The breakfast has healthy options , fresh and well prepared however since I stayed 5 days I didn't see many varieties. There are so many choices but almost the same thing everyday .The room , very clean and you can request everyday cleaning and they supply the complete toiletries , two bottles of water with clean towels too . However the hot water is not hot enough. All the staffs were welcoming and the hotel has free new year party with door prizes and entertainment. If i will visit Bali again, I want to stay in the same hotel since the location is accessible to Kuta beach , restaurants , shopping facilities and near the airport as well .

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and initial cleanliness of our room (238).
Your renovations have improved the hotel immensely.
Your staff were very courteous but many had difficulties understanding some of our requests.
However, the constant noise from the above and adjacent rooms when chairs were dragged over the floors became very frustrating especially when people were checking in and out at all hours and when rooms were serviced by your staff.
The cleanliness of the room is not maintained as there were marks on the sheets, we stayed 8 nights and the bed sheets were never changed.
Areas around the taps and sink were not cleaned properly yet this was recently renovated. So those marks will deteriorate the condition of the great renovation you achieved. Your staff need more training in how to clean properly and checks be conducted by your supervisory staff to ensure the cleaning is done correctly.
We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and were charged 60k rupiah for it. I didn't mind paying for it but the exorbitant amount was ridiculous.

The staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly. The room is spacious and bathroom comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent just what you need in the humidity. The bed is comfortable and rooms are super clean. Everything you need to stay here and close to beach, shops, walking and taxis. Roof top pool is excellent for a swim and relaxing. Room service and pool service was also great

Although the hotel lobby may look outdated the rooms are newly renovated and clean. We took full advantage of the rooftop outdoor pool to admire the goregous sunset. The breakfast buffet was very good also as there was a good selection of asian and western cuisine choices. The hotel is only 200m away from the beach. Highly recommended to stay here!

It was a nice hotel, however it was noisy. There is construction / renovation happening, so the sounds of concrete drills from 10AM each morning (some sort of upgrades project to stairways in the hotel it seems).

As well, the walls are a bit thin, even in the renovated section of the hotel, it is easy to hear conversations of men in the room next door through the wall.

Otherwise a nice hotel, service is excellent and it was very clean and nice, staff were great and friendly / very polite. The rooftop pool is nice too!

Rating a 3 because of all the issues with noise (hopefully when the remainder of the hotel is renovated, soundproofing between rooms will be improved too)

I was Hotels hopping during my week long vacation in Bali (Kuta), staying 1 night or 2 at comparable budget Hotels and I would say this is one of the better ones, conveniently located downtown Kuta which is walkable to evrything from shops to restaurants, though not newest, room is presentable at a very affordable price.

The rooms are good as advertised. The Hotel is however showing signs of ageing especially in the bathrooms (our bath actually leaked on the last day we were there, however other things were rectified very quickly (like batteries in remote and leaky tap).
Hotel is convenient and not on the main road so quieter. Has all the mod-cons you would expect.
I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, particularly the new part which we stayed in. Pool was also lovely, as were all of the staff. 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had 3 double rooms, and some of the sheets appeared not to be as clean as we would have liked, as were some of the towels.

I booked a stay at this hotel, but when I arrived, there was no one available to check me in. I had to knock on doors and ask other guests if they had a contact number for the reception. When the receptionist finally arrived, I was told all the rooms were occupied, and my booking was transferred to another hotel. I was informed that I'd have to move back to the original hotel the next night. I requested to cancel the second night and get a refund but haven't heard back yet. I ended up checking out early because other guests were complaining about the noise from birds in the morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Hotel having some renovations, so some inconvenience at times. The areas that have been renovated look absolutely amazing so look forward to seeing again maybe when renovations completed.
Staff were fantastic , very respectful , friendly and professional towards myself and my Daughter.
Access to hotel was compromised by the one way street it fronts and no taxis were prepared to go around the block when returning from main shopping strip along Kuta beachfront , so frequently having to walk last 100m-200m into oncoming pedestrian and vehicle traffic not always best outcome when returning from shopping and raining.

To say this is a 4* hotel is a giant leap of imagination. When I checked in the bed linens were lightly stained and the room I booked only had one available outlet, on the other side of the room. In this day and age, we are all charging our phones and tablets and for me, I needed another outlet for a heating pad to help with cramps from chemotherapy.

I upgraded to a bigger better room, but even still one had to put their shoulder into the door to open or close it. The sink and tub drains were clogged with who knows what and were slow to drain. The towels were threadbare. The toilet seat had seen better days, perhaps during the Clinton years.

Yet the staff seemed very attentive, while their command of English was pretty limited. I ate at the hotel twice and was disappointed both times. I was told it was happy hour at the pool when it wasn’t and they went out of their way to show me signs afterward, despite what the man who took my order had told me.

While the hotel had seen better days, there was construction and renovation of an adjacent building so it’s quite possible that when that project is done and open later in 2024 they might go to work on the property side I stayed in. Let’s hope so.

La problématique de cet hotel est que le bâtiment original est complètement laissé à l'abandon. La climatisation a été fermée dans toutes les aires communes, ce qui fait en sorte qu'il fait tres chaud dans les corridors et augmente l'humidité dans les chambres. (Air clim ok dans les chambres) Tous les murs présentes des trace de dégâts d'eau, plâtre et peinture a refaire partout.
La chambre était propre, la salle de bain désuète et les serviettes malgré que non utilisées étaient tachées et grisâtre.

