We arrived yesterday and it took 4 hours for a room to become available. Once checked in there was no working TV, electricity, towels, soap and they tried to charge me for our service animal that is 100% legally classified as a medical service dog. I showed them my dogs paperwork and ID and instead of accommodations being made they kicked me out after paying and refused to refund me my deposit or room $ . I am suing this hotel for discrimination. I video recorded the entire interaction with my phone . DONT STAY HERE

This was a quick overnight trip and I didn’t really need anything fancy & the price was decent. Well problem number one, came in during check-in. When checking in the front desk receptionist told me that I needed to pay an additional $10 dollars because I was not charged the full rate of the room. Secondly, they only accept deposits in cash so I had to leave and go to the bank to get a cash deposit they offer for me to use the ATM on the inside, but that was kind of sketch so I just found a bank through my GPS. Upon check-in, the curtains in the room had holes in them. The curtains weren’t fully hanging on the curtain rod. There was no TV in the room. The refrigerator was sitting on top of the counter and it leaked all over the floor all night. Typically when I stay in a hotel, I bring my own linen towels, etc. glad I did because the towels did not look clean. The linen was decent, but I still slept on top of it. There was all kind of people in and out up and down all over the property all night the room smelled like old smoke and mold and it’s just not worth it even for a quick overnight. Stay zero out of 10 do not recommend.

I booked and paid online through Expedia and they confirmed my reservation and then I showed up to the hotel and they tell me I can't stay here because they have no rooms available and they already billed my credit card and I'm still waiting to here back about a refund. I wouldn't book another reservation for an OYO hotel ever again.

Condition of the room was very poor. Stayed for a week ac didn’t work. No microwave or fridge in the room went to request a new room and day behind the counter kicked a bucket in anger since I was “bothering” her. No room service when I requested service for toilet paper and fresh towels never received.

I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels, but this one was the worst. The \"lobby\" looked like a bad storage room, they required a cash deposit (had to be cash) but their ATM was broken. The guy checking me in seemed so put out that I was taking time. They put me in a smoking room when I requested non-smoking and they had to give me another room. The first room was terrible, there was bags of trash just sitting outside the room, the AC was busted, as was the mirror and the sink. The second room was horribly damp (the floor was just wet) and not clean. It smelled, and had two awful pillows and a broken mirror, and the bathroom door seemed to be rotting.

This hotels chain it’s the worst on all country, first they lie on the online prices, no matter you pay online when you show up they charge extra because they say it’s different prices online than currently prices when you arrived, besides duty, looks that they does not clean the rooms before to rent them, no matter if you asked for non smoking the rooms stinky to cigarette, they does not give you towels neither tv remote control, place is really nasty, don’t even thinking to sleep there

Room 306 was sketchy as hell. The door was apparently previously kicked open so there was a huge open gap on the bottom corner of the door where it was kicked. Because of the gap, you could hear everything thats going all outside like if you were sleeping with the door open. There was also alot of gnats in the bathroom/ sink area.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would have. The first room we rented was filthy, AC was missing the cover and didnt work and the curtain was hanging by the corner. We requested a different room which had a working AC but was just as dirty and unmaintained. The pictures are not up to date and do not represent the horrid state of this motel.

There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room and there was nothing, not even a coffee pot. Half the outlets didn't work, the bed lights didn't work, there was no ice machine, no remote for the TV and they are infested with roaches! We went to the front desk twice and noone was ever there.

I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable.

The door folded in half when I opened it. The tv was sitting on the floor by the ac unit. It stunk like I have never smelled. The smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping every few mins. I decided to leave. Went back for the deposit and the desk clerk said nothing could be done about it because it was maintenances problem and it was 11 at night. And then she hit me with the \"it's a cheap motel what do you expect\" so needless to say that was wasted money because no refunds

Smelt kinda funky when I first went in. The staff was great. The battery in the smoke detector was dead so it kept chirping. Had to go right back to the office to get battery! There was no hook up for tv. So had to get that from the office too. Later that night I noticed no toilet paper. Besides all that it was livable.

Not a good place for this price. The front office asks money from cash and no card available. We didnt have AC in the room and we made a complain, the results was \"if you dony have ac, we cant do anything about it. It may come or not, you have to stay here\". We were so embarrassed and there was no support. They don't even have kettle or microwave. It was the worst night ever. Next day we went to day inn, $1 difference between two places and they were really nice and good.

My stay was not that good. When I arrived I was told that a cash deposit was required at the time of service. Everything was handwritten. I asked for a non-smoking room and when I went to the room, it was cigarette butts and ashes on the floor. There was no toilet paper. The towels were dingy the TV had no cable service two days later I asked for cleaning service and was told by the customer service that she can give me a broom and a dustpan to clean myself. There was no blanket on the bed. There were roaches crawling around. I realize that the workers lived in the hotel as well as the hotel being pretty much a place for homeless people.

Changed mgmt recently, took me an hour to check in because they require a $50 CASH deposit only. Had to run around and find a local bank for this. They had an ATM so partially my fault I couldn’t remember my pin. Staff was nice, but were under “renovation” and we had no microwave, no working TV, fridge barely worked. The v oroperty is poorly maintained. My wife and i got to our room and the paint and trim was a mess. There was no interior lock on our door as someone had brocken it off. We went to take a nap and while we were sleeping the front desk guy snuck into our room. We should have called the police. Dont stay here. It looked like people were selling drugs out of some of the rooms. Not safe.

The only thing I liked was pet friendly. Not like first of all there is no mention of a deposit a cash deposit until I got there get the room air conditioner not cooling check the filters they was in bad shape no door on the bathroom bathroom sink stopped up no pull-up rails around the toilet and taking a shower water went all over the floor there's no stopping it no garbage can no TV or no cable no laundry facility in the pool was Green yeah and it was trash under the bed there was no room service nobody come around to clean the rooms I got ready to check out the girl come check the room and kept half my deposit cuz she said I didn't have the towels I took the towels up there night before but I didn't go back and get them said there were stains on the sheets well you got to watch the damn things there's no excuse to keep half my deposit and top it all off I'm 56 disabled and this young punk jumps on me and the girl in the office didn't do s*** about it I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody

The room was in poor condition with a lingering smell, the TV didn't work, the bathtub was in terrible condition, what appeared to be drug addicts and prostitutes wandering around all hours of the night making a lot of noise, a credit card was not acceptable as a security deposit so I had to use the ATM to get cash for a cash deposit, upon checkout the desk clerk tried to short me on the deposit saying that's what was in the folder, after I showed her the receipt where I paid it she said she would use her bus fare to cover the rest, I will not use this place again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone....

All the 1 star people: you get what you pay for, so to be honest, for $40 with tax included expect the room to be \"sketchy.\"

The room was filthy. Stains on the sheets, broken shower with warm not hot water. Room did not have towels. When I went to the office and asked for towels, they gave me very dirty towels!!! Had to go buy towels and wash clothes bc none was in the room. The bathroom door didn't have a door knob on it. The paint in the tub was coming off in the water. Could not find a remote for the TV. The pool looked green and not clean. Only plus to the room the bed was semi comfortable.
