The staff were amazing, polite and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and restaurant had good food at great prices. Situated on a busy road, but we were at back of hotel and when we closed our door we heard no noise. Great location for walking. Amazing for the price

The thing I like the most about Natya Hotel is its prime location, close to all amenities at the heart of Kuta, from shopping malls to souvenir shops. Airport and Kuta beach are just a few minutes away.

I loved the queen bed, the mattress and the pillows were surprisingly very plush and soft. The bypass road is always crowded and the traffic sound can be quite distracting even in the evening, especially if you stay in the rooms facing the road.

The breakfast menu was quite good and the ample parking space can accommodate quite a lot of cars.

Last but not least, the convenience store in the hotel lobby was really helpful, even though Indomaret and Alfamart are within easy reach form the hotel.

Overall, I had a good time :)

The location is in a very busy area and it's very very difficult to cross the street. What I did not like was it advertised a movable shower but gave us a fixed overhead shower.
When we complained, they admitted they have not updated all the booking portals. they gave us 2 choices pay extra INR 2500,000 a day (reduced to INR 100,000) after our protest or cancel booking

The room and the amenities were good for the price. The walls were thin, so it was noisy during the live music performances. And It was impossible to cross the highway by the hotel by walk and the car drivers had to travel long distances to take a u-turn to reach the hotel.

easily accessible since it's in Kuta, not too far from the airport, the rooms are ok, sadly no place for a pc or table or similar. that space is used by both the safe and the coffe/water kettle. The ac ( air conditioner ) is very good in the superior room i booked. Wifi is horribly slow. The street outside of the hotel is impossible to cross. Never stops.

We enjoyed our stay at Natya. The staff bent over backwards to overcome the problem of the noise level due to a group booking.

Comfortable and Cozy

The Natya Hotel in Kuta, Bali is a very comfortable residence for a family. We booked two connected rooms (1 Superior room and 1 Deluxe room). The hotel rooms are very clean and cozy, and the staff cleans the rooms well each day. However, the hotel restaurant needs improvement. There were not many restaurant workers at the hotel in July, which caused many delays at breakfast. We'll book this hotel again.

Really convenient to airport. Room quite small, basic but very clean, good shower pressure. Nice pool and gorgeous breakfast! Staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillow and towels, came immediately.

The room doesnt smell good. The smell is a mixture of a cheap strong air freshner and dampness. Same thing goes for the bedding. It gave me a headache.

Excellent stay and super friendly staff!

Had a very nice stay, location was great, only a 10 minutes walk to the center of Kuta. Staff were super friendly and professional, even when a group of Indians were super loud next to our room in the middle of the night, the staff responded to our complaints and asked them to shut up, it didn't help much with the Indians but it's not the hotel's fault. Only complaint is is that the wifi wasn't so good but that's usually the case with most hotels.

For the price wise and location wise this hotel is pretty good. If you want to stay at a cheap but good hotel to shop or get closer to the airport before heading back home (which was what we wanted), then this hotel is great. The staff was really nice and helpful and room was clean and tidy. Small but it serve its function.

Good Hotel, Good Location, Friendly Staff

This was my first time staying at Natya Hotel. Overall I am happy with my recent stay. This is nice small hotel close to Kuta beach and Mall Galleria.

The room was good with good amenities etc. Comfortable bed etc.

Staff was friendly and happy to help and resolve any issue at hand. I would like to specially thank Front office manager for solving my problem easily.

Overall nice stay. Thanks.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. It made my stay there worthwile.

The location is a bit difficult to get to because cars need to do a long u turn to get to the hotel. Taxis don't usually passbybthat area so it's easier just to grab or uber.

One nice thing about this hotel is its surrounded by outlets. There are 3 beside it and a couple accross. Just be careful crossing the busy street.

Not what I paid for......

