Good value stay close to where we needed to be. Maintenance is not excellent and cleaning a bit hit-and-miss, although the issues were dealt with promptly. Getting into the gated community is initially complicated but simple after the first entry.

Great location, good spacious rooms. The only issue we had was that the room we were given had loud noise every time the toilet or taps were turn on from above level. The noise was constant throughout the night. However as soon as we raised the issue Jess in the reception came and inspected the noise and provided us with immediate solution of moving to another room on another level. Customer service provided was exceptional.

No dinner plates, no sharp knives, no shelves in fridge door to hold drinks. All glassware had to be cleaned. Dishwasher tray had no rollers. Substandard furniture covered by dirty blanket. Blind were missing multiple panels. Broken toilet brushes, broken toilet roll holders, blocked basin in bathroom. Courtyard was filthy and table leg broken.
We had to purchase plates, cutlery, toilet brushes. We had to clean the courtyard as it was filthy.
Clearly, no maintenance or proper cleaning of the property is undertaken. Very poor experience overall. Will never stay there again

It is complicated to get in. Had to ring and be guided. Nowhere to park when checking in. Not a simple relaxing check in experience. Told to specifically park in a designated car spot yet when we came back another car had parked in our spot! Annoying! Place was not what we expected at all. It’s clean but we were also looking straight at a busy roundabout of cars …. Would not go back. Was not a relaxing holiday apartment

The location and overall clenliness was good. We did have an issue with drain fly larva that would crawl out of the ensuite shower daily. Raised the issue but took sometime to get back to me and was not resolved during our stay. The other thing I did not like was that they sent the temporary gate code via a group text meaning my number along with others checking in the same day were shared with each other.

The rooms were spacious and in a great, safe location. Overall, the apartment had a lot going for it. However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, particularly given the price point. The carpets, floors, couch and bathrooms required more attention. The showers were the main concern, with flies and bugs present, which was disappointing.
This seems like something that could be easily rectified, and aside from the cleaning issues, the apartments themselves are great.

Firstly the apartment itself was very well appointed with three spacious bedrooms. The problems came about with the peripheral elements of staying in any hotel. When I followed the Wi-Fi instructions, it told me to look for a Wi-Fi router 5321 but unfortunately unless you walked into one of the bedrooms where you could get a very faint signal, you couldn’t pick up that Wi-Fi router anywhere. I ended up connecting to a different Wi-Fi router but using the password protocol in other words guess work to try and establish the password which luckily for me worked.
We had friends coming to pick us up at the Peninsula Hotel which is about half a mile through the security gates. Unfortunately, the QR code we were given to enter ourselves only lasted for 24 hours which wasn’t explained to us. When our friends came to pick us up, they could not get through the security gates we had to walk to reception and asked them to create another QR code for us. To make matters worse there is a phone in your room that somebody can call through to your apartment and you can let them in, but unfortunately that phone didn’t work either. In summary a nice apartment beautiful location but it let’s itself down with the issues I highlighted above.

Room was good and parking was good. Didn’t have enough sugar by a long way and the coffee is that inedible cheap sachets of international roast. The BIG problem was the gate to initially get into the complex. Lines of cars, gate code not working. People out of their cars trying to stand there and put it in. Ours didn’t work either. 6 times my wife and I both tried putting it in. The help phone didn’t work either. Constantly engaged. The QR code option we tried multiple times too until it eventually worked. What a joke of a way to start your trip. Do better people. Get it fixed or explain what to press after typing in the code.

The rooms could do with a bit more detailed cleaning. Scuff marks on walls and dirt in places like door edges. Lounge suite is a bit tired. Didn’t want to sit on it. Crockery a bit marked and broken also. Not nice to use. Doona in one room had stains on it. Yuk!
Size of apartment was good and location was what we needed.

A lovely spacious and well equipped apartment. Beds were comfortable. After hours check in was a bit confusing, particularly that the dongle was the same as a swipe card - not very clear in the documents. Pool was really nice but it wasn’t clear in the pre- booking information that it was offsite- had to drive to pool to access. Area was quiet and there were some shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent via phone- staff answered questions and helped us solve problems in a really friendly manner. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Pros: massive apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to coles, restaurant, liquor store. Gated community. Fully refundable even you did not finished your stay due to emergency but must select the refundable option when booking.

Cons: once a week cleaning. floor tiles grout is dirty and in toilet. Pillows is tiny and super soft. not the same as the one in Hotel.

Black out blinds, didn’t black out light so bright throughout the night

“Cleanish” although cleaners were still cleaning when we entered after check in. Earbud in the wardrobe wasn’t something I needed left behind.

