It is too far from anything, and situated on the steepest of roads. The staff were wonderful, the food was basic and overpriced for what it was. The room was great pool access was a plus. No guests very quiet. No one to talk to, no one was using the roof top dining area, was closed all the time.
The 2nd pool was not existent. I had to book elsewhere even though I paid for 2 weeks.

Greeted nicely and the staff were attentive. Able to rent a scooter to get around at a reasonable rate.
Rooms cleaned with out noise.
Wish the water was a little hotter but otherwise it was really nice. Breakfast had ample options

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast can be improved. They seem to cater for the number of guests and their nationality. As soon as the Indian guests arrived there was a much wider menu to choose from. The hotel is far from the beach and a taxi costs extra because they have to travel \"up the hill\". Overall I cant fault the hotel or the staff, but the distance from the beach makes it suitable for travelers that do not want to be in the center of the action. I will visit the hotel again. And lastly the hot water can be a bit hotter. We stayed in the Honeymoon rooms and I booked this for the nice bath but the water was luke warm and not hot.

Good value for money. Good access to the tourist attractions, but the area where the hotel is located is not nice, a bit messy and dirty neighbourhood. Aircons are all the time fluctuating the room temperature. Overall experience is not bad for the price you pay

The entrance to the hotel is a dingy alley way and it’s situated quite far off from the beach .
The bathrooms are not up to scratch as well. The safe does not operate . There’s hardly any soaps in the bathroom . No hand towels !!
I must say it’s a far cry from the pics we saw on the website

Room was comfortable and spacious...but the location is very far from patong beach... we regretted on the location as we have a 3yr old. I would not reccomend families with children unless u rent a car.

Nice Place for the price you pay!!!

Nice Place to stay for the price you pay. Hotel is on a steep hill so if you planning frequeant walking in and out then you have to reconsider otherwise it’s ok. Staff really need to learn some English as most of the staff has very poor communication skills. In hotel massage is very expensive. Honeymoon suit is way too big and empty which make it boaring. Pool excess rooms looks nice. Breakfast is very basic and everage. Altogether it’s not a bad place as price is very reasonable.

Nice hotel

It was a very nice hotel but it was up a very steep hill walking up in the heat was the worst. Bathroom could of been separated shower n toilet but all in one.

Hotel is not near to beach.

Place is not near any shopping places or beach. Also has to walkup slope to reach hotel. Hence going to beaches n shopping has to rely on transport. Hotel only has one way transport to beach n shopping centre

Lovely hotel but location not great

This hotel was lovely, room was very nice and shower was very good. Only issue was the location, if you don't mind being a bit further out of the centre and walking 40 minutes or getting a taxi then this is perfect. Breakfast came free with the room and was a lovely breakfast. Staff we very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The Pool access rooms were great and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort. The access to the hotel is not great and the hotel can run more frequent services to the beach and the market area for the guests. The massage area was good and worth a try.

Great location and service

Been here 3x now! Perfect location for us, just that little bit out of the main Patong beach area (about 5mins in a taxi) so you escape the hustle and bustle but aren't too far away when you want to go out to the markets, dinner, massage or to the main shopping centre in Patong, Jungceylon. The hotel itself is comfortable and has everything we need, however it could do with a few repairs and a fresh lick of paint to really lift it. But the rooms are clean and having just stayed in the honeymoon suite we definitely had ample space. The buffet breakfast is average, mainly Thai style options (rice and stir fry dishes) with fruit, one cereal option, toast and fresh tea and coffee. The eggs are good as you can order them to your liking. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service a few times a day into the main precinct but we found the best way to get around is to hire a scooter for 300 THB a day - if you're game with the traffic! The staff are lovely and always happy to help and go out of their way. The pool is also very nice, however the swim up bar is not attended during the low season each time I've been and doesn't have a lot to offer when it is. May be a different story in the high season. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would return here. It's not perfect but it is value for money if you can get a good rate through booking online!

Nice pool to relax by, easy proximity to the beach

A clean, well located, value for money hotel. The price was very reasonable for what you received. He staff were extremely helpful. Free shuttle bus 4 x day into the beach area. Overall, a great stay.

Horrible stay in such poor condition of the room!