I was disappointed when I arrived at this hotel for a few reasons. The first reason was that it did not have a bar fridge in the room. This may seem like a small issue, however when you buy drinks duty free and would like to take them to your room for a few pre-drinks before going out you can't because there is no where to keep drinks cool. I thought it was pretty standard for hotel rooms these days to have a small bar fridge. I also selected and paid for a deluxe room. The reason why I selected this room is because it stated it had a patio/balcony area. This was the main selling point for me as it is nice to walk out onto a balcony in the morning. My room looked out onto a tin roof. There was no access to anything outside of the room. I was very disappointed. Another thing that I was disappointed with was that my safe in my room kept failing. I had to get room service up a couple of times to get them to open it for me as it just wouldn't open. I actually left the hotel on the first night, as I felt that I couldn't relax at this hotel, and went to another hotel. Is there any possibility for any compensation from Expedia? I am receiving a small sum back from the hotel itself. My daughter uses Expedia for all of her holidays and in fact has used you to book her whole Europe/UK trip in January. She trusts your reviews and hence that is why she chose this hotel for my trip to Bali. She was also extremely disappointed to hear that my trip was brought down because of this hotel.

Okay for quick airport access

On the map, the hotel looked like it was just a few hundred meters from the airport, so we chose that one. However, it turned out to be more like 3 km. not too far, but also not near the \"action\" of Kuta.

It was a clean room with a comfy bed. The staff were friendly but their prices for drivers to places were rather overpriced. There was no cot for my baby which I had asked for when I booked and never got a response to say they didn't have one until I got there. We accidentally left a substantial amount of money in the safe box when we left to go home and now they won't reply to numerous emails I have sent to them so I'm assuming I will never see that money again.

A place to pay your head.

Handy for the airport but you need to taxi anywhere else. Hotel is new and modern, a bit like a budget British chain eg travelodge so is not a place to hang out but is a good cheap base and the staff were great.

Amazing value

The room was very reasonably priced, and was perfect for our one night stay as we had an early morning flight. It was basic, clean, small with no tea/coffee making facilities but had a TV and en suite. The air con worked well, and we had a good sleep, even though it is fairly close to the main road it was well insulated. The restaurant was most accommodating in producing an evening meal not on the menu. The breakfast menu (included) was good, and the request for it 15 mins before the scheduled 7 am was no problem. The only snag was that the hotel bus to the airport was not ready at 7 am as booked and paid for, but we had allowed for hold ups. Be warned - maybe a teething problem since this hotel has only been open for a few months. The staff were very charming and helpful.

Very Nice Hotel, in perfect location

We arrived in Bali for a 9 Day holiday of which 6 days were already planned. The Hotel arranged for Airport transfer in a comfortable car at a nominal price. It took us less than 25 min to get to the hotel from the airport. Once we arrived we were overwhelmed by the kind and smiling staff. The lady at the reception took time off to sit and discuss our plan and arranged for an excellent driver who was always honest and on time.
The rooms were a bit tiny but very very well maintained. These rooms are perfect for people who plan to be outside visiting various places and retreat for a goodnight sleep. The bed was spacious and very comfortable.
The hotel poolside bar is very well maintained and the restaurant/bar staff are excellent.
Since we are vegetarians the kitchen staff went out of their way to cook special vegetarian breakfast for us.
I would definitely choose this hotel if i ever visit Bali.
Hats off to all the staff who made our stay very memorable.

Comfort hotel with affordable price

Hotels location is far from the beach and the road to beach mostly closed by police therefore you need more time and effort to reach either Kuta, Legian, or Seminyak beach. But if your main destination is not only beach, it could be a good choice.

The hotel location is in the main big road where mostly traffic jam during working hour or even rush hour.

Very simple menu variation for breakfast buffet, off course inline with the hotel price.

The unique thing is, hotels provides free refill for water, they provide the jar for you to fill the water as much as possible but ... The water dispenser oftenly empty although we keep remind the hotel staff to fill the water dispenser.

I would rather suggest hotel to use drinking water filter spot than water dispenser but with trusted brand to keep the quality of water if still using this free refill water.

Wir waren vor 7 Jahren in diesem Hotel und fanden es sehr edel. Leider profitiert das Hotel nur noch von den guten Bewertungen von früher.
Leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es müffelt und alles plackt ab.
Wir hatten leider zusätzlich das Peck, dass 1 Busgruppe auf unserer Etage war die bis tief in die Nacht \"Party\" gemacht hat und ab 7 Uhr war das Reinigungspersonal dann so laut, dass an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war.
Sehr schade.

Das wirklich sehr gute an dem Hotel war das Personal. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Das Frühstück war immer gleich. Die Wände und die Türen sind so dünn, dass man vorm Lärm kaum gut schlafen kann. Dieses Hotel würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Gebucht für 18 Nächte, verbrachte Nächte 13.