A shame as have stayed here before, in another apartment, with no problems hence returning

The apartment was crisp in appearance, but bathroom mat was dirty, sliding glass door on vehandah was found unlocked on arrival, remote for access was help together with electrical tape, shower tray missing but frame was still on wall, and TV kept wanting to shut down. It's a secure compound with lots of security, and like I said, very crisp, white white white.

The place was nice and quiet. It is apartment so put Hotel is tricky a little because there is no room service as hotel and you need to manage your own things.
Check in was difficult with no internet as the instructions was sent after arriving the distance and likely no internet.

The townhouse was ideal for my husband, 15 year old and I for a week. Super close to a supermarket and restaurants/cafes. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the few little issues we had were dealt with quickly and kindly. There’s a pool that can be used which is awesome. There wasn’t any information in the rooms so had to be a bit self sufficient. There was also no kitchen basics at all so had to grab those (lucky that supermarket was so close!!).

The secure underground parking was really nice but the floor corridor smelt really moldy/musty. The apartment itself was fine but definitely lacked in cleanliness and amenities. The showers need a really good scrub and the kitchen had the most basic supplies. Also, the fry pan was so disgusting that I had to scramble our eggs in a pot. No one in their right mind would cook on it. My feedback is if you wouldn't use it yourself, it should be replaced. Also, there was no salt and pepper which I found very strange and disappointing. Such a simple easy thing to make a guests stay more enjoyable.
Things I liked...extra large smart TV and comfortable beds.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We unfortunately stayed one night in a 3 brm terrace house and it was so bad we cancelled the rest of our nights there and stayed somehwere else. Where do I start? The sofa cover had food all over it, popcorn was left in the microwave from the last people, there were empty beer cans with cigarette butts in them on the patio, walls marked and roughly plastered (some not plastered at all, just holes), fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets, dirty oven, dining table sticky with old food, no bulbs in the lamps. The main toilet SMELT LIKE SEWERAGE which could be smelt across the entire top floor. AN ABSOLUTE HOLE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Still waiting on a refund.

We booked a spontaneous weekend away to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. This accommodation is out of surfers but with a car wasn’t too bad to drive in and to the theme parks. Perfect for having 3 adults in one room who don’t share a bed. Down side would be the pillows weren’t great for someone who is used to better support and I had a Kia carnival as we had 2 additional adults staying in one of your other apartments and the parking was difficult as I had the last car space in a tight spot. Ended up having to reverse down the lane so I didn’t do an Austin powers and jam myself in between a pole and the wall. Would be perfect for a longer stay!

Very easy check in instructions provided on morning of arrival. Essentially a QR code is provided to access the main drive in gate and keys obtained from Reception.

No signage however photo with instructions provided which made it really clear as to where reception is.

Property modern however very minimal kitchen glasses / cups etc.

Property could do with a deep clean however not too bad.

Walking distance to shopping centre.

Would stay again.

The two bedroom apartment was new and tidy, excellent amenities with kitchen, laundry included which was needed. Easy accessible parking and walking distance to supermarket nearby. It was also close to the theme parks so quite convenient and excellent location for families. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Things that could be improved;parking spot to be numbered by room a/b as customers were confused and parked in either. Room didn’t include reception contact details. Bathroom fan was noisy but looked into upon complaint. Otherwise very happy with the resort. 8/10

This is a beautiful location and nice, new, clean property. No complaints there, however, there were issues checking in. To spare any of you the nightmare, please listen up. You should be provided with checkin information before arrival as the email states, so the host will contact you before arriving to arrange that. You need to be provided with a 4 digit code to get into the gate.

If you did not receive that for whatever reason, you will need to head down to the property Azzura (2 Activa Way). They look after the property you’ll be staying in, so they will get you in.

My check in experience was hectic. There is a young woman with short dyed blond hair and nose piercings of Asian decent who was not helpful, but was rude. She was unwilling to help even though she had the ability to do so. She gave me incorrect information and had me leave the premises as she was not interested in helping any further. After some asking around, we were directed to return. Fortunately, on my second visit, there was a very helpful lady who was able to get us into our accommodation.

Was very confusing on check in where to go. I drive around for a very long time using google maps to get in only to realise I needed to go to another location to pick up keys and directions. Whilst this instruction seemed clear it was not! I think my feedback would be to explicitly state or highlight the fact to go to the other address first and pick up keys. I was fatigued at the time and found it difficult to understand
Then once in the gated area it was so tricky to find the actual apartment building as there were no numbers on the street. Otherwise was a good stay. Was a bit dirty as in worn but had everything I needed for a comfortable and safe place to stay.

It was fine for a night.

The Peninsula is okay. It has potential to be even better though. My apartment was new but lacking in warmth and convenience. No pictures on the walls and very basic kitchen amenities. It felt very utilitarian and cold, like nobody cared it you stayed there or not. It’s in a gated community that requires a car. Nothing in walking distance.
