Trip to Cyppress, TX.

No frills stay. Good to stay a night, sleep and a shower. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Quit area and places to eat were very close by. I would stay again here on my next visit.

The hotel was nice. The cable rolled most of the time so watching a show took forever. Jacuzzi could have been cleaned better. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

The stay here was horrible, first thing expedia booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

No hot water and rude service = unpleasant stay.

When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was less than pleasant and almost annoyed that he had to help me. Room was clean and orderly, but sheets were for summertime and the temp was near 40deg outside. Next morning, discovered that there was no hot water in tub or sink. Then when trying to pack by 11, was rudely reminded I needed to vacate premises ASAP. I inquired about the hot water only to be told, \"I only work here.\" I've traveled the world, and only in the past few years and only in the US have I encountered about 50% of my rooms no longer have hot water. As for Scottish Inns, never again.

Room was large and clean. Took the air conditioner a little bit to cool room. We asked for an additional blanket and pillow. We were given the blanket, but were told we could not have another pillow. After flying all morning an additional pillow would've been nice.

OKaaaay for the price I guess.

Good overall but the price should be cheaper for what you get. The room was surprisingly spacious, but dirty in a lot of areas. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The sheets and and bathroom were good. There was a random mirror that served as a headboard i guess. Worst spot it could be in. Me and my girl hit our head like 3 times on it throughout the night. And the tv and ac worked. Had to pay $10/hr for late check out.....

Bring your own sheets.

The first night I arrived the bedsheets looked stained with bodily fluids, as if the sheets had not been changed in several days. The next morning, I asked housekeeper to change the sheets and the sheets were replaced with what appeared to look like brown poop stained sheets (at least they looked washed.)

The housekeeper was professional and even asked if I needed extra towels. The staff overall was helpful. And when I called the front desk regarding a non-functioning air conditioner, someone came promptly.

Insulation between rooms was at a bare minimum. After 1030-11pm, I could hear the television next door as well as people talking, yelling at their children and the children could be heard running back and forth (next door) and screaming & crying,

I thought I was getting a really good deal with the $55 plus tax daily rate, but never has it been more evident that you get what pay for. The location was horrid, the room was too warm for the summer solstice, and the floor was all wet when I got there, oh, and breakfast was a joke. If you ever have the opportunity to stay at this lovely place, do yourself a favor and don’t.

The room was not cleaned except when I talked to house keeper in Spanish after several days. House keeper polite and cleaned room. Ihave requested a different room. Management very helpful .

Smell like cigarettes. Towels had stains of who knows what. Guy at front desk was slow and just kept questioning me too much. He thought my ID was fake for some reason... Was quiet I'll give it that.

Stayed one night hoping for some sleep... was woken up at 7am by renovation team hammering on walls for an hour. No consideration for sleeping guests, despite that being the service they are selling. Would not recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with the size of room!

Honestly, my expectations weren't set very high based on the price, so I was taken aback when we found our room to be very spacious and extremely clean. Even though the description listed a microwave and refrigerator, we actually had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, separate sink and two burner stovetop. We requested a few extra towels and pillows and they were brought to our room in less than five minutes. This will not be the fanciest hotel anyone has stayed at, but I've definitely paid a lot more for a lot less.

Very nice staff.
Clean room.
Breakfast just OK, but did the job.
Car a must to get around.
Near hiking/biking trails and Addicks Reservoir.
Microwave, fridge and freezer a nice bonus, really allows to reduce food costs.

My stay was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and prompt to anything I needed. The area has changed a bit since I last visited but the hotel itself seemed not affected. Sizeable room and decent area. My problem was when I checked into my room @12am after a long drive. I looked around room and turned on all lights. In order to find green stains in sheet along with several strains of long hair. Housekeeping either rushing or lazy. Management either aiming to cut costs or in a rush to fill rooms. Either way it wasn't a good look. Outside of that wasn't bad for price.

Enjoyable stay at a nice 2 star.

I have never stayed in a motel where the managers were always in and out of their office area, helping their customers with luggage and walking around making sure everyone had what they needed. It was comforting to know that they were always looking after the place, especially in a huge city. Also, I've never been to a place that had housekeeping during the day and the night! We checked in at 10:30 PM and there were still girls on duty cleaning rooms. The front lobby was nice looking and clean. Our room was always clean and the bed was made up every day, with fresh towels and bath mats were supplied daily as well. It was a very nice, quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed. The hotel management was reserved, yet friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Victor, the night duty employee, was very helpful always during our 15day stay! The WiFi was a problem, it was not very strong, and was always disconnecting. The beds, rooms, bathrooms were very spacious. I would def. come back to this hotel.
