トリートメントも宿の対応もとても柔軟でいい宿でした。

週末の近隣ホテルからの騒音、予約が思うように入っていないなどさまざまなトラブルがありましたが、どの問題にもとても丁寧に対応していただきました。

食べ物はどれもおいしく、トリートメントも心地よかったです。診察の後に自分の体に合わせた施術をしてくださるのですが、私は頭痛がありサウナには入れないと話したらスチームに変えてくださるなどとても柔軟でした。
ただ、トリートメントなしだと朝夕のヨガクラスのみがついた予約になるようですが、それだと少し割高かな…と思います。トリートメント付きのコースをおすすめします。

部屋も雰囲気がよく、よく清掃されていて素敵なのですが、窓に隙間があり蚊がたくさん入ってきます……。虫除けと、できれば蚊除けスプレーなどを用意して行った方がストレスなく滞在できると思います。

Enjoyed a relaxing Christmas at Ayurveda Pavillion

I very spontanously went to Jetwing Ayurveda Pavillions over Christmas 2022 on my own. Just needed some time for myself. Hotel is nicely located in a green garden, small but beautiful pool. Staff is lovely.

It's NOT a beach resort, keep this in mind but you can walk like 5min and use Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach's pools and beach as well as they are of the same brand.

As I stayed only for 5 days, the proximity of the airport was one of the reasons I selected the resort.

Hotel has around 36 rooms/villas but the first days we were only 5 guests, so said but of course it was somehow more quiet and to our benefit. Few days later we were around 8 guests...

Apart from the treatments, the food was one of the highlights of my stay.

Definitely recommend, probably will come myself again as well.

The best place to start your Ayurveda journey!

I’ve been to a few Ayurveda places in Sri Lanka and this one has many things that makes it stand out. First of all the food is unbelievable! they have over 49 type of vegan meals to tailor food to each individual’s Ayurveda constitution (and to make sure you don’t get bored of the same buffet when staying for long periods during panchakarma treatments). I can honestly say I didn’t miss eating meat for the whole stay!

Dr Dinesh and Dr Anurada are authentic practitioners with amazing ‘pulse reading’ skills to detect potential health imbalances you have.

The therapists are kept the same for your whole stay too and treatment is even available in your own room - which is very unique (king pavilion rooms only I think). Experienced Hatha Yoga teachers make the sessions enjoyable by mixing up the routine every day too.

The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi and those looking for a better beach experience alongside your treatment, may prefer to look elsewhere.

Ok for a night but stay away from the street rooms

For one night I bought a package Including 3 meals, yoga, and an Ayurvedic treatment and dr consultation. It was nice but a longer stay is recommended for maximum results. Great to use the other Jetwing facilities. My room was right next to the noisy road and the massage outside wasn’t as relaxing as it could’ve been because of this. Staff was very accommodating. Yoga was in a noisy breakfast area with meal prep and property maintenance care noises...a quieter space would be better for maximum relaxation.

The service was brilliant. The treatment was very professional and the food was great. The room however was quite old and although you can do nothing about it, lots of mosquitos, so you want to relax at the terrace but really couldn’t. Same with the bathroom. I wanted to take a bath but couldn’t because of the bugs.

Good transit stay

Good location across road from beach close to restaurants and bars.
Room is on small size with a small seating area at a lower level which is really redundant space. Bit tired in appearance.
Although on main road rooms located at back of property so was quiet.
Room is fine for short stay either on arrival or before flight home.
Breakfast was very enjoyable a la carte rather than usual buffet, featuring a Ayurvedic and Sri Lankan menu.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying back home. The facilities were nice but the room was a little worn and needs to be refurbished. Staff were amazing, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was excellent. The location was right along the main tourist strip in Negombo and the beach is across the road. Only 15 minutes drive to the airport. Overall vibe was very relaxing and peaceful.

I chose Negombo as a nearby location to sleep over after my late evening arrival, before I began my exploration of Sri Lanka. This was reasonable value for money and the staff were friendly enough. If I was staying in Negombo for a longer period I would probably have gone for one of the more comfortable room options though. Unusual 2 level design, not a lot of room around the bed.

