The staff are wonderful. Everything was nice and clean very friendly atmosphere lovely pool area and gardens out the back. The only thing we found was the bed was very hard we woke up at 4:30 from not much sleep and we decided to go home then, but other than that it was lovely.

Right off the highway.
Issues with getting the right key for the door, tested all keys. provided with all manner of opening, but raised with manager. Was sent anther set of keys, but this was the same and they came with a large portion of guilt. Finally got the right set, but had to hang about waiting when had appointments that I should have been preparing for. Although booked through wotif, didn't make it much easier waiting for the info to come through and the general feeling was that I was met with skeptisicm if that can be put into a feeling.
Shower in the room also had a major issue, thought i had initially left the door open, but there was a massive spray from the arm up to the ceiling and out to the floor, leaving a sizable puddle over the mat and anything. else. that had to be used to mop this up (ie our towels). Needs a bit of attention to repairs

The room had everything we needed, however there was a strong bleach smell that gave me a headache for the length of our stay. The two doors had broken locks so I felt unsafe staying the night and slept with a chair against the door.
Location was perfect for dreamworld, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Dust mite allergy sufferers, beware! This is not the place to stay. The room was so dusty, I had trouble sleeping from the reaction it caused.
The cutlery provided with tea and coffee facilities had not been cleaned. The beds were so slept in, you could literally feel a dip in the middle. The tv remote didn't work and had a leaking battery in it. Location is right next to the motorway so it's pretty noisy.
There was no body wash in the shower and no face washers, so we had to wash ourselves with shampoo. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time.
The curtains were disgusting and old and the locks on the security door leading onto the balcony were pretty loose.
This is a place you'd pay $40 a night for. I won't be back.

When we entered the room we could hear the toilet cistern tank over flowing into the toilet bowl. In order to stop that we had to turn the water off to the toilet. The bedside tables and lamps were covered in dust, they had obviously not been cleaned prior to our check in.

very surprised that room service did not include making the bed or vacuuming. Also the shower gel was out and when they filled on my request they didn’t check the shampoo and conditioner and so on the first time using the conditioner it was out. It is an old hotel that is maintained to a 2 star standard only. The location was the best part. So convenient to our friends. Feel it is overpriced.

We needed somewhere to stay at short notice and we were happy that this was so close to dreamworld which made getting organised for the day easy! We were really pleased with how clean it was. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt crisp and fresh. The decor was a bit dated but this didn't phase us. It seemed that they put effort in to maintain and upkeep. It was very basic - no kitchen sink but there was a jug to boil water, a microwave, coffee/tea and a fridge with cooled glasses in it and some milk. Would suggest bringing your own plates, bowls and cuttlery if you plan on having breakfast in your room. The hosts were friendly too! Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay again if we needed short term accomodation.

The room was ok but had German cockroaches and regular big cockroaches in it. Spent the night trying to kill them all so we can sleep. The bathroom was very dated and falling apart - the vanity doors were rotted through and nailed shut. I had booked for four days but cancelled the booking very early in the morning of the second day - and although I checked out before 10am (check out time), they still charged me for that day/night. It is very close to the theme parks, but the condition of the motel wasn’t worth it. I ended up paying a similar price for a two bedroom apartment with a swimming pool.

Liked: Very close to everything we needed, rooms set out well, quiet. Will be returning in the future.

Dislike: Fridge had a really bad smell to it, and so did the room at night. I'd suggest maybe having the carpets professionally cleaned at some point, but it wasn't too bad, could cancel the smell with aircon.

The shower was amazing like having your own personal massager. the location was very convenient for the holiday we had planned, and it was really good to see a motel cater for a family of 5, 3 single beds and a double for the parents very hard to find accommodation like that unless you get two rooms the staff were always very helpful and polite.

Just as others have said. The rooms are dated. But were functional and clean. However there is a noticeable shortage of power points which was annoying. While the Motor Inn is close to the highway i couldn't hear it cos i had the windows shut and the air con switched on. Friendly cleaning lady. Comfy beds. Lots of parking. Close to Dreamworld, public transport and shopping

The noise from the freeway was terrible , we could not sleep all night . The loud traffic noise is non stop . I booked in for 5 night but we had to move out after two nights because we were exhausted. We did not get any refund for the rest of the 3 night which we did not use . It was a very disappointing experience.

