The location of the properties not the best that’s my first time here so we only slept there one night and then we moved to the discovery hotel. The discovery hotel is like a dream compared to Rhadana
I had booked for three nights at the Rhadana we only stayed one night condition of the is poor.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! the worst hotel I've ever been to, very dirty and nothing like the photos, we asked to cancel the reservation and they said they would
cancel... after we left they said they would no longer refund the money.

Restaurant,Lobby looked beautiful and Staff seemed very professional. Rooms seemed a bit tired and not so clean (or I was unlucky). Also The Pool looked very different than in the fotos. Not inviting at all and pool area seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while.
It would be a very cute Hotel if they trained the cleaning staff a bit more and fixed up the rooms a bit .
All in all it was fine.

About 20 minute walk from the central Kuta area. Although stated in Hotel Amenities that there is a restaurant facility, my view is that it is a cafe not a restaurant. We were not aware that alcohol was not served or permitted in the property until we booked in - (our mistake - we missed the information in the We Should Mention section).
The staff however were very polite and friendly and handled any questions we had clearly and efficiently. There were people from many different countries staying at the hotel, and they appeared to handle conversing with them all very easily.

Halal Hotel

I needed to stay at Halal Hotel and it did just that. Stayed 6 nights with family in 2 business rooms. I must say they have excellent staff as this is not my first visit to Bali. Breakfast definitely need changing, very limited and repetitive, don't even mind paying extra if needed be.Coffee certainly very watered down.Rooms are small. Far from tourists' areas. Walking is difficult due to terrible road conditions.

Nice place, pick your room wisely

Rhadana:

We spent one night in Rhadana: we liked the place and recommended it. The hotel is smallish but rooms are very diverse in terms of conditions: ours was at the third floor, near the back (where the pool is). That means it was quiet and had windows-some \"business rooms\" don't. Service was very friendly and accommodating: we asked for an early check in (about 3 hours before standard time) and room upgrade, and got both for about 20.00 euro. Even the \"premium room\" with balcony was very tiny: as per previous posts, you can't open a suitcase unless you put it on the dedicated shelter-if you have two suitcases, you'll have to take turns. The pool is pretty if small, our main grief was that there is no separate smoking area so if you are a no smoker you are likely to be out of luck: quite a few guests spend time there and of course quite a few of them smoke. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom.

Hotel was fine. Friendly people. A few frustrations:

Wifi demanded constant signing in again and again and wasn't too quick.

Corridor (first floor) was like an echo chamber. Sat in room could hear every foodstep, rustle of paper and thought from outside.

Food in restaurant had potential to be reasonable, however starter and main brought at same time. Main brought back later cold. Hmmm..

Zero scope for a later check-out; not even a minute when I asked.

Location good for getting an Uber. Opposite a 7-11. But a 10min walk to more action. Road very busy.

Nice hotel, not the greatest location

We only stayed here on our last night coming back from Lembongan as it was close to the airport. The facilities were clean and fresh and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that it's on a main road and quite noisy if staying at the front of the hotel. Also not much shopping in close proximity. If you like a drink there's no bar! Overall a nice place to stay for a night

Staff were frienldly an accommodating. They were honest about their primary Indian cultural preferences (e.g. Food is Halal and they honour Muslim calendar an prayer times, but they did not do it at the cost of making people with different cultural an religious orientations uncomfortable.

Be aware, NO ALCOHOL SERVED HERE

Arrived in the Rhadana Hotel in mid June after a booking through Expedia. Had booked for a king size bed but when we arrived in our room we had 2 singles pushed together. Not to mention that the room was incredibly small (literally couldn't place a full size suitcase on the floor without blocking major access around the room), think about 2.5 feet around the bed and a dresser at the bottom and you get the idea. After mentioning to management that our bed wasn't as booked we luckily got moved to another larger room. This room was much bigger and more what we had in mind from the pictures. We were told that there was no bar or alcohol served which came as a massive surprise, as it wasn't mentioned in any other review or on the booking page. Would have gone with another hotel if this was the case as who doesn't like a drink by the pool! Other than that the place was clean and tidy, staff friendly and our room cleaned everyday. The breakfast was average and we preferred to go somewhere else as the choice was limited and wouldn't appeal to Westerners imo.

Has nearly everything I would need for a short stay, other than maybe a kitchenette. Staff very good. Rooms modern. Pool very nice. Guests nice and helpful too. Breakfast is notable.

Modern rooms. A little small. This hotel has everything you need: in-room safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, good bed, reading lights, desk, closet area, etc. The pool is very attractive and nice. My one experience with the restaurant for dinner was positive, although it's expensive compared to places outside. The breakfast is pricey but very nice and all-you-can-eat.
The staff are very good and responsive. You can find drivers through the staff for the day as low as 500k for the day.
Not too far a walk from the main touristy street and from the mall. Massage places around the corner.
Very good for couples on honeymoon.

