Know this place more than 20 plus years, before be named Nacional inn, has been kept nice, cozy and well maintained… breakfast and staff are great. The walk side to amenities are a plus, in the grateful area of Santa Felicidade! Curitiba is still very nice to visit.

Poderia ser mais bem cuidado na parte da manutenção! O blackout não funciona com espaços nos cantos deixando o quarto muito claro assim que sol nasce! As portas do corredor para o são muito fracas e da para ouvir tudo que acontece no corredor!

This was the perfect hotel for my week stay. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly. They were very attentive. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the recommendations of where to go in the evenings. This was an excellent experience.

The hotel is a little bit far from downtown, but in a great neighbourhood, full of fancy restaurants and wine houses at walking distance. This means you can try local kinds of cheese and wine, as well as have amazing meals (for a very reasonable price) in this Italian district of Curitiba.
Service was nice as expected in any good hotel. A rich breakfast is served up to 10. The only problem faced was the pool temperature - water was a little bit cold.
And if you want to use the tourism bus line, it's important to know that there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel! It's an easy way to visit all touristic atractions around town.
To sum it up, I loved staying there, due to the hotel itself and the surroundings. The distance from downtown was made up by nice sips of wine and nice pasta and cheese...

Booked on Hotels.com the hotel was 50% cheaper then when we asked inside (we came back out, made the booking on our iphone in 5 mins, walked back in !!!).

Nem relatei nada na recepcao pq imaginei que nada poderia ser feito. O estacionamento coberto está pintando e lá tem câmeras. Lá nos fundos a céu aberto nem tem câmeras pq eu procurei. Então como imaginei que ninguém conseguiria provar o ocorrido, nem quis relatar na recepção pq eu estava muito bravo e não queria correr o risco de descontar no rapaz da recepção pq ele não tem culpa alguma.
Mas como o estacionamento é cobrado, acho q deveria ter um monitoramento melhor lá embaixo até pq estava lotado e eu notei vários motoristas com dificuldades pra manobrar o carro.
Sei tb pq o fato de eu não ter relatado nada na recepção, invalida qqer atitude posterior de vcs.
Mas preferi suportar a raiva quieto do que correr o risco de descontar no rapaz da recepção que na minha forma de pensar, só iria no máximo dizer o seguinte:
“Lamentamos o ocorrido e vou notificar minha supervisão”.
(Então na minha cabeça eu só iria perder tempo na recepção).

Péssimo atendimento/gestão do estacionamento. O hotel já ofereceu estacionamento grátis, hoje cobra R$30 por dia e tem o pior e mais confuso controle de aceso possível. Em uma estadia de 3 dias fui parado 2 vezes pelo porteiro bloqueando meu carro mandando eu voltar para recepção para validar ticket ou cadastrar o carro mesmo eu dizendo que eu havia acabado de fazer isso e que estava tudo certo (e realmente estava). Fui tratado como se estivesse tentando roubar o hotel por um estacionamento de R$30 reais.

A equipe foi gentil. O café da manhã era bastante singelo. Poderia melhorar a qualidade dos pães e dos sucos servidos, por exemplo. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Cobra estacionamento de R$30,00 por dia. Café da manhã não compatível com o valor da diária, decaiu a qualidade após nova gestão assumir, pois antes era muito bom. Já me hospedei outras vezes neste hotel e gostava, agora não volto mais. Reservei com muita antecedência e pedi nas observações um quarto longe do elevador e o que aconteceu? Me colocaram do lado do elevador e não foi possível a troca, pois segundo eles estava lotado. Eu fiz a reserva em junho e usufrui em novembro, ou seja, daria tempo de reservar um quarto conforme minha observação. Enfim, não recomendo!

Não vale o que cobram. Ficamos no primeiro andar, o hotel não tem acústica nenhuma!!!! DAVA PARA OUVIR OS FUNCIONARIOS NO CORREDOR e tb pessoas no quarto 110 conversando. Estávamos em três PESSOAS e a porta do banheiro quebrada, não fechava. o suporte do sabonete tb quebrado, dentro do box. pisos soltos no chão do box. Os cobertores velhos e fedidos, nojentos... reclamamos todos os dias... cortina black out nao fechava e logo de madrugada ja entrava uma super claridade, a recepcao nao resoluveu nada, nos ofereceu um qarto inferior. NUNCA VI ISSO, ate que a camareira viu a situação e mandou um rapaz lá para arrumar a porta do banheiro. continuamos com os cobertores velhos, pq acho que e característica do hotel mesmo, ser velho. Meu filho de 12 anos, pianista pediu para tocar na recepção e o rapaz disse que não tinha achado a chave. chegou um casal e eles entregaram a chave e o rapaz nem sabia tocar direito. ou seja, preconceito pq era uma criança. enfim, não indico de jeito nenhum!

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Hotel Nacional. A estrutura do hotel é impecável, os quartos são extremamente aconchegantes e confortáveis. Um diferencial que nos chamou atenção foi o ar-condicionado do quarto, que além de resfriar, também tem a função de aquecer — o que fez toda a diferença durante os dias mais frios.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso, farto e muito bem servido. A limpeza de todo o ambiente também merece destaque — tudo muito bem cuidado, limpo e acolhedor.
No entanto, deixo uma sugestão importante: seria interessante que o hotel orientasse os hóspedes quanto ao respeito aos horários de descanso, especialmente durante a madrugada. Nas duas noites em que estivemos hospedados, tivemos dificuldade para dormir devido ao barulho vindo do quarto superior — a pessoa do andar de cima acordava por volta das 4h30 da manhã e andava de salto alto pelo quarto, o que fazia com que o som ecoasse intensamente no nosso quarto, comprometendo nosso descanso.
Fora esse ponto, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Recomendamos o hotel e certamente voltaríamos! 😊

Nas duas noites em que estivemos hospedados, tivemos dificuldade para dormir devido ao barulho vindo do quarto superior — a pessoa do andar de cima acordava por volta das 4h30 da manhã e andava de salto alto pelo quarto, o que fazia com que o som ecoasse intensamente no nosso quarto, comprometendo nosso descanso.
Fora esse ponto, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Recomendamos o hotel e certamente voltaríamos! 😊

Estive com família. Esposa e 3 crianças. O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, local tranquilo, as crianças se divertiram todos os dias na piscina que é aquecida. Eu e minha esposa usamos a academia alguns dias. O único ponto que pode melhorar é o restaurante do hotel. O café da manhã é nota 10, mas as opções para jantar, pelo menos quando estive lá, eram caras e ruins. Comida sem gosto, várias opções faltando. Jantamos um dia e nunca mais.
