We enjoyed our stay for six nights for our family of six at Portodrach morning- we had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and double balconies offering spectacular views of the port and the town. The hotel is very close to a wide variety of options for dining, bars, ice cream shops, and grocery. It is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach and the main area with shopping. It is easily accessible by bus for visiting local calas (coves) in the area with stunning views and blue green water. Reception was friendly. Cleaning staff was friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything (change of towels/garbage, sweep floor). The kitchen is small but functional for preparing meals. Dishwashing soap was only provided at check in and we were told would not be replenished so we had to purchase our own. The kitchen could also have included a pair of scissors for convenience and a roll of paper towels. The shower had hand wash instead of body wash which we found a bit odd but thankfully we brought our own. Highly recommend to purchase their homemade baguettes from their resto. Delicious and fresh, this was a staple for us daily! Laundry is available on site which was convenient. Tried the resto once for dinner and food was decent with good portion sizes. Kids enjoyed the pool. Wonderful stay for our first trip to Mallorca- highly recommend!

We have just arrived home from a 4 nights stay at the Portdrach Apartments.
The rooms are clean, spacious, amazing views over the marina and ideally located for the caves & nearby amenities. The staff were all very helpful. We recommend the transfer bus from the airport if less than 4 people staying.
The hotel will arrange this for you.
The restaurant is brilliant too! Prices are good and they gave us a 15% discount (we didn’t take it). We would stay here again. Thank you. Room 101

I can’t rate this property highly enough!
The location is stunning, the apartments exceptionally clean and all the staff so friendly.
Anna on reception was lovely, helpful and an absolute credit to whoever owns them.
We never go back anywhere but we will definitely come back here!
An absolute undiscovered gem.
We loved every minute of our break and didn’t want to go home.

The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. Or perhaps this could have been mentioned at the booking stage. As we were only staying for three nights it was not worth purchasing these items. Overall though, a great place. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

Restaurant lovely and good choices.
One thing- there aren’t enough bowls of a decent size in the kitchen , but that’s a minor gripe.

Really nice view and location, good aircon, we stayed in a studio room with balcony, had hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans, utensils and bowls and plates.
Friendly staff!
A Spar really close by (if you leave through the carpark) down the slope - friendly owner and good stock.

Great hotel in a beautiful location; right next to the marina. Our room was on the third floor and provided a lovely view across all the moored boats. Spotlessly clean throughout. Matt, Toni and the rest of the hotel team all very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. Breakfast is basic but perfectly fine with a small range of hot options as well as cereal, fruit and cold meats. Our only slight disappointment related to the pool and the ability to secure a sun lounger, which required queueing at the pool's opening time to get one; miss that and you'd struggle to get one until much later in the day. However, we had a lovely balcony to relax on but missed being able to go \"for a dip\" which you get being poolside. All in all I'd highly recommend the hotel and Porto Cristo, which had a nice selection of restaurants and is a very nice place to visit for a week's holiday.

Lovely hotel, spotless but bring yr own corkscrew

Great hotel, probably one of the cleanest have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the Marina down to the sea! Good location across the marina from the plenty of bars and restaurants and a local Spar just up the hill. Staff lovely and very efficient. Pool space is a bit limited but most people only stayed a few hours so never a problem getting a couple of beds!
Only had lunch in the bar and the food was decent

2 tips for anyone booking, if you like the sun on your balcony ask for a pool facing room as you will get the sun until about 2pm
Secondly make sure you bring a corkscrew as they don’t have them in the rooms!

Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend!

Just returned from Porto Cristo and a great stay at apartment PortoDrach. The hotel itself is
very nice and extremely well located within what is a beautiful town. My only complaint is that when we arrived we were shown two apartments the ‘one we booked’ and one we could ‘pay to upgrade to’. The first apartment we were shown was small, and not very nicely finished. It also had what we were told was an ‘internal balcony’ which in my eyes is a contradiction as a balcony is defined as outside space, it was actually just a small room with some chairs and a large window. Having booked a balcony room I felt rather cheated by this. Needless to say the second apartment was stunning ( and had an actual outside balcony! ) and so we agreed to pay the €200 surcharge. Such a shame as without this Portodrach would’ve been absolutely great.

