The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. However it’s not worth paying for a room with a pool view as view is often obscured (either completely or partially) by other buildings or trees. The pool was good but music played was inappropriate for guests e.g. lots of swearing and rap/dance when many using the pool were families. or over 50

Room and hotel was nice. Only put a low rating because of the hotel pick up service. The lady at the airport was very rude. Our flight had been delayed but I was able to get to the shuttle waiting area on time, with my partner just behind me collecting our luggage. She told us to ‘find our own way there’ or wait two hours for the next shuttle. It seemed a bit ridiculous seeing as she could see my partner coming but still decided it wasn’t worth the 2 minute wait. Really poor first impression. Had to taxi to the hotel, and no sorry from staff.

Breakfast was fresh not a lot of vegan or gluten free options. The thai restaurant was closed. The 24 hr restaurant was open - food was nice especially the salmon. Some mserable restaurant staff no smiles or greetings. Shower was blocked and shower holder broken. Was reported and fixed. Grout and silcone could be changed and cleaned - would make the bathroim look so much brighter. Towels seen better days - hard, thin and rough. Air con great. Beds very comfortable. Pillows far too small and short they dont fit the bed. Lobby is beautiful and check in was fast and informative. Spa trearments were amazing we had oil massage and herble compress - set D. The view out of the spa waiting room could be improved looking at chipped paint and lots of bird poop spoils the relaxation vibe. The spa staff are very welcoming. The pool is lovely and clean though the surrounded path was being maintained. A large section of the pool deck had sheets / canvas blocking off where the workers were laying the new floor. Some of the sun loungers were ripped and stained. The gym was good and the air con worked perfect. It had cold water and fresh towels. We couldnt find any anti back spray to wipe down any of the equipment we used. The ladies toilet was blocked - wouldnt flush. Was fixed within minutes of being reported. We had a pool view room. No time curfue around the pool so people were partying and swimming late Not ideal if wanted some rest before an early morning flight. Free airport transfer

Excellent service !… arrive late after midnight but restaurant open 24 hours so very convenient also free shuttle service from airport to hotel . Food very good restaurant and pool side , price very reasonable. Great place for the price ! All staff very pleasant ! Special thank you to Sirisak Sompan very kind to help out with service ! Will definitely stay here again in the future !

This is a really nice hotel at a good price. A few notes: it’s about 25-30 minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs every 90 minutes. A Grab is an inexpensive way to get there if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. I got in at 1am and they asked for a 1000 baht deposit. I hadn’t switched my money over yet and the front desk person was very impatient. With that said, I also stayed here on my way back out and that front desk person was friendly and did not ask for a deposit (this time I had it)! Room had lots of mosquitoes, but they came right away and sprayed. Overall, not a perfect stay but a very nice one. And the pool mates is quite nice.

Check in and check out our a total disaster. There are constantly huge lineups at the front desk. On my day of check-in. I had to wait in line 4 times for 30 minute each time.
Two of these long waits were for small, minor questions. They have a concierge desk.But of course with no concierge. I check in and check out.And answer questions or a total disaster

Staff is not very friendly, we would pass them and say hi or smile and they would just ignore us. They provide free airport shuttle, once we arrived at lobby at time specified we were told to wait at lobby , they would call me and gave me a ticket. They were calling a shuttle for us. We put our luggage by front door and walked into the lobby store for less than 5 minutes and went back to the front door with our luggage. 10 minutes later the receptionst approaches us and tells us the shuttle left without us. I asked why, she said I did not see you, I said my luggage is here and I was right there in the store. She said yes I know, sorry and walked away. We had to find our own way to airport. From the 6 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, this was the worst one.

Room very clean and tidy. Staff from reception and concierge helpful and polite. Shuttle bus to the airport was good for us as it fitted our schedule. However, this only runs every hour and a half. On the way to the airport we had to use Bolt to arrive. Food in the restaurant is sub-standard, also a 10% service charge for absolutely no service. We had a dirty table, no cutlery and the main meals arrived 20 minutes apart. Once you have ordered you are forgotten about, thankfully we didn’t want any other drinks.

Fantastic property close BKK airport. I wish I could have stayed here more than 1 night because the resort is wonderful! Beautiful pool area, lovely restaurant, big, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant for dinner in the evening and great breakfast included. The staff were fantastic -- very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle to the airport is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Room smelled of cigarettes. I called front desk. In a rude manner, she advised it was not possible as the property is non smoking. She refused to change rooms. We were forced to stay in a room with an unpleasant smell. The bathroom shower had mold in corners and water was going down the drain very slowly. It was gross to stand in, especially with the mold.

Room had some cleanliness issues: stains on rug, stains on cushion in window nook, some mold in shower. We only stayed for a day during our quick layover. Wasn’t bad for the price, nor location, it was close to the airport! We didn’t get to utilize the pool, but it was large and had family’s actively swimming. 24 hr restaurant is a huge plus as we aren’t close to any convenient stores. Location had a small store in the lobby as well to purchase any last minute items that you may have forgotten. Overall, it was a good stay! Would stay again for my next layover

Very comfortable bed. Overall, all appearance of resort really nice. They certainly have a really good stay for the price which was about $40 a night. I would not actually call it a five star restaurant specifically due to the cleanliness. My balcony was full of bird poop and my shower was always lukewarm. It never got very warm if it got warm but hot climate so I didn’t hate the lukewarm shower. The buffet breakfast was decent and OK for the price. I did stay away from the other restaurant due to prior reviews so I can’t add to that. However, the dinner celebration for the New Year’s Eve was lovely.

The room was decent, although not very well soundproofed, the noise from the TV next door was very audible. It was clean and the facilities were good.
The breakfast was good, the wifi worked, the staff were helpful. The pool area was a nice spot to spend a few hours.
The shuttle worked well, this is a decent stay if you are getting an early flight.

Food options were great. Room was clean, robes and flip flops available to borrow.
Shower doesn’t drain the water properly but not a deal breaker. Wish it had a bidet for the toilet.

This is the perfect hotel right after a very long flight. I stayed here with my family for three nights when we first got in. They definitely have a very good breakfast buffet compared to most of the other hotels we stayed at this was our favorite. This hotel has everything you need including a shuttle back to the airport where you can easily access the train system to get around. I am sure if you called the hotel when you land they can have your shuttle come pick you up because they do have certain times the shuttle comes and goes to and from the hotel and airport. The staff was amazing.
