Der Ferienkomplex hat unserer ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen.
Auf dem Gelände gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, das Animationsprogramm ist interessant und abwechslungsreich, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt.
Im Restaurant gibt es viele Sitzplätze, daher findet jeder Gast immer problemlos einen Platz. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker.

Es gibt Aufzüge und die verschiedenen Bereiche sind insgesamt sehr praktisch gelegen.
Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, dass einige Möbelstücke ausgetauscht werden könnten, aber das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Service hat unserer Familie gut gefallen.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt Iryna an der Rezeption – sie hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und war sehr geduldig mit uns.

Great staff, lots of kids entertainment, good food with variety. Room was the only let down with a revamp needed - rotting wood and black mold which is a shame to be it’s only real let down.

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids. I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day. There is one very noisy buffet restaurant. That's it. Having said that, my son loved it.

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from.
The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service. While the shuttle is a thoughtful touch, it only seats six people, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes both to and from the beach to ensure we got a spot.

We enjoyed it, we found some great areas to entertain our daughter.
Wonderful staff and friendly.
The condition is not at the top and needs a renovation this winter.
However, I strongly recommend it as it has all you need to have fun.

If you are traveling with little kids, this is hotel for you! even if you are a family with older kids, go somewhere else. each family had at least one kid who was less than 4 years old and most of the time more than one kid. There is a lot of cranky kids everywhere. :)

I like proximity to the beach, all-inclusive options were good with plenty of healthy options and wide selection. There is only one restaurant where you can get food and it does get packed and noisy. There is also a bar and a pool snack hut which is convenient during the day and to get food in between the meal service. The drinks are very bad - seems like pre-made and a very cheap alternative. stick to wine, sangria and hard liquor. what's strange that the ice-cream at the bar was not part of all-inclusive and had to be paid for.

The shows for kids were good but i felt started a bit late, 8:30pm and went past 9. Adult shows went past 10pm. it was impossible to rest because the sound traveled well.

Good value for families. Big parking lot (parking can be tough at many hotels in Mallorca), large rooms, good food, and staff was friendly. Downsides: a lack of shade, the common areas felt crowded, drinking water was often inconvenient. I would stay again.

Good and bad equally.

Rooms and staff were great. Some areas are a bit tired looking. Big outside bar entertainment area is nice but indoor facilities aren’t enough for a hotel of this size, (5 Blocks of 8 floor buildings). Food was poor apart from breakfast. Dinners were cold and freshly cooked choices were overcooked pork or fish every evening. Pizza oven made sure that was an option every night.

Horrible!!
My bed was broken, lose and moving if you slightly touched it and had big yellow stains on sheets and pillow.
We got another room to sleep in for the night in another building. The next day at lunch time, they still did not fix bed or even change the dirty sheets. We had to complain 3 times before anything was done. One expects that dirty sheets would be a priority. I felt grossed out the rest of our stay.
We got another room the next day, but it was too late, everything just felt dirty.

On another note, they have a kiddy pool with slides. Our kids found poop in two different locations on the slide, when we told them this, they asked the lifeguards to check, they didnt find it, and because of that they did not close down and clean it. There is water pouring on the slides from above, we mentioned it probably got flushed with the water, but the water is still contaminated. They chose to not listen and not clean the pool. We did not use this pool after that. Disgusting.
Overall they did not take action on cleanliness as one would expect.
The resturant is super noisy and the food was bland.
I do not recommend this hotell at all.

Enjoyable stay. Minor areas for improvement.

Great stay, was disappointing staff at the pool did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the pool. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job.

Good but could be great with few simple changes

Lovely hotel, food is excellent particularly for all inclusive. Pools are excellent for children. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and well maintained by housekeeping. Good entertainment each night and free shuttle to beach. Negatives are that Local bars/shops are 10mins walk away...area is relatively quiet and the pool area could be a little more well maintained. (Else stop children running around with food from snack area! )

Likes:
- The food is pretty good. Especially the fresh pastas.
- The bar staff is nice and fast with making drinks. At times I felt sorry for them because a lot of the guests are impatient.

Dislikes:
- All inclusive is not ALL inclusive at all. We had 1 bottle of water in the room when we arrived but never got new water during the rest of the stay.
- Lots of stuff like snacks, some drinks, wifi, locker etc. all cost extra.
- Guests that claim sun beds early in the morning and go back to sleep or on to breakfast. Hotel rules clearly prohibits this behaviour but there is no-one to enforce this rule.
- The entertainment was just the worst. Very bad. Just really really bad.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a good variety of food and nice facilities for the family and kids. Our Airconditioning wasn’t working in our room but we didn’t need it so we didn’t report it and some of the arcade machines were not working.

