Do not book the room with shower in the middle of it with a family of 5... otherwise, regular rooms are very nice! The staff was kind in helping us get a more suited room, but very strange to offer a room that sleeps 4 people yet has no privacy for a shower. Centrally located, but loud if there is something happening in the square.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails.
Breakfast is very good.
The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area.

A great boutique hotel

Check-in was easy. The hotel manager helped us with the bags, which was not an easy task. The service was outstanding. the location is a plus, in the middle of the town. The beds were very comfortable. The shower has great power and is very nice.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms were beautiful. With no AC in the rooms, we had to leave the windows open. Since we were on the first floor, at 3:40am the restaurant below openned their doors and listened to the radio in full volume. The night was over early.
When I update the reception and the manager, they gave us a gift, a strawberry jelly, home made, that was very tasty.
Breakfast was low key, not a lot of options like other hotels in Switzerland. At Breakfast, the room was very hot, we were sweating, no table was available outside.

Our room had been recently renovated and was comfortable and spacious. A selection of pillows was available. Rooms at the front of the hotel will have a little traffic noise - this was more of an issue during our stay as it was very very hot so we had to leave the window open. A tower fan was provided in the room, but the hotel did not have air-conditioning.

Breakfast was included and was served in the restaurant and on the outdoor terrace behind the hotel.

The hotel can arrange discounted entry to the Tamina Threme. This didn't quite work out for us as we were charged at the Therme, but the hotel was very quick to remove the second charge from our bill at checkout, which was appreciated.

The hotel has underground parking available but the municipal parking is directly across the road and works out cheaper if you are taking the car out during the day.

Ideal hotel. Perfect in everyway

The hotel was perfect in every way. Ideal location only a few minutes walking distance from train station. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of; they even had a bag breakfast waiting for me when I checked out before breakfast was being serve. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and bright and it even had a bath tub.

Nice hotel in a natural hot spring town

The hotel room was very clean and well kept up. Sheets and duvet were very comfortable. A hot breakfast with service was included with the room reservation. Spa packages were available with both the attached natural hot spring spa along with the two other natural hot spring facilities located near the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful with setting up arrangements for hot spring access with packages to all locations. The hotel was centrally located in the village, and the hotel restaurant and bar was of good quality. Additional dining options were withing 5 minute walking distance from the hotel, and the hotel staff readily provided recommendations along with helping on reservations. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would stay there in the future.

Great location

Very good size room, clean, quite and good layout. Location of the hotel is good, close to thermal spa, parking and ski lift (need to drive). Restaurant (food & staff) was spectacular! amazing value with the half board menu.. Breakfast (included) was also very well displayed with many choices.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Für die musikalische Lärmbelästigung von ausserhalb des Hotels kann niemand etwas. Da man vor dem Hotel zum ausladen nicht halten kann, wäre eine Vorab-Info per Mail über den Ort der Garage mit direktem Lift ins Hotel nicht schlecht. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Man ist in diesem Hotel sehr willkommen!

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bad Ragaz und bietet den Gästen alles, was man braucht. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, sehr gepflegtes Hotel und reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstücks-Buffet. Wir können dieses Sorell Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Good sized room, great cleanliness, friendly staff. Great location.
Only downside is that the mattress is on the soft side.

Tolle Junior suite mit weihnachtlicher Deko inkl. Obst und Keksen. Ein paar Servietten hätten noch dabei sein können. In der Dusche sollte man die Plättli entkalken. Das Bett war mir zu weich. Roadtrip - étape à Bad Ragaz

Réservation de dernière minute lors d'un roadtrip avec un passage le lendemain dans les bains de Bad Ragaz.
Personnel très agréable et attentif, particulièrement la manager de la réception.
Seule petite note négative, le lit double est aménagé avec deux lits simples, donc durant la nuit on tombe forcément dans le trou du milieu, ce qui n'est pas très agréable, et si en plus les cloches charmantes de l'église du village sonnent déjà à 6h du matin...

とても快適に過ごすことができました！お部屋は広々していて、綺麗です。浴槽もありゆっくりできました。
夕飯はホテルのレストランで食べたのですが、とても美味しくて大満足でした。朝御飯は、種類も豊富でした。
近くの浴場Tamina Therme に行くときは受付のかたにいうと、バスタオルを貸してもらえます！

Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels waren überaus zuvorkommend sowie aufmerksam. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet mit diversen Speisen und Getränken. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, gute Nähe zur Tamina Therme. Durch die Kooperation mit der Therme kann man von einem tollen Sparangebot profitieren, welches einem die vielen Attraktionen der Tamina Therme geniessen lässt. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Alles Außergewöhnlich!

Wir wurden gleich beim Einchecken sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sowohl unser Zimmer (mit Blick auf die Berge!!) als auch das Bad waren sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. In puncto Sauberkeit gibt es keinerlei Abstriche, alles war blitzblank. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen (knuspriges Dinkelbrot, selbstgekochte Marmelade, Räucherlachs, Spiegelei, super Tee und vieles mehr, vor allem viele regionale Produkte). Auch beim Abendessen gab es keine Enttäuschung, die Ostermenüs waren Spitzenklasse und die hervorragende Weinkarte sehr regional geprägt. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastfreundschaft, mit der wir nicht nur empfangen wurden, sondern die wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes genießen durften. Im Tamina erwartet den Gast eine persönliche, familiäre Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir möchten auf diesem Wege den Gastgebern Frau und Herrn Weber und allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, sowohl an der Rezeption, in der Küche, im Restaurant und dem Zimmerservice ganz, ganz herzlich DANKE sagen. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt.
