It was a terrible hotel in terrible location. The breakfast was bad and the hotel was dirty. The rooms were small and you can hear other guests in bathroom. What a waste of money.

When my partner and I arrived our room was upgraded 🙂 lovely room with 2 separate balconies overlooking the pool both with seating. Spacious bathroom with lovely shower. Pool was clean and nice to chill. Staff are friendly and was happy with selection of food available at breakfast.
15-20 minute walk to main Kuta area. We like to walk so did that most days but if you take cab I guess it takes 5mins

Worst hotel..not even a single star

Stayed for 4 nights with spousr and 6 yrs child. They gave a room facing road with huge blasting musoc by hotel. Room was changed but the bed was small (not king size as promised). Then the water doesnt drain out from shower cabinet, daiky had to folow up for repairs. I asked for an upgrade and was refused despite offering to pay for the upgrade. The linen, towels were so worn out. Asked to make a local call was refused and asked to come to the front desk. Unimaginably painful. BIGGEST REGRET to have put my family through this disgusting exp.

A bit far from the main area but good and cheap food available across the steeet. Such a great hotel the only thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool. There’s no privacy’s restaurants is literally next to it so bored waiters and staff can stare at you while you’re chilling by the pool. But still a beautuful hotel.

Hotel staff is really helpful and kind specially wulah and enna are two best girls that makes my stay very easy and enjoyable as i m alone there soo whenever i need any help i always asked them .The taxi driver nangah is a kind man.The swimming pools are clean. The massage facility is also a very important features of the hotel.

Comfortable but more like 3 star than 4 star hotel

The hotel and rooms lack amenities. The gym has less machines than my home gym. Rooms do not have hand towels (only bath towels), no shampoo or conditioner bottles (though they claim that the shower gel is 3 in 1) , bath gowns, hair dryer, iron etc. Hotel breakfast buffet is barely adequate. Worse thing however is the noise in the corridors from loud staff (they should be told to not yell in the corridors) and noisy guests.

Every single staff was brilliantly trained and handled every single one of our needs with a smile. Never felt like they saw us as a chore, always taking the time to stop whatever they doing just to greet you, and will gladly help with whatever your requests are, anytime.

Best choice for Muslim tourist I think. They offers a halal food which has been certified by Majlis Ulama Indonesia. It's a bit hard to find Halal food in Bali and Grand Zuri offers not so much varities of food, but decent choices for us with a reasonable prices compared if you opt for other restaurant outside. Prices for halal and proper food is a bit high for us compared to Malaysian food. Most of our spending is for foods. We recommend this hotels due for it's accescability to town and other places but all depends on your tourist guide. We are lucky with our humourious Pak Robbie. He's d best pak supir I think in Bali.

The stay was great. From the time we arrived till we checked out, everything was up to par. The staffs even called to check if all is ok after we reached our room. This was my third stay at Grand Zuri and I was pleased with my stay. As I was a returning customer, I was very aware of what to expect. This is a good hotel with friendly staff who are always happy to help and resolve any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Too much Hassle :(. Staff never around to help you u had to look for staff for lunch menu or trying to get a drink around the pool. Staff don't understand a lot of English. Only two staff member where helpful. Was goanna ask for a refund after the 5 day we stayed 14 nights we moved 3times to different level due to noise and air-con noise

Nice hotel with clean room. Just need to change or upgrade the mattress, new bath towels and added face or hand towel to be aligned with other 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was superb with local foods everyday and the hotel has HALAL certificate which is a bonus for Muslim travellers

Great for 1st night after flight as you need to rest more and explore only nearby area. Great complimentary facilities such as swimming pool and gym. There is a spa in the hotel at extra cost. Only warungs are available nearby if you plan to explore only on foot. They also provide laudry service at extra cost.

Great but location is meh.

Everything about this hotel, including the staff, rooms, beds, pool, etc., is great. The only issue is its location, which is a 30 minute walk to the Kuta beach. If you are willing to put up with taxis that will overcharge you for the ride to the beach though then this hotel is excellent.

The location is horrible, to far away from the main shopping streets and beach, about half an hour walk to the tip of Legian street, had someone else's hair in the bed upon arrival. We were meant to stay for 6 nights stayed for one and moved on to the Satriya Cottages. Not worth the hassle in all honesty.

Best Hotel in Kuta!

We have had the most amazing few days at Grand Zuri Kuta. The hotel was well located with friendly and efficient staff. The food was excellently prepared and well priced. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. One of our highlights was the Spa with the best masseurs I've ever experienced. This too was well priced, clean and a good range of services on offer. To top this off their bat has the most amazingly talented Bar Tender Cocktail Mixologist you will ever find. His name is ANGGA and he mixed up incredible signature cocktails and gave a new twist to originals like Mojitos and Martinis. His toblerone martini was truly exceptional. FITRIA, also the most courteous and friendly hotel staff I have ever met was an absolute star. We will most certainly return to Grand Zuri

Nice, comfortable hotel, friendly staff

I tried calling the hotel to explain to them that we would be coming a day earlier due to the fact of the way they had their check in times. For some reason I kept getting hung up on and when we arrived at the hotel we had to pay over 2million rupiah for a room. After some trouble the assistant manager was nice enough to allow upgrade us to a junior suite for the rest of our stay. Unfortunately though the first night of our stay we had to call house keeping since the sheets were stained. The rest of the stay was pretty good. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired. I basically ate toast and coffee everyday, the menu could do with an upgrade. Not far from the main area of Kuta which is good. There are signs by the hotel saying that there are no ubers or taxis allowed. And the drivers for the hotel charge crazy prices for trips that are much cheaper. All in all our stay was pleasant.

Hotel is very basic and staff speak little English

I was woken every morning by noisy guests and a gym that was right outside my door. It felt like the construction of the hotel was one of paper mache. The rooms were clean, though the room was very basic. The TV cable hardly worked and when it did the movies just repeated themselves.

Great Value for Money

Hotel was clean and situated a little bit outside of Kuta but not too far away to be a problem. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic but enough choice to be satisfactory. Pool area was really nice but all the rooms surround the pool so if there are people running around and making noise in the pool, it can be heard from your room. TV was large enough and good choice of channels. Desserts via room service was not very good so avoid that. Overall, the hotel was very good value for money and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Good considering the price but needs improvement.

Spent one night here was very good considering it was cheap. However room cleanliness needs a big improvement the walls needed a good scrub had some funny colour substance on the wall right next to my bed. Also the pillow I was using had brown stains on it not what you wanna see right before you lay your head down on it. And breakfast was average at best need more breakfast type options. 3 out of 5 from me :)

Honest and Brand New Hotel

It is a brand new building, so that is a huge perk. Great Bed, Great Hotel, Great Staff. I stayed in 4 hotels in Kuta on my long holiday and Grand Zuri was the most honest and helpful. Breakfast is great as well. We were very happy here for a week.

The corridor along my room was noisy throughout the night. The next morning because I have to catch a morning flight I was At the breakfast buffet at 7am and it was totally filled! I had to wait for at least 10 mins before there is a seat and the table and buffet line were busy. The room bedsheet was also with pencil drawings.