There is no way this is a 4star hotel and I stay at allot of hotels for work. This hotel the room was good but that is it. All the pools where not very clean even first thing in the morning. They have 1 snack bar that smells like spoiled milk all day. There is only one bar open all the time. The food all tasted the same bla.. If you took chicken or fish or pizza or pasta or salad everything tasted like nothing. They had allot of signs up saying no floties in the pool no kids on the upstairs bar but none of these where looked after.

Food very repetitive and not good enough for a four star hotel.
Entertainment on a night boring.
Rooms very spacious and clean, however the sliding door wardrobes very stiff and difficult to open at times. Spoke to several guests and they were mostly the same.
On the day before we left my pregnant daughter in law was packing and the wardrobe door fell completely off and hit her on the arm and side of her head. Tried to complain but we found that reception weren’t very helpful., not happy with the situation!!

Great hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Eurocalas. The staff was really friendly. We arrived early and the receptionist was able to check us into our room a couple hours before check-in which was great after having a very early flight with a toddler. The room was clean and perfect for us. The food was pretty good and had a variety of different options. There was something for all of us. They offer a shuttle ride to a beach a couple min. away which is a pretty great beach we really enjoyed it. They had plenty of entertainment for adults and kids. The splash kids pool was pretty cold but the others were good.

My only 2 complaints of this hotel was the location is pretty far from the airport which meant an expensive cab ride. The hotel doesn't offer any type of shuttle service besides taxis so it can get pricey. The other major downside is that the do not offer free wifi in the rooms only in the bar area and its not great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.

Brilliant hotel for children and family’s.

The rooms are fabulous, staff are ok, food was good what all inclusive is like really.
The pools are excellent and lots for children to do the kids club was amazing my child loved it, could not ask for Better staff for children there is a blonde girl with very long hair didn’t get her name, she was brilliant with the kids all around fabulous holiday with a family of 12 not one thing to moan about literally will be returning next year for sure. Very happy with it all.

Great except for internet and service on last day.

Internet & service on last day kept me from giving top ratings (see below), but first, the positives.

Balcony was wonderful as we could see out into the resort and Med Sea. The room had a/c, small fridge, and 2 burners. The bathroom was fine but, we found out that if you aim the shower spray a certain way, the water comes out of the shower and onto the floor.

The resort is very family friendly. It has 3 pools (one is a splash area for the kids with a bucket that fills up with water and dumps the water every couple of minutes.) Also has a lift, free parking, and the breakfast buffet every morning was plentiful (we also enjoyed the fruit carvings!) The resort has a place to get ice cream, alcoholic drinks, arcade, kids' club (my kids didn't use it), and a small store where one day we bought some sandwiches.

Checking into the hotel took a bit longer than expected and we weren't given wristbands, which the next morning when we went to breakfast, we found out we should have gotten.

The NEGATIVES:
Free internet in common areas. You pay 15 Euros (for 3 days) per device for room internet. It was very poor and unreliable. Also, checkout took a very long time. Only 1-2 people working the front desk and a long line of people waiting. When I complained about the internet to see if I could get some credit, I was basically told \"nope, there were no problems.\" Be warned: Don't pay for the internet!!!!

As it was 13 sep hotel was on end of season didn't bother to fix anything most of kids toys broken but no out of order sighns so still took your money entertainment was very poor Evan for kids.reception staff were very rood check in very slow not good when u have spent 'll day travelling and hour in taxi to get there don't go by bus it 3 and half hrs away.

A week was more than enough.

It's a decent enough hotel but we had a double push chair and even though we requested a ground floor room we were initially give the 8th floor. This was changed to 3rd floor, but we still had to chase the pre-booked travel cots. Further to this the building we were in \"Mallorca\" doesn't have level access so we had to negotiate the 8 steps down into the lobby and then wait for one of the two very slow, very small lifts to get to our room.
Food was ok, most individual dishes were adequate but there's a lot of recycling do you see the same meats appearing at lunch, then dinner, and sometimes again the next day.
Most of the staff are friendly enough, some of the bar staff could do with some customer service training.

Poor sunbeds

90% of the sun beds are old and the material has lost its elasticity which causes it to sink so you are lying against the white plastic frame causing pain and discomfort after only a few minutes.

