Room is clean & pleasant. No hairdryer in the room. No water dispenser & kettle for hot water, loaned a unit from reception but end up it was not working. Staff knowledge on nearby places need to be improved. Location is quite far from the beach and main street, need walking distance around 15 minutes and the street towards the main street was quiet at night.

A little off the beaten path. Room was ok and clean other than stained walls and a few roaches. Nice bathroom and shower. Pool was small. Food was mediocre and no food available after 10pm. Overall decent.

Hotel is new and small.However there are so many issues. First would be with the managment staff, staff members looked
disconnected towards guests .People generally in the pool late and up to 10.30pm and before 6am. The hotel echoes so loudly you can hear doors banging, guests alarms and its overwhelming no serenity or escaping it. Guests all so seemed to have no consideration for other guest and staff didnt seem to care. There should be signs saying to keep noise levels down in all rooms and managment of the pool hours should be displayed Everyone smoking around you at breakfast and the pool. If your a westerner this hotel is not for you. Rooms clean and fresh looking, but in 4 days i was given one soap. Room had extreamly small balcony looking onto other rooms with no privacy at all. Guests are generally from Java and Malaysia and school groups.

Nice location close to Kuta Beach

Hotel is close to Denpasar airport and at walking distance (~10 minutes) from Kuta beach. Hotel staff were nice too. Morning breakfast had lots of variety. However, room service was not very good, we need to ask for cleanliness.
We stayed in deluxe room still, space was very limited. No freeze and minibar inside the room.
This hotel is of average quality, we didn't pay too much money for per night stay so, overall our experience was good.

Nice Budget Hotel

I was expecting bit more from the Hotel after reading reviews from others on various site. It was OK hotel with budget features at best. It can certainly do with some of much needed upgrades.

The room we got initially was on ground floor and was making some terrible humming noise constantly. After complaining few times next day we managed to get our room changed to 5th floor and once problem solved but lift stopped working. You can appreciate our situation and heartache (or I should say feet ache).

They are building new hotel section so for a time being it is better to avoid this one. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel for a cheaper price

Our stayed in the Hotel was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaned daily. A relatively quiet area of legian/kuta away from the hordes but close enough to walk. Power drops out in the evenings which cuts the AC. There is no window to fresh air. Staff were friendly and approachable.

For the price you pay you can't complain too much.

My partner and I stayed from the 6th to the 18th of December. It was just a cheap quick holiday for us to celebrate the end of the year.

When we arrived we were greeted and were showed to this room that hadn't even been made up yet. Therefore we were shown to a different room that didn't look like the pictures that were shown online. We also asked for a room with a window (there are only a few rooms with Windows). Not being happy with the arrangement resulted in myself going down stairs and asking for a room that had the window which we originally paid for. The only room left was one that had two single beds which was also frustrating but we didn't wanna cause anymore disputes.

The room was clean and tidy and had a tv and small bathroom. There was room service everyday which we thought was great! Except the fact when you walk into your room after a long day to find no towels about or no new toilet paper. Every single day we would not receive a new towel and were told that they were at the laundry and some nights we didn't get our towels until around 9 or 10 o'clock. It got to the point where we would say to the ladies not to take our towels from the day before but they did anyway.

When it came to leaving we asked for a late checkout which was arranged until 9pm. Originally we were told we had to pay and extra %50 of what we were paying per night. when it came to paying we were stuffed around and they were so rude and it showed that they were just trying to get more money

Keep It Up Alron!

I stayed two nights here with my wife for our honeymoon. It was nice room for a budget stay and we made it a right choice with Alron. Walking distance away from Kuta Beach, friendly service by staff, good shower and acceptable breakfast. Room just nice for two of us and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Alron...Keep it Going!

Great little find close by all the action in Kuta

Rooms were lovely, had everything you needed, toilet was great. Location is close enough to the hardcore action of Kuta/Legian (15mins walk) yet tucked away from all the noise and i felt very safe at the hotel. Breakfast was a choice from a set menu but for the price of the room, any breakfast is a bonus and it did the job. The vicinity had a lot of street food which unfortunately we did not manage to try but if you plan to stay in Kuta on USD$17/night while being treated to much more then you paid for, I think this a great choice.

Affordable hotel next to the city centre

Overall we had a good stay! The hotel is 5 minutes away from city centre and 10 minutes away from the beach!
Three reasons why we don't give a five star rating. One, we didn't get a double bed as we asked, the room was with two single beds!
Second, we asked for a car to hire! First they said ok but they needed to know where are we staying! So we rush to book hotels for the whole stay, ubud which is amazing and amed, and when we asked for the car they said we have to stay with them otherwise they cannot hire it to us!
And third,in the booking and they said buffet breakfast which it wasn't! You had 4 options and just orange juice, always!
also, room was very noisy !

