Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap.

This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity.

The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold in the corners of the shower. There’s mold on the piping underneath the sink. It’s literally everywhere.

Stay literally anywhere else.

Front desk Peter was SUPER RUDE. He started arguing with me when I requested towels. You have to bring your dirty towels in order to get clean towels from the front desk and when I did, he mentioned that I should’ve done this earlier during the day because now he is out of towels completely. So I was just supposed to go without. It was around 5pm. He also made a problem when I asked to make a reservation for the next night. He said I had to do it on my own after calling me a scammer and claiming I was too young to check in a room I was already checked into… I’m 30 so thank you. They don’t have a guest laundry, even though it stated on the website. The outside of the hotel looks a lot better than inside the room we were in. Because of the bad service, we decided to check into the hotel across the street. Baymont for the next week . And the rooms are 10 times better and updated. Stuff is super nice as well.

The check-in process was extremely frustrating. I received a link to check in online and entered my credit card information as requested, assuming this would streamline the process. However, when I arrived at the front desk, I was told I needed to provide a $50 cash deposit for incidentals.

I explained that I had already provided my credit card online for that purpose, but the clerk continued to insist on a cash deposit and then requested my card again. This felt inconsistent and made me uncomfortable.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While the bed was comfortable, there was visible dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also below expectations. Subpar to say the least.

I will sleep in my car before I use this hotel again! I will also send a message to Wyndham. At this point, they will let anyone use their name.

The family that owns that motel are so nice and kind and wonderful and accommodating whenever I need a break from where I live I’ll get a room with a girlfriend and we’ll just have a girls night and we pick there. They’d really try to keep it safe and I recommend going there to anybody really for prices and they allow pets and they give you your pet deposit. They give you the deposit back as long as you don’t trash the room

There was a constant noise in the room; appeared to come from the refrigerator. The breakfast food was misleading. Hardly anything there. Shouldn't advertise that you have a continental breakfast.
Also, when I checked in, I asked if I could have a ground floor room. The person behind the desk told me all the rooms on the ground floor were taken. After dinner (approx 7:00 PM) when we returned to our room, the parking lot wasn't even 1/3 full. This morning when we left at 6:00 A.M, the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full. I don't appreciate this type of service that the desk clerk could purposely misrepresent the availability of the lower floor rooms. I will not stay at this hotel anywhere.

We had a pleasant stay for one night. Close to the downtown Mardi Gras activites. Check was easy. We only had 2 towels, would have been nice if they had 4 in the room for us. We never asked for anymore either, we just made do. The room could use a good deep clean.

Our stay was not I hoped it would be. When we checked in the room we were given smelled bad and the bathroom was very dirty. I went to the office and told the agent on duty that the room was unacceptable and why. She offered us another room which we reluctantly accepted. It also had dirty floors, hole on the inside of the bathroom door and the inside of the front door was filthy. The ceiling in the room was nasty looking. I reported the dirty floors to the property floors and did send someone who cleaned the floors.
Another issue was there were men who looked like immigrants hanging around the outside of the room we were originally assigned.
The complimentary breakfast was okay. Would have been better if there had been some hot items available.
I will not be staying there anytime in the future.

The room is very dirty. It smelled like marijuana. I had to clean the air filters that were black and filthy. The ceiling had spots all over it, and the walls had holes all over it. The room next to ours the window was busted out. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel. According to the website, they were supposed to have a hot breakfast and they only had chocolate chip muffins, bran cereal, and a container, and frosted flakes you could make your own waffle. If you choose to they did not have sugar-free syrup. And they didn’t have nothing to drink but coffee.

Had 2 towels for 4 people and the clerk couldn't understand why we couldn't share. Also wanted us to use the towels for the pool as well. Room was dirty, shower didn't work right and was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator wasn't working well. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was basically non-existent with no drinks. Paid $20.00 extra for a non smoking room to being right near a smoking room and had to walk through smoke to get to the pool or lobby. Security on the door didn't work right. No one was available on check out to speak to. I was concerned with my 10 and 13 yr old being at the pool by themselves without an adult being there because of the people we saw. No one had a comfortable night.

I was the only person in line and check in took way too long. The room was tiny. The TV remote didn’t work and a maintenance guy had to come three times to get it fixed. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machine was out of order, no fresh fruit, warm yogurt that smelled bad.

The people were incredibly rude. They illegally demanded to see papers for my Service Dog. They made me put a $50 deposit down because they did not believe my state ID was legal (I am blind and do not have a driver's license). The room was horrible. The sink was cracked. All you wanted to do was get out of there. The property was awful. We went to breakfast - there were 3 muffins, three cups of fruit. Slices of bread and yogurt. The juice dispenser was \"out of order\". I am handicapped and needed a downstairs room. They would not give me one (they were NOT full) and there was no elevator. This was a truly horrible experience.

We were pulling a large trailer and this Super * Hotel had truck parking at the rear of the property. About 5 large trucks parked there, still room for 5 more. We walked 1 block to a pretty good Mexican Restaurant. Rooms smelled musty. We made work.

There was a vent in the bathroom at eye-level that looked like it hadn't bee cleaned since it was installed. The bathroom sink looked like it had been broken into pieces and glued back together. The free breakfast was almost entirely breads and cereal, no meat, no eggs. The juice machine was out of order. The only thing that was gluten free was maybe the fruit cups and the yogurt cups.

Room was infested with bed bugs, noticed an hour after we got into our room. They were everywhere, tiny specs that almost look like nothing until you look closer. We checked out of the room as soon as we noticed it, and I’m unsure if I’ll get a refund. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The property is in need of updating. The non-smoking room was formerly a smoking room. Room smelled of smoke, and bedcover has cigarette burns. The room had a partial paint job, the walls, and an updated bathroom. Ceiling and trim never painted. Its a worn out hotel, at best.

The room was clean, however we did see two roaches. The walkways and public areas, including the \"lobby\" need blowing out and cleaning badly. The vent in the bathroom did not work, the ice machine was broken, the washing machine was broken, and the telephone in the room does not work (but then who needs it?). This was about what to expect in the price range.

The room was fairly clean. However, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. After tossing and turning all night, we decided to check out before 6:00 am. I also felt something biting me during the night but did not find any evidence of bed bugs. Would not recommend staying at this location.

My stay way excellent! The young man who checked me in went above & beyond to make my stay a comfortable one. He was outstanding! The room was pretty clean & the bed was very comfy! The only thing wrong, was that I couldn't get the TV to work, however it could have been \"operater error\" I was very tired from driving all day! The hotel was in a good/safe area and I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to others!

over all a good stay, just a couple of hiccups.

over all we liked the hotel. we had two problems. First it says on their website that you can check in at 6 am. This was not true. Driving all night, because it said 6 am, and were not able to check into are room until after 12ish.
Second problem, the sheets on the bed did not look fresh, and had stains on the bottom sheet and the pillow case, and not much of a blanket if you are someone that gets cold easily. However, we stayed 4 nights and over all it was a safe , and comfortable place to stay.