We were given a room, 304 on 19 Dec 2013. Don't even take it if you were given it. First, the shower is just trickles of water alternating from HOT to COLD in few secs. Second, the bed creaked so loudly at every move although I'm a light weight lady. I brought to the attention of the counter staff, she straightaway said NO change!

On 20 Dec, I had to go to the lobby to use the wifi as there is no wifi in the room to write to Expedia. I left it as that and went out to do my tours. When we came back in the night, we suddenly got a call from reception to ask if we wanted to change room. I was struggling to shower w the hot and cold water while my husband answered the call. We were immediately changed to the another room in the newer block at 2211. It was a much better functioning room, with proper shower and non-creaking bed. It was also more spacious and has a balcony to the pool.

Every time when we need anything, the staff can't understand a word we say, and everything was left unattended to. So it's no point talking to them. They don't understand English.

On the last day of checkout, we went to the reception extra early thinking we needed ample time to go to the airport more than 3 hrs in advance. However, we were stuck at the reception for more than half an hour, trying to explain to them we didn't attend their Gala Dinner on 24 Dec, as we saw there was a billing in our bill. There was no way we cud talk to them, wasting us so much time in checking out!!

We arrived in the dark and were really excited to see such a beautiful hotel. Pink silk cushions every where. The staff were great and we were upgraded to the 5th floor overlooking the beach and hills. Beautiful room. Breakfast was fine. Hot and cold food. The food in the bar and restaurant was really nice and fairly reasonable. Every one was really helpful and the lobby was a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. There is a free shuttle to Patong beach a few times a day and the taxis were between 150 and 200 baht. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was amazing, it has a amazing view of the scenery... Was greeted with a welcome drink, staff were nice though we have a slight language barrier. Overall stay was amazing... Quiet place but I'm definately very pleased with the hotel.... ..

Good clean hotel for excellent price. They had free shuttle into patong area. If you enjoy walking you could walk to the beach. The hotel had large rooms nice breakfast and friendly staff.

It was just OK

Phuket is wonderful and Pantong beach is very nice. This hotel however is located a bit far from the action and you will have to get a taxi or tuk tuk to get to the beach that will be 200 baht per trip so it gets old. Also the hotel is NOT four stars that is for sure at most on a good day two stars. The staff is friendly but, something is missing.

It was a bit off the road and up on the hill so it was quite difficult to find (not many people have heard of the name). It's recommended that one should refer to the Green Mountain Hotel (which is better known and only next to the M Resort) when get lost.
Room and breakfast:
Room was spacious but without view. It did not look as good as the website picture though. Breakfast selection was good at this star-rating hotel.
Other facilities:
The roof-top bar claimed to have 180 degree view of the Patong Beach but it didn't. The Patong Beach was far away.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The location is about 10-15 minute walk to Patong beach with dozens of food stands and shacks along the way. If you are going to Thailand to experience the food, this is definitely the place to stay.

SDGSに取組んでいるホテルでした。
3泊しましたがペットボトルの水のサービスは初日だけで
後は廊下のタンクから汲むスタイルでした。
バスタオルのみでフェイスタオルはありません。
歯ブラシ　歯磨き粉もありません。
朝食も簡素なものでしたが別に安くありません。
部屋から新年の花火がすぐ近くで見られたのは
良かったです。

Lite missvisande på bilder och beskrivning. Finns endast en pool t.ex. Den stora poolen på de första bilderna man ser är ej i bruk så ingen poolbar finns. Ingen restaurang finns heller, de ordnar frukostbuffé men sedan inget.
1 liten buss ner till stranden som går klockan 10 men ingen skjuts upp igen. Läget är besvärligt det blir oftast taxi eller tuk tuk både upp och ner till banglaområdet. 200-400 bath får man räkna med enkel tur. Vissa vill inte ens köra dit då det är jobbigt att ta sig dit och därifrån både på grund av den lilla väg som leder till hotellet och de branta backarna dit. Appen bolt rekommenderas. Trevlig personal och ganska välstädat, när dom upptäckte att jag sov ganska länge på morgonen så la dom städningen av mitt rum på eftermiddagen varje dag. Finns möjlighet att boka resor,tvätt och moped på nedervåningen men moped rekommenderas av mig endast om du har vana att köra p.g.a den farliga och väldigt trafikerade utfarten. Stod att mitt premium rum skulle vara 60m² men enda skillnaden från min kompis 24m² rum var poolaccessen.
