Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room.

Great hotel for a quick pit stop. Clean and spacious rooms. When pulling up, keep in mind that it sits behind/between Fairfield Inn & Suites and Courtyard Marriott. Staff were also great! Conveniently located.

Guess I should've read the reviews but the pool was still down which was a big reason I booked there since it was inside so my son could swim even if the weather wasn't great. Elevator still was messed up. Had to let hot water run for 10 mins to get hot water. On Expedia it said a smoking room that it wasn't and the people in the room above us sound like their kids was having a wrestling match till 11:00 at night. Staff didn't bring us towels till 6:00 pm our second day because their washer and dryer was down

Worst hotel experience in decades (having traveled extensively). Absolutely nothing worked: dead elevator, breakfast room ran out of coffee and some foods an hour early, no coffee service replenishment in the room, carpet is buckled and dangerous, no ice anywhere in the hotel, firepit does not work, attracts noisy parties and smokers late into the night, heated pool is not heated, wafflemaker not available 75% of the time, staff sat playing on their phones while ignoring guests, no cleaning of tables during breakfast service.

Other than Johnny, the engineer, the staff largely treated us as annoyances rather than as guests.

This place is a recycled extended stay cheap hotel. With so many other, better options for hotels within easy walking distance, run!!! to the others.

Lots of room for improvement

Although the manager, James, was very nice, our overall stay was subpar. We were staying for 7 nights, on our 4th night we lost hot water. We weren't notified until our 6th night after we called the front desk. We were told at that point they had an issue with the boiler.
Their internet was also very poor - making it difficult to get work done or even watch the TVs in the room.
The elevator's inspection date had also expired which was disturbing.

The suite was spacious and clean upon checkin. The checkin and checkout experience was great. The only complaints I have are that there was just one small garbage can in the whole suite. It was in the bathroom. We didn’t have one in the kitchen, which seemed strange. Additionally, the first coffee mug I pulled out of the cabinet to use was filthy. It had brown debris on the inside and looked as if it had not been washed. There was also a spoon that looked dirty that I took from the drawer to use.

We stayed here as a stopping point in the middle of a long road-trip back home. The woman at the front desk was very kind, check in was simple. She mentioned the elevator wasn’t working but hey, we can deal.
Once we get to the room we were so excited to take a hot shower. After camping in the Texas heat for an entire weekend and driving 9 hours, we couldn’t wait to wash off. We noticed the hot water wasn’t working so we go down to the front desk. The original desk host was on her way out, and the next one informed us it was out for the whole building. I really wish I would’ve been told about this at check in as it was obviously hidden from me to keep my reservation and payment. It was 11:30 at night and we just accepted cold showers as we were too tired to try to fight for a refund and then search for a new place to stay.
The next morning the batteries in the door went out and we ended up locked out for about 20 minutes before we were able to get in.
I get that maintenance things happen. I work in a similar industry and I’m completely understanding of things breaking and not being able to get an immediate fix. My problem is that this was not disclosed up front so I could make alternate plans and was checked in while they knew there was a problem. This is extremely shady and unprofessional.

Overall not worth the money

Toilet ran and leaked but was fixed by property manager because maintenance isn’t scheduled on weekends . Tub was stopped up and had slow drain. Called front desk to have it fixed and no one came to fix the drain . Television did not connect to the hotels Wi-Fi so we could not sign in to any of the streaming apps . Television was functioning very slow . Asked for extra rags and was told that there weren’t any and was given hand towels instead so we had to go purchase wash rags . Also called the property two days prior to arriving to confirm if I could use cash when we checked out and I was told yes , that I just needed a card to have on file to check in only to be informed 3 hours prior to check in that they didn’t accept cash as a payment option . So I was given incorrect information. And we were charged an additional $20 for each night for incidental charges instead of a deposit which was not mentioned in booking policy terms . It’s supposed to be a 3-star hotel but was more like a 2-star . Overall rating is a 4 .

Front desk wasn’t staffed 24/7 - got locked out!

I got locked out of the hotel at 3am for over an hour since the 24/7 desk person was not where she was supposed to be…this is a pet friendly hotel so I took my dog for a late night bathroom trip and then got locked out. None of the door cards worked, lights didn’t work, and the door bell didn’t matter since no one staffed the front desk…this while my young kids were upstairs in the room sleeping, thankfully not awake freaking out.

Some of the staff were great but others were less than not so great. Our A/C ran constantly non stop at 70 degrees you could hang meet in our room. Going to the front desk and was told she will have it checked out in in the morning no help for us. Finally I had to turn off his A/C unit. At this point was not offered a different room. We asked if they had pet friendly rooms and told yes then told that would be an additional $75.00 at this point it was too late to find a different hotel. Talking about being put on the spot what choice did we have. We stayed in different hotels that are pet friendly and required to sign A statement we would be reliable for any damages. I will sleep in my car before I use this chain oil hotel’s

My family and I had two rooms for our weekend. One room looked like the door had been forced open from the outside. Someone was playing loud music right next to our other room late at night. I took my family to dinner and when we came back we couldn’t get back into one of our rooms for over an hour. Receptionist told us that the computers were down. My family and I won’t be going back here

Great getaway.

Could use a little better cleaning. For the most part it was clean, but our dog kept finding popcorn kernels on the floor. While she has a sniffer that’s amazing and could find anything we didn’t see them. Otherwise everything was extremely clean and felt sanitary. All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It was quiet and comfortable. Very nice for a quick getaway and would definitely go back.

Hotel was full and customers were up past midnight; we were awoken multiple times from loud conversations in the halls and outside our windows. The parking lot security guard had a very loud muffler that ran throughout the night and it seemed we could hear everything. We did not have a good experience especially at the rate of $250 per night after fees and taxes.

The check in was very quick, easy and friendly. They had a mixer/reception that night with minimal snacks and refreshments, but appreciated.
The room was spectacular. Very nice. I have only two complaints:
1. The bed was as hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all.
2. Although the desk area was very nice and spacious, It did not have very good lighting.
Pros:
It was very stylish, well decorated. Very spacious. The couch was very comfortable and long enough for my 6' 3\" body to stretch out on. The first night I could not get the TV to work, but was not a problem as I had music and work to do. The second night I found where the power cord for the TV on the back of the TV had become disconnected. I plugged it back in and it worked nicely. This hotel was back behind another hotel and it was quiet (as could be expected being right next to I-65).
Overall, it is a very nice hotel and will try and stay again next time.

Thin walls I could hear someone snoring like a freight train every night. Toilet overflowed and kept running the entire stay. There was no ac and thermostat wasn’t working. Room smelled like someone had sprayed bathroom spray all over.
I will not stay here again.
