Clean rooms, comfy beds and sheets. Breakfast was good (egg, sausage links, pancakes and hasbrowns). Staff was nice and helpful

Cons: we didn’t get any room service for the 3 days we stayed. I had to go ask for fresh towels and our beds were never made. Hair dryer didn’t work, and the shower could use a bit more pressure. Police activity and you’ll constantly hear the airplanes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed our time here.

The only minor issue was that our room was not cleaned despite requesting housekeeping service. Other than that, everything else met our expectations. We would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

Conveniently located close to Disneyland and SNA airport and the city of Irvine. The good part of the start was the kitchen/living room in addition to the beds that made us feel at home. We did not however like the breakfast concept where there was a team which cooked the pancakes, eggs and meat all on the same pan. Because of dietary and religious restrictions we could not order a single thing during our 4 days stay. There was one fruit option and cereal option but the whole view of kitchen made us not choose anything. However rest of the guests seemed to be enjoying their breakfast - to be fair.
Another issue for the room we were in was road noise. At the first crack of dawn, despite good curtains, the first vehicle in the road outside would wake us up.
Parking was also congested with a narrow L shaped parking area - maybe it is a California thing.
Lastly they have once in 7 day housekeeping policy. It may be bothersome for some guests. But staff were very nice and helpful and would give us extra towels etc.

As they say you get what you pay for. The overall stay - was okay.

Breakfast was very very limited with no choices or self service. They made your plates and the portions were miserly given. On top, they were rude.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately developed what appear to be bed bug bites all over my body afterward. I was itchy the night I slept there, and a few days later I broke out in multiple itchy red bites on my arms, torso, and hips. It has been very uncomfortable and upsetting.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room and what appears to have happened during my stay completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel. Dealing with these bites after my trip has been frustrating and stressful.

I hope management takes this concern seriously and thoroughly inspects the rooms to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here again.

Okay stay, for three nights. Room was listed as a kitchen unit - but no cook top! Was given a hot plate (only by request) and 1 pot, a spoon and spatula. Not exactly cookware. No dish soap - no washing cloth - no dish towels. Requested them and only received more bath towels.
Included breakfast was good - not self serve. Line up, and be served one plate of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. No bread for toast, no bagels, no cream cheese or spreads. Small muffins, coffee (bold only), hot water, and apple juice. Not the best, but not bad if you like just what they offer. Might stay again, if no other choice....

This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed because they walked into my room a while. I was taking a shower and getting ready. I was completely naked and made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe, embarrassed, and everything. I never recommend this place. They do sexual harassment here.

MY SISTER WAS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME HER ROOM SMELLED LIKE A SMOKER WAS IN THERE FOR DAYS SMOKING. STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE US NEW ROOMS OR A REFUND. MY SISTER LEFT THE PROPERTY AT 3AM BECAUSE HER KIDS (AGES 2 & 7) WERE FEELING SICK FROM THE SMELL. I HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE DOOR OPEN ALL NIGHT BECAUSE THE AC SMELLED SO BAD.
THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE PROPERTY. HAD TO DRIVE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES LOOKING FOR A PARKING SPOT BECAUSE ALL THE SPACES WERE TAKEN.
WE WERE IN ROOM 357+358. WE HAD MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ALL SAID THEIR ROOMS SMELLED TOO.

Room not as described. The hallway, elevator, and patio reeked of urine and weed. I was there for a business trip and needed WiFi to do my work. The WiFi never worked. I reported it several times, but it never fixed. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he/she was not onsite. Terrible experience. Not recommended.

I have a service dog and they want to charge me 300 dollars for hair on the floor!! And they said I stained towel which was my dogs foot prints on a wet towel because the shower curtain doesn’t work properly!!!

The location is superb ! Staff are friendly, answers questions promptly. Stayed for two nights no cleaning was done maybe because i did not request for it . Pillows , sheets smells fresh matress is comfortable. Towels are rough on the skin maybe a softner to smoothen. Peacefull area . I will surely come back .

No room service in our 3 day stay. I was expecting at least they will grab the trash. I asked on day 2 if they can at least grab my trash and change the towels but they said they don’t do room service until I stay after 7 days.
I have been in other hotels and this is the first one that doesn’t do room service.