There are a few \"new\" sun beds which are reclinable but they are few and far between and nearly all are taken by 9am. We spent most of the holiday on plastic chairs as we couldn't put up with the poor sun beds causing back pain after only a few minutes.

The bins near the outdoor bar area need to be emptied more frequently as they were often overflowing with plastic cups.

There are a constantly a dozen bees flying around the outdoor drinks dispensers with some bees actually in the slush dispensers! This is near the outdoor table /benches, so if you eat food outside on these tables you are constantly pestered by bees landing on your food and in your drinks.

The pools are great but we would not recommend or return due to the poor sunbeds,

Lovely hotel, great for families.

Myself, husband and 3 children aged 11, 9 and 6 had a fantastic holiday. Hotel room was spacious (we had two rooms with adjoining door) and modern and we can not fault the cleanliness. The food was great, always something for everyone. Surprisingly all three children loved the kids club and staff were always friendly and helpful. Only criticism is hotel needs more shade around the pool.

We stayed for a week arriving 23rd July 17.
This was our 1st sun holiday as a family which is my wife and 3 sons 8, 6 and 4.
Hotel arrange taxi transfer from airport which took about 45 minutes direct. All very smooth and good value for a family of 5.
We stayed in an apartment type room. This was very spacious with lovely bathroom and adequate room in lounge for pull out double sofa bed and addition single matters on floor.
Room had great view of the sea from main bedroom at back of hotel and balcony at front of hotel.
You need to pay for the safe so be sure to ask for this on check in.
Lifts seem to be the main problem. 2 in each block with 1 not working in ours for most of the week and I heard both were not working in another block. Hopefully they will resolve this as it was one of my main concerns.
Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner very good. Nice selection and varied from day to day with a couple of themed nights thrown in. They managed the volumes really well. As soon as a tray of food ran out it was replaced and they clear tables at lightning speed.
Snack bar throughout the day is good to grab some food and drink. Nothing to eat in the evening though which was a shame.
Evening entertainment good for kids and adults.
The pools are great especially the splash park for the younger ones. I was expecting them to be packed but by having 4 areas this was never really a problem.
Plenty of sun beds but need more sitting up ones. Great beach shuttle service.

Can't think of a single fault

Ideal for families and cannot think of any negative about the hotel or any facilities. The local beach within 5 minutes walk is small, down a lot of steps and is pretty grubby. I don't think it would take much to clear up but it's full of seaweed and makes it pretty unpleasant.

All inclusive food choice is extensive and there is always something different at each mealtime. Snack bar is open from 12 and has a range of different cold meats/cheeses/hot food as well as drinks including wine and beer.

Evening entertainment changes every night and was pretty decent for all tastes.

Room was serviced daily and was spotless on our return each day.

Probably a place for families rather than anyone else as there doesn't seem to be much outside the hotel and if you don't like playing in the swimming pool there doesn't seem to be much else.

No umbrellas or shade in kids pool

Lovely week however I was disappointed with the lack of shade surrounding the Kids pool unless you wanted to purchase an umbrella there was no shade at all
Provided for young children.
Food was good on the whole but disappointed with the one small cup size which meant you could not enjoy the odd spirit due to it either being too strong or too weak .
Staff was friendly and room was big and clean so on the whole a good holiday. However I feel shade should have been provided at no extra costs for my young family.

Very clean, service, staff and food very good

Rooms clean, modern and fresh. Phone did not work, interconnecting door was not locked giving access to next door which was not good. Took 3 requests and complaints for them to come and lock.

Restaurants very clean, well managed. Very good choice of quality meals, all food kept hot/cold correctly, with temperature at each station clearly shown.

No sun umbrellas or shade, bit annoying.

Having used a number of hotels over the years, in lots of different countries, would recommend as good quality 4 star.

Basically I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone - everything went wrong from the beginning - arrived for check in room wasnt ready then the key didnt work then the doors didnt work then they forgot about baby cot so had to wait hours for the things to be fixed - no phone / safe didnt work / no a/c, toiket didnt flush, no shower head in one of our rooms, everyday we had to ask cleaning ladies for toiletres and towels, rooms were ok but noisy as they had walk-through doors so you could every whisper in the other room! Enterteinment teem was ok - you could see that they were trying their best but still wasnt enough for me - you;re getting what you paying for!

