Incredible location, top quality service, really feel welcomed! Most ameneties were closed and no entertainment or activities, but tonnes to do in the local area. Rooms are much smaller than anticipated and the TV's are likely haunted or dont work, but still very nice. Again when staying that central, its not much of a deal breaker. Food is delicious, but verrrry expensive. Shout out to the valet staff, its worth every penny!

Really enjoyed our 1-bedroom suite at the Hard Rock. Room Service was excellent, along with the rest of the amenities. Very nice staff! You can't beat the location in downtown San Diego. Tons of things to do, shop, and eat near by. Maryjanes inside the hotel is a fantastic place to eat as well.

just wanted to share that the staff at the hotel was pretty mediocre, nothing stood out as good service. We also tried the Marie janes restaurant inside the hotel, but the service was really bad. The waitresses seemed to have some sort of issue between them. The food wasn’t great and the service left a lot to be desired. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this hotel. Also, the hotel services are expensive compared to places I usually visit, and since this was a last-minute trip, I booked my room to celebrate my niece’s birthday at downtown San Diego

Excellent location, safe and all staff were nice and friendly, specially guys at the valet. Would stay again just for the location, but room is a bit noisy, noise from the street and from the hall, but nothing terrible. I purchased earplugs at the CVS just down the street and slept well. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, but it’s overall good.

We stayed for 2 nights (Fri-Sun). We stayed in the King Suite. The room was very clean, bathroom area was very clean, but not enough room in fridge for guests personal items storage, no microwave, but it wasn’t needed. The staff was very kind. The pool area was clean, as was the pool. Only suggestion would be to maybe have a bar open by the pool area? So guests can order food or drinks. That would’ve been very nice. This hotel is within close vicinity of EVERYTHING. Loved this stay. 10/10.

Considering i do hotel reviews for a living i wouldnt ever consider or suggest this one . Only good part and nice people were the valet parking. (70 dollars for the day, when you are staying at the hotel if not you have to park around the corner.)

Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the lobby staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the visible security presence both during the day and at night—it made me feel safe and at ease.

The staff was friendly and accomdating during my stay. The location is great, but the room left much to be desired. The night stands are not bolted to the wall and almost fell over many times. The outlets are mostly in the sitting space more near the bed would be better. The location and lighting around the vanity was not great. There seem to be a setup for alternative tv means, as there were few viewing options, however it did not work properly either. We carry a travel firestick it would've been great if the hdmi in living space actually worked for it. The fridge is completely full with all types of beverages for purchase you have make space to utilize it. No microwave. The room is definitely built for party not comfort.

Very bad, I slept one night there and woke up with many bug bites in my back. They claimed that it wasn’t their fault when I slept with windows closed. They didn’t even reimbursed or nothing, I have video proof and email too. Don’t stay here, it’s also overpriced as if it’s a luxury hotel but it’s more like a hotel from the earlys 2000s or late 1990s.
