Ice machine was broken. Hair dryer in room either did not work, or, the plug was dead. It was not the GFCI. Otherwise, this room met my financial requirements. Breakfast was typical for this priced stay. My perception was that the food was made and frozen in another country, then shipped here to be heated in a microwave. Muffins were very small. No cartons of milk were available. However, there was a steel pitcher of milk available.

Hotel was disgusting. Staff is unpleasant and seems to not understand the business of hospitality. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. My kids did not want to use the shower. Filled with gunk and grime. Hotel manager came to antagonize my family with their single hotel cleaner after 9pm to prove to them the room was dirty despite the several complaints made & the room being empty the entire day, making it available to view and clean on their own time. Very disrespectful and very unpleasant stay.

Traveling through town and wanted a hotel with a pool. Big mistake pool does not look like the pictures. It was gross and had a film. Paint chipping off the pool. My 10 year old took one look and said I’m not getting in there… now the room it looked clean than saw a huge cockroach, shower curtains were dirty, got moved to another room and they wouldn’t refund or discount the room.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here

They tried to charge us $100 deposit, carpet was sticky, lock on door was ripped off, phones were unplugged and ripped from wall, under the bed was not cleaned, garbage was under the beds, smoke alarm was ripped from the wall. Wonders wife was the one working the front and she was extremely rude and not understanding, they charged us even after asking for a refund.

Cards didn't work after several tries, and remakes. I arri be 1AM long drive need a room and Room AC didn't work correctly. Plug was burned up and cut off in night 4AM I tried to work on it but no luck plug was shorted. No phone in room so In AM I let them know as I am checking out and leaving this place. I told front staff, they said they don't give refunds or credits but change rooms and I should have came then as I was now checking out. So no regard to the inconvenience just here's your receipt. Carpet really dirty, Breakfast was ok though.

Found Bullet underneath nightstand and shower had black mold growing in caulk joint. Room looked clean except for what I found. beds slept good neighborhood seems to be on the rougher side of town. The carpet floors look black in the hallway but it looks like the parking lot seal coat is coming off a peoples feet and getting tracked into the building. I informed the desk clerk of the bullet and mold. He said sorry.

The hotel staff is rude and unaccommodating. The hotel is dirty, broken appliances, broken plumbing. The toilet overflowed upon arrival. It took 6 hours to have the toilet serviced. No one answered the phones at the front desk. We were told to clean up the mess from the overflowing toilet ourselves with towels they provided. The sheets and blankets had hair and lipstick on them. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower walls. Holes in the bathroom door. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The heater did not work. The main hotel door did not lock without a deadbolt. Found dirty underwear in the dresser drawer. The towels were dirty and stained and smelled horrible. The worst stay ever

The bathroom in my room was not cleaned. Hair in sink and on floor, toilet seat was still clearly soiled and tub was black from dirt. I was taken to two other rooms with same conditions. Needless to say I did not stay at this hotel.

The front desk clerk was very polite and understood my concerns. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for the first night but was refunded the remaining 2 nights.

While my stay fit what I needed the overall feeling of the hotel was just dirty. The pool floor was peeling up and sticking to hands, feet or anything that touched it. Also pieces of the paint were in the pool, the room was dirty and you could see pieces of trash, fake eyelashes, nail clippings and more left over from previous guests. The floor turned my granddaughters feet black and needs a good rug cleaning. The bathroom floor also needed a deep clean as when you stepped out the shower dirt immediately was on your feet from the tile design holding it. The room had a pull out couch but it was dirty on the mattress and under the couch showing it had not been cleaned. For a room that sleeps 5 we were given 3 towels and one was cloth…. It was hard to get them to give more towels as they said that’s what a room gets. For the pull out you must request linens which is a sheet and a blanket, again odd for a person to have to sleep with no second sheet. The outside had overgrown bushes and trash , again just needing a clean.

The breakfast was good and a few of the staff I worked with were helpful. I did have to have my key rekeys multiple times as it wouldn’t register to open any doors, and even after rekeying the room door was a struggle to get open.

Location was close to food and highway and to where I needed so that was good.

My favorite staycation spot

My vision isn't great so I requested one of the rooms with a larger tv, which i know they have from many prior stays but was told they did have any or any available so my stay wasn't as enjoyable as i would have liked. As always the staff was friendly and the room felt clean and fresh. They have the best beds!!!

Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was basic but filling. The only problem was that, due to the lack of a non-slip mat in the shower or possibly an issue with the shower floor itself, my husband had a fall because it was extremely slippery. He hit his head, back, and hip. Honestly, even though we spoke with the front desk and requested an incident report, they never provided one. It truly was a miracle he wasn’t killed — if he had hit his head harder, the outcome could have been tragic. Guests really need to be aware, as this is a serious safety hazard. It is very dangerous, and he is still experiencing pain and bruising.

After checking into another hotel nearby & being very unsatisfied, we checked out & headed over to Comfort Suites. The staff was welcoming & the main lobby was modern & clean. We checked in to our room & we were very pleased. Very clean & smelt great in the room & walking through to halls. My only complaint was the size of the tv, it was hard to see from all three beds. The breakfast was mediocre but okay! Overall great stay.

The Pictures on Expedia are false. The Property is very old needs to be renovated. My first room I had to switch because the bed looked like it had been laid in right before I got there the room was very dirty. The shower head was broken which led to water getting all over the floor the tv would not come on than I realized they had no batteries in the remote. The property is a no smoking property but I opened the closet to put my clothes in there and my clothes ended up smelling like smoke and I don’t smoke. Overall just a bad experience for the price of this room I expected much better. Will not recommend anyone staying here and I most definitely would not ever come back.

If i could give this property zero stars I would. The room I rented was Obviously dirty the tub haf a ring aound it the tub had stains dirt on the shampoo bottles and on faucet. The room smelled malodorous i stopped the housekeeper and Tried to ask her to clean the room. She stated she did not speak english and show me a list of rooms for her to clean.And that my room number was not on that list. I went down to the front desk and ask For the room to be clean And the person behind the desk said okay.I'll send someone. That never happened. There was a stain on the desk by the phone. The floors in the elevator and the second floor were dirty And stay that way the entire stay. I will not stay here again. I also have pictures.

The stay was satisfactory. Last minute booking, so was grateful found at price we received. Multiple times front desk staff speaking amongst themselves before assisted. Had to interrupt and say pardon me before acknowledged. Floor in hallway had sand trackings. Staff was not concerned and was not cleaned. No cleaning service completed for 3 nights stay. All in all served the purpose.

First, they checked me in to a dirty room. It hadn’t been cleaned from previous visitors. And questioned me if I had “messed it up” before reporting it (in the 2mins it took for me to go from the lobby & walk into the room!!). Second, the in-room coffee pot didn’t work, I asked for clean towels that never came. So I had to reuse dirty towels. Thirdly, my room keys were deactivated 3 different times. I had to keep going to the lobby to get them re-activated just to get in the room. Last, the outside smelled out marijuana.

The room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. I've found dry chicken skin and crumbs in the pull out sofa, a single use eyelash by the bed, and shirt tags on the walls. The fridge doesn't close so water leaks out. I did not try any of the amenities due to the state of the room. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

This is the 4th time we have been at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, full breakfast, clean and newly remodeled rooms. The hotel is minutes away from the main shopping strip. We've enjoyed ourselves. Downside: only that there seemed to be a lot of chlorine in the pool. Perhaps I am just oversensitive to it though. Overall it's a nice place for the price. I'd stay again.

Painting was being done on 3rd floor. The fumes were unbearable. They moved us to a 2nd floor room where we heard the painters above us, stomping around all night. We decided to leave to head home at 11:00 at night instead of staying. When we walked out, there was a young man smoking marijuana right at the door.

We found an old sock, mask & even opened medicine beside the bed which I didn’t appreciate with us having small children. Please do not stay here! Read all their reviews online. Rude, lazy front desk staff, even their cleaning crew commented on how incompetent they are. Kicking families out for asking them to clean common areas, fix doors keys that wouldn’t work and replace linens that had dirty band aids in them. Filthy, wet common areas and trash that multiple guests asked them to address and they said they couldn’t. Nasty bathrooms. Unsecure doors, someone entered our room with another key while we were sleeping. They do not replenish breakfast. Sign says weekend breakfast is til 11 and there was no food for anyone all weekend by 8:30am. Broken toilet seats. No hot water. Barely any water pressure. Enforce no quiet hours in the middle of the night. Police were called on “management”. Ourselves and others gladly left our stays early.

We were in town for a dance competition. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We like to sleep in frigid conditions and the room AC did the job. The breakfast was typical, sausage, eggs, and waffles. Would have liked more options, but i am picky! We will definitely stay again if in town.

Although they changed my room immediately, the first room they placed me in was was not ready. One bed wasn’t even made and the coushins on coach weren’t made up. The previous occupant or housekeeping in the next room had left a vape pen on the couch. Although floors appeared to be clean, you could tell they weren’t because white towels on floor were filthy after they got wet.
