This hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and the room was great - a good sized room for 2 people (we had the twin room). I would definitely stay here again. Also very convenient access to 2 different train stations for easy access to Tokyo and the HND airport.

I really like this hotel but unfortunately it is out of my budget. I was only to stay here because i use my expedia points. If i have the budget, I will definitely stay here.

The staff were kind and friendly. They allowed me to deposit my things before my checkin which was very convenient! The staff also let me borrow their vacuum as I needed to vacuum seal my plushies which i won from ufo catcher or claw machine.

We have stayed at the Kawasaki Nikko Hotel several times over the years. The breakfasts has improved to buffet breakfasts instead of a trays of a set Japanese or Western breakfasts. We upgraded to the larger room and it was fantastic as most Japanese hotel rooms are pretty small. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the JR station and is a 20 minute train ride from the Keikyu station to Haneda Airport.

We booked a non-smoking room, but from the first time we stepped in the room smelled like old cigarettes. The curtains especially. The halls had a really strong fragrant smell, and I think it was trying to cover up that these rooms, maybe the whole floor, were at one point smoking rooms.
The shower/bath combo had a full size glass window that once looked into the room, and had been covered over with a large piece of painted wood. There was also a long angled mirror over the headboard of the bed. Like, you could watch... I'm not joking. The room gave off heavy Love-Hotel vibes.

The elevators are old, the carpet is too, or at least looks old. The staff was nice, and the hotel is connected with a large mall so there's plenty of shopping and dining. I don't know that I'd ever stay here again, but it worked well enough for what we needed.

The staff at the Kawasaki Nikko Hotel are exceptional!

The only item I wish that could be better is their choice of a room refrigerator. As a person with a medical need for a refrigerator, it was a little disappointing that their refrigerator did not contain a freezer I could use to freeze my cooler pack before departing for my return flight home.

I booked a room at the very top floor (20th), and my goodness I love the facility. Breakfast buffet is also great, and I really enjoy the bathtub and shower stall in modern glassed door design, and I was able to see great night view of Kawasaki. Because this is so close to JR station, I grabbed dinner meal at Life Market in the basement floor where you can literally spend a decent prep meal for under $20 deal. I will definitely book here again whenever I have a chance to visit Kawasaki.

Property was located close to train station. Mall shopping and food close by hotel. Not souvenir type shops, just normal bigger clothing, handbags, jewelry stores, etc. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Hotel was okay. Three star hotel. Stayed overnight before catching flight home. Hotel definitely use to be a smoking hotel. It rained the day we arrived and humidity brought out the smoking smell in the room. The staff was very kind and moved us to another room. Bathroom was small and door opened out and you stepped into bathroom like in a cruise ship. There was a ledge you had to remember to step up when you walked out of the bathroom. It sufficed for an overnight stay. The staff was wonderful and is the hotel’s saving grace.

Convenient Hotel

The Kawasaki Nikko is a convenient hotel as it is close to Kawasaki Station and also to various shops and restaurants. There is even a good sized supermarket next to it.
The only downside to it is the refrigerator does not have a small freezer unit in it and there is no microwave on the floors. If you search, you'll find an ice machine, but it doesn't say that in your room guide.
Other than that, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

This hotel was amazing for our stay. With it being so close to the JR Kawasaki Station helped massively. It was always extremely clean and despite being next to the station, you could hardly hear the trains. Cleaning staff were amazing with the room and Front Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Kawasaki Nikko Hotel. This was the second time we checked in here. We.liked it so much the first time that we came back.

Ecerythung about the hotel.was great. The staff, the front desk, the room, the location were wonderful.

Two minor things though:
1) apparently, during winter time, the air-conditioning system is down. But our room was a bit warm and not comfortable to sleep in. They provided us with a portable electric fan which helped.
2) the breakfast menu on the 10th floor never changed. It was always the same everyday. There should be variety of selections.

Other than that, we will.consider again staying when we visit Kawasaki again.
