Gross stained sheets, paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. Parking in the back was sketchy. I came in after 10am and couldn't wait to leave at 6am. Breakfast was very meager. Lots of long term visitors that had bbq grills.

Check in.. had to wait for cable boxes on both sides of room. The floors felt awful. Went on bought our own Swiffer wet and dry sweeper. . The next night had to be up late again waiting on towels because none were available. The next night didn't even get towel or trash picked up. Had to wait until next morning to go ask for towels again
Saw a broom and dust pan. Swept our room on my own. Finally see someone to get towels. Said you have to have towels to trade in. I told him we turned them in to the office. Got towels and 2 trash bags. . I work hard for my money and didn't appreciate the way our stay turned out to be. When yobe able to come back and clean up. Get germs off. ur out all day would like to

Counter staff friendly but wifi down and could accept my payment. Had to find other hotel. Guest in front of me had prepaid but returned as I was assisted and stated he refused to stay in the filthy room. Ten other hotels on this road. Same rate and clean.

Ummm...we hated 😤 this room...entry door was FILTHY..there were bugs in the room..cigarette burns on the sheets?!? Musty dank smell in room itself..holes with rust spots in ceiling above my bed?? And no free ice it was gone very early in the morning...doubt if you guys even earned a NO STARS review...absolutely 💯 terrible

The door went closed securely there was rust all around the bed on the light post and there was black mold on the side of the wall now granted I did get four nights for $293 so I took the good with the bad and they charged me $25 for cleaning the floor with some towels but overall I would stay there again only cuz I'm grimy like that LOL

My first room was disgusting. Dirty floors, dirty sink and toilet, dead bugs and cigarette butts under microwave/fridldge cabinet. Went to desk and requested a new room, which the nice lady at the front desk gave me, but thev2nd room was almost as bad. The rooms are pretty run down. I would never have my family stay here.

First room wasn’t made up had dirty sheets, second room tv on with no batteries or back to the remote to change channel or turn it off and the toilet wasn’t flushed and when you flush it, it’s about to overflow. Let’s see how the 3rd room is. I have pictures as proof.

The first room smelled of wet, moldy water in one room. The other room had chips and dirt in the bed, the pillows were yellow stained, and there was no television or phone. When they changed out the second room, the new room had a very dirty floor, and the refrigerator freezer needed a defrost. Therefore, instead of staying the additional day, we checked out a day early. I will never reserve a room at this hotel again.

Property is Being Remodeled and It's Not So Nice.

The Super 8 was doing some remodeling and the room was in the unremodeled section of the hotel. The floors were very sticky, the television did not turn off and the volume did not turn down. the television needed to be unplugged in order to make it work. The refriderator stopped working and there was food in it that was purchased to take home. The food might be spoiled and I don't know because I haven't opened the packaging at this time.

The cashier offered me a smoking room didnt ask for it but the accidental fee was 50 less non smoking 100 so I said ok im only here til the morning as soon as I swiped my card for a price she couldnt tell me what it was ,She said \"oops I dont have any
smoking rooms\" Im like ok just put me in one she said I had to pay another 100 dollars and called security refunded my money so now I dont have a room or money cause the funds return in 7 days she said 3 day and I dont have no receipt asked for one ,to be my first stop they definitely needs training here people skills are gone and ability to handle situations under mess up caused by her for her turn me away like she owned the place and didn't try to fix her mess up was really incompetent

This was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed in. The parking lot was rutted, the exterior landscaping and facade were bleak and uninviting. A dour looking young woman sits behind a desk on a dirty carpet. She appeared to be the only person working at the hotel. Lack of personality seemed to fit right into the post-apocalyptic surroundings.

My initial room sat at the back of the property. I had a good view of my truck. I was hesitant to close the curtain because what would happen when no one was watching? If that’s running through your mind, it’s probably not the best area.

The bedroom itself was fine. It appeared to have been updated at some point.

The bathroom, however, was an entirely different story. The sink and pedestal were half turned away from the wall and the back of it where the pipes were was covered in slime and dirt. The stopper levy was missing entirely. There was some sort of hardened goo on the floor. There was hair in the tub. The metal shelf on the wall was covered in rust spots. There was no toilet paper.
Then, the smoke detector started chirping.
That was the final straw. I packed all of my things and went right back to the lobby. I showed the girl the photos and demanded a manager contact me immediately.

No one ever contacted me. They say you get what you pay for, and in this case, the low rate is literally telling you that there, you really will get what you pay for: absolute garbage.

Staff didn’t want to be bothered with a customer at check in…. Room was very nasty and flooded, there was a lot of mold. We were changed a room not much better, but there didn’t seem to be any mold. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was not at all impressive. For a hotel with such amazing potential, the owner / manager doesn’t seem to want to reach for the top of the stairs, much less reach for the stars.

I'm not trying to bash the property. I believe people are living there full time. The outside appearance is awful. Paint is peeling on all the doors and sidewalks. People stacked trash around the garbage cans and cigarette butts in the courtyard everywhere. The breakfast area was terrible. Very little food and they couldn't keep up with coffee. The (1) person at the front desk was also handling the breakfast area. Terrible idea. Had my family and I seen actual pictures of the property, we never would have stayed there. This was the 4th Super 8 that we stayed at in our 2 week vacation and ALL the other properties looked like palaces compared to this one. The one positive was the staff was fantastic.

Look for something else!

I expected a CLEAN room but the floor in the bathroom was so dirty I had to wash it. The \"remodel\" work was below standards. The dog hair everywhere was gross. The door and lock looked like the FBI busted in several times. The outside lights flashed all night. It was scarey walking thru the broken sidewalks and the parking lot mad me feel like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I stayed one night and left.

The GM sent a girl to ask what our room # was because we brought our small dog into the room with us overnight and its not a pet friendly property ( I misread the description and thougjt it was) and after giving the young employee my #, I asked her why she needed it and she turned and rudely with an attitude said, cant I ask to which i responded yes and I answered you so please tell me is there is problem she turned her back to me and walked away. It was so very unprofessional. The staff her is not professional.

This was an absolute disaster. We booked 2 rooms but only ended up with one because they couldn’t get the doors open. The rooms was dirty and stinky. Used towels in bathroom. Didn’t sleep at all and when I told the morning person they told me they wouldn’t charge me for second room. I feel like I shouldn’t be charged at all. I will make it a point to not recommend this brand to anyone.

This room was not clean - there was build of dust/dirt on the vent in the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door was dust and dirt. And also that behind the toilet seat could have been cleaner.
Our first room - the door would not lock with the dead bolt. The door had to be pushed VERY hard to shut tightly but felt like it would break in half - then still the dead bolt would not lock. We asked for another room - when I arrived to the room, the door was wide open and all the lights were on. Returned to the desk and the staff seemed as confused as me. Finally the third room we were able to feel safe and lock the door.

THERE WAS BLOOD SPLATTER AND A BULLET HOLE ON OUR CEILING!!!When we arrived for check in they told us we could not check in due to them being short staffed. The employees were arguing and walking off the job because they didn’t want to clean the rooms so they said we wouldn’t be able to check in for another 4 to 5 hours. There were a lot of guess that had to be cancelled and they were refusing to refund without a manager. They mislead you with the photos from the front lobby but once you get pass that area, it is a roach motel. Completely disgusting!! Doors have to be forced shut or they will not close. I definitely do not recommend!

Was given a room that had 3 roaches. Then was given room next door. Founds insects in this as well. Was there 3 days. Room was never cleaned on any of the 3 nights. Only left towels in room. Would not ever stay there again. Would sleep in my vehicle. Coffee was not good and watery. Just nothing good.