We went quite early in the season for Mallorca, there is a lot of work being done at the hotel in preparation for the busier period of the year. It is in the shade most of the day, so ideal if you want a cooler place to stay. nice view on the harbour, very friendly staff and atmosphere.

The layout was a little strange - there are two parts - our room was in the “other part” The room appeared clean when we entered but the sink had food in plug hole and other areas had been missed and do not think room was swept whilst we were there
It was a good size and a nice balcony - although the chairs do need replacing !!
The breakfast choice was adequate and the bar and restaurant provided a good choice
The pool was nice but there was a problem getting a bed some mornings and was quite crowded
Position was lovely - overlooking the marina and just far enough away from the busy restaurants opposite
Staff were all very helpful and friendly - would return

Lovely place, annoyed about “upgrade”

We enjoyed our stay, the food was simple but edible and didn’t make us ill like the last place. Drink prices to go with evening meal are modest. The pool is clean and a pleasant place to be. The scenery is beautiful. The caves (tourist attraction) are frankly a bit crap (nothing to do with the hotel, it’s just named after them). The bar (Soma) right behind the hotel is great.

One thing that really irked me, we paid for an upgrade after being initially shown a very disappointing and small apartment, but it did seem like the room we “upgraded” to matched the description of what we booked in the first place - so we added 200 euros to the cost of our holiday for something we should have had included imho. It’s an unpleasant and unwelcome bait and switch trick that is quite transparent to me having stayed in a lot of hotels.

Lovely quiet hotel, no music blaring from the pool ~perfect . Nice location a few minutes walk from shops, beach and supermarket s. Room facility’s great with equipped mini kitchen including a fridge freezer. Bed was too hard for my liking and could do with a topper. Balcony has table chairs and sun loungers . We booked a superior room but it did not differ from the regular sea rooms our other friends had booked .

Wery spacious and clean room. Kitchen area was too small without any cupboards to store food and needed more work surfaces. Balcony with great view over marina had lovely sunbeds and table and chairs. Very close to bars and restaurants. Parking was easy but may be a problem in the summer.

Whats also nice is that the portodrach offers bicycle rental for €10per day to explore the area!
I did rent a bike for the day&it worked well&got me around perfect!

Quiet, spacious, clean apartment in lovely resort.

Booked a premium apartment with Expedia at Portodrach as wanted a large balcony to accommodate my teenage family. On arrival was given a standard room and whilst nice, clean and spacious with a lovely view, the balcony was only big enough for 1 small table and 2 chairs, so not big enough to eat on as a family of 4. The hotel and Expedia apologised for mistake but the hotel was full so we couldn't move to the right room for 2 days. When we did move the premium room was great. The lounge area was bigger which gave more space around the sofa bed, the balcony was huge and ample for our needs, views r great. Free WiFi was great too. Hotel and marina were lovely and quiet and perfectly located to get to the beach and restaurants.
This was a superb accommodation the only downside was the hotel restaurant was small and soulless but no problem if you are self catering, and the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. If the hotel added a decent mattress topper to the sofa bed then this would be a 10 out of 10. The milk and wine on arrival were also a nice touch. There are 2 small supermarkets very close by. The pool area was pleasant, open 10am to 8pm and sunbeds couldn't be reserved with towels which was a good thing but there were not enough beds in high season. Beach was fabulous. Porto Cristo is a small resort with plenty to do in it. Dive centre just up the road was really good and there was always something going on in Marina to watch from the balcony. We would return.

We went half board for two days before moving on around the island. The food was awful, cold and no choice. The hotel its self is lovely but not suitable for disabled. To get to our room, we had three lifts stairs and a walk across the car lot which was hard going for my father. Our Room and view was lovely but we did have to pay a premium for this.

This was our 3rd visit with a young grandchild, and the hotel continues to be so suitable ,well presented and comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff, ...thank you Matius...spotless, a high standard of self catering apartments, swimming pool, ... all set by an interesting marina in a quiet town.Play park, beach and supermarket all a short walk away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great value for the price. It's within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant’s dinner menu (we had too little time), but the breakfast was good. The lady working there was also very kind.

What I didn’t like: towels were only changed every two days. There was sand on the floor from previous guests, and we even found an empty bottle under the sofa bed — something housekeeping should have noticed.

