The staff at the reception were very kind, helpful and lovely.. There were the same two male staff working the shift patterns during our 4 days stay at the hotel and they were fantastic !

Staff promised a fan for the room because there was no aircon in the hotel and didn’t end up getting one everyday a different staff said yes but never gave us one. Food was the same everyday and wasn’t cooked properly fish had bones so inedible. Only one bar open at the back of the property. Maid every other day only made the beds and new towels if asked specifically no cleaning or covid friendly cleaning . Lift was broken. Bed broken. Adult pool no restrictions full of kids. No lifeguard they were working the bar couldn’t see the pool. Other people slamming doors all night and shouting on balconies. Balcony door didn’t lock/shut.

Loved the size of the property but the rooms where tiny and needed a bit of paint the noise from the front was horrendous no sound proofing and we were right on the front couldn't get to sleep as the noise from the pub 3 streets away was as clear as anything then traffic all night even people talking had us awake most of the night

Listing said my room would have fridge and kitchen and hotel had laundry...it had none of that. Room looked nothing like it either. WiFi they charged me $35/week x 2 to have laptop and phone hooked up and it hardly worked. My balcony was filled with trash and room floor dirty. No iron in room.

I was told I would have a fridge and kitchen and there was laundry here...room does not have that and it is tiny with twin size bed only. Room only has fan so can be hot and uncomfortable. They want to charge you TWICE for WiFi to have on laptop and phone. I am here for work and need both...absurd. Balcony was filled with trash and clothing. Maid threw my clothing and toiletries in my closet around.

Miscommunication and complete lack of competence by staff at desk. We were shown a picture of an apartment and expected that when we booked, but we're given a room with no air conditioning. We stayed in port pollenca and were also shown an apartment and received what we expected. Then the staff told us that food was all inclusive; we asked and the lady behind the service desk told us again, all inclusive, including beer and wine. When we came in from site seeing to have dinner, a dining room staff person started scolding us because we did not have arm bracelets to eat dinner! Fortunately we only stayed there for one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation or be given straight anwsers. Extremely disappointing visit to this area. In retrospect, we wished we would have stayed in port de pollenca as we had a great experience there!

Séjours mi octobre pour visiter l'île de majorque, appart hotel propre avec tout ce qu'il fallait, il est sûr que c'est un bâtiment mal insonorisé mais pas dérangeant pour nous \"vu qu'ont y rentrait que pour dormir \".les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques et souriants. Accès direct bord de mer,2 piscines avec jeux pour enfant. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct, personnellement je préfère faire des activités et visiter donc cet hôtel était parfait pour nous.

Die Appartments reichen für eine Woche komplett aus. Die Betten waren nur etwas unbequem. Es wurde nach Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und in der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants.

Prima appartment, heel basic. Veel geluid, muziek gaat tot 23:30 door. Keukentje is fijn, mist wel afwasmiddel en een sponsje.
Schoonmaak: alleen bed opmaken en nieuwe handdoeken, verder niet vegen of dweilen, dat is jammer.
Receptiepersoneel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

1. Stern ist noch Zuviel. Dieses Hotel sollte dauerhaft geschlossen werden und keinem Urlauber so betrügen, mir ist es ehe ein Rätsel wie dieses Hotel bestehen Belieben kann. Auch die positiven Kommentare verstehe ich nicht. Ja es ist ein 2 Sterne Hotel dafür erwarte ich aber trotzdem Sauberkeit und ordentliche Zimmer. Die Bilder die ich reingestellt habe sollten Bände sprechen, wir werden unsern Anwalt einschalten um unser Geld wieder zu bekommen. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht Urlaub gemacht… Seife gibt es nicht, sauber gemacht wird auch nie!!!! Toiletten das Bad an sich war eine Zumutung. Das essen ist unter aller …. Gebucht war Meerblick nix davon wurde eingehalten…. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels die ich in meinem ganzen Leben erlebt habe, Teller dreckig, Zimmer unter aller Sau ( lasst euch nicht von den Bildern blenden). Das essen ist immer das gleiche und die Zimmer sind alle nur mit Lüfter der die heiße Luft nur verteilt. Der Service geht so lange man nix will. Das einzig positive ist der Weg zum Meer.

Hotel muy acceptable para ser un hotel **

Es un hotel dos estrellas, por lo tanto, no es un hotel con habitaciones sorprendentes, pero agradables. La comida del buffet de buena calidad, aunque poca variedad. Además, en el desayuno haría falta un tostador más. Nos gustó mucho la opción de que te preparen un picnic para llevar cuando no puedes disfrutar de la comida al mediodía.
Por contra, deja mucho que desear la limpieza, al llegar la habitación no estaba limpia. El balcón con muchísima suciedad y el suelo sin barrer…
También, nos hubiera gustado que al llegar nos explicase cuáles eran las ventajas del todo incluido que pagamos. Algunas dudas las leímos en el papel, pero el último día descubrimos que había otra piscina más, un restaurante y bar piscina, a parte del salón dónde comíamos. Una lástima ver todo el último día.
La zona del hotel es muy comercial y con poca gente autóctona de la Isla.

