We originally booked a grand room with a pool view. Don’t do this. There is no view of the pool. We upgraded to a premium room on the main floor with pool access off the deck. It was great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast buffet was good. We booked half board so also had the option of lunch or dinner which included soup or salad, and entree and dessert. Lots of choices. All quite good. Would stay again if we come back to Bali. The only downside was not the hotel but Kuta Beach itself. Very crowded and dirty. Lots of plastic garbage all over the beach.

I really enjoyed staying here with my mum and my brother. The staff were lovely and the room was good for all 3 of us.

It was also located really close to everything. The breakfast sometimes did change up.

Just a heads up for anybody else staying with their family, the bathroom shower is frosted, however, you can see outlines from the bedroom. I recommend asking your family to sit at the table/outside when you are showering.

We had a good stay at Kuta Beach club Hotel but early morning of the 24th Feb our room got flooded, at 1.00 am the hotel staff knocked on our door and helped us move to another room which allowed us to pack up in a dry room as our departure wasn't till 10.00pm 24th Feb they gave us late checkout free of charge. The complimentary Breakfast was very good and staff were polite, helpful and apologetic for our inconvenience as they have always been at our regular stays at Kuta Beach Club Hotel.

The location was convenient, but our stay was overshadowed by poor customer service. Staff were dismissive and disrespectful during the New Years Eve celebration, and at times the communication felt harassing rather than helpful. The manager spoke to me the next day with apologies, but only to be later revealed that he did not honor his word to make things right! On top of that, the hotel did not honor our Expedia Gold benefits, which was a major disappointment given we booked through Expedia.

Overall, we did not feel welcomed and our concerns were not handled professionally. We expected much better. I cannot recommend this location and would encourage others to try the other Kuta Beach club for their stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and quick to accommodate a room change from a connecting to non-connecting room. Breakfast was good but having to request any type of egg was a little bizarre rather than self serve at least fried or scrambled. I’d also prefer not having to ask for bacon but these are tiny things.

Clean rooms and big rainfall shower. All staff i came across were fridnely and helpfull. Walking distance to so many shops and the beach. Just wish the restaurant has different milk options for coffee. The hotel is at the back of a 2storey shopping centre. I would stay here again.

We arrived too early, they kept our suitcases with a chain at the reception. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which is open 24 hours. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was located on the 2nd floor, in the only section where there is no elevator. They brought our suitcases up, without us having to ask them; they do it for all guests. Extremely nice and friendly employees. Beautiful site within walking distance of the beach. Only downside, the towels are not really white, but rather gray and the hair dryer is very small and takes a long time to dry your hair.

Great hotel resort located close to Kuta Beach. Fantastic breakfast, wonderful friendly staff. The pool area was great with a great pool bar. We stayed here at the start and end of our trip in two different rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. Fantastic air conditioning! The hotel is in a great location and we would stay here again.

Far too busy this time in high season. Couldn't get near the pool for the first time in 15 yrs and too many selfish guests who hog the pool beds and umbrellas from 6am and often don't use them. The pool and other staff need to manage this better.

I stay here cos of the location and for the otherwise excellent staff who treat me like family every time
