Helpful staff and close to the station. Great variety of breakfast options. My only complaint is that for some reason at this hotel you have to give them your room key card whenever you leave the hotel, and then have to ask for it back when you arrive again - it’s a bit tedious. Other than that I had a great stay
!

There were convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to get to, walking distance from JR Kawasaki station and Keikyu Kawasaki Station. The underground street has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room was renovated and relatively clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff are all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here my first night after arriving from Haneda. It was basic and affordable with easy access to the train system and close enough to grab food or supplies nearby. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but I really cannot complain given the price and what you expect from a simple Japanese business hotel. Overall I was happy with the experience. The only odd thing was that the laundry is outdoors in public, which felt strange to me even though Japan is very safe.

It was a big SURPRISED that there's no Slope nor lift nor elevator to enter one storey high Main Hotel entrance!! I was exhausted to lift luggages one by one up until i asked help from the reception desk.
The nepalist staff name Saruma who was very helpful and help me carried the biggest luggage up the stepS! And also helped me when check out.

All staff were friendly...including breakfast area staff.

Breakfast was limited choices on Food Only!
Happy to have noon check out time.

Late night solo rest on the weekend

Not too far from JR Kawasaki station. Cleaner than your average business hotel in Japan. Had all the essentials you need to get yourself ready before bed and for your next day. Vending machines for soft drinks located every two floors. Not many options around the hotel for food but was not a hassle to walk back near the station. The walls were thin so some people may be bothered with noises from other rooms and also may feel like you need to be mindful of your own noises. Overall, great value for money, pleasant stay.

I can't believe the reviews complaining about this place. I have stayed in plenty of Japanese hotels, and while not amazing, for what it is, it is great. So comfortable, and a late check out time. The free breakfast is okay, and there is wifi. Space in the room is above average for Tokyo. Close to the stations and shopping.
I liked it so much I stayed again waiting for a flight at Haneda, which is close.

Location is great. About 7-8 minute easy walk from both Kawasaki train stations, which means it is near food and shopping. There is also a cheap bus that will take you from Haneda (HND) airport for under Y300. It is on a quiet street. I couldn't hear any street noise.

Room is very small (typical of cheap business hotel), but there is a desk, AC works well, bathroom has a (small!) bath tub. Full bath amenities (shaving, toothbrush, face towel, shampoo,etc.)

Free breakfast is traditional Japanese business hotel fare (not much meat, but lots of hot/warm items)

The only fault I found was that the bed post was broken, so I couldn't lean on it. Doesn't affect me...

Decent Hotel Stay before Departure

The hotel is relatively close to Haneda Airport, so transportation is convenient. It’s also a very short walk to the nearest train station, as well as food, a shopping center, and a movie theater. The room was clean and spacious, had a tv and mini fridge, and a nice big bath tub. The only real complaint I have is the hard and uncomfortable pillows, and the fact that our Air Conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well.

I want to use this hotel again!

Hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. You can get very warm japanese home style breakfast! I feel like i'm home and eating my mom's breakfast. (FYI, i'm japanese) Building is kind of old but i don't mind at all. Because you can get great service! I definitely want to stay there again!! Thank you very much!!

Too noisy to sleep

I had booked this hotel for one night. The room was clean and the hotel staff was nice. However, the room was not soundproof and I could hear people speaking from the adjacent rooms and lobby, as well as noise from cars and people from the streets outside the hotel. The noises were so loud that I couldn't get any sleep at night.

If the outside noise is not a problem for you then this hotel is a decent choice. Otherwise, better to stay elsewhere.

Easy to find near the Kyoukai-Kawasaki station. Friendly staff, and very clean room. Breakfast was delicious too. The bed was very firm, but we slept alright. Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

It was a very short overnight stay. Room was clean though with smoke odor as there was no more \"Non-Smoking\" room available. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. This was the only place where we were offered help with our baggages to & out of our room! The two gentlemen went above & beyond great service; very clear with their directions & very professional. I wished I have gotten their names for an awesome recognition! There was free breakfast, just the basic Western & Japanese entree. Quiet place and conveniently located to convenient stores & Keikyu Kawasaki Station (5 min. walk) that travels straight to our airport, Haneda Int'l. would have given my visit the highest rating if the bed were not as hard to sleep on. Bed needs major upgrading. I would have not stayed another night to a bed that feels like cardboard especially that I have a Posturepedic bed at home. I am not expecting a top of the line bedding but the one we had in our room was just horrendous.

ツインの部屋は空間にゆとりがあり、内装もリフォームしたような感じで、綺麗で快適でした。喫煙ルームしか空いてませんでしたが、匂いも気にならないほどでした。
フロントの方の感じも良かったです。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

フロントスタッフ親切。バスルーム広し。アメニティー良し。シャンプー、ボディソープ、コンディショナー、歯ブラシセット、綿棒、髭剃り、湯沸器、緑茶。バスローブにスリッパ有り。ベッドも枕も良し。

ホテル玄関迄は階段が有るので、荷物がある場合は駐車場に入ってロビーに行くのが賢明。緩いスロープでエレベーターを使えます。

ビュッフェ朝食も良し。

京急川崎駅から徒歩10分未満。

深夜帯でのチェックインにも快く対応してくれました。
外出時にルームキー預かってくれるのが個人的には良かった。帰室時のルームキー返却もスムーズ、名前言えばサッとすぐ返してくれる。キーを探してカバンガサガサしなくて良いのでありがたい。
2泊しましたが、冷蔵庫に生物入れたまま外出したら清掃時に冷蔵庫の電源を切られてしまっており中に入れておいた食品が溶けてしまっていた（要冷蔵品）。フロントにすぐさまクレーム入れましたが、しっかり謝罪してくれて、チェックアウト時にも重ねて謝罪してくれた。ミスは人間がやっていることなので仕方ない、しっかり謝罪してもらえたのが自分的には良かった。また泊まりたいと思います。
設備はなんか入ってて多少の古さはあるが清掃が行き届いているので不潔だと感じる場所は特になかった。
禁煙ルームなはずなのに、部屋に紙タバコのにおいが充満していたのが少し残念。換気して置いてあったファブリーズをかけたら気にならない程度にはなった。完全に禁煙ルームではなくお客様によって変えてるだけなのかもしれない。神経質な人はやめておいた方が無難です。
換気がしっかり効くので、自分は特に気にならなかった。

喫煙ルームでしたが大型の空気清浄機があり、掃除も行き届いていました。

ドライヤーが据え付けでないターボ式の物で使い勝手が良かったです。

Wi-Fiもありましたがエレベーターの中に告知ポスターが貼ってあるだけで部屋に説明書などが無かったためエレベーターまで写真を撮りに行かなければなりませんでした(笑)
出来れば各部屋にパスワードなど書いた説明書が有ると便利だと思います。
