diese widerum zu klein (langes Anstehen).

Strand zu weit weg und schwer erreichbar

Das Hotel ist leider viel zu groß die Hotels die Pools sind für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste viel zu klein. Der Speiseraum ist für die Anzahl an Gästen viel zu klein und ehr eine Abfertigung. Der Strand ist leider nur über eine steilen nicht gut ausgebauten weg erreichbar. Ich würde dieses Hotel leider auf Grund der Lage und der Größe nicht weiterempfehlen auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht war.

Réception, à la masse (énormément de monde), peu agréable, très décevant pour le prix payé !!!!!. Hôtel vieillot, chambre sans vue. Repas également cantine et bruyant, personnel peu sympathique. Pratiquement pas de Wlan. Chambre moche, sale, et pas du tout correspondante à l'image catalogue. La seule chose bien est sa situation, belle plage bien que souvent sale. Sinon horrible hôtel de masse. Repas matin ok, Soir berk.

Immer wieder herrlich mit Familie

Trotz all incl. sind alle Mitarbeiter an der Bar sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Für Kinder schon ab 2 gibt es tolle Unterhaltung und die Animation gibt jeden Tag alles für Gross und Klein! Wir waren nun schon 2 mal dort und wir werden unsere Ferien in dieser tollen Hotelanlage verbringen!

Fijne en mooie plek om te vertoeven. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij; maaltijden uitgebreid, gevarieerd een goed van kwaliteit. Het is wel groot en daardoor veel mensen om je heen. Bij appartementen aan de buitenkant echter ook weer wel rustig.

Blau Punta feiert Familienurlaub

Die Zeit im Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und lecker, die Zimmer groß und hauptsächlich sauber. Die Lage ist wunderbar, allerdings ist der Weg zum Strand steil und steinig, jedoch lohnt sich der Abstieg zu Bucht. Das Personal von Seiten der Reinigungskräfte, Animateure und des Restaurants waren sehr zuvorkommend. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war bis zur Abreise leider nicht zu einem Lächeln zu bewegen. Für Familien ist das Hotel und Rahmenprogramm wunderbar geeignet. Das Hotel bietet keine kostenlosen Transfers nach Palma und die umliegenden Städte an.

Mallorca ist immer eine Reise wert!

Riesenanlage mit hochgerechnet 2000-2500 Gästen, typisches Pauschalurlauber-Publikum, ich sage nur: Sonnenliege reservieren um halb 7 morgens...
Wir hatten das Hotel nur wg. unseres Sohnes (7 Jahre) in der letzten Urlaubswoche gebucht, wg. Animation und Sportangebot.
Essen im Buffet-Restaurant reichhaltig aber von minderer Qualität. Geringe Obstauswahl zum Frühstück, billiger Orangen- und Apfelsaft, Automatenkaffee ungenießbar. Brotauswahl bescheiden. Kantinenatmosphäre, sehr laut. Getränke bei Halbpension müssen immer direkt bezahlt werden.
Lichtblick: Restaurant La Finca. Essen hier besser, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber nette Atmosphäre mit Livemusik, super Service.
Appartment z.T. schon abgewohnt, Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sehr mager.
Sportangebot ist gut (Fitnessstudio), Indoor-Cycling-Kurs ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Räder haben schon bessere Tage gesehen.
Poolanlagen groß und gepflegt.

Animationsprogramm war soweit o.k., haben wir aber eh nur eingeschränkt genutzt.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt schlecht. Das scheint aber typisch zu sein für Spanien. Wir werden jedenfalls nie wieder eine solche Hotelanlage in Spanien buchen und stattdessen ein Ferienhaus/Finca mieten und uns selbst versorgen.

Nous etions libre de flaner là ou bon nous semblait,
Libre de prendre nos repas à l'hotel ou en dehors.
Des bus sont a proximité pour sortir la journée et aller ou bon nous semble.
Petit probleme: pas de bus le soir et tard dans la nuit , donc pas de sorties le soir....
sinon rien a redir. cadre magnifique , personnel super gentil.
Autre petit bémol : les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et si on tombe sur des voisins bruyants ( enfants ou autre..... c'est très dur). pour nous ça a été.

God beliggenhed og offentlig transport muligheder til resten af øen. Roligt og smukt område uden alt for meget souvenirer halløj - kort afstand imellem pool og badestrand. God lejlighed med mulighed for selv at lave mad - supermarket inden for kort afstand. Sød og imødekommende personale på Blau Punta Reina resort. Masse af aktiviteter til børn og voksen, alt i alt et super sted at holde sommerferie, vi tager gerne endnu et ophold på Blau Punta Reina resort.

Fint, stort hotell perfekt for barnefamilier. For en gravid med bekkenløsning var sengene på rommet og solsengene ved bassenget litt for harde, men alt i alt et bra hotell. Ikke verdens beste service på restaurantene på hotellet, men maten var god, så vi var fornøyd. Oppholdt oss for det meste på hotellet, da det ikke var gangavstand til så mye annet enn stranden.

Wir hatten ohne Verpflegung gebucht und mussten daher vor Ort Frühstück und Abendessen nachbuchen. Das ging ohne Aufwand sehr preiswert. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Zimmer bis 16:00 Uhr behalten, für eine kleine achzahlung von nur 18€
Ansonsten war alles OK.

Très bon hôtel, appartement vue mer super. Repas buffet très varié mais pas à notre gout, salle du buffet très bruyante. 3 piscines exterieures dont une avec vue imprenable sur la mer, 1 piscine interieur pour les frileux et un aquasplash pour les enfants (un peu froid en début de saison). Accueil très bon, parle français.