The room I got was suppose to be not smoking but it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There is no actually stove or dishwasher in the room. They have a one mini countertop stove that they take to your room upon request as well as the dishes and silverware. They do not take out trash, fill towels, toilet paper, or soap during duration of stay. Unfortunately it is very poorly maintained. Upon opening one of the room darkening shades one of the handles fell off. The bath tub faucet and shower head are barely hanging on for dear life. You have to be very careful when using them. The TV does not have any Internet so you just watch what's on satellite TV. They use vouchers for breakfast which I actually prefer as to avoid any breakfast chaos with a family of 6.

The wi-fi was terrible! We had to be moved from our first room to a room closer to the front desk and it still didn’t work. We were there for five days and only one of the days we got partial Wi-Fi connectivity.

The pool and the hot tub didn’t work has been closed for three days. And the toilet had to be plunged. Overall the place looked run down. But Steve was great.

Staff was great and the ladies cooking breakfast were great.

And the internet was horrible cant even connect to internet throughout my stay and I staff and just laugh about it and no help at all. I didn’t due my diligence before booking, however the way that parking is set up it’s definitely not worth my $200 being on hold, lol. the housekeeping staff doesn’t seem that friendly & room smell a bit musty ac as well, like an senior citizen home or something, never again :)

We had real difficulty getting a decent Internet connection and both TVs didn't function properly. One you couldn't even tune in when you could turn it on, the menus didn't work. The other TV wouldn't turn on. I expected that the room might have a few kitchen items like plates or silverware and there was nothing so it was sort of hard to warm up food no paper towels or anything. Otherwise to stay fine.

The rooms are very good. Spacious and comfortable, the bathroom fixtures all work well the breakfast is good but aways the same. Now for the not so good, some of the lights in the room don't work, the elevator nearest to the lobby has been broken for over a month, they allow people to park cars where they should not, finally, their Internet service is really bad and spotty and it can be very slow often. If you have to do any work on a laptop this makes it difficult and frustrating

I was vey happy with this hotel considering its price! The hotel itself is very clean in very safe area. The staff is super friendly. It has free breakfast although I wish they have healthier items ( it’s same every day : pancakes, hash browns, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals and mini muffins , coffee) but breakfast staff is super friendly. It has full sized fridge and microwave oven, and coffee maker in the room. Highly recommended

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite on the 3 floor the room was clean however once we got in we called the front desk to tell them about the loud toilet that kept running every 5 mins. The maintenance guy came up to fix it for 3 mins then left the toilet started running again within mins. The other issue is that all other entrances close at 11pm. Meaning if you don’t enter into the main lobby you will not be able to get in. Which would have been great information to provide us with on the 1st night. We had to go the front desk every night thinking it was our key that was causing us the problem we found out on our last night 3 that the only way in after 11pm is the main lobby. We came to visit Disneyland which doesn’t close until 11pm. All the parking is very far from the lobby so that long walk every night was unnecessary. Especially when you are forced to walk through the main entrance but there is no real security so that begin required was more of a hassle then a safety matter. Especially when this information was NOT told to us the day we checked in or the 3 times we came to the lobby after 11pm.

The elevator closest to the front desk has been out of service for the last 2 weeks and it doesn't seem its going to be fixed any time soon.

They only clean the room once every 7 days( when you check in and ok every box on agreement, you don't realize it's in there), so you have to ask for clean towels additional coffee for the room etc. The mattress was ridiculously soft, so no support and both had sore backs)

We’ve been coming to this hotel for Disney trips for over 8 years. Usually it’s a good stay. This time was different. Our room was filthy. The curtains were caked with dust and the bathroom floor didn’t look clean. The shower drain kept getting clogged. The rooms are starting to look a bit beat up. Over all it was okay. We went for a last min Disneyland trip so didn’t spend much time in the room. Just to shower and sleep. I don’t think we will be returning.

Good amenities, the room was nice and spacious given the price and situation (2 adults, 1 kid, service animal). The two biggest issues for our stay though was that number 1, the staff did not feel approachable whatsoever. Currently between housing and we had tried to extend and they acted as if we were major annoyances for even asking. Also, we’re not willing to accommodate moving rooms despite the fact that there was trash and food remnants behind the tv stand. Number two, the sink smelled like sewage waste anytime the water was turned on.

Overall, at $397 for a Monday - Friday stay, it was a great option. Despite this, just because it was affordable doesn’t mean we should have to put up with a rude staff and the smell of straight garbage any time we wanted to wash our hands or brush our teeth.