Hotel was close And nobody inform us about that. At reception we get info that eurocalas will try to find other hotel For us (It was to late to cancel reservation without penalty) . We get hotel In diferent town but Room had only 20 m2 (we book 40 m2 In eurocalas) . Not that we expected. Hotel staf help us get transfer from The airport but nobody say nothing about situation In hotel.

Absolutely no complaints

I was somewhat sceptical ahead of the trip. 3 stars all inclusive in Majorca during the school holidays on a tight budget.

You should have no concerns about this hotel.

45 minutes from airport.
Check in. Quick and faultless and the first exposure to the happy and helpful staff
Room. Cannot fault it. It was perfectly clean and well prepared and was cleaned and new towels every day. Air condition wasn't great, however it was 37degrees.
Pool area. No complaints. Got a sun bed every day. Three pools.
Bar area. Nice bar well stocked speedy and friendly service. No problem whatsoever
Food. This surprised me most. It was really good. Very enjoyable and varied menu. Much better than the canteen experienced I feared it would be.
Entertainment every night wasn't too bad. A nice end to each day
I'm a hotel snob and was terrified this family holiday would be dreadful but I can honestly say no comlaints whatsoever.
Clean comfy bedroom, room by the pool on comfy beds, perfectly acceptable food and drink.
Well done to all at Euro calas, a lovely holiday

Good for a change from hectic south island

Stayed here nearly 14 years ago and decided to head back just to relax as resort is fairly small and relatively quiet, had a bit of a muck up as I had not downloaded room voucher in my itinerary so spent over 10 euros on internet access and printing , that sorted had to wait for room as we arrived in morning around 10am and rooms are not available until 2pm ended up only waiting an hour and room was available when I went back with my room voucher only other problem was that they showed a party of 3 when there was 4 of us,( this also happened on both airport transfers as expedia must have put it through as a party of 1causing a bit of hassle),room was clean although a bit small for 3 adults and 1 child, would definitely pay for a bigger room if possible , bathroom was small but clean although old bathroom tiles had been painted and lots of bits peeling off, on to staff all very friendly and helpful especially the entertainment staff 10 out of 10 for them always round pool asking people to join in activities, food was excellent for most of our 10 day stay just a couple of days not a great choice in some hot meats, family tried lots of different fish although I didn't as I don't eat fish unfortunately, bar staff good especially jose though older barman filipe needs a hygiene lesson as he came into toilet beside me then walked out afterwards back to bar without washing hands, apart from that stay was pretty good, hotel now seems to be french and german clients.

You truly get what you pay for

Well, we were glad to go home. The hotel is very dated, but clean. There was rust, mold and peeling paint at every turn. The German guests are very catered to including the style of food, which we didn't enjoy because of the low quality meats and repetive nature of it. The people would stand in the door way of the resturant and smoke, filling the room with fumes and coughing children. The staff was not interested in my suggesion of moving the smoking area to under a close shady tree and providing a ask try for their comfort and ours. Over all- we were very glad for a SOFT bed and towels when we got home. There were no pool towels and the beds were so hard, I spelt in a tiny child matress on the floor because my bones were pressing in the bed. (I am not fat like most of the people at the resort) Also, many people place towels on chairs a tthe beginning of their stay, so finding a pool chair is difficult.

Bra familjehotell, varken mer eller mindre.

Bodde i 7 dagar med min familj, 2 vuxna och 1 barn på 2,5 år.
Vi hade all-inclusive och tycker vistelsen varit god. Det finns absolut saker som kunnat varit bättre, men även saker som kunde varit betydligt sämre. Rummen är okej, vi hade ett separat sovrum men möblerna har varit med länge och är skavda och medtagna, dock rena. Sängarna är ganska hårda men man vande sig efter några dygn.
Städningen på rummen lämnade mer att önska. De bäddade mest och bytte handdukar, knappt något annat städ.
Poolerna är bra och många, mycket att göra för barn i olika dags- och kvällsaktiviteter.

Maten är det jag skulle vilja höja högst av allt då det är en stor buffé, men även kockar som står och lagar varm mat direkt och serverar samt att de varierar maten varje dag. Frukosten är det enda man kan klaga på då den inte förändrades och är mycket ”brittisk”. Kanske inte så mycket fokus på hälsosam mat, men det finns absolut bra alternativ så man kan äta sunt ändå.

Har man lättväckta barn bör man veta att de kör underhållning på en stor scen med hög musik mellan ca 19-23.

