Very disappointed would not recommend. All convenience machines. Ie washer dryer ice machine and soda all out of order. Hokes in room were stuffed with toilet tissue. Iron and ironing board were missing. Odor was also bad.

For two people and a two day stay we only had two towels and two face cloths no shampoo in the shower dispenser no batteries in TV remote control only enough toilet paper for one use the mattress was completely worn out I thought I was going to hit the floor when I sat on it ice maker was broken when I went for my hot breakfast the coffee maker and juice machine was broken wasn’t impressed at all with the hot breakfast would have done better by walking to McDonald’s would not recommend this place

I will never stay there again. Check in was great the 1st time. We were sent to a dirty room. Housekeeping hadn't been in there. After what seem forever they put us in another room. Beds were made but the room was still extremely filthy! Nothing was wiped down. Pubic hair & other trash in the bathroom. Soda or a brown liquid sprayed all over the bathroom door and wall. Absolutely sad. The property itself was really nice. The staff was pleasant. Why would it be so completely nasty. Oh & the bug that was in our still damp bedding. Without a doubt unacceptable!!! Do better people!!!

I like the night check In lady she was very nice. Our first room was dirty beds were unmade and we went back to the office she quickly moved us. The second room someone had removed the bathroom vent and the bedding wasn't very clean looking. We were to tired to return to the office. We just stripped everything off and slept with pillows and blankets we had in the car. The morning clerk was not friendly at all during breakfast which was not very good. No fruit or yogurt

Room reeked of smoke even though it is a “non smoking” room, white bath towels covered in stains and dingy. Wasn’t sure if they were clean or dirty. The bed was incredibly squeaky and the “hot breakfast” was 2 egg pucks and 2 biscuits in a Chaffer, coffee was Luke warm and food was cold.

Looked like a decent hotel online; there are at least 6 hotels on top of each other that share parking lots.
Ice machines were broken; I would have chosen a different hotel. 100° and no ice.

It was listed on your website as pet friendly.
When I tried to check in I was told it's no pets allowed. The woman at the desk told me she what wrote in the remarks section when making the reservation \"Pet Friendly \"
But she didn't try to contact me before arrival, Expedia didn't either.
In the morning I found out she charged my debit card for a $70 no show fee.
Then they refused to give it back.
I filed a dispute with my bank.

Quality Inn customer service stanks to high heaven.

I ordered a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. They said it would be an up charge for nonsmoking. I paid for the room before I arrived and the they want another $60 deposit upon checking. The first room had no power and I had to get a second room. The lady at the front desk said I should have just call her and the room would have been cheaper. I’m not going to stay here anymore.

Worst encountered in our summer cross-country trip

Second floor, no elevator. Unpainted dry wall in bathroom. Strong cleaning product smell then moldy smell during night and in morning. Breakfast offerings minimal tho did include waffles but no yogurt or fresh fruit. Very low water pressure in tap, did not c shower as tub looked unclean. Only one bed in room but that made space for yoga mat stretching!!

We found the hotel to be clean but there are no frills. In the first room we were assigned the fire alarm kept going off when the heat from the furnace came on. In the second room the fire alarm did not go off because it was hanging from the wall. The beds were fairly comfortable. In the morning we tried to use the ice machine in the vending area; it was broken.

Nothing was good about this hotel. Walked in to a strong pee or ammonia odar that kept piercing my nose. The toilet had paper floating to the top, towel was folded dirty, pee in the tub and the bed was poorly made, as if covering dirty sheets. I refused to touch anything so can't confirm if sheets were clean. I take pics and show the font desk worker she just says eww gross and walks away. To tell me I had to deal with cancelation with my 3rd party! Worst place ive ever stayed!

I will not return to this property. Check-in took nearly half an hour as it seems the staff had problems figuring out the Expedia reservation. Then once arrival to the room the key didn't work so had to return to the front desk for a reset key. Then management decided to charge me an extra fee for an additional guest and didn't even provide a second key. When I inquired about the additional charge management said I shouldn't have used Expedia and should have booked with them directly. Will not return to this property again.