Mosquitos and bugs in the bedroom
in the patio
in the bathroom
and dirty filthy bathtub with dried algae and filthy grout tiles.

Expensive rates and sky rocketing high taxes and charges for the facilities that is not being kept well. Dried leaves everywhere.

The manager is responsive and acts accordingly but if the staff keeps on making mistakes could be very frustrating for the manager. No wake up call in the morning and no breakfast as well despite being discussed on the previous day with the manager and the staff.

Nice and quiet place

Very nice staff, excellent restaurant, quiet place.
Neighbourhood is a typical tourist area, many restaurants, beach is
not very beautiful. I can recommend the hotel to guests who are searching
for a quiet place, are interested in ayurveda and who are not searching for
a fancy place. I liked it very much.

Nice hotel with average breakfast

The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable and spaceous. There is no direct access to the beach, but the pool and beach of the Jetwing Blue Hotel can be used and they are in walking distance. But the breakfast was very dissapointing. I expect more from a hotel in this price category.

Not very helpful staff

Not a good one! This place is old and creepy. Insects flying around at night especially in bathing area. Found big cockroach roaming freely.
Bad lighting which half of it are not in working condition. Bad food option compared to other Jetwing hotels. Hotel that not equipped with printed bill.. It's hand written with a lot of correction.

Good service, very good breakfast. Location convenient to beach at Jetwing Blue, where they seamlessly extended privileges for their excellent pool. Despite the AC, the room didn't seem as mosquito free as I had hoped, and the sparse furniture isn't conducive to hanging out in the room, except in bed under a net.

Good Value for money

For what you get it's good value for money. Location was close to the airport (15min taxi) but on the non-beach side of the road. Room was big with a lovely outdoor shower and 25ft ceilings. Bed was pretty hard but the mossie net was both a romantic and essential touch. Staff on check in were nice, breakfast was good as was our stay overall. We didn't have time for the spa treatments so can't comment on that.

Staff were great but room had been double booked for my stay so could not check into a room for 3 hours once arrived but they did sort this out asap. Room had a leak in the roof overnight so had water dripping onto bed but again this was fixed asap in the morning.

Lovely hotel, great for a relaxing last night stay in Sri Lanka. Hotel manager very obliging with late check out at no extra cost. Breakfast good, served to your table. Lovely bathroom toiletries. Lots of restaurants just a stroll away.

Amazing welcome

Here is a paradise in what is Sri Lanka's most tawdry strip. The front desk, understated as it is, is wonderfully welcoming. The rooms are soo peaceful and the pool is divine. Stay nowhere else in Negombo. This is blissful.

Gentle and very relaxing, boutique style hotel. Much preferred this to the the larger Jetwing Beach. It was not beach side, which was an advantage as you were not troubled by endless hawkers. Excellent breakfast, but we went out in the evening so cannot comment about dinner. Individual attention by delightful staff. Accommodation was interesting with individual cottages and private gardens. Loved this place

Professional friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. The location is just a short Stoll to beaches restaurants. I liked the hotel as it was very private and no one off the street could stroll thru the hotel complex unlike the ones that Are on the beach. Would recommend.

Secluded, tranquill and bliss

Our entire vacation was a superb experience... I opted for the King pavilion, a far better room than Queen for very little in price difference. Each room has its own private area to enjoy it's tranquility. The service by staff was superb. Our treatments from the Spa was outstanding at a very minimal cost. Next time i visit I'll book using half-board as the meals without board can be costly. The menu selection is very limited so an evening meal in town (blue hotel) superb.