Nos alojamos en familia 4 personas en 2 habitaciones dobles superiores durante 11 noches en régimen de media pensión.
En cuanto a la habitaciónes estaban limpias y reformadas pero no tienen cajones ni en la habitación,ni en el baño y tampoco tiene puertas de armario, por lo que resulta difícil guardar la ropa. Nosotros tuvimos que dejar bastante cosas en la maleta. No tienen aire acondicionado, y hay que tener en cuenta es que no se puede abrir las ventanas correderas, ya que las tienen condenadas y sólo se puede abrir la puerta de acceso a la terraza, aunque con el ventilador de techo y la puerta abierta ha sido suficiente, hemos dormido muy bien.

Una cosa que nos ha sorprendido bastante es que los Lunes y los Jueves no hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, sin embargo se paga lo mismo que cualquier otro día.
En cuanto a la media pensión, el desayuno es siempre el mismo y hemos echado en falta algunos alimentos, por ejemplo tomate rallado o algo de bollería más, tortitas etc.
En cuanto a la cena nos ha gustado más que el desayuno, tienen más variedad y cambian el menu, la verdad está bien, no olvidemos que estamos en un hotel de 2*.
Las instalaciones bien, aunque creo que la limpieza de las piscinas dejo mucho que desear.
Por la noches hay animación hasta las 00:00,cosa que a algunas personas les puede molestar aunque no es mi caso, a mi me parece fenomenal estoy de vacaciones y lo que quiero es disfrutar.
En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel. Muy bien.

Hotel vetuste, sans CLIM!! 40° dans la chambre. Personnel pas tres sympathique ni souriant. Les seuls langues parlé sont : l'espagnol, lallemand et un peu l'anglais, français s'abstenir. L'alimentation est catastrophique, tres peu de choix, toujours pareil et pas bon. Piscine SALE avec moisissures. Soirée tous les soirs jusqu'à minuit donc impossible de dormir avant.

Prima als je niet veel eisen stelt.
Veroudere accomodatie.
Zwembad netjes, lekker rustig en schoon. Bedjes voldoende, dit verbaasde mij enorm. Ontbijt drama, niet te doen. Zowel het eten als de zaal. Teveel herrie, prikkels, geduw. Wel bepaald volk wat hier komt.
Verder prima naar ons zin gehad. Veel op pad geweest en dan is de accomodatie prima. Airco werkt perfect, ook fijn. Dat was wel steeds lekker thuiskomen.

Chambre sans climatisation,un simple ventilateur est un peu juste quand la température ne descend pas en dessous des 24C la nuit. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt, de l'industriel. 2 piscines. La plage a proximité est commune, privilégier les plages de type crique a 45mm de route.

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité des plages.
Les agents de nettoyage travaillent tous les matins sur l'extérieur et 2 fois par semaine dans l'appartement, c'est très positif.
Ce que j'ai le moins aimé est la qualité moyenne des repas, nourriture industrielle. Très bien pour le petit déjeuner mais le dîner laisse à désirer.
Petite déception aussi vis à vis de la vétusté de l'appartement qui de plus ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées sur le site.

Also wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber das war bis jetzt das Schlechteste Zimmer in dem ich jemals war. Sehr dreckig und das allerschlimmste keine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer eine Katastrophe, kaum auszuhalten. Sorry aber wirklich sehr sehr schlecht. Einzig die Lage ist gut, aber da würde ich lieber 15 km zum Strand fahren als nochmals da zu buchen.

Una estancia horrible. No hay aire acondicionado, imposible dormir ni descansar, la comida no se puede ni calificar, mala NO malissima. El hotel muy drjado y la limpieza no es buena. El todo incluido no vale la pena pues no hay nada mas que unas bebidas imbebibless. No repetiria ni regalado.

Es war toll das Hotel ganz nah am Strand war und es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig, wir waren 9 Tage da und kein einziges Mal wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt nur neue Handtücher hingelegt. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klima an lange wir hatten nur einfach so einen stand Ventilator die Kinder haben immer Luft angekommen wir nicht. Das Zimmer war immer war. Wir haben nach einem zweiten gefragt und immer die Antwort bekommen wir gucken gleich oder bringen einen gleich nichts ist passiert. Das essen war immer das gleiche und sehr wenig Auswahl. Und das schlimmste wir hatten kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer das heißt wir mussten alle vier Stunden neues trinken kaufen weil es so warm war.

Good service and not much else.

We had to change our apartment, because the beds were not clean, they had not been changed. Also the glasses were dirty, and there were small ants all over the floor.
The food wasn’t great, but not horrible. I have a plant based diet, so my choices were a simple salad, and fries, with watermelon for dessert. Breakfast was even worse, no watermelon, just som dirty apples, and coffee.
But everyone were very nice and helpful, so the service was good.
