Scammers ‼️This is not even a hotel,it’s a hostel with no facilities for customers.
There are ants and other insects in room,we got allergy from the bed,not sure if there are bed bugs.
It’s not an ideal place to stay even for a day that’s why they have non refundable policy. All photos are fake,do not get scammed here by pre booking.
We also had some lost items from our room which was never recovered.
I wasted my money by booking this place and ruined whole trip because of all the problems at this place.

Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. Would stay again.

We loved the hospitality by the warm and friendly staff specially reservation manager ploy was the best Person who matched our requirements for the various cruises we wanted to do and she helped us to do the best ones with good deals. Our room 122 was clean and tidy and spacious. It had everything we needed, the bestest ever. We love Frutta morning breakfast and now missing it in London. Cheap bog roll but well worth it

This was actually a pretty good hotel, friendly staff and clean room, toilet roll was bog standard and your finger was likely to go through if you didn’t double up.
The air con was a bit loud in the room and I only slept about 3nhours but that could’ve been jet lag, I’d stay here again for sure

Don't be persuaded by the deep discounts you'll see on booking websites. This hotel is worth the deeply discounted price that is advertised. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, air con, and no hot water in the showers. The included breakfast is food, but I found myself sticking more to the toast and fruit. The steam room and upstairs bar were unavailable during our stay and appear to have been for some time. The pool is as advertised as long as you don't mind sharing the space with tobacco enthusiasts. Bonus free bicycles to use around Patong, if you have a death wish. The bedding was a little stained. Half of the television channels did not work during our stay.

Frutta Hotel is a great hotel especially for the money ..
It is a 9 out of 10
Only downfall is breakfast buffet is severely wanting ...
Lousy coffee, white bread, no bacon, rubbish cereals ..
And families will need to travel by taxi to town ; the road down the laneway is very busy and not suitable for children to traverse ..
That aaid everything else is fantastic ... fruendly helpful staff, large rooms, great aircon , smart tvs, nice pool etc

Room is spacious enough for weekend stay

Stayed at pool access room. Was great there was outdoor chairs and tables to chill out. Upon check-in, staff told us max is 2 guests in a room. We booked through Expedia was 3 guests in one room. Staff decided to settle with Expedia and just let us stay as we booked.

The hotel had a fun vibe to it and the staff were all helpful and full of energy, but the building is the opposite and looks a little tired areas could do with some tlc, also the pool area is very small and does not get any sun on it throughout the day. the location is decent around 15 minute walk from the beach. Enjoyed the free use of bikes

Had an amazing 10 day stay at Frutta Boutique Hotel at Patong Beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with grrat views of the mountains and very quiet. The bed was so comfy and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was so delicious and eat as much as you want buffet. Will definitely stay again in future.

Stayed here for 10 nights in march 2018, room was large and clean with a super large comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily and bed made nice. There wasnt many hangers to hang clothes up but that was fine for us. It is a ten minute walk to beach and there are plenty places to eat and drink near by. Bangla road is only 200 bhat away in a tuk tuk but we walked there most days and it was a nice walk. The veiw from our room was a brick wall which was the main downside, had I known I would have paid extra for a better view. The staff here are amazing, they helped us organise cheaper days out and gave us great info on the area and also taught us some thai phrases for when we were out. The staff are super friendly and made the trip even more pleasant. We didnt order room service so cant comment other than the menu looked awesome and there was plenty choice. Hope to come back next year with our son, he would love Thailand as did we. For the price we paid there was nothing we could complain about and if we had anything to complain about im sure the staff would deal with any concerns immediately. Look forward to seeing them all again.

Considering the price I paid, this hotel was just fine. The AC unit in my room was in an odd place which made it hard to cool the room down. The hotel is walkable to Bangla Rd and Patong Beach. About 2km. But it’s definitely a hike late at night, and can be hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area.

When I first arrived at Frutta I was greeted by the news that the hotel was fully booked even though I made reservations a month ago (with confirmation emails from both Expedia and frutta).
I was transferred to another hotel The artist house. With that being said the can’t quite comment on the rooms as I was in another hotel. But the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location alittle bit inconvenient and out of the way.

Best hotel ever

I can’t even find 1 negative about this place. The location is near from everything you need and just a few minutes away from patong beach. The staff are so nice and they are always helpful. It got everything you need - balcony, gym!, fridge, good size tv, pool, elevator, good breakfast, hot shower, free 2 bottle of water everyday, and oh the rooftop bar. Just amazing!

Reasonably priced. Room was clean and tidy. Wifi constantly cut in and out. Bed was extremely firm to sleep on and pillows very floppy. Lights from the hallway lit the room at night due to the built in frosted windows (hallway where guest will walk and hotel room) which was quite annoying. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard but good value (150 B/$6 AUSD). Bikes they offered all had really flat tyres so weren’t of much use. Pool is small but does job. View was pretty standard in our room. About 15 min walk to beach. Friendly staff.

Overall I'm really happy staying with frutta hotel.when you step in the hotel the first things you would seeing was their friendly and smiling welcome faces from staff. Then they will start introduce to you what phuket is about. Recommended to you if you are looking for diving you should go with these island. And will try to save your wallet . Give you some tips where to go for your dinner.
What surprise me was I gotten the free upgrade from standard to deluxe suite.
Comforts and cosy room . We gotten the balcony. After the long day break you can sit there and enjoy that moment . By drinking and eating the street foods.
Abit long walking distant from hotel to Patong beach . No to worries they will recommended you to rent a bike to run around the town.
I would like to stay with frutta hotel.