Ett tips om du ska åka hit är även att boka en dagstur med båt till Porto Cristo. Man bokar en av ”glas-bottom” båtarna som avgår vid Calas Domingo. Porto Cristo är mycket trevligt och fint samhälle. Vi besökte Cuevas Drach som var väldigt häftigt. Det går utmärkt att göra denna utflykt med barn. Med båten kan man även få stanna och bada i havet. Nästa gång kan det mycket väl bli så att vi väljer att bo i Porto Cristo istället

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Große Auswahl und lecker. Der Speisesaal war sehr laut, wie viele schon schreiben.
In unserem Zimmer war der Schminkspiegel abgebrochen, das Geländer locker und es ist extrem hellhörig. Dazu haben die Reinigungskräfte nie gewischt. Dazu haben sie einfach die alten Handtücher zusammengelegt. Wir haben keine neuen bekommen.
Dazu kommen viele Engländer, die sich wirklich unmöglich aufgeführt haben. Ein Typ war so betrunken, dass er uns gegenüber sehr aggressiv wurde. Wie haben das Barpersonal um Hilfe gebeten und wurden nicht ernst genommen. Stattdessen wurde noch mit dem Betrunkenen eingeklatscht.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr grosszügig und bietet tolle Angebote für Kinder.
Das reichhaltige und vielfältige Buffet haben wir sehr genossen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber grösstenteils sauber.
Unser Familienzimmer war grosszügig und sauber. Die Einrichtung aber auch alt und zum Teil defekt.
Der am Hotel nahgelegene Strand war klein und leider sehr schmutzig.
Ein wunderschöner Strand ist aber in ca. 30 Gehminuten (ca. 1,4 Km) gut erreichbar.

Wir reisten für 10 Tage an, brachen aber nach 3 Nächten fast schon ab – das schlimmste Hotelerlebnis überhaupt. Schon bei Ankunft: fleckige, mit Haaren übersäte Bettwäsche, kein Zimmerservice, keine frischen Handtücher, überall Haare auf Boden und im Bad. Warmwasser beim Duschen reine Glückssache, Toilettenpapier auf Nachfrage. Fenster ohne Vorhänge – ab 6 Uhr taghell, Schlaf unmöglich. Die Matratzen sind hart wie Beton, Erholung gleich null.

Die Anlage ist ebenso miserabel: Pool verdreckt, Papier und Erde im Wasser, Spielsalon zu 80 % kaputt, dennoch kostenpflichtig – reine Abzocke. Das angebliche „All-Inclusive“ verdient den Namen nicht: winzige Wasserflasche 1,25 €, Zuckerwatte 3,50 €, Strandtuch 1,50 € pro Tag, Trampolin 6 € für 10 Minuten. Statt Gastfreundschaft nur endlose Zusatzkosten.

Sauberkeit: ungenügend.
Service: praktisch nicht vorhanden.
Komfort: katastrophal.
Ausstattung: veraltet, kaputt.
Essen & Getränke: überteuert, enttäuschend.
Preis-Leistung: völlig indiskutabel.

Gesamtfazit: Dieses Hotel ist schmutzig, schlecht geführt und eine absolute Zumutung. Wir fühlten uns nicht wie im Urlaub, sondern wie im Gefängnis. Nicht einmal 1 Stern wert – dringend Finger weg!

Superbe hôtel, tout est fait pour passer un beau séjour.
Nous avons séjourné dans l’immeuble Mallorca et malheureusement un seul ascenseur fonctionnait et je vous raconte pas quand les femmes de ménage l’utilisait nous devions descendre avec notre bébé avec la poussette les 7 étages…
Sinon le personnel est disponible et super gentil.
Le restaurant ressemble plus à une cantine car il y a énormément de bruit

The staff is extremely hard working and always polite.

But:

The noise level in the restaurant is extreme — you can’t even make yourself heard across the table. To get there, you have to pass through a game room blasting sound at full volume, so your ears are already ringing before you sit down to eat.

It’s technically all-inclusive, but be prepared to either bring euros or come up with creative excuses to avoid paying extra for waffles, cotton candy, kiddie rides, or trampoline time.

We’re not a picky family, but staying here was a bit exhausting. If you enjoy constant noise and kids everywhere, this might be your kind of place — otherwise, you may want to think twice.