If you are on a budget and wanting to go to dreamworld it will be fine. There is also a Shopping Centre 20 minute walk. But if you are planning on going anywhere else you really need a hire car. As it is very hard to get public transport from this location.

Reception staff surly and unwelcoming. Upon entry to room air con on high in attempt to mask smell of mould from recent flooding. Our room was incorrectly in the smoking section. Room light on wall didnt function relied on lights around vanity mirror. Bedsprings were poking through mattress and a quilt had been used as mattress topper in attempt to hide this. Beds had single sheet and summer coverlay- no additional blanket/quilts for cold weather available.

Excellent location - that's all this property has going for it.

Mold in the bathrooms.. zero cutlery to stir a cup of tea, no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers..

We stayed 2 nights, locked everything up, came home to the rubbish bin emptied and back sliding door left unlocked! - no fresh towels, but they did put the wet dirty bathroom floor mat over the one towel that was hanging in the shower.

Rude staff on arrival.. very blunt with answering questions. - not there to ask for any items that were missing.. and if you dare call them they will charge you $25!
Location was amazing - right across road from Dreamword, and huge Westfields is only a quick 5 min drive with amazing restaurants.

Developers dream ... time to bulldoze the whole place and start fresh.. and chuck in the cleaning staff and front desk staff in at the same time!

The rooms and facilities are old and outdated. Needs alot of repair and maintenance to bring it back up to a good level. Bathroom tap constantly leaked, Shower leaked when showering, there was a sticker on the bathroom mirror to cover the \"rust\" stuff under the mirror, a dirty spoon next to the toilet when we arrived, broken chips on the floor under the bed side table, side table had a hole in it and instead of getting a new table the put a box of tissues over it, guest laundry has the wall peeling away in places. Staff come in everyday to change the bins and also turn the AC off but do nothing else and stated you will be charged $50 extra for any other cleaning as its classed as extra cleaning (excluding towel changes, we were supposed to be there for 7 nights 8 days, i asked for the floors to be vacuumed on the 3rd day as we have 3 young children) The doors are unable to be securely locked from the inside which makes it very difficult to keep a 3 & 4 year old in. Office hours were meant to be 9am - 8pm but the majority of the time i went down for whatever reason the office was \"open\" and locked or \"Closed\" before the time stated. Location is great but the rooms and service leave much to be desired.

No light globes in bedside lamps or ceiling light. No hangers in wardrobe. No hand towel or bath mat. TV barely worked. Gross hair lump in shower base. On arrival there was an opened 600ml carton of milk with a use by date of 25 December - the date we arrived! Unfortunately couldn’t get help with these issues as the office was closed Public Holidays with a threat of a $100 “cash” charge should you ring the buzzer unless it’s an emergency! We arrived on a public holiday as were the next 3 days of our 4 night stay.

The owner was lovely but unfortunately our room stank of wet carpet and, though the room slept 5, there was 4 tiny tea cups, one cereal bowl and 1 teaspoon. Wa had to ask for plastic plates and cutlery. After a long trip having to cut chicken and butter bread with a small plastic knife was awful. No plug for sink so was hard washing dishes too. Need to update to mugs of a decent size not tea cups and have the right amount of proper cutlery and crockery. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

The BBQ area was not very inviting and not under cover. we intended to BBQ for the family but couldn’t.
One day one of the rooms was not serviced and we ran short of toilet paper etc. A few more utensils and plates in the family rooms would’ve come in very handy

It is a motel close to theme parks, but it is not worth to stay. Pay the taxi or drive from a clean nice hotel, not this place.

they only clean the visible areas, so you can find old food under the beds, rubbish behind the fridge, sticky greasy bedside tables and shower floor, belongings from previous occupants under the furniture, disconnected appliances. The brick room is not sound proof and since the motel is next to the motorway, you can hear every single vehicle passing by day and night. Since there are cracks in the concrete of brick walls, crickets stay the night there, and you will know they are there. The pool has yellow stains, and it was not clean. There is a restaurant, never saw it open though, did not seem to be operating. I should have taken a picture of the cleaning staff smoking outside of my room next to the sign “no smoking area”.
It is not a place My family would go back. It is not a place any family should stay.