Nice stay, and friendly staff that attend to need

During our 1 week stay in this Hotel, the service provided was good, and the staff was friendly. The only flaw is the water dispenser are not working. We have to went downstair to the café and take the water, or boiling our own water. Overall good stay, distance from the beach is quite far, but still within walking distance.

Nice hotel, clean, good interior design

The hotel is 20-25minutes walking distance from kuta beach and other popular tourist places in kuta.
The pool is still under construction.

I guess the only cons of this hotel is the distance. :(

Renting a motorbike with the hotel is a good choice, it costs around 60k idr only with full tank of gasoline.
However, taxi rate in kuta is reasonable, starting from 70k idr ! so if you dont want to take the risk of motorcycling on the road, taxi is suitable for you.

The hotel is very clean and with fashion interior design, the bed is super comfortable too !
have a very nice sleep here :) really enjoy my stay in alron hotel very much with this budget price.

The staff are all very friendly, always put a big smile to serve customers.

Definitely will come back again !

Good for family and friends stay

I'm from Malaysia. Stay at this hotel for 4D 3N with my friends. Having a good breakfast and good service from their staff. Convenience place, near to the airport, walk able for Halal Food for dinner, 15 minutes walking distance to Kuta Beach and Hard Rock Cafe. The room is in good condition and the toilet very clean

I was in Bali for 5 nights from 22nd - 27th April. Since it was my first time in Bali, I don't really know much of the place. I really like where the hotel is situated at as it is away from the busy Kuta streets BUT yet walking distance to most of other places (beach, legian and outlet stores). The room is small but it has all that you need; tv, chiller, hair dryer and a safe. Didn't really matter to me much as I only use the room for the nights. And if you want to try street foods, there's plenty around the hotel to try for! Now to the part which I like the most, the hotel service (include the security guard)! They are really friendly and you can rely of them for anything. If you happened to choose this hotel which I highly recommend, look out for Mr Agus. He will help you with whatever he can. And his laughter is really contagious!

Worst customer service ever

Arrived at the hotel just after midnight after spending 7 hours in Kuala Lumpur airport to be told that there was a 'problem with our room' and that we would have to go to another hotel along the road. After standing in reception waiting for another 10 minutes, two men walked us along to another hotel. Shortly after arriving there, it was obvious they weren't expecting us and although we asked what was happening, we were simply ignored while they chatted in Indonesian and laughed at us. By this point it was almost 1am. We were then abandoned at the reception desk. After waiting another 10 minutes, we dragged our bags back to the Apron reception where the guy who worked for the hotel told us we were to go to another hotel. They shouted at us to get on 2 motorbikes and by this time we were too tired to argue so we got on and were taken to a third hotel round the corner where they then paid for us to stay. At no point were we offered an apology and were left feeling like a laughing stock. We have been travelling Asia for 4 months and have never been treated like this. So, although I cannot comment on the inside of the hotel, I can say that their customer service is disgusting. Luckily we are young and able but if an older couple or someone with a small child had been met with the same situation, they would have fared worse than us. Avoid!

Good stay, small room but suitable given one night stay. Staff are nice, although night staff seem to have less knowledge about addressing issues. Hotel has construction going on next door, and this wasn't made aware of before hand. Internet access is done via social media and other contact details, which is a little invasive. Simple wireless password should be all that is needed.

The room is beautiful but can get quite dark and small - but I requested a window so it wouldn't be so dark. The bathrooms are quite nice and clean. The shower was amazing, had a rain shower setting. My room for some reason wasn't provided any hand soap so remember to bring your own. Overall a great experience, and the hotel staff were very very friendly, enough to help me get to my shuttle bus stop and get to my next destination. Very good hotel for the price and the star rating.

Nice hotel

The stay was okay. Generally a nice hotel, with good comfort even if rooms are small. Main issue is rooms next to road are noisy so if you are a light sleeper (like me) best to get a room away from the road side. The staff changed my room for the second night and that was fine.

The hotel is not too far away Kuta and staff are friendly and helpful. Likely I will be back in the future

Good value for money

Good value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is great. It's on a rather busy road, but you don't hear the traffic noise in your room really. If you need a room with a view, you're probably better off elsewhere as most/all rooms face an indoor hallway (no window wo the outside). If that's not important to you, this hotel is a real bargain with excellent staff.