Die Location direkt am Hafen ist fantastisch. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick, kann die Stadt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen, hat auf Wunsch einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hof, die Drachenhöhlen und Perlenfactory sind vor der Tür, sehr freundliches Personal. Nur der Pool war 2 Tage lang zu verschmutzt, das wurde allerdings schnell gereinigt und die Wasserqualität professionell von einer Firma geprüft. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Danke

Dejlig ferie i skøn lejlighed.

Super dejligt sted med smuk udsigt ud over havnen. Dejligt pool-område hvor det var til at komme til solstole mm. Eneste minus var der ikke måtte spises ved poolen.
Venligt personale der var gode til at hjælpe ved spørgsmål. Fin restaurant. Tilkøbte morgenmad en enkelt dag men synes ikke det levede op til prisen. Så vi lavede selv morgenmad på værelset.
Rengøring hver dag og søde rengøringspersonaler, men synes dog at lejligheden kunne trænge til en grundig omgang rengøring i skabe mm i køkkenet, hvor der var beskidt. Gamle håndklæder hang bag døren på et af badeværelserne da vi ankom. Men alt i alt en rigtig god samlet oplevelse.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, dirty floors in the room that clearly wasn’t cleaned. Stains and hair in the kitchen, old left over snacks from previous guests in the kitchen. We got a new cleaning after complaining. A bad smell in the room and old furniture, would not visit again.

Absolutes TOP-Hotel. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, große und saubere Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Hafen, tolles Frühstück. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das hauseigene Restaurant. Hier haben wir fantastisch gegessen!

Très bon accueil de la réceptionniste qui parlait français. Un accompagnement à la chambre (pas très facile la 1re fois mais merci aux différents ascenseurs).
Une remarque qui ne concerne que moi, le matelas était un peu mou.
Et comme il a plu, un balai pour faire partir l eau qui stagne sur la terrasse serait un plus.

Sauber, groß, gepflegt und tolle Aussicht

Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen. Es war ruhig und man hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne am Balkon, sogar Liegen und ein Tisch mit Stühlen waren vorhandenen.
Die Einrichtung der Möbel könnte moderner und die Betten bequemer sein. Das Bad war neu und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Preis-Leistung sind absolut in Ordnung und wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Apartamento amplio y con vistas al pequeño puerto deportivo de Portocristo. Cocina con nevera pequeña pero funcionaba bien. Limpieza de la cocina mejorable. Personal muy amable. Nuestro apartamento tenía sol de mañana pero en la terraza no había parasol (tampoco lo pedimos) y era imposible desayunar, comer. Pero cenar con las vistas al puerto era un gustazo. Piscina correcta.

Great hotel & location, good price-quality ratio

Great hotel in terms of comfort. Hotel is very conveniently located along yacht harbour of Porto Cristo (a lot of 1 hour drive max (one-way) day trip within reach). Only remark I can make is that at times we felt treated as customers rather than as guests (for which we can show comprehension given the timing of our visit in probably some of the busiest couple of weeks of the year). Very good price-quality ratio.

Dejligt hotel med fantastisk udsigt

Jeg vil klart anbefale, at man booker med udsigt udover havnen - da solen står på om morgenen og derved er væk fra terrassen om eftermiddagen/aftenen giver det gode muligheder for at sidde og nyde udsigten. Der var også værelser med udsigt til pool, som var ok - men også nogen til parkeringspladsen og her mister man noget af det hotellet her kan.
Købte parkering til 50 euro for en uge, hvor den lejede bil kunne stå trygt og sikkert. Man får nøgle til parkeringaområdet som er aflåst.
Værelset havde en fin størrelse, sengene lidt til den hårde side, men ellers var alt iorden.
Hotellet fremstår generelt velholdt.
Der er indkøbt muligheder tæt på hotellet, men gå gerne 700 meter til et større indkøbscenter, hvor der er bedre udvalg af frisk brød og muligheder for at købe ind, hvis man selv vil lave mad på værelset.
Den lokale stranden er tager ca. 5 min på gåben, den er flot (ingen sten) og ikke for overfyldt. Vi var der i uge 30.

Lage und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr gut. Leider sind nicht auf allen Balkonen Schirme und im Bad sind ein paar Kleinreparaturen erforderlich. Aber insgesamt sehr gut.
