Witches Falls Cottages offer a stay quite unlike any other. We pride ourselves on service and attention to detail.
Couples stay in a secluded stone-gabled mountain cottage nestled amidst towering Rose Gums and flowering gardens. Situated on the border of Witches Falls National Park, guests can stroll across the road from the cottages and enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of Tamborine Mountainâ s first nature reserve.
Wi-fi access is available and each cottage is self-contained with kitchenette, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and a BBQ in the courtyard garden. Each Private cottage is a split-level design with a queen bed.
The glass ceiling in the bathroom allows guests to soak in the big double spa while looking at the stars and surrounded by a fern wall and rainforest garden. In the wardrobe youâ ll find fluffy bathrobes for curling up on the couch by the fireplace (seasonal), which warms the whole cosy cottage, or the split-system aircon will keep you cool if you visit us in summer.
A short walk to the nearby village and wineries makes this the place to stay.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! Very inviting cottage, super clean, cosy, comfortable and with everything we could need provided.
Breakfast was so good. We’re both vegan and opted for a continental breakfast but we could have had vegan options to cook on our bbq. Fresh warm bread delivered to your door every morning was heaven! Along with fruit, nuts, avo, juice and condiments we certainly had plenty to keep us going.
The spa bath was amazing especially after tackling the Witches Falls walk which is just around the corner from the cottages.
The whole place is so quiet yet only a few minutes drive from the main village in Tamborine so close by for dining options, chemist, supermarket etc. We self catered lunch (on our private patio at the cottage)and ate out for dinner.
We will most definitely be back to stay again.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The cottages are very private, including the bathroom with glass walls and ceiling. The rainy day we had didn’t bother us as we were more than happy to sit by the fire and watch one of the many DVDs on offer in the reception area. We chose the BBQ breakfast basket both mornings, filled with fresh bread, eggs, bacon, chorizo, fruits and more it did not disappoint! Set in a great location, handy to wineries, glow worms and restaurants. We will be back.

On arrival we immediately felt that our cottage was badly in need if renovation & was not up to the standard of the cottage pictured on their net site. We were surprised to find that th cottage was not serviced during our stay although this wasn't really a problem. The breakfast hamper had enough food for 4 people (there were only two of us). We woud have been happy to have the option of self catering for a reduced daily rate.
