Nice morning buffet with a wide variety of food. Unfortunately, the food didn’t agree with me and my daughter’s stomach. Needless to say, we made a great use of the lovely bathroom. The staff catered to our needs exceptionally and were also caring and friendly. The accomodation had a reasonable room space. All the facilities kept my family entertained during our stay!

Nice hotel, really good staff very helpful and attentive. The area around seems under construction so that makes going out after dark a bit creepy. Not easy to find transportation as it is on a busy road.
Breakfast is average, not kid friendly. Only on the night 3 we realise we can ask for cereal-coco pop only, not anymore any kind and it’s only for kids under 10 and one only. Wouldn’t stay with kids.

I stayed here with my 3 children and myself. The staff were beautiful so helpful. My children loved the pool area they loved to feed the fish and turtles. We would just step out side and catch a cab or walk down the road to the markets. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a terrible holiday in the hotel, around the pool the drainage was broken and my daughter’s foot got stuck into that broken one, unfortunately it ripped her toe nail off. We had to go to the hospital to have an operation and get it removed.

Upon arrival I was given two rooms with no windows ( was not advertised that they have no windows) which was the first shock, negotiated with the manager who refused completely to offer anything eventhough it’s clearly their fault.( falsely advertised)
Had a meeting with Sale Director who offered a King queen room ( only has two twin beds) I was offered a rollaway bed. Mind you my family is 6 people I had to squeeze in this room to move on with our holiday( no money difference was offered to us at all, when I asked for money difference I was told this room is a better room than the standard triple room( please note I paid for two rooms which is definately higher than the room they gave me)

What I was really surprised with , at the time of the pool incident they left us there ( daughter was bleeding) they got a lot of workers to change all the broken drains around the pool.

During the stay they were a lot of organised student groups who were very noisy and disrespectful ( taking videos of us, knocking the door in the early morning and night and running away)

Locals were also taking our stuff from our terrace , using our terrace to sit and smoke at our chairs outside.
No cereal for kids except under 4y (find it very weird)

Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air.
Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Majority of staff amazing and very helpful.
You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap enough.

Great location. The hotel is a little run down and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiles had mould on them and cracks. Beds werent very comfortable but the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault the food. Good price for food and drinks. The pool was great. The rooms arent very sound proof so can be noisy at times.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was great, many options for food including vegetarian. The pool was clean and not too deep either. The actual room was spacious however it could benefit from some renovation. Overall, amazing stay for the price.

My family and I staying in a family room with Twin beds pushed together and bunk beds. There were no windows in the room so it was like a cave. The room service was ok, when they cleaned the room they just made the bed and did basic clean of the bathroom. They didn't clean the floor and forgot to give us towels and TP a couple times.
It was nice that there was a gym, a small playground and playroom for the kids. However the playroom had a smell of rat poop and the toys including the ball pit were dirty and not well cared for. Both of my small children got fevers right after playing in the playroom and we didn't go back there. The out door play ground was ok, but very dirty, my kids clothes were stained black from playing there a short time.
The breakfast buffet was just ok, the only thing that stood out was the Indian food options they had, but there was only a couple of them.
The pool was ok and there are a few swim up bar stools. The room service menu had more options than the previous hotel we stayed that the food was good.
The only other complaint we had was a few of the nights there were people and children running the halls and screaming between 12am and 2am and we had to call security to complain multiple times.
But it was a decent hotel for only $55 a night.

The hotel needs updating but was clean and good value for a budget stay. The best part is the buffet service in the morning- I was thrilled and experienced like a Hawaiian luau with many choices. If you are on a budget, this is the place to go.

Alright hotel before catching a morning flight

We booked this hotel to stay one night in Kuta before our morning flight. The hotel location was ok - it is (luckily) far away from the buzz of Kuta beach, and there were some restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach couple of times a day.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and our room had been upgraded free of charge. The upgraded room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel is a little worn out and will need a renovation at some point. There is a pretty pool area in the center of the hotel, and a gym and a spa too. It looks like they were able to organize a variety of services.

The biggest downside was the weak noise isolation; we could hardly sleep because there was a big group near that would run in the corridor and make noise there all night, and at 6am. Also all the noise from the pool and yard could be heard to the room on 3rd floor.

We stayed for 11 nights and had a great stay overall. The service was very good and we always received a smile! The site photos are when the property was new and fresh and not as it appears today.

The hotel is a 30 min walk away from Kuta beach and is somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle of it all (both positive and negative).

