We had a great room at the Intercontinental in Doha. It had a beautiful view and was always cleaned every day. It had a full-size refrigerator and even a stove top. It was a mini suite after all but we just weren’t expecting that. The only thing missing is I wished we had a bathroom that also had a bathtub. All in all it was a perfect stay.

Having arrived at the hotel at 5am, I was then on the phone to Expedia who in the end did pay for the room as our flight had changed. The hotel front desk were no help at all, they were prepared to let the sit in the lobby for 10 hours. Having paid for the room, we then moved to our room that we had booked. Unfortunately this was wrong and they put out a roll out bed in the lounge - NOT GOOD FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL. The manager sorted it out on the following day but that was NOT the room that was promised the day before on the 48 floor. It was excuses after the excuses. The hotel manager was blaming everyone but the hotel itself. He was also not the most accommodating and was very abrupt.

The breakfast was fantastic and the service from the whole team was magnificent. The had a fantastic choice and array of food.

The cleaners didn’t come to clean the room every day even when asked. The left the bed linen on the dressing table for us to change!!!

Breakfast was phenomenal. Omelettes were made to order and there was a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a really good location and the hotel itself has many restaurants offering different cuisine. One of, if not, the best hotel I've stayed at.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless throughout my stay, and to the reception staff for their friendly and efficient service. I also want to appreciate the valet team for always being quick, courteous, and helpful — they made coming and going incredibly smooth.

A special shout-out to Abbas, Saifullah, and Willila for their outstanding assistance. I had an issue with the washer/dryer, and they responded immediately and fixed it right away with professionalism and a great attitude. Their prompt support truly made my stay more comfortable.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and a team that really cares about its guests. I’ll definitely be returning!

Super nice staff! I liked that it was close to spots that I had in mind of going to! I kinda wish our room was cleaner when we got there, it didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. Particularly the bathrooms. But the cleaner was very nice and she tidied up the rooms well.

We liked the coffee a lot, and there was a really good pool. Plus our room had a really nice and spacious bathroom. But sadly the TV was not working very well. We had an awesome stay. :) i recommend this hotel.

Intercontinental in the city doha hotel, is the most eye opening cineamic viewpoint from the hotel window. Excellent service by all staff members. Safe and easy going to various attraction sites. The beach was close as well as other beaches around the area. In room hotel, hygiene and cleanliness is 5 stars, daily room service by hospitality were 5 stars as well as the catering service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. One thing that stood out was the top floor swimming pool, which was a stunning but also a mesmorising serne experience especially seeing the sunset through the surrounding windows of the pools. On top of this the spa service was a calming and relaxing atmosphere to pur our minds in peace, authentic teas were also served after massage treatment. I definitely recommend to family and friends, for a stay away exciting but also calming experience.

I had a great stay here as a solo traveller.

I felt safe and was looked after. Staff were helpful with taxis and tours etc.

The room was clean and spaciousand i had great city views.

The room service menu was good, i parti ularly enjoyed the mushroom soup, the asoan options were not to my taste but good enough.

The highlight was the breakfast, do many hot options and variety to suit every taste and preference. Some of the asoan options for breakfast was some of the best i had. Not sure why this wasnt evident with room service menu.

I would definitely stay here again and you get lot more for your money.

The hotel was nice..the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond that cannot be measured. They made sure we were safe and even upgraded us at no cost esp Kenza and Ayah. Thank you to both especially.

Then only issue I would say is the temperature of the pool. It was on the coldish side. Even though i asked staff to heat it...they werent able to due to policy which i get.

Other than that...very clean hotel amazing staff and mall is 5 minutes walk.

Fantastic Place to stay

Great staff, great location and great facilities. We were able to have a late checkout & enjoyed the Club room facilities as well. We have stayed here previuosly as a stopover on way to Europe and had an early check in with breakfast available in the Club room.
We would highly recommend this Hotel.
