This is a fine place if you need to stay for a single night before a cruise. I don't recommend staying longer than that given that airplanes fly directly overhead all day/into the night. Good breakfast.

The wifi was not working in my room. The phone also was not working for me to call the front desk. I walked to the front desk to ask for assistance with the wifi and the front desk person told me that that's the way it is sometimes and there was nothing he could do about it.

Romm 200 king suze bed is ok but the location is not what you would expect for the price: over the main office, by the boulevard, ice machine in feont of the room door and the AC is really really noisy.

Waited almost 2 hours at airport for Shuttle and had to take a taxi to hotel.
Air conditioning unit was rattling/clanking and so loud could not sleep.
Nearby nightclub had loud noise, shouting, fighting and loud cars and motorcycles until very late at night

Great communication through Expedia, the shuttle drivers were very friendly as well as the hotel staff. The room was pretty good compared to what I paid, and there is a convenient plaza next to the hotel with restaurant options, there is a nice pool too. However the breakfasts are so messy... This part needs improvment. And I never got internet in my room, only in the lobby, this was an issue as well.

Air conditioner worked the temp being at 71 the room was freezing put it to 74 it just made it humid. Also the vents only went one way we couldn't control the flow of the air and I ended up with pneumonia

Room cleanliness not maintained. Bedsheets cover very itchy ( my sons suffer for lots of insects bite , legs and back around 15 bites , refuses to use the bathroom and shower) dusty everywhere. Noises can be hear outside and upstairs.

I booked through Expedia and selected that we were 3 guests (2 adults & 1 teenage child). Upon arrival our room only had 1 bed as apparently it will allow you to book that for 3 guests and there were no other rooms available with 2 beds

There was a black man at the front desk when I checked in. He was really cool, calm and collected despite having tons of people waiting to check in. The housekeeper was very nice despite her not understanding English very well. I would stay here again, the people that work here are easy to get along with and when requesting anything, they just do it!!! No questions asked…

Nothing good to say. Front desk was called a day before and they promised me a refrigerator for an extra fee. I agreed however they said they had no refrigerators! Room was noisy. They had one tissue in the container. Breakfast was the worst I had ever had! Loud, no seating available and after I waited 10 minutes for a person to check out no one came! Save yourself a headache and stay elsewhere!!!

Menu items ran out an hour before it ended. We asked for some items and they could not accomodate. Shuttle was a disaster. I inquired, was told to show up 10 mns before the departure. I did and was told that it hadalready left. No problem. Took an uber. My brother had a later departure. He went to lobby 30 mns before. Shuttle never showed. He asked and was told it was full and had already left...

I booked two rooms at this hotel, my bank declined the second charge for the second room because it thought it was a fraud. When I showed up, the hotel canceled the booking for the second room. Me and my family had to leave with no place to stay at 2:30 am in Miami. Hotels.com attempted to get me a refund from the hotel the next day but the hotel still refused.

Took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the front desk. We paid for early check in, but once we got into the room we noticed hair and nails in the bed. The ceiling had cracked paint. We also saw 2 cockroaches during our 2 day visit. We will not be back.

First I have to say, if you're looking for a quiet place, this hotel isn't it. When I booked this hotel, I didn't realize how close in proximity it was to the hotel. It was in the plane's flight path and it's all that you hear all day and night. Planes coming in. If you're a light sleeper or cannot deal with constant noise, then go elsewhere.

Other than that, the room was very nice and spacious. The sheets were clean and the AC was working way too well to keep the room cold.

Also I had a room some distance from the main office and as a single woman traveling without a vehicle didn't feel really safe to me walking across their parking lot to the rear part of the property.

Even though there was a few fast food restaurants nearby, there wasn't much of an option.

This hotel is great is you just need a place to crash as you're passing through.

The shuttle driver was nice and courteous. Took guests to the airport without any incidences.

To be honest, this hotel just wasn't for me. I don't plan to stay at the property again the next time I'm in Miami.

The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was mediocre but we expected that from the photos. We arrived several hours before check-in and as we were just staying to catch an early morning flight the next day, didn’t have other plans. They let us use the pool and stored our luggage until check-in.

The bad: It is close to the airport and the planes landing are very loud. There is also lots of noise from the road and other rooms. Could have been timing (Spring Break) but other residents had people in and out all night partying and we had several knocks on both the door and window throughout the night. They did not have additional pillows, the mattress felt worn in and past its lifespan, and luggage storage is in an unsecured snack/toiletry store off the reception area. We nicked named it the “La Can’t Sleep.” Consider this a motel when comparing accommodations. Overall in my top 3 worst nights stay at a hotel.

Room was clean but furniture needs update. Left standing at airport shuttle bus drove past twice without stopping. Waited over 1 and half hours, ended up paying for a taxi. Out side room was a ice machine the noise was terrible through the night. Very noisy from main road trafic. Breakfast very poor very overcrowded. Some cereal bread and pastries. No coffee or tea after breakfast which is cleared very promptly at 9am.

Better breakfast than a horrible LaQuinta in Albuquerque and the accommodations were very nice. But the 'call us for airport pickup' is lacking. We waited nearly an hour for your 'service' and other hotels had come by 3-4 times while we waited. Will choose another place next time.

Situated right in the middle of McDonalds and Wendy’s . The parking lots open on both sides so it was a busy place all night. Very close to the airport. Planes coming in at all hours so not a place where you get much sleep

No fridge or microwave. Have to go to lobby to use microwave. You can hear people outside pulling luggage and every time the close a door in next room or the door coming in and out. The doors are heavy and hard to close. The doors make alot of noise. Nice worker has a bob and a little older. I didn’t get her name. There is a Wendy’s next door and Dennys next door as well. That was a plus.