Väldigt trevlig personal! Städningen på rummet upplevde jag som bristfällig. Jag brukar inte vara så petig men den här städningen dög inte för mig. Det är väldigt hög ljudvolym i restaurangen pga hur den är byggd. Maten var nog anpassad en hel del till brittisk smak. Fina pooler och badvakter på plats. I stort hade vi en fin semester men skulle inte i först hand boka detta hotell igen.

Der er enormt meget støj - meget høj musik, ekstremt larmende spillehal og selv når baren som den sidste lukker ned 23.30 er det helt normalt at børn råber og leger udenfor til kl 02.30. Hertil kommer det forventelige støj og larm på et stort hotel med mange mennesker og mange børn. I restauranten er det helt umuligt at føre en samtale pga støj (lokalet er kæmpe stort og akustikken håbløs) Det er meget ærgerligt for oplevelsen, for maden var faktisk rigtig fin holdt op mod hvad man kan forvente på et all inclusive hotel i den prisklasse.
Værelserne er lidt slidte men rene. Udendørs arealerne er også rene og der er nok personale på til at rydde op efter folk.
Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, men de er ligeglade med om folk bryder de regelsæt de har på hotellet (ingen rygning ved poolen men kun ved rygeområder, mad ved poolen, poolens lukketider)
Der er fire pools - en for sig selv og tre (hvor en er spalsh vandland) og så en større en med aktiviteter og en lille en der tilbyder meget skygge.
Der er gode muligheder for mad og drikke hele dagen.

Wir waren sehr entsetzt. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, aber in einen schlechten Zustand, die Möbel teilweise kaputt. Die Klospülung, lief durchweg.3 mal kamen wir nicht in unser Zimmer, da das Schloss kaputt war. Es war sehr laut in den Zimmern. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht grad zufriedenstellend.An manchen Tagen kam gar keine Reinigung.
Das Restaurant war eine absolute Katastrophe, mehr als laut, man konnte sein eigenes Wort am Tisch nicht verstehen. Das Essen war nicht ansprechend. Die Liegen an den Pool, waren so gut wie alles schon früh morgens mit Handtüchern besetzt, obwohl den ganzen Vormittag keiner da war. Die Animation war auch ehr einfach gestaltet.
Am Ende arrangiert man sich und wir haben das beste draus gemacht. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Mietauto und konnten täglich fliehen. Dafür waren wir an wunderschönen Stränden und zum Essen in tollen Restauranten auf Mallorca zb. Portocristo oder Portocolom. Es war trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub auf Mallorca.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.
Das Benehmen der Hotelgäste ist unterirdisch. Es wird den ganzen Tag Alkohol getrunken und genau so verhalten sich die Leute. Mit einem Familienhotel hatte das für uns nichts zu tun.
Es ist dauerhaft laut und überall stinkt es nach Alkohol und Cola. Die Leute verfüttern ganze Hotdogbrötchen im Poolbereich an die Tauben.
Im Restaurant wird keinerlei Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen. Es sieht aus wie in einem Schweinestall. Keiner kommt auf die Idee, das was auf den Boden gefallen ist wieder aufzuheben. Die Angestellten kommen so schnell gar nicht hinterher.

Die Zimmer sind voll in Ordnung und dem Preis angemessen.

Super Kinderpool mit Rutschen.
Super Animation mit Minidisco.

Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, an der Snackbar aber eher auf das englische Publikum ausgelegt.

Das Hotel und das Personal an sich hat uns gut gefallen. Es war eher das Umfeld.

Die Hausbucht war mit Algen verschmutzt. Gebadet werden konnte nicht.
Das war sehr schade.

Estuvimos 4 noches y la estancia fue óptima en un resort con un precio muy razonable. El personal es simpático, habitación reformada y limpia, cama cómoda, comida de notable calidad. Buenas piscinas, toboganes para los niños, mesa de pingpong, canchas de fútbol sala y baloncesto. Situada a pocos minutos de Cala Domingo, una de las más bonitas de Mallorca. A mejorar, los espectáculos de animación nocturnos -demasiado orientados a niños muy pequeños-, el horroroso café de los desayunos y el ruido tremendo de la lavandería. Pero en general, notable alto. Ah, gracias a Aida, del servicio de checkout, fue todo un amor...

Good choice for the whole family

An excellent choice for the whole family, in my opinion a bit under staffed but they do magic and a great jobb, very friendly and polite staff. The rom was clean and spacious with nice view.
The food was very good and varied, we stayed 11 nights and we would definitely go back sometime.