I have stayed here before and liked it alot it was clean, quiet and beds were comfortable but this time I checked in and got to room to see evidence of bed bugs and bathroom was filthy, bedding was torn and stained! I talked to manager she asked me to look at another room and apologized. She was nice and professional. The 2nd room looked better alot cleaner and it was late so I stayed. During the night I saw roaches crawling on the wall so I sprayed the room down and sprayed disenfectant on sink and cleaned it when I did all kinds of little bugs started falling from under rim into sink I cleaned and sprayed it and would have left but I was coming down with flu and it was late so I planned on leaving in morning, got up felt terrible, got really sick to stomach and was dizzy so I just got on website book again bc I was up for packing up and getting dressed but fell aaleep, girl from office came banging on door really loud 2 seconds after I told housekeeping I was staying was online booking again. I apologized to her that I hadn't finished booking yet I got sick , it wasnt quite check out time yet she starting yelling being very rude when there was no need I always pay on time, I always leave room cleaner than I found it had no company was there alone and very quiet just sleeping, I just happened to get very sic, if I hadnt I would've been gone anyway bc the room was not worth $90 a night it was dirty and bug infested

The worst room we’ve ever had. The room has mold many places on the roof, especially worse in the bathroom from floor to the wall, around handrail, door to the roof. There was no toilet paper and when I called the front desk I was told to stop at the desk to pick it up, but since I was on the second floor with no elevator I opted not to go and used wipes instead.

The room was $109 which I considered way over priced .
Decided not to have their breakfast which was auwful.

The property was nothing like the photos online. The front desk lady was rude, impatient and difficult to understand. Single key with check in, $5 for a 2nd key card. Room smelled terrible and quite run down. There were screaming and yelling people on both sides of property aswell as surrounding hotels. Breakfast was almost non existent, must have key card to enter dining room and limited food like cold biscuits and sausage must be eaten in dirty dining room or pay $10 per plate to take food to room. Silly operation by the most unprofessional oblivious to service industry standard people I've seen anywhere in the country. Highly advise you skip this entire area, but absolutely avoid this hourly rate motel disguised as a hotel, as it's only fit for a movie prop for a Quinton Terrentino film

There roaches in the refrigerator. Had to throw out my takeout left overs.
If it would not have been midnight by the time I got unloaded and went to put food away, I would have demanded a refund and found another hotel. When I told the front desk on check out, it was blamed on housekeeping. I said well y’all should spray more often and require the refrigerators to be moved and clean behind them.
No rate reduction nor choice points were offered to me either.

No \"Free\" breakfast

The sink in our room had dried toothpaste on the faucet, and the countertop around the sink looked like it had not been wiped down after the previous guest, and there was hair in the bathroom.

The free breakfast for guests had to be eaten in the dining room, which only had a few tables. Guests were not allowed to bring food outside the dining/breakfast room area without being yelled at and charged a $10 fine per plate. We witnessed multiple men who were rushing off to work who had to throw their plates of breakfast food in the trash, heading out for work without breakfast since they were not allowed to take it with them.

Day staff is VERY RUDE!! Breakfast was terrible. Room wasn't properly cleaned, luckily I brought clorox wipes & lysol. Sheets were filthy, towels were very dingy. The lady that works the front desk at night was the only pleasant part of the stay. She was very friendly & helpful. Been staying at the same hotel for at least 4 years, but this will be my last.

The vanity wasn't clean, I had to wash down the faucet it was dirty. The microwave was nasty I had to wash the tray it was full of food. Our bed linen was dirty. Thank God we brought out own. I found marijuana seeds and piece of marijuana under my sheets. When I spoke with the manager concerning my concerns he didn't have any response at all.

Phone did not work. Only one towel and no toilet paper in room. Price was 4 times the normal rate due to Hurricane Ida. Took advantage of people that had to evacuate. Room smelled of dampness. Carpet very nasty lookng.
Says free breakfast but they will not let you take your plate to your room or there is an additional charge to do so. We didn't want to eat at tables provided due to Covid. This room will do if you are in a pinch, will not stay here again.

Hotel immediately told us they were under renovation, but all I really see is new paint. Bathroom was painted, and they painted over the rusty shower head. You can clearly see all the rust on the shower head. Room was clean and decent, but some hotel rules are questionable. They count/limit room towels, I was questioned when room needed toilet paper, the lobby bathroom was “out of order”and you will be charged $10 if you want to take any breakfast out of the lobby. I’ve stayed at much more accommodating hotels for half the cost.

There were no amenities at all. There was no soap, no water cups, no packets of coffee for the coffee maker. The linens were damp and had a lot of cigarette burns in them. We had requested a smoking room and of course no ashtray. And just because we are smokers, we aren't second class citizens.The gentleman at the front desk was short and curt when we checked in. And no better the next morning.