Great value for a pleasant stay

This is the second time I've stayed here and have recommended to friends.
Great value, always clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Location far enough from the beach to be really quiet, but not too far that a 10 minute walk gets you there, or a tuk tuk for 200 baht.
Breakfast is also great value, and good quality, 100 baht buffet with everything you need

Quite motel close to everything.

We went to Phuket to celebrate our birthdays, we had suck a great time. The night life is great, the shows are great, everything is really cheap, and most of the people are very nice, the motel we stayed at was excellent, very helpful and very friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. We would recommend this motel.

Nice clean spacious rooms, short distance to the beach and Jungceylon shopping. Breakfast could have more but was ok. Staff were amazing, so happy, helpful and kind. We left early only to return to Surin Beach as Patong was just too much for the kids. Check in and out was easy. There is a school opposite which is quite noisy in the morning with their morning schedule and a temple about a block away that is very loud music at night.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location wise; you need to spend 200 baht per trip in the main city. They have available bike and motorcycle for you to rent or if you don't mind walking for 30mins is fine. The rooms are clean and looks new. We are happy to stay in this hotel

Best of all, the hotel lies on the main roadway to Patong Beach so when the van was dropping off passengers from the airport or from various tours that I did, I was the first person to be dropped off!

My stay experience with the hotel is good. The location is just nice, with around 2 min driving to Patong beach. The price is considered as budgeted hotel, however, the cleanliness is excellent and facilities are well-equipped.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Besides, the hotel provide free bicycle and you may rent a motorbike at 250 bath per day.
I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel !

Hotel stay for Phuket

This was our choice of stay for Phuket. The hotel is a fruit themed hotel. The location is about a hour away from patong beach and they provide motorbikes to travelers if requested. However, I cannot ride a motorbike and there was no local bus that follows the only road that passes this hotel so I had to rely on taxis. The hotel staff were very nice, easy to relate to, and helpful. The room was a lot smaller than I had expected, but the room service was good. My comfort at this hotel was not great because the air conditioner did not work well, the pillows were flat, and I was charged 100 baht for throwing a glass bottle outside (was not warned beforehand). Also, there really is nothing near this hotel to see and you would have to head out every time.

2. Comfortable beds - really soft bed with cushiony pillows
3. Neat rooms, restrooms with toiletries
4. All city and activity tours when booked from the hotel is less expensive - can save at least 50 to 100 bahts per person for an activity
5. Kaun and Ding were at the reception and very accommodative especially Kaun
6. Morning breakfast is out of the world. Contains both Thai (fried rice, noodles and stir fry) and continental (bread, butter, jelly, eggs), 3 varieties of fruit juices, coffee and hot chocolate and fresh fruits

Over all a very great place to stay.. Definitely would love to revisit.

Words can't say how much I loved staying here, and the staff was so nice, welcoming and accommodating. They were very helpful w/ planning excursions that were discounted at the hotel. The rooms were large and I had a balcony. The water was a hair above cold, they provide towels, but I say bring your own washcloths. I really enjoyed my stay here and I was able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel. 7/11 close by and also a money exchange and nice jewelry store. It's about a 20 to 25 minute walk to the main Patong area and beach. I walked some nigthts and then took the scooter other nights. The breakfast is 150 baht if you don't get it included with your room.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble - they helped me out when i injured my toe at the hotel. The room was clean, bright and light but quite small in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in. The pool was small and was shaded so we stuck to the good 15min walk to the beach.

fairly nice. staff was friendly, the room was clean but a bit basic. had the breakfast included as part of my stay, and i have to say it was quite nice. food was good and ate lots of nice papaya. i was a bit concerned about the fresh fruit , as i have a weak stomach, bur couldnt resist and took a chance. totally fine and all i can say is that its really safe. for a basic room stay, it was great. i m nor too fussy. would recommend

This was an excellent stay. Staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. Overall service Fromm check in to checkout was great. While it is a little removed from the beach and Bangor road, I actually liked the 15 minute walk as it gave me the opportunity to become familiar with amenities, restaurants, shopping in the area. The breakfast was very good, unhurried, and plentiful at a modest cost. I will stay there again.

Nice small hotel in Patong

The hotel isn't very remarkable on the maps but it is situated on the main road to Phuket City, and only 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach. Very well maintained and clean, offers all you need for a pleasant vacation. The staff is very friendly, and always ready to help you with a trip you want to go to at a price below listed, rent a motorbike (bicycles are free of charge for all guests), or transfer to the airport. The buffet offers everyday fresh fruits and juice, coffee and tea. You can use the pool at the 2nd floor at any time, and the roof terrace in the evenings.
In the morning you can hear the noise of the traffic policeman's whistle and the school near by, but that may just help you not to miss the trip you've booked :)

Spent 3 nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. Great buffet style breakfast and the roof bar view is excellent. Didn't have time to try the pool as it was in an other building opposite to us. The room was clean and tidy with generous amount of space. Their offers on day trips was also great to have. All over I would recommend the place for a budget holiday stay, however take in account that the beach is about 15mins walk and there is hardly any walkway for pedestrians in Phuket.

Very ok hotel also we got free room upgrade so our rooms had big window and a small balcony.
Hotel staff is very helpful and always treat you nicely and welcoming way

Clean well appointed hotel.

Great hotel,room very well appointed,clean and quiet.Swimming pool 6ft from the door,small but adequate.A hazardous walk to the beach so would reccommend a scooter or a took took.

Lovely place to stay!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is the best of both worlds being a short ride away from the busy party streets and beach so you can have a peaceful rest and party at your own leisure. We throughly enjoyed are stay and hope we get to visit again one day.