Hotel is relatively new and in good condition. Room is very clean, tastefully decorated, water pressure is good too. Pool looks fantastic.

Donts:
Location is poor and you have to drive anywhere.
Strange rule about NO ALCOHOL in the hotel. This is sort of discrimination and should be mentioned on Expedia just as they mention No pets.
Room is small.
Aircon is cheap with loud fan.
No minibar in the room, just an empty fridge.

Overall: There are much better choices for similar price.

Great value in Kuta

We stayed for a week at The Rhadana and had a very comfortable stay. The room and amenities were comfortable, pool was beautiful, staff was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We found some restaurants within walking distance that were very good but had to take a cheap cab to the beach area sone nights. I had hoped to walk the 20 minutes but traffic and humidity made this unthinkable. Cabs are less than $3 so this was not an issue and I would return.

Great hotel with good eat around places

Radhana is close to Kuta main area. Lots of local eateries around. There Ibu Tin next to the hotel is amazing valulse in Masakan Padang(Padang Cuisine). You have have a good meal for less than $5 for 2 people. There is also other places to eat around. You can walk to the beach if you fancy a bit of exercise after all the eating.

Radhana was clean, quiet and the staff very friendly yet non-intrusive.

The room sizes are smaller than the other odd hotels but it is clean, convenient and the pool is great too.

I would definitely stay here. The wife loved it too and that is very important. :)

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Rhadana Hotel for 2 nights. The business room we stayed in was really nice and had all the amenities required. It had a large bathroom however the room itself was a bit small. It was very clean when we arrived and cleaned again on the second day. We ordered a meal from the restaurant which was lovely and you can have it in the restaurant or as room service. The pool was lovely and the sunbeds were comfortable. We hoped the gym would have a variety of equipment but it was very small and consisted of a treadmill, an exercise bike, a foam exercise mat and 2 dumbbells (2.5kgs and 5kgs). Overall we had a really nice stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during a solo trip to Bali, and I could not have been more pleased with how well the staff treated me... They were so warm and welcoming and took such great care of me, and I really enjoyed my time with them. The hotel room itself was pretty small, but that was perfect for me. The breakfast buffet is lovely as well. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the WiFi... Very slow... But the rest of the experience was so overwhelmingly positive!! I would totally recommend this to anyone staying in Kuta!!

Great, low cost hotel!

Our stay was great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel is great value for money. It has all the amenities you need. Rooms are basic but are comfortable and have everything you need. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main area but it's a straight forward route. You can also get a taxi for about 30,000 rupiah. There is also a lovely outdoor swimming pool.

Great hotel for a couple of days stop over

We stayed here for 2 nights after arriving from Malaysia whilst we decided on a route for our time in Bali. It was great for what we needed which was a pool and good internet connection. Room was lovely and modern and clean. Pool was one of the cleanest I've seen and a really good size. Customer service was second to none with everyone making us feel welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. We ate dinner there one night which was also good. The only thing that may be an issue for some people is that the hotel is a little far out from the main tourist areas. This didn't bother us as we were happy to stay in the hotel but it may bother others. The only other thing was that the hallways in the hotel were a little echoey so if someone was talking in them the sound would carry into the room. Also it would be better if the hotel was non smoking as I could smell smoke a couple of times in the room.

Rhadana hotel: clean and good

The hotel was really great. We have been hotel hopping for this trip and this is one of the best hotel. Wifi connection was good and the overall environment was clean and clear. But the only minor downside was that I don't see shower gel in the bathroom, only soap. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the room has a theme as well. Very nice!

Overall very satisfied. Both of the 2 rooms I stayed in were new very clean and comfortable. Fridge and safe both greatly appreciated. The pool is just right and very relaxing. There is a small exercise facility upstairs. Location is convenient with a moderate (20 minutes) to beach and shorter to many shops and eating places. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price.

We travelling in a group of 4 and stayed here for 2 nights. We received warm welcome by the friendly staff in Rhadana with the welcome drink upon arrival. The room is very small but comfortable and clean. The location is away from tourist attraction in Kuta, but its not a problem for us since we got chauffeur service when we were in Bali.

Worth the money

This is a new hotel opposite Harris Riverview Hotel. My room was comfy and big enough for a single traveller, very clean. Just a bit bothered by the flies that flew in from the balcony and irritated me, suggest that the staff do something to get rid of the flies. Also the location is a bit far from Kuta beach, walking takes abt 20-30 mins. Overall very value for money hotel with wonderful staff who make you feel very much at home :)

バスルームの床や内部が汚いのがとても気になりました。またエアコンも故障しており水が垂れてくるのをフロントに言ったところ、部屋を変えるわけではなく、その場で修理しはじめました。ドライヤーも各部屋に設備はなくフロントはオーダーしなければいけないですが使用時間が限られているようです。
