Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.

Convenient location with quick access to the beach and sightseeing on the east of the island. Tons of amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, renovated, and equipped with all modern amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options to start the day. For a small fee, we got guaranteed parking across the street from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very nice but there's plenty of rooms and lots of people around the one pool and in the restaurant. Service is ok but not much attention to your requests, it felt like in the restaurant all the time that the waiters are just want you to finish up and leave. we had many times our unfinished dishes removed while we went for another round of dish. I wouldn't go back. Also, note that the beach is very crowded, and there's dirt on the sea towards the afternoon, evening which is not really visible on pictures but is a bit annoying.

I highly recommend this resort. In particular, I recommend getting a sea view room as the views are beautiful. Great food , staff and pool area. Activities and excursions are on offer but it is a great place to relax and do nothing. I stayed for 7 nights but wish I had stayed longer.

There is no parking. You have to drive the streets searching for a spot, which can be blocks away.
This hotel, and probably the entire island, caters to Germans. In fact, 95% of the tv channels at the hotel are in German.
I have no problem with that, but it would have nice to know to factor into our vacation plans.
Not much to do in sa Coma. The town is closed after about 10pm.

No tea and coffee in the rooms
Not much ambience in the dining room. Very bright and no options to sit outside.
Also staff were always busy setting up the next meal (breakfast places at dinner and vice versa) which made it feel overly busy.
We couldn’t work out how to utilise the themed restaurants.
Also the tennis courts mentioned on Expedia are not part of the hotel which should have been clearer.

Pool was excellent and the food choices were good. Location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and interesting walks to a castle and coves.

Lovely hotel well located for both Sa Coma and S'Illiot. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for relaxing and watching the beach below. Everything very clean and lovely variety of breakfast options (did mot choose half board so cannot comment on dinner/theme nights) Charming and friendly staff who thoughtfully put a gift in the room to mark a special occasion. Recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

We did like that this was an adults only property. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel itself. If we come back we would probably choose a different area of the island for something new.

What we liked…The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was very clean and loved the energy efficiency concepts. The pool area and lounge chairs were comfortable, but you should get your chairs before 11am or it may be difficult to find something. Activities were available daily plus nighttime entertainment. A majority of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The gym space was really good as we used it daily. My husband used the sauna and enjoyed it.

What we didn’t like…Although quantity wise, you have a wide variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner (buffet), the quality of the food was average at best. For some people that might be what they’re looking for, but for us, it’s more about quality than quantity. Truthfully, our best meal was a lunch we had outside of the hotel. The glass door that leads you from the pool to the beach was filthy each day. Fingerprints everywhere! It just looked gross. This surprised us as we saw how well they maintained the inside of the hotel and by the pool area. We also didn’t like you had to pay for the lounge chairs at the beach. That was not told to us upon check in either. Lastly, we woke up to a piece of the ceiling in the shower falling. We had to tell the front desk upon checkout. Ask about airport shuttle options.

Beautiful location right on the beach. On the other side of the island from Palma so you definitely need a car, but the parking is a nightmare! We found that to be true on the entire island. The food was the usual European buffet options. The nightly shows were fun! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, and food were good. The rooms and room furniture are outdated. And the coup de Grace was the Air Condition that was almost non-existent. It was very bad that you would sweat in your room. When we asked the staff at the reception, they said that it is not going to get cooler. We had originally booked 3 nights, but left after the second night since it was unbearable. The hotel declined to offer any credit or compensation for the unused night. Very disappointing.

Hotel & my room were great. Its right on the beach so the location was perfect. No hair conditioner so make sure to bring some if needed. Received an iron on request, pool bar & restaurant are affordable, loads of activities to take part in but make sure to book in advance as the places fill up. Wish there was information leaflets with everything going on in the hotel provided in the room on the first day or clear instructions on where to find more info. Also my massage was cancelled an hour before its time when i had the day planned around it & i would have expected some form of compensation for that especially that as a customer you would need to cancel at least 6hrs in advance otherwise you’d need to pay 50% of the fee. Otherwise all happy with our stay.

A lovely hotel in a perfect position right on the beach with a fabulous pool. It was immaculately clean throughout with plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar area. The staff were super helpful and smiley. The food was excellent but of course that means you eat far too much! Couldn’t fault it.

This is the 2nd year for us staying here. As always, staff are helpful and friendly, the food is very good in terms of variety, quality and presentation. The beach in front of the hotel is very clean and good fro children. There are a lot of people in the beach but we don't feel the it's as crowded as other beaches we visited.

Its excellent. Food was amazing. The only thing i could fault is there was a lot of ants in my bedroom.

And i arrived late cos i missed my flight. Having had paid for halfboard and missed dinner/breakfast. It would of been nice to have been compensated with a sandwich and drink on arrival however arrival was 1am.

Lovely hotel. We got upgraded on arrival which was a lovely treat. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were a little dated compared to rest of hotel but it was very comfy and clean which was main thing! Food was amazing- better than outside the hotel! Pool was very quiet and peaceful - beach 2 second walk away. Would definitely come back again but try half board this time as definitely worth it! :)

Evening meal men wasn’t allowed to wear shorts, women were allowed to wear shorts/ dresses etc above the knee so why wasn’t men allowed to wear shorts, this is discrimination. A lot of women wore very short shorts and dresses and were allowed in the dinning room but men in smart tailored shorts which was just above the knee was not allowed. We was told to leave the dining room or for my boyfriend to go to a cloak room and borrow some trousers from the hotel to sit and eat his evening meal. My boyfriend ended up wearing his sports joggers (which he wore to travel in) every night to the dinning room, this seem acceptable as this covered his legs fully, but his smart tailored chino shorts was no acceptable because it showed his leg below the knee. Crazy!!

Breakfast until 10.30, walked in on first day at 10.27am after arriving at 2am to be told breakfast was finished and I could only have tea or coffee, even though the buffet bar still had loads of food available which was going to go to waste. Every other aspect of hotel and staff was great. Hotel mainly caters for German tourists who make up the vast majority of guests.

Bad points - No air conditioning in room even though it states in description it has air conditioning. I did raise this with the management as the room was boiling and I was told to sleep with my patio door open to help keep it cool. Not good.