Average hotel, great treatment experience

After a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka we ended our trip with 2 nights at the Pavilions for some Ayurvedic treatments before going home. Negombo is conveniently near the airport and the beaches are lovely but other than that there are no redeeming features that we found to persuade us to go back there. This is comparing it to the rest of Sri Lanka - we are already planning where to go when we return. We also felt this sense of disappointment at the Jetwing Pavillions as it didn't come close to most of the hotels we stayed at during our trip (Heritance tea factory/Kandalama/jungle beach/maalu maalu). I realise it's only a 3 star but was hoping optimistically for the best as we really wanted to experience the Ayurvedic treatments - which were indeed fantastic. The Spa staff were very accommodating and the advice we received was good too. The hotel itself was pretty expensive for what you got but the treatments were good value. The hotel does have a certain charm if you are not bothered about luxury although if you are thinking of going here, i would recommend booking in for treatments at the Pavilions but staying in one of the other Jetwing hotels such as Jetwing Blue or Beach which are much nicer and only a 5 min walk away

This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening.
Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax.
The staff are all warm and kind.

It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do.
You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours each day if you feel like it.

1週間滞在しましたが、とてもスペシャルで心に残る経験となりました。
スタッフの皆さん（レセプション、レストラン、客室係、庭師の方々まで）、全員がいつも笑顔で親切に接してくださり、おかげで毎日を穏やかに過ごすことができました。

特に、ヨガの先生で通訳のDananjaと私の担当をしてくださったセラピストのDamayanthiさんには心から感謝しています。丁寧で温かい対応に心も身体も癒されました。

毎回の食事もとても美味しく、食事の時間が毎日の楽しみでした。
ぜひ人にも薦めたい素晴らしい場所で、私自身もまた訪れたいと思っています。

一点だけ気になったのは、部屋に備え付けの蚊帳に穴が空いていて、そこから虫が入ろうとしていたことです。自然豊かな環境なので、多少の虫は仕方ないとは思いますが、蚊帳については修理または新しいものに替えていただけると、より快適に過ごせると思います。

And a failure on a massage reservation not honored
It's a shame.
So we went to a massage center not far away on foot and we had authenticity. 2 hours of great massage for 30 euros per person

Bien mais un prix trop élevé
Et un raté sur une réservation de massages non honoré
C'est bien dommage.
Nous sommes donc aller dans un centre de massage pas très loin à pied et nous avons eu de l'authenticité. 2 heures de super massage pour 30 euros par personne

アーユルヴェーダを体験したくてこのホテルを選びました。英語に不安があったのですが、日本語がうまいヨガの先生が、初日と最終日の問診にわざわざ同席してくれました。レイトチェックインにも柔軟に対応してくれました。極めつけは、サプライズで誕生日ケーキを用意頂き、スタッフ全員に祝ってもらい、良い思い出になりました。

唯一気になったのは、戸を閉めていても蚊が入ってくるのと、網戸がないから窓を開けられない所です。暑いのが苦手な人は、クーラー付きの部屋がオススメです。

あと、アーユルヴェーダの脈診も的確だし、施術も丁寧、スタッフさんもみんな笑顔です。食事も飽きないように工夫されているし、見た目もおしゃれで、味も好みでした。

アーユルヴェーダ初めてのひとにはオススメの施設です！

Great experience

We have spent great days in Jetwing Ayurveda Pavillions. All staff - without exception - are completely dedicated, passionate and know exactly what they are doing. Being almost two meters tall, I was worried, that I would not get enough food - talked to the doctor about this. She then instructed the kitchen to prepare bigger portions for me. This allowed me to enjoy great food, in sufficient quantities. Looking forward to returning some day!

3食+アーユルヴェーダトリートメント+料理教室やミュージックセラピーなどのオプション+お薬+Yogaもついてかなりお得な値段だと思いました。
ただしYogaの先生はわたしの人生で受けたどの先生より最悪でした。日本だったら絶対どこも雇わないでしょレベルの方でそれは残念でした。
部屋は3階建ての3階だったので屋根の格子のところからヤモリやアリなどが色々入ってきて苦手な人はちょっと3階は厳しいかもです。1、2階はちゃんとした天井なので大丈夫。
施術師も良かったしドクターも素晴らしく、何より思っていたアーユルヴェーダ料理より美味しかったです。それぞれのドーシャに合わせた料理で心身共にdetox出来ました。