On night arrival given dirty, mouldy room on the ground floor with a garden view of a tree and wall!
Moved to 4th floor, smelt cleaner but wasn't. Dirty bed linen and towels, marks in bath, wobbly taps, mould painted over and univited guests, ants. Yes I know its a hot country but you do not want to woken up at 2am by ants in your bed.
New swimming pool looks very swish, but is green with alge. The rainwater in the old leaking pool is cleaner. This is still causing issues with dampness throughout the hotel. They are building a new extention and the new part my be different when complete,
Offered a suite on checkout but by then i had enough. I wouldnt book here again.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, being in a decent location, 5 minute drive (15-minute walk) away from Kuta center/ Beachwalk. The room was rather majestic, with a very spacious room/bathroom with all the necessary amenities. To relax during daytime, I went to the rooftop and just lay in the beautiful pool. There is onsite restaurant too, although I chose to eat few shops away for more variety. They also provide scooter/ tour services onsite, but I chose to get it from next door who was giving cheaper rate.

Few of my concerns- one was smell of smoke in the lobby/ elevator, it wasn't very pleasant.

And secondly, the neighborhood didn't have much. You need to take a Grab/ drive around to get to any point of interest. If you can drive a scooter, I'd say it is one of the highlights of being in Bali. I'd also recommend to spend more time in Ubud than Kuta/ Seminyak.

The property was very old and dated. Also the little toiletries were not adequate. The bathtowels were so old i wouldnt even use it to wipe the floor with. We weren't even given face washers. The rooms with no views where we stayed smelled of moulds and we couldnt actually open the windows because when we did, we had a view of the corridor where other hotel patrons were walking around! The safe didnt work properly and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed and yet it couldnt be fixed so we had to move to another room. All the other common areas had no air-conditioning. The dining room was manned by fans and it was stifling with heat. There were little fruit flies hanging around at the salad bar. The egg section, Where they cook the eggs for you by order didn't understand basic english and even when they did the eggs were overooked and chewy.
The staff are friendly but some things can't be fixed with a smile.
We wouldnt recommend this property if youre looking for comfort or basic hotel service.

Whilst we didn't actually sleep here, we did use the Wi-Fi and had showers etc. It's a great location to Kuta and the staff were really helpful. The hotel itself is super tired and run down, however, the room was clean, spacious and had all you need.

The staff are beautiful, every one I had the pleasure of dealing with. The rooms were clean, air conditioners worked perfectly and the fridge just made my stay that little extra comfortable as I always had nice cold drinks. Being an older person I just found the pool not to be that user friendly, it’s a climb to get in! Otherwise location is perfect especially for local shopping and loads of restaurants! Very near to the beach too.

Bittely dissapointed - my flight out of Philippines was cancelled due to volcano - so I arrived one day later than my booking - despite having communicated this to them when my flight was cancelled - they said all I could do was pay their highest rate for a room - more than double the price on my original booking - it was 3 am - when I said I would just sit in the reception area on sofa for a few hours then - they were hostile - and said I had to stay somewhere else or pay them lots of money. I ended up staying in another hotel across the road down an alley which was half the price, and much more pleasant.

The only good things were: clean room, comfortable bed. Otherwise I would rate it 3* ; definitely not 4* Very limited choice of food at breakfast, no lounge mattresses available, Pool staff allowed a guest to play his music from his speaker- so now 2 different types of music are playing loud at the infinity pool at the same time ( hotel one and the guest one); when asked to switch one one of the music as extremely annoying- request ignored. Not a place to stay more then 1-2 days. Comparing to other 4* hotels- this one would be the worst I ever stayed at so far.

I took family holiday to Bali and booked Package 2 deluxe rooms (thinking two bedrooms attached together, but its actually two different bed rooms and that was my mistake).
Problems in rooms:
1. Air condition didn't work
2. Bad smell in bath rooms (caused by either bathtub or hand mixer)
On day 1 itself i had problems and manager said all rooms are occupied on that day and also no refund of my deposit as my booking is non-refundable. And all they can do is spray room perfume.

So i waited till next day and to change to another room and again same issue and again changed to another room.

And in the third room also has same problems but decided to stay and i lost hope in other rooms.

I have been to Asia/US/Europe many times but never had such a bad experience anywhere before. And i don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

I don't know where to start but it was beyond terrible. Only positive thing was the staff they did their best but they could not cover the hotels bad condition. The rooms were smelling the card key didn't work, the pool was disgusting and we left the hotel after one night.

Loved the roof top bar and pool area, the room amenities are like in a 5 star hotel and the staff super friendly, loved my stay there and will now be making this my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bali.

Unpolished diamond fantastically positioned n Kuta

Due to the convenience of its location this is not the first time we have stayed here. Approx 350m from the ocean, 200m from Matahari and Stadium bar everything is on your doorstep.

12 family members all enjoyed the friendly hospitality and laid back Indonesian staffing. This time we opted for a suite and in fairness for the extra couple of dollars the living room / additional space was fantastic.

In comparison to the other stays here our expectations were met.

Only negative was the pool bar ran out of towels late afternoon. That aside we would happily return to The Royal Singosari

Great location. I booked for the suite room which was decent in value but unfortunately the room is located right next to the lift lobby. Bed room wall is right next to the operating lift. So at night when its quiet and when you try to sleep the sound of the operating lift is kinda annoying. I bought ear plugs for this, can imagine without ear plugs. Apart from that all else is good. Nice to have a gym though. Do check out the roof top pool during sun set. Nice view.
