The water view room 914 made up for the overall cleanliness, there was thick dust sitting on top of the fabric bed head , also behind the bed and top of the fridge , the couch also needed a good vacuum especially under the cushion seating , there was also green dishwashing liquid sitting under the teabags( luckily I had brought my own ) I feel the whole apartment needed a good scrub. I also had trouble stepping over the rather high bath to shower then all the water from the shower ended up all over the floor as the glass screen is not long enough . The pool and gardens are just beautiful there very well maintained. I also found the position of the safe as I checked in on a Sunday ( reception closed ) quite high and difficult to access as I’m only 5 foot 4 , luckily I had my over 6 foot nephew to reach for me also if you have Sinus problems hold your breath going through reception to the lifts as there is a very over powering air fresher in use .

The owner was very friendly and down to earth. The apartment was amazing -spacious, clean, devine views, friendly residents, great amenities. We couldn't fault this place whatsoever. So handy to the 'big smoke' but great to retreat to. I absolutely adored waking up to the view and sitting in the sun with my morning coffee every morning. Great location on the Broadwater. I had a room on level 6 with a water view - impressive outlook. Apartment was very clean.
There was some road noise but not too distracting. Some irritating noise from a few kids in the pool so if it was the height of holidays this could be an annoyance. Very good kitchen with all requisite cooking utensils. Good laundry facilities. Balcony was private and large with comfortable seating. The site management was very responsive to requests. Good value for money in my opinion.

We loved this place. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to a questions immediately. Underground parking in designated spot. Free WiFi. The pool and bbq area is huge and inviting and spotless. The Broadwater is just across the road. The area is beautiful for walks along the path all the way to Surfers Paradise. Shopping center is close by. Loved this stay and will definitely be back.

Having stayed at quite a few apartments in the area in the past, The Silvershore Apartments would have to rate as one of the best.
Kim and Peter are superb hosts, and despite arriving after the reception closes on a Saturday night, this was not an issue and Peter was welcoming. We also received an email prior to arrival detailing the location, as the main entrance is not from Marine Parade.
We had a 3rd floor apartment (Broadwater view) with an allocated underground car space, given a map of the car park (some car parks are relatively tight) and how to get to the apartment. Access was via electronic access fobs and keys, including the car park.
The apartment was light with ducted aiircon with a balcony with a great view of the Broadwater.
The apartment was a one bedroom apartment. It did have a separate study and a lounge dining area.
The apartment was well equipped to make a stay comfortable, including cooking and washing You could self cater easily. The only slight negative was the bed was quite soft, but we still slept well.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower even had decent water pressure.
WiFi was included, and worked well, although we only used it to use email and web searches. We did have an issue with accessing the WiFi one night, and Peter and Kim promptly sorted this out.
Outside there is a 25 meter salt/chorine pool that was a delight to swim in as well as a spa pool. There are plenty of sun lounges but the pool was never busy during our 7

Beautiful room on 7th floor with wide view over the Broadwater - brilliant! Visitors need to know (via this site?) about the intricacies of initially finding the place - e.g. there are various sections of Marine Parade and you need to find the section containing no. 431, then you need to find out that the entrance is off Clarke St. in the block behind. Arriving to a winter 5pm in the almost dark, this is difficult. Added to that Reception is available very limited hours - e.g. only till 4pm week days and only for a couple of hours Saturday and Sunday.
These are problems that could be eliminated by more information on the Hotels.com entry.

For us, this is the perfect getaway spot, away from the rush and crowds. Obviously you need your own car, you are close to everything and anything. Rooms are spacious, bright and fresh, with all facilities including a large kitchen. Pool is large with one side good for 25m lengths for us keen swimmers. Management Peter and Kim are helpful, caring and friendly. We have been staying here regularly over the last 15 years. Great view over the Broadwater.

Out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers but really close/accessible to lots of Gold Coast facilities and activities. Stunning views, good spot for fitness buffs with the boardwalk gym and early morning group fitness classes a close walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Silvershore Apartments. I loved it so much that I extended my stay and will be back again. The apartment is self catering and had everything that I needed. It truly felt like I was at home. Enjoyed having a washer dryer in the unit that I could use during my stay. Having underground parking and access to WiFi and the pool was a plus.The property managers, Kim and Peter were great, friendly and very helpful. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Silvershore Apartments. The balcony and view were by far my favourite part. It's a nice, renovated apartment that has signs of its age here and there, and the bed was not the usual standard I would expect from such a hotel in Australia. Good value for money though.

By far the cleanest of any apartment we've stayed in on the GC - and we've stayed in many - excellent value for the money - we had a 9th floor one bedroom on the hinterland side (no winds) and it was exceptionally quiet even though the car park indicated high occupancy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful - the only disappointment was the lack of Foxtel channels - very few.
Whether going GC Highway or Bundall Road it still takes a good 25-30 minutes to get to Pacific Fair - less than 15 mins to Marina Mirage but all the top line shops have now moved to Pac Fair....but still a nice place to go.
Overall very satisfied and great value for money - we like very clean apartments and they are hard to find on the GC - this one delivered on cleanliness, space, quietness and value.

We had a great experience staying at these beachfront apartments. From the moment we walked through the doors until it came to the sad time of leaving.. I had requested a lower level apartment as I was concerned about my 5 year old boy on the balcony, but the reception staff convinced me that we would enjoy the 8th floor they had put us in. And she was completely right we loved the view and massive balcony.