One thing to have in mind is the elevator, very small to handle that volume of guests but if you take the stairs as a work out, you'll be fine.

Recomended for a family vacation

The hotel is a very good choice when traveling with kids.
It is impressive what the personnel do to keep all guests happy, very polite, it seems that they are under staffed but KUDOS to them.
The room was very clean and giod size for us 3, nice view.
The one which gets the bad review is the elevator, to small for the volume of people at the hotel.
The atmosphere is good for the entire family.

Positiv: Großartiger Service und Personal; Überraschend gutes Essen; All Inclusive hat Spaß gemacht; Pools sind reichlich vorhanden und sauber; Schneller Check In und Out; Hotel hat eigene Bushaltestelle; Transfer zum Strand Cala Domingos; Kids Club ist in Ordnung; Kinderdisco etc am Abend; Zimmerservice kommt jeden Tag

Negativ: Anlage ist im Prinzip gut in Schuss, aber erwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Apartment aber war schon hart an der Grenze. Auch recht hellhörig.

In Summe war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten durch Angebote und einen Gutschein gerade mal 1100 für 9 Tage All Inclusive für drei Personen bezahlt. Das ist natürlich schwer in Ordnung und tröstet über den Zustand hinweg. Wir würden glaube ich sogar nochmal wiederkommen.

Nice hotel - but terrible restaurant environement

Nice hotel - the room was newly renovated amd had a very nice balcony. Unfortunately, we were placed in a connecting room i.e. there is a door (closed and locked of course) between the rooms. This door was paperthin and when you have a lot of families living in the hotel this creages chaos when trying to get kids to sleep at different times.

The food was nice, but the restaurant itself was a disaster. The noise level in the open gigantic room placed in what felt like a basement was horrible and we actually dreaded each meal.

Piscine belle ma molto sporche perché la struttura contiene tantissimi ospiti molti stranieri che non hanno cura di tenere pulito.
Il ristorante è il bar vicino alla piscina sono abbastanza puliti e complessivamente si mangia bene.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert - für Familien mit Kindern! Allen anderen könnte es zu laut und trubelig sein. Unser Appartement war renoviert und sah wertig aus. Der Kühlschrank der Küchenzeile war uns zu laut, dank All inklusive benötigten wir ihn nicht und stellten ihn aus. Das Essen war reichhaltig und in den 6 Tagen abwechslungsreich. Der Dschungel-Pool kam bei den Kindern gut an, Mini Disco natürlich auch. Shuttle zum Strand funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war freundlich.

ett bra hotell för familj med mindre barn. Skulle inte åka hit utan barn. Fina rum, något slitet. Superfina omgivningar med strand! Maten på buffén är väldigt bra för all-inclusive. Det som drar ner på betyget är den väldigt ljudnivån under matserveringen. Stor öppen yta med väldigt många småbarnsfamiljer. Kvällsunderhållningen hörs på hela området så det är högljutt fram till 22.30.

Die Unterkunft ist für Kinder jeden Alters ideal:
Wasserspielplatz mit vier Rutschen, Fußball- und Volleyballfeld, Bodenschiessen, Wasserball, große Pools mit untschiedlichen Wassertiefen von 0 bis 190 cm, Spielplatz , etliche Fahrgeschäfte ( jeweils 1€ einwerfen), Animation von Aqua Gymnastik bis Zumba. Snackbar mit Selbstbedienung. Personal stets sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig.
Calas de Mallorca ist nicht so schön. Kleine Details wie ein Schrankleiste sind kaputt gewesen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer befindet sich im Kleiderschrank, und zwar so, dass entweder der Kleiderschrank nicht schließt oder dass der Kühlschrank kompliziert seitlich zu öffnen ist. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer war der Kleiderschrank nicht zu benutzen. Eine der Schiebetüren war völlig ausgehängt. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und wurde erst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption wieder in Stand gesetzt. Die Reinigungskräfte sind freundlich und haben sehr ordentliche Arbeit gemacht.

Palomas como ratas

Deberían controlar la “visita” de palomas en la zona de la piscina. Poner carteles para que no les den de comer. Es asqueroso estar comiendo un snak en la piscina y tener que ahuyentarlas. Parecían ratas por debajo de las hamacas o subiéndose a las mesas y sillas. Asqueroso!Es la única pega. Ah! Y por qué la piscina de los toboganes está helada??? Es para los niños! Salían con los labios morados.
Es lo único. Todo lo demás muy bien!