The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly and ready and willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy with towels and toiletries being replenished daily. Breakfast was a feast, with a choice of anything from noodles to omelette, pancakes, fruits, Indian and Indonesian foods. You could eat dinner for breakfast and not need anything else for the day. I didn’t use the pool, which was fairly small but it seemed popular. There was some work being done when we were there so a little noisy at times. All in all I would recommend this hotel as it’s not far from beaches, shopping malls etc although they aren’t on the doorstep.

This property was fantastic, me and two friends stayed here for a week and felt extremely welcomed, the staff were constantly smiling and making sure we were having a good time. The pool area was great specially with the swim up bar included. The have a shuttle service with is very convenient, my ONLY downfall is that there’s not a return service, I feel like that would be very easy to implement. But apart from that it’s an incredible place to stay! 5/5!

I would reccomend this hotel as a stay, the staff are friendly and it’s not far to any main shopping areas however we were charged an extra 75 Aussie dollars when leaving, they claim it was there fault as they didn’t charge for the full amount, it would have been a much more convenient thing to come to us earlier as we would have had the money as we had split bills, my sisters credit card was charged and she wasn’t there to ok this, I was not happy at all about this and they took a down payment even though there was no deposit on the rooms so organisation was pretty poor but aside from that everything as was as expected and I would stay again as long as the financial side of things is sorted appropriately

The hotel is not central, but has a bus to take you at certain times into Kuta. There are a number of mini marts close by, including one just outside the entrance. The huge material shop Alta Moda is about 50m away. There is a lovely and cheap warung just around the corner from the hotel - make sure you sit outside by the river! There is also a large outdoor foodhall across the intersection and the Bali Bakery for delicious treats around the corner, so make sure you look around the hotel a bit. The room we had was spacious and very clean and the hotel was always sparkling. The pool is quite small and cold, but that didn’t stop the kids. Staff were always very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a bad smell in the room and even with staff efforts it could not fix it. The facilities manager said there was a problem underground. Although most staff were friendly, we had to ask most nights at 11pm for the light in front of our room to be switched off at some control point. They sprayed the trees next to the swimming pool with pest control a lot of the spray went into the swimming pool. The guy from the pest control company was wearing a mask when spraying. I asked at the main desk about the pest control spray and they only told me that they will look into it. We didn’t get a reply and we avoided the swimming pool for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was included. We will not stay there again.

Could be so much better!

I wanted to give this hotel a much higher rating. The room was large and well equipped. The general staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the pool was adequate. What wasn't good was the noise and the lack of a response from the main staff. The pool is only supposed to be open from 7am to 7pm. This didn't occur. It only closed at 10.30 because we complained and we thought this would be it. Next three nights were better but still closing at 800 ish. The next night back to 10.30. Other nights guests throughout our side were noisy and still nothing done about it. The other problem of the hotel is there is very little number of eateries nearby and the shopping malls are far off. They do have a bus service to several areas but have a curious system of only able to book 10 minutes before departure, so it's hard to plan on using them.
So overall while it does have good facilities it's far from good dining and shopping. The management doesn't respond to your justifiable complaints( promising to be better in the future while ignoring you) and lack of sleep. Not on our list again.

A bit skeptical to go for this hotel initially as I read many negative reviews .. But this hotel prove me wrong .. The hotel was fine .. Service was good and the staff was attentive enough .. Thanks for making my mom birthday surprise a success .. You guys are awesome .. For the money I paid this hotel is absolutely worth it .. And i didn't get where all this negatibe comments comoing from.. Just a reminder It's quit far to walk from this hotel to Kuta beach about 15 to 20 min .. But they do provide shuttle bus every 2 or 1 hour I'm not sure..

we enjoyed our stay there it was very comfortable actually is was better than I thought there was 9 of us and we all were happy , breakfast was a little disappointing but once they realised we werent eating there much they asked was there a problem and I told them what we expected of a breakfast so from then on all we had to do was ask and it was bought to our table as it wasn't catered much for westerners but all good , lovely staff, good restaurant food, clean resort , I would go there again

Good hotel to stay, and quite accessible to the city area. interms of the service don't expect too much. but worth enough for the price you spent.

Very friendly staff who can't do enough for you.

Both my son and I are Coeliac. We had a two hour cooking lesson with the Chef. He made sure it was gluten free food we were cooking and eating. Then it was my son's birthday and they surprised us with a gluten free birthday cake.

The staff are so friendly. The hotel is a little away from the main beach which we liked, but it's only a $2 cab fare to the beach. We loved the place and would go back again.
