Super Nähe zum Airport. Scheinbar war unser Zimmer länger unbewohnt, weshalb schon ein paar Spinnenweben an den Wänden waren. Zudem hat der Abfluss gestunken und die ein oder andere Spinne war im Zimmer Unterwegs. An sich war die Suite groß und gut ausgestattet.

The hallway had very intense smell of mothballs. The bed and pillows were very hard. There were no washcloths and the towels were frayed. The breakfast was amazingly good!! The staff was very polite and professional.

Dont go here hotel management nickles and dimes you over the stupidest stuff. The overcharged me daily for bedsheets because of a little dirt and said it was special cleaning wanted to charge me for water bottles because i was only allowed two a day
The staff dosent know how to speak english well and always miscommunication with staff. The owner dosent give you any concessions or good customer service will not be staying there again.

Its a nice place but its one where you have to have the key in the slot for power we got there around 6 and it was probably 120° in that room and the AC was worthless even by midnight it was still 90 in there had a hard time sleeping.

Decent place for the price. Really cool metal statues all around with pop culture movie themes. The rooftop skyview restaurant is awesome, and has live music. Not a place for light sleepers; The A/C made me think there was an earthquake, plus the airplanes flying overtop. Breakfast buffet is out of a box. The gym room is lacking and all the cardio machines are broken. Sauna is also out of order. Pool is small. Spa / Massage area is not open either.

The front desk person doesn’t seem to care very much. No smile and not doesn’t seem to want to welcome us. I work in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years but have never experienced anybody who doesn’t want to welcome the guest. I would definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

I was disappointed with my stay as the room had a foul smell and the wifi didn't actually work in the room only in the hallway. The staff's response, or lack thereof, to my complaints was the most disappointing as they were rude and didn't offer any viable solution. They came to the room fiddled with the AC remote and left and didn't say anything until we checked out in the morning. When traveling it is essential to have wifi and the fact that this was unavailable honestly solidified my resolve to never stay here again which is sad because the location and area is great for a short term airport stay.

Third time staying at this property. Again our room was a good size, bed very comfortable and water hot. WiFi is good. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is great if you have an early flight. Transfers to airport are 24 hours. If they are not included in your rate, they are cheap. I think we paid 100 Baht each for one way. Dinner on the rooftop was delicious and service excellent. Breakfast, we didn’t have this time, but know it is very basic. In saying that there is enough to get you started for the day. Would definitely recommend and excellent value for the price.

Myself and my wife enjoy staying at the Suvarnabhumi Suite after my arrival in Bangkok and prior to my departure.We travel the short distance to and from the airport usually in around 15 minutes.We enjoy using the roof top restaurant,Sky 72,or walking to one of many good quality food shop on Lat Krabang rd.The staff are always helpful and welcoming,and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

Our second stay at this property and not our last. Absolutely perfect location to stay before or after a flight. Just minutes from the airport. Friendly, welcoming staff. Pool area is nice and we had a swim before dinner to cool down a bit. The room was a reasonable size with a balcony, clean and bed was comfortable. We had an amazing dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Sitting out there, listening to live music, watching planes land was simply magical. Prices of the dishes were so reasonable. We had breakfast included which was fairly basic but adequate. WiFi was good. The airport transfers were easy to arrange. All in all a good stay and would definitely recommend as great value for money.

I stayed in 5th floor suite which was spacious and clean. Hotel lobby staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. However I would not stay here again for number of reasons. 1. No amenities (soap is not provided, they only place 2 towels per room and must reuse your entire stay). 2. No shower!!!!! (Rooms are equipped with bathtub only). Speaking of bathtubs, it is approximately 3 feet high and is extremely awkward climbing in and out of without steps. Not ideal for handicap, children, or elderly. 3. AC does not work consistently. Rooms will randomly get extremely hot and AC will leak water onto floor. 4. Restuarant staff are not so friendly. They can be rude at times. Ill rate this property 4/10

We booked a suite and in the room description it said there was a bathtub. I assumed the bathtub would be in addition to a shower, but after getting to the room, discovered that the bathtub was instead of a shower. There was a handheld personal shower in the tub but had to sit down to use it and very difficult to get in and out of the tub. Bed was also uncomfortable for sleeping.

If it weren’t for Santi our planner and driver these last 4 days of 16 in SE Asia would have been so disappointing.

We checked in very late to this hotel as it was a last minute booking. We stayed in the suite which the pictures were very deceiving on the size of the room. 3 adults in the room was extremely cramped with a roll in bed. The suite had two split A/C units however, one of them did not work. The room does not have a shower, only an oversized tub with a sprayer we had to use as the shower. The water temperature was not consistent and we continually got burned with the temperature difference. We were told the restaurant was open until 1:00am. We walked up at 12:20 for the girls to tell us they closed the kitchen already. This put us out on the street where there was absolutely nothing to eat. The hotel is located next to a night club which you can hear the extremally loud music from the hotel all night. The check in staff was very friendly and quick with our check in. The breakfast included with our room was good and the morning staff was excellent.

The hotel is a great deal if you're flying out of BKK. The room we had was clean and quiet. The A/C worked well but we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Our problem not theirs. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant is good but priced accordingly for the ambiance. The pool is nice. The surrounding area is like everywhere else in a Thailand suburb. The location is great for getting to the airport. The hotel arranged a shuttle for us with a 4AM pick up. No problems. This is our third different pre flight hotel and is by far better than the WAY more expensive hotels we have used before. We will stay here again.

They offer pick up at the airport in the price we paid, we made arrangements but no show. We had to pay for a taxi, never didn't even respond? They asked if we wanted a wake up call as we had a early flight, we agreed, never happened?
The showers are big but the water goes hot cold continuously, frustrating!

Good room, good location, lousy customer care.

1.One of our party were woken up both by telephone and a knock on the door after midnight with a claim that one beer had not been paid for at the bar. Couldn't this have been sorted at checkout? Did it matter at that time?
2. We had booked 3 rooms with breakfast, as later confirmed at checkout, but were presented with a bill for 5 people at breakfast.
3. Confusion over who owed what continued at checkout with some monies being paid because we couldn't prove otherwise. Ie We had paid for 5 breakfasts, only 5 were taken but we had to pay for a 6th just to shut them up and to get away.
4. They still went after me for a further breakfast and only backed off when I presented the paperwork for a second time. It's easy: issue breakfast vouchers.

If you are only staying overnight for a quick layover, this place does the trick. The biggest perk: free transportation from the airport. It was very easy to contact the hotel with my flight details, and a staff member was waiting to take us to the hotel. The staff were all great and incredibly helpful.

Our room was dated and the bed was rock hard, but again, for a few hours of sleep, it did the trick. Our room was also situated overlooking a very noisy bar/club and the music was blasting. Once we turned on the AC, it drowned out the noise. In the morning, we were awoken by what sounded like very loud birds inside the hallways of the hotel. Return transportation to the airport was equally as simple and stress free.

We did not have time to explore the areas around the hotel, but the artwork on the property is unique and entertaining.
