This attractive hotel is situated on the edge of S'lllot, opposite the sea and nestled between two paradisiacal beaches. Sa Coma beach lies on one side of the hotel (250 m away down a footpath) and consists of some of the finest and whitest sand on the island, whilst S'lllot beach is also only a matter of metres from the hotel.

Great hotel BUT… you’re not a beach club!

A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic.

The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay.

Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service.

I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!

This property is fantastic. Everything about it has been done to perfection. The staff are all so warm, friendly and professional. The food is amazing and the rooftop bar and pool is bliss.

Loved our stay at MiM! Before arrival, I exchanged a few emails with the hotel staff about arranging a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday — they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make it special. The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!

The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun.
The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view.
Their rooftop pool is so fun & has a bar
The bathroom had a window overlooking the ocean that opened up and you could hear the waves while showering

Cons:
The staff is very young - agewise and experience-wise. They all seem new and it shows in their hospitality.
We tried 3 alcoholic beverages and they were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I finally ordered a margarita thinking how can you mess up a margarita? But that they did. I got it with no ice, in a martini glass, looking and tasting quite sad. The bar crew is in some deep need of training.
We got the breakfast & dinner plan & I highly recommend you skip. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was just sad and repetitive and often cold.
If you are looking to visit the popular calas on social media, they are all quite far from this location. One day we opted to just hang out at the beach by the hotel to avoid driving and we were very disappointed. There was so much trash in the ocean. Plastic bags, plastic bottles, kids running unsupervised with full bags of food in the ocean which were then falling in & creating more trash.

I liked the food at the restaurant which was included in the Half Board option however there were limited variety and you have to pay for water at dinner which is a bit odd. Ended up getting double charged and the refund was less than the charge. Pretty sure it was a angry move from staff after we complained about the hidden SPA fees & dinner drinks.

Magnificent MiM Hotel!

We stayed recently for 6 nights B&B and loved it! Hotel is very modern, clean and relaxed. Staff are super helpful, we were able to check in early and offered complimentary shower facilities after check out as we had a late flight. Roof top pool and sky bar offer amazing views too. Great stay during corona times

Great hotel, totally updated, very clean. Comfortable rooms. Rooftop and ground level pool. Walking distance to two different beaches. Great to see sunrise from balcony. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Not many people around due to corona, but they did their best. I would stay again.

Couldn't have been more impressed with this oasis of contemporary looking hotel! The decor and quality of everything was first class...very smart.

The staff were super personable, especially on check in Albert was amazing. The room was just ace, with little touches you would normally get at a 5 star venue.

Had buffet breakfast, lots of choice.

Main pool excellent, not just a shallow pool, one to have a real good swim if you wanted.

Top hotel with superb views

Such a great holiday at this hotel. The sattic roof top pool/bar area was the icing on the cake with live acoustic music. Would definitely come back. Hotel staff were great and friendly and the food was delicious too.

nice small hotel with a good potential

it seems to be a rather new hotel in S'Illot right by the beach close to numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant serves great food with lots of options both for breakfast and dinner. When it is warm it should be nice to spend time by the beach. Cycling is a great thing to do as well if you are up to it.

WiFi in the hotel works with technical problems happening from time to time. I was given a room facing the building next door (no view) even though it seems there are plenty of rooms available with a great view, and the hotel was only 60% full at the time.

What is really special about the hotel is local food/drinks tasting sessions. This is a great way for guests to learn about local traditions in Mallorca, and Pedro does a great job organizing these events at around 4-5pm daily.

Great hotel stay

Hotel was beautiful, right on the beach and promenade. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a hugh selection of different dishes at breakfast and the evening meal, including both English and local Majorcian dishes and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were cleaned every day and you requested when you wanted your sheets changed. But some rooms were cleaned early in the morning and the maids moving the furniture was a bit noisy. I would reccommend this hotel to everyone and stay there again. A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

This is an excellent 4 star hotel close to the shoreline and other amenities. Great not over used swimming pool and some fine restaurants are within walking distance. As you might expect in Majorca there is also some good local entertainment and colour nearby.

My one complaint is it took a long time to checkout as I found myself at the end of customers checking in.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen – man bekommt, was man bucht. Das Hotel ist wie auf den Bildern wirklich schön, besonders die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich. Einige Möbel, wie die Liegen am Pool, wirken schon etwas gebraucht, doch das Gesamtbild bleibt positiv und gepflegt.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt: In etwa fünf Minuten erreicht man einen schönen Sandstrand. Zwar ist dieser recht voll, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Beim Essen gibt es jedoch Verbesserungspotenzial. Frühstück und Abendessen waren geschmacklich okay, aber eher durchschnittlich. Für Personen mit speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnissen ist die Auswahl eher ungeeignet. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, sollte besser auf die vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung ausweichen.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Verständigung im Restaurantbereich: Das Personal sprach überwiegend nur Spanisch, was zu Kommunikationsproblemen führen konnte. An der Rezeption war die Verständigung hingegen problemlos – dort wurde teilweise sogar Deutsch gesprochen, auf Englisch konnte man sich immer gut verständigen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht.

Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit angenehmem Ambiente und guter Lage. Wer beim Essen flexibel ist und gerne auswärts speist, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Ritornando alla camera, l'insonorizzazione è da 5 stelle. Il personale è gentile. The staff was fantastic – incredibly friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed by the hotel and are convinced we made the best choice. The rooms were beautiful, the views stunning, and there were lovely areas to relax, including a rooftop pool. The location is also perfect; everything is easily accessible from there.

Just a small note: some of the tiles in the rooftop pool had come loose in one spot, which could be dangerous if you don’t see it and step on it.

Although we’ll probably not visit Mallorca again, we will absolutely recommend this hotel to others - and we already did!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu Besuch. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Die Umgebung war sehr schön mit netten Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Mit unserem Mietwagen ging es schnell zu vielen nahegelegenen Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein etwas klappriges Bett und teilweise schon kalte Speisen beim Frühstück sowie ein sehr mittelmäßiger Kaffee aus dem Automaten haben definitiv zu Abzügen geführt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, man hat sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Es hat aber gestört, dass eine Karaoke Bar direkt davor ist und wir trotz Nachfrage für ein anderes Zimmer, kein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Es ist auch sehr dreist, für den Innenpool pro Person und pro Stunde 15 Euro zu verlangen! Das sollte definitiv inklusive sein.

Perus 4 tähden hotelli, ei mitään ihmeellistä. Jopa hieman ylihintainen tasoon nähden. Huoneet siistejä ja remontoituja. Seinät paperia, kuten aina Espanjassa. Vastapäätä yökerho, jonka melu kuuluu huoneisiin pitkälle yöhön. Huoneessa jääkaappi, joka täynnä minibaarituotteita, ilmaiseksi ei edes vesipulloa. Kapselikahveista euron maksu per kapseli. Hävytöntä rahastamista tuolla yöhinnalla.

Aamupalalla ainoastaan 2 kahviautomaattia, josta kaikki sitten jonossa liruttaa kahveja kuppiin. Vähän olisi kehittämistä, jos vain jaksaisivat panostaa.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Very modern. Well laid out. Super comfy beds. Can definitely say we enjoyed our stay. However, the food was a let down. The food was very mediocre, hardly anything vegan, the food quality was not to the standard of the hotel.
Service was ok. Bar staff were fantastic but waiters and waitresses werent very good. Would return but the food would had to have been massively improved on. Next time I think we’d eat outside the hotel.

Waren als Paar für drei Tage im Hotel. Das ganze Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und Anlage sind sauber. Allerdings etwas ringhörig. Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Sehr touristisch die Umgebung. Aber hat genügend Auto- und Fahrradverleihe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dann findet man gen Süden umwerfende Buchten.

Contrairement à ce qui est inscrit personne ne parle, ni comprend le français.
Chambre donnant sur une rue, extrêmement bruyante... insonorisation nulle ! impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin
Machine à café et produits de grignotage mis à disposition, mais aucun dépliant indiquant les tarifs... la capsule de café est facturée à 1euro !
(toujours offerts dans ce type d'établissement en France)
Flacon crème douche vide et la femme de chambre m'a informée qu'il ne serait pas renouvelé !
Pas de peignoir !
Hammam payant, peu de transat et les lits au bord de la piscine sont facturés.
Petit déjeuner privilégiant la quantité et non la qualité... comme du jambon blanc, mais pas de spécialités espagnoles ... dommage
Pas de parking et stationnement très difficile

Das Buffet ist etwas klein aber ok.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Sky Bar und Pool auf dem Dach hat mir besoders gefallen.
Alles im allen zu empfehlen, Kleinigkeiten haben gestört.
Z.B ist der Wellnes/Spa Bereich nur gegen Aufpreis zugänglich und zwar 15€ pro Stunde. Das hat mit etwas sauer aufgestoßen.
Das Buffet war für Vegetarierer sehr außwahlsarm.

Schönes und modernes Hotel. Design ist eine Mischung aus Modern und Boho. Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern.
Personal kann kein perfektes Englisch, aber war meistens irgendwie zu regeln.
Die Umgebung ist ganz okay. Ein paar Restaurants und zwei Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Calla Millor muss man aber fahren.
Den einen Stern haben wir abgezogen weil die zwei Strände, welche 5 Minuten entfernt liegen, nicht besonders sind. Außerdem wurde bei unserer Endabrechnung ein paar Dinge von der Minibar verrechnet obwohl wir nie etwas davon genommen haben.

An sich war alles sehr gut, man muss nur beachten das es am Wochenende immer bis um 12 laute Musik vom Hotel aus gibt. Wer das also nicht mag sollte dann vielleicht eher ein anderes Hotel buchen ;)

Äußerst freundliches Personal - Top Lage, sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind kein Problem in der Nähe des Hotels einfach zu finden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lediglich die fehlenden Sonnenschirme am Pool sind unverständlich. Auch die Bezahlung der Doppelliegen ist mir unklar. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.
